Had my car stolen at this properties parking lot building. Payed for the parking which is not free at all, parked the car and went to shower maybe 30 minutes later car was gone. Very sketchy move since there was an event going on and there were multiple cars to choose from and steal. But they stole mines which was a rental. Management did not seem to care at all, instead went ahead and added that, that was a common thing and that it had happened before. Now my question is, i don't understand how can this happen at the hotels parking lot am staying at and that proper precautions have not been taken since the lasts stolen car. This is a security issue from this hotel, your on your own here. Stay away from this place if you have a rental.

The stay in itself was not a problem - we arrived late at night to simply sleep at the hotel for 4-5 hours before an early flight. The shuttle to the airport arrived on time and all went well. The shuttle to pick us up on our return was very late even though we called immediately upon arrival at Pearson and was told approximately 20 minutes - it was closer to an hour. I was so exhausted after a long day of travel and left my backpack on the shuttle. We were able to get the driver to come back (even though his shift was over ) so the driver would get 5 STARS if I could. I was guilted by the Shuttle driver manager - claiming his responsibility was only to ensure the safety of the passengers and that cargo on the buses were not his responsibility - and he complained that he would have to pay the driver extra for coming back - I asked what I could do as I fully accepted that it was my absent-mindedness that caused this extra work. And he suggested I leave a good review. I was fully ready to rave about the service - UNTIL the front desk person yelled at us in the lobby that we could not wait inside to eat our food AFTER a very long day. We paid for a room - we paid to park. We were customers. And we were kicked out of the lobby while waiting for the shuttle driver to come back with my backpack. So in the end THANK YOU to the overworked shuttle driver who came back with my item. He is the only person who demonstrated excellent customer service for our stay!!

I recently stayed at the Double Tree for one night while attending a birthday celebration at their banquet hall. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities were ok, I expected a larger gym, and the breakfast offered was top-notch (breakfast, not complimentary). My stay at the Double Tree was short, but it was memorable.

A good stay at a good price point. The checkin staff were helpful and calm even while dealing with a crowd. The room was clean, although the AC was either a bit too cold or a bit noisy - I couldn’t find the sweet spot. The garden looked lovely, sadly I didn’t get to enjoy my coffee there as it was raining. I didn’t use the sports facilities as I arrived late and left early, but it’s impressive that they’re available at this price. The in-room coffee and toiletries were decently good. I had a late dinner with a friend at a nearby strip mall - lots of food options around here - and for a 6am breakfast I could walk 3 min to “a fast food giant” that I hadn’t had for ages, and which totally hit the spot. Fair price, good quality, clean but not spotless - this hotel did what it promised and soon I was off back on another flight. Would go back, and probably will next summer!

Checked in and the first room was awful. The closet door was broken and couldn't be fixed by maintenance. The bathroom shower was moldy and the toilet paper dispenser was coming off the wall. When we asked for a new room, the front desk seemed hesitant and the hotel isn't even full. We had literally just checked in and hadn't used the room. They did give us a better room, but the a couple towels were dirty. The only good thing is this hotel is close to the airport. I will never stay here again and I'm serially disappointed in this Hilton property.

Good hotel at a good price point, great staff, not pretentious. I liked being around the diverse clientele. Shuttle is good - takes 10 min - just remember to call them before you get to the pick up point at the airport since they often will make a special trip and you can line it up so there isn't much waiting.

By far one of the most frustrating hotel stays I have ever had. I completed the online check in, and when doing so it automatically charges the card on file. We go to the front desk when we arrive just to ensure everything is okay and the lady tries charging us again. I showed her the charge on my credit card and she is literally arguing with me that it wasn’t them. I have never been looked down on like she looked at us, HORRIBLE customer service. So we ask for the manager, he’s resolves the issue and offers us free parking … we flew into Toronto. We book the airport shuttle through the manager for 440 in the am. We got down to the lobby at 4:41am and the shuttle already left… there was 5 of us and they didn’t bother checking or waiting a few minutes. The only reason we booked this place was for the convenience and the shuttle. Horrible experience.

This is a good hotel for one night! The breakfast buffet was good, which is a positive point! Overall, the very negative point about this hotel, is the parking! You pay a lot for the parking ($16 per night) and there’s no guarantee that you get a lot (it is first come first serve!). Additionally, the parking has NO elevator! So, for example, you park in forth floor and you use wet and slippery stairs to go down to the hotel area and then get to the building where your room is located!! I stayed in many hotels in the US and it is my first trip to Canada. I’ve never had such a bad experience with parking!

The price is right as well as the location. Staff (although severely understaffed) were helpful. I was allowed to check in early which was a huge bonus. Room was fine. Now, as for the hotel itself? Terrible. This is the noisiest place I have ever been to. I was on the 7th floor and there was just so much noise from maintenance staff. Every door that ever opened/closed was a huge thud, things smashing into walls, at all hours of the day. (And it never seemed to stop). Don't expect much rest at his place. Parking? Terrible. Not nearly enough spaces outside and the worst covered parking. So sketchy. But like I said, price and location are good and room was fine. Go at your own risk.

We had an amazing experience for 1 day at DoubleTree. Everything was great starts from the check in to our check out. Do not miss their welcome cookie dough 🍪. The best 🍪 I ever had so far. Clean and comfortable room. Quite, not crowded mini gym and great swimming pool. Fantastic breakfast included with various options from the chocolate croissant to on the spot freshly made omelet. Thanks to Elina for great service 👍 We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we definitely will return soon ❤️

Large open area in the lobby, so lots of places to hangout and read. However, the toilet seats are very small. They are low also. So, getting on and off them is difficult. Plus, they are really small. At times the staff was slow, so long waiting for service. Also, the washer and dryers are old and need to be replaced.

First time I stayed here, we were accompanied by a COCKROACH in our room… Decided to give the place another try since it is close to home; however, this time the drawer underneath our coffee machine had what appeared to be DIRTY LINEN crumpled up in it… Although staff seem to be accommodating, I question the cleanliness of this hotel and it’s cleaning practices. As a loyal Hilton Honours member, this is the only location I’ve had issues with. I will definitely not be booking another stay here.

Very disappointed with my stay here. I travel a lot for work, and usually stay at a Hilton property and by far this was my least favorite hotel. The room I got was old, and I didn’t think it was well kept. There was something about the sheets that was just unbearable, it was probably some sort of dust from the cloth that filled the entire room. I don’t have any allergies but I definitely woke up feeling like I couldn’t breath. I had asked the front desk to get my sheets changed but the dust/small white particles didn’t go away. The shuttle service was okay, and I found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. Note: their shuttle to the airport is on-demand, so if you need a ride in the morning, I’d recommend letting them know the night before. Pros: Good location if you’re transiting through Toronto, it’s under 10 minutes to the airport.

Fantastic hotel! Easy to get to, just off Dixie Rd. Warm delicious cookies on arrival! Room was very nice and clean. Price was excellent for stay, park and fly and shuttle service was included and was on time. Just had to book shuttle on arrival with hotel staff at front desk. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy to stream Netflix or Disney Plus from your phone to the TV. We used the Hilton Honors app and got a digital key for the room which was super cool. The pillows were so nice and our room had soft headboards which was also nice for relaxing up against!! Overall a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel for the first time, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a solo traveler, I was a bit nervous about staying alone in a new city, but the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I was welcomed with a warm smile and friendly conversation that immediately put me at ease and even sparked some laughter. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure that I had everything I needed to settle in comfortably. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others

The stay seemed to be in a hotel from the late 80s or 90s, with rooms seeming to be renovated in a rush. The ice vending machine didn’t work at 3rd floor, moreover no glasses available in the hotel except paper cups as well as no bathroom slippers and we talk of stay experience! Definitely not a Hilton worthy stay.

We chose to stay near the airport before our cruise to avoid the nightmares at the airport which actually were not that bad at all thankfully. We chose the DoubleTree at random more for the location than anything. It is located right on the 401 and away from the hotel strip at the airport which made getting out and back to the 401 a breeze!! What a wonderful surprise this hotel turned out to be. The hotel is beautiful, with nicely appointed rooms and the staff and service is amazing. We parked our car there for the duration and the rate for parking and room was incredible. We travel frequently, now that we are able to and DoubleTree will now by our go to hotel when we are out and about. The real clincher for me was the warm chocolate chip cookies that we got when we checked in. What can I say!! WE were also upgraded to a suite as it was our first visit to DoubleTree, it is plain to see that this hotel is making every effort to make it's clients feel appreciated again. Thank DoubleTree.

Our car was stolen from this hotel when we were away on our holiday. Do not leave your car here!! They basically told us it is quite common. I wish they had told us that before we left it there!! Hotel staff had the police phone # handy. I also wonder if someone at the hotel is giving out vehicle information. There are some cameras but staff admitted that it probably wasnt caught on camera. Police couldn't even look at footage until the next day because it was Sunday. Never again!!

Giving 3 stars due to room and please read other reviews as there are 10+ people who have complained on AC Pros ✔️The bed and room are extremely comfortable, plus the room was neat and clean. ✔️Front desk and manager are friendly and helpful (except Sandra) ✔️Due to inconvenience manager gave us breakfast coupons Cons ❌Controlling and Rude below are the reasons ❌The room AC is terrible if it’s a bright and sunny day you room temperature won’t go below 75 F ❌TV volume cannot go above 20 I love the respect to others but due to AC volume it could be terrible for you to hear the TV volume ❌Upon request a technician came and he suggested to close the curtains meaning you sit in the dark🤦🏽‍♂️ ❌Parking is additional so make sure you check nearby hotels (Comfort Inn- it has free parking) ❌ The room was dusty hence due to which I was sick. You will observe on the phone and furniture once you settle in

Check-in was extremely easy and the deposit was $50 less than what had been indicated through the third party hotel booking website I used, which was a nice surprise! The room was the perfect temperature on such a hot Toronto night in July and the blackout curtains were appreciated. The tap-key card is much handier than the slide cards which seem to break often. We did book a king room but received a queen instead, though the woman who checked us in asked first if we’d like to be given anything larger for the same price, to which we declined since it was a great deal we’d found anyway and we just wanted to hit the hay. The front desk staff were friendly and helped my husband and I navigate the shuttle situation with ease. The shuttle driver who brought us to the airport again the next morning was hilarious and extremely informative, guiding all passengers to where they needed to go. Please tip the shuttle driver if you use the service! These guys are rockstars. 10/10 experience :)

This is not a good place to stay, especially if you're visiting. I booked the hotel for 3 people, and the hotel offers breakfast only 2 people.. parking before booking it's free once you book $16 plus tax. More importantly, they make money for early check-in. I wasn't planning to go for early check-in. i called the hotel for room availability, and they said you can come once I'm at the location, asking for an early check-in $50. Front desk stuff needs more professional training.

a day ago This place from the time we walked in Was the least inviting place I have ever stayed. Front desk were very rude. They had no time for questions and were annoyed we booked through a travel site. Unable to tap for our cards on check in as they said they didn’t have it. But machine miraculously appeared upon check out. We asked for a garbage bag from the front desk and they were rude and told us it’s not their job. We had tried to call but no one answered. The fan in the room when it went off a puff of dust would come out. We do girl weekend getaways several times a year to Toronto and by far this is the worst service. I expect better out of a Hilton. We will never be using this place again

We recently choose to stay at this hotel as the Sandman next door where we usually stay was fully booked and we decided to give this hotel a try. This was a terrible decision . Front desk at check in didn't have a care in the world for our needs. We were given only one room key and had to go back for a second key. At check in we were told that parking was not included and we would have to pay which was unbelievable as we were paying close to $1000 for our stay. The next morning when the sun came up we realized there were no black out curtains and our room was right in front of the elevator so there was a constant flow of people . The combination of these things made it impossible to get proper rest. We stayed for 4 days and our room was never serviced. After dealing with all this , at check out we were told that we had made long distance phone call from the phone in our room and had to pay for it. We never made any long distance phone calls, only call we made was the hotel's Wi-Fi support. When we disputed this charge we were treated horribly and made to wait aside while they "investigated" us like we were criminals. The lady from reception came up and told us very rudely that we wouldn't get away and would have to pay , we demanded they show us the phone number we supposedly called at this point we were made to wait another 15 min for IT to investigate us. After the wait the IT guy came down and informed us that they had made a "mistake" while programming the phone and we were off the hook. We believe that this was no mistake , they do this so they can rip people off. After being treated as criminals for no fault of ours we will never be staying at this hotel ever again.

I can say that the service at this location falls VERY SHORT from any service I have ever received at any Hilton brand hotel. To start, when I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, I dialed the number connected to my reservation, and was dispatched directly to the shuttle driver. When I asked to be picked up, I was told that I might have the wrong hotel, to which I replied no, I dialed the number from my reservation. The shuttle driver would not come and pick me up until I confirmed the actual address that I was booked into. After searching for a few minutes, I confirmed that I was indeed calling the correct hotel to which he responded he would be there in 10-minutes. 25 minutes later, he showed up. On our way to the hotel, the speed and carelessness of the driver was horrendous. This man should not be driving clients to/from the hotel, and should not be trusted to be a shuttle driver. The following day, I went to the front desk to ask when the shuttle was going to the airport, as I needed to pick up a rental vehicle. I was told it was leaving in ten minutes, and that I was welcome to go sit in the shuttle to wait. As I was sitting in the shuttle, a man came out from the hotel with a clipboard to grill me on when I was staying, and chastised me for not booking with the front desk ahead of time. I advised the man that no one told me that I had to book the shuttle in advance, to which he replied of course I need to book the shuttle. I advised him that perhaps they should notify their guests if this requirement upon check-in. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver who showed up was the same driver from the day before. His erratic driving concerned all of the guests being transported to the airport, to which one of the guests even yelled at him to slow down because he wanted to make it to the airport alive. Later that day, I returned to my room to find that my door was open. When I walked into my room, it was evident that housekeeping was in my room, and failed to close my door. Fortunately, nothing was taken, however, this could have been a real problem as I had my work laptop and equipment in my room that anyone could have taken. When I called down to the front desk to advise them of this, their only response was that they would let housekeeping know. Approximately 45-minutes later, someone from maintenance came to check on my door without any prior notification. Fast forward to the last evening of our stay. My wife and I went to the restaurant to have dinner. I ordered wings and she ordered the pad Thai. My wings were extremely over-cooked and her pad Thai noodles were under cooked. When we brought this to the attention of our server, and even though we did not eat everything, they offered us 15% off of the wings, which equates to $2.40 off of our bill. I must say, the staff here are not very friendly, they do not respond well to concerns brought to their attention, and this is by far the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. We will not be back!

Went with a prearranged group with a staggered arrival. Staff gave my room to someone else after I had already checked in. Thank god it was someone within my group, but it is scary to know they don't seem to have any safeguards to prevent that sort of thing from happening. No compensation was offered whatsoever. Despite several different members of our group calling ahead to know if breakfast was included, we were told (while trying to get said breakfast) that it wasn't and that this wasn't their problem. So we had to find a way to feed 40 kids at the last minute. Again no real help was offered until after long discussion the front desk manager arranged for a 2$ discount at the restaurant... Half the rooms in our block were missing basic essentials like facecloths or towels. We were told they were behind on their laundry but again no real attempt to provide a solution, or even acknowledge that any of this may be a problem. I will skip a few other things, but I cannot verbalize strongly enough how much I would NOT recommend this hotel. Unless of course you are looking for trouble... The only redeeming factor is that their cleaning staff are very kind.

The Front customer service cheated on us, which is not good practise for such a high brand. We booked two rooms at same time, but paid different amount; and for that front rep was not aware( might be making extra dollars by fooling us). They just gave me billing receipt on one paper which was very confusing for me to understand. If i won’t checked my transaction i wont know what they charged me.Aesthetic's of the rooms were excellent; however, the blankets and bedsheet had tonnes of dust, which had choked us and over throat got infected. I will not recommend this place anymore….

This is a great hotel at a great price. The only negative thing I could say is that the toilet paper is scratchy but for this price I can't blame them. Such friendly service at reception and they even gave me a warm cookie on a cold day. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for the price, not even for the price they're just really comfortable. It's not super close to the airport but I wasn't travelling to the airport so I don't care. They do have a shuttle bus so if you want a cheap out and take the bus it's definitely worth it

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff are all rude. Being from NY, I’m used to rudeness. But this hotel, there’s not even a good morning, hello, hi from staff when you check in. They look at you like “What do you want?”. No staff even smiled. It must be a very unpleasant place to work. The check in guy asked for a credit card without explaining what I’m paying for. When I saw it’s more than $300, of course I had to ask. What he’s actually asking is for me to pay for the room again which I already paid for as I booked through Chase travel. Good thing I checked before tapping my card. But it’s weird that he charged me again, like he didn’t see that the room was prepaid?! Being a Hilton member, my family of 3 wasn’t offered free cookies. Not that it matters, but, it is expected of this place given the demeanor of the staff. Room 226 was ice cold. Upon investigating, the window cannot totally close. The sheets make me itch. Like what I said, the location is the only good thing about this place.

I’ve stayed here a few times and service is always top notch. Who doesn’t love being greeted with a smile and warm cookies!! Quick and efficient check in process and shuttle drivers are the best! Will make this our top place to use especially when flying out of Pearson Airport. Looking for the cookie shuttle and the pick up is literally at the arrivals exit. We had a great experience and rooms were super clean and beds were comfy!

We got this hotel last minute as we had missed our connecting flight from Toronto to Vancouver. It was just what we needed after a long day of travel. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The free shuttle made it very accessible. Will definitely stay here again.

We wanted something close to the airport. Good location and transfer in price. I think that the hotel is on part reconstruction because a lot of workers are in the hotel. That is also fine. But the crazy smell of gas in the room I can explain by it. But still, it wasn't a good and perfect night.

The service at this location was from the start a very disappointing experience. We were left at the airport for an hour and a half while the driver drove right by us the first time and didn’t even come the second time or any time after that. We booked an Uber and discover the shuttle sitting at the hotel. Check in was rude and unapologetic for the obvious mishap. When booking the shuttle again for the morning, we were advised the times were booked and therefore no shuttle again. Again, no accommodation or apology or assistance was provided in this instance. We will never return to this hotel for any reason. Disregard for customer service and general lack of interest in making things right.

Booked an overnight stay due to travel. The suite assigned was well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean. The suite had a full size fridge and a microwave, along with a coffee maker. Since there was a kitchenette it would have been nice to have a couple of plates and glasses available. Unfortunately the noise from the hallway was very loud in the room. Guests walking and talking to each other or on their cell phones were clearly heard inside the room.

Decent hotel, represents the Brand well. Nothing to complain about, although the Shuttle was very convenient and the driver polite , The misspelled hand written paper hung up asking for tips was unnecessary I think. Put up something nicer or charge 10 dollars and pay the driver.

We only stayed one night but it was memorable! From our greeting, to being upgraded to a suite when we arrived, to the shuttle service driver! All 5 stars! We normally stay at the westin closer to the airport but decided to try something new since the shuttle service there is always off putting and I’m glad we did! it was the little touches ( like a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie when you arrive ) that just give that extra feeling of care and the concierge staff were so welcoming and helpful! We will be using them going forward!

One night stay. Park and fly … left car for 7 nights. Absolutely no issues. I read way too many reviews after I booked this Double Tree hotel at the “Dixie” location and started stressing over a lot of bad comments. Shouldn’t have. Checked in the night before my flight. (You can park anywhere you like in their lot when leaving behind your vehicle). Many pilots and airline staff also checking in. Hotel nice and clean. Room was spotless. Awesome modern shower. Two queen extremely comfortable beds. Four pillows each bed. Booked the shuttle for the next morning at 6am. Arrived in the lobby at 5:50 a.m. and the shuttle was there waiting. No stops on the way to the airport and got there by 6:15. This location was cheaper than booking the Double Tree on “Dixon” and took only about 8 minutes more in the shuttle. We didn’t take the shuttle when we got back from our trip as we got in late and just cabbed it back to the hotel to get our car. (Only because I read reviews that it took awhile for the shuttle to arrive …. But maybe it wasn’t really the case since no other bad comments I read seemed to be of any concern)

The hotel was generally excellent. If all I had done was use the guest room and restaurant, I would have given it 5 stars. The room was clean and comfortable. The menu variety in the restaurant was also fine, and the food itself was very tasty. Service was also excellent. However, I was there for a business meeting and the meeting room was not so good. Initially, it was cold. When they turned the heat on, it warmed up fine, but, because the room had a very high ceiling, the fans required to get the heat down to where we were sitting were unacceptably loud - I couldn't hear the other participants.

Google only lets me upload 30 seconds video. I had an entire 2 minute…. So, pros: 1. Closer to airport 2. Very nice and cozy rooms 3. Cooked breakfast and made-to-order 4. A lots of eateries available next to the hotel that someone can walk and grab Not nice: 1. The shower and water pressure in the bathroom was barely enough for one to get wet. 2. The made to order is at an extra cost over the breakfast buffet. And comes with free coffee, but any other drink like a cappuccino is extra too… not nice.

I booked this hotel as part of ParkSleepFly and the service at the front desk was amazing. We were offered cookies upon check in and we got a free room upgrade without even having to ask! The room was very nice and clean. However, it was difficult to find parking in their lot and we did see a couple of vehicles unable to find spots. We had booked parking as part of our package ahead of time but we still had to circle the lot quite a bit to find a spot, and I’m sure if we weren’t able to find a spot to park our vehicle I would’ve given this hotel a lower rating. Also, the shuttle driver I called to pick us up from the airport after our trip told us that it would be a 30 minute wait for the shuttle but it was an hour wait instead. Overall we loved the hotel room but the services offered by the hotel (parking and shuttle) are a bit lacking.

Google only gave me a 1 star option for the lowest. If there was a negative scale rating It definitely would’ve been -1000. Their customer service is absolutely trash and when I say trash I mean. TRASH! My boyfriend ended up booking a stay here for the weekend, and two days before he was supposed to come the hotel decided on their own to cancel his reservation. When we called to confirm our reservation they informed us that we couldn’t cancel the reservation because there was no reservation booked. We were taken by surprised because this is the first hotel chain I’ve ever encountered that would cancel a reservation without even letting a customer know through email or phone or anything. I asked to make another reservation but asked if I can get it for the same rate we locked in at before they took it upon themselves to cancel for us. and was told that I couldn’t. Even though it was THEIR fault! I called customer service 7 different times! Being put on hold for 45 mins each time just to get transferred to different departments each telling me that they can’t do anything. Or just being hung up on. After the longest conversation (with a supervisor) all they said was they can open a case. And someone will get back to me in 48 hours. Mind you, he was visiting in less than 48 hours and THAT was the best that they could do for me. This place is absolutely garbage, associates need retraining on problem solving and customer interactions, they need a refresher course on policies, and BASIC communication skills. If you have hours to waste on people who don’t do anything for you at the end then this is the hotel for you. Or you can save yourself the trouble and book with another hotel. ANY other hotel. beware of booking with this hotel

Did the park and stay, with the stay at the end of our trip. Was super convenient with the free shuttle. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cookies they give you are delicious!

Great Hotel, reasonably priced for Friday night. Rooms could use some attention, but were very clean. Disappointed the Executive lounge and restaurant were closed completely, no takeout options yet other Hilton hotels I have stayed since January 5th offer some sort of service.

My friends quarantined in this place for over 2 weeks. They were really happy with the service provided by the hotel staff members. They were served well with all their needs, including daily food. They loved the experience. I visited them right after their quarantine and now I know why they were so appreciative of the hotel and their staff. Definitely, the staff here makes each and every effort to ensure that guests are the top priority and served too well. đź‘Śđź‘Ś

DO NOT PAY FOR PARK AND FLY! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR PARKING STRUCTURE. My family and I stayed here several weeks ago and paid for the park and fly option. When we returned from our trip our car was stolen. Management didn't seem surprised and waived all responsibility, even citing their policy that they're not responsible for losses. I told them that if they are offering a service that they should actually attempt to offer that service. They have minimal (if any) security in place despite a large number of cars stolen from this location this year. Like some of the other reviewers here, I believe that there is someone at the hotel alerting thieves to long term stays at the hotel. Very disappointed with this Hilton location.

It's one of our favorite places to stay while visiting family or for business. We have never had any issues. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The check in cookie's are the best soft and chewy. They are pet friendly . The pool area is a nice size, the sauna are separate for men n women which is the only downside. The gym is a smaller one but has everything you need to do a full training day. The little restaurant is very nice and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms are large spaces, very tidy n up to date. With Coffee maker and microwave and a small fridge. Some time when we check in, we get bumped up into their suite which is luxurious and just that extra more it always adds that extra bit to your trip. It is always our pleasure to stay here.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean room and well maintained facilities including fitness center. Parking was limited and you have to use an old and not well maintained parking structure in the rear. Would have been nice to have a few EV charging stations in the parking area, since there are no locations to charge nearby.

We arrived earlier than anticipated and the staff that checked us in was wonderful and very helpful! They helped get us checked in early and even provided us with some delicious cookies! However, that’s where the pleasant experience ended. Our second night there, our sleep was disrupted by the fire alarm going off multiple times. Since we were already downstairs, we decided to go for some breakfast. The food was sub-par (contained cold eggs and still frozen potato wedges) and we were approached by the most rude waiter. He asked us if we had a free voucher. We told him no. He asked, “You’re going to pay, then?” in a super insulting tone that implied he didn’t believe we were going to. My girlfriend went to the front desk to see if we could get a voucher for breakfast, citing the fire alarm issue. The lady rudely told her that the fire alarm wasn’t the hotel’s fault, so they weren’t going to do anything to make up for it. When the waiter FINALLY got around to bringing us a check, the price was utterly outrageous for the way we’d been treated and the quality of food. Lastly, we tried to check out late, but the lady at the front desk said they had reached the max late checkouts. That’s fine, but she said it rather rudely. Since we couldn’t check out late, we asked the hotel to store our bag while we went and saw more of the city. In order to store it, they put a huge sticker directly on the bag, which was almost impossible to remove! All-in-all, this was a horrible experience and we likely won’t be booking with this hotel ever again.

Booked this hotel for park sleep and fly, only to find out that it was just 1 nights stay. Left to find additional parking elsewhere because they would only let me add the parking if I booked an additional unneeded day. Wouldn't let me cancel the reservation because I had checked in online. Absolutely zero help from front desk. Could have found a way cheaper room if I was just looking for 1 nights stay.

Great Hotel. Perfect location for your early morning vacation. Booked online seamlessly. Check in was a breeze. Front desk people were fantastic. Complimentary cookies were delicious. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Shuttle pick up was on time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thanks Double Tree for starting our family vacation off well rested and stress free!

Where do I begin....they said early check in time is at 2 pm, my flight arrived early and I was there 12:45, I asked if my room was ready and if I can check in they said it's ready but you'll have to pay $50....I have to pay that for basically an extra hour of use. The staff had 0 customer service skills and were very rude. The following day I realized in the afternoon housekeeping did not come, so I called front desk they said if you don't put in a request before 12 they can't come, I'm like this is unheard of, this doesn't appear anywhere in my reservation. She said what do you need I'm like send towels to the room, I leave and come back hours later and they did not bring anything, I had to call once again for towels and they finally brought some up. Then began the night from hell, the alarm went off 7 times, I had a morning flight to catch so I wasn't able to get any sleep, when I went to check out and asked the lady at front desk what happened she was being very rude saying nothing. I have stayed at many hotels my entire life I've never had such horrible customer service, Hilton should be doing an audit on the management of this hotel because it is poor from top to bottom.

Our room was clean and beautiful. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Not sure why the lobby doesn’t have coffee available 24/7 as our room machine didn’t work and leaked. Early flights people would like the option of coffee or tea.

The hotel is very good, rooms were beautiful, neat and clean. Check in process was smooth, they have shuttle running all day from hotel to airport. I liked everything about it. Sadaf helped us with check in process and she was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect from the e-checkin where you actually don’t have to visit the service desk because your room key is automatically sent via the Hilton app!! Priceless. We received 3 of the most delicious cookies when we arrived. Room was spotless and the cleaning service ladies did an impeccable job and were very delightful.

Woke up with a bunch of ants all over our room. My daughter even found some in her bed. When I approached the manager at the front desk all he did was offer me 1000 Hilton points which converts to approximately $6. He was extremely rude and did not even seem to be sorry. He then offered me 1 coupon for a free breakfast even though I stated there was 3 of us in the room and we didn't even have time to have breakfast at the location. He told me only 1 person is paying for the room so all he could give us was one breakfast. Extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and then the way we were treated.

Was there for CDL with the EMCO group over the week of June 12 to 16! I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel! The staff were incredible, the food was outstanding and the accommodations were exactly what we needed! Special shout out to Tony who brought our food to our breakout rooms! He’s a gentleman with world class customer service skills! If you’re a corporation looking to hold a conference or meetings, I would look no further than the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto West!

Staff was nice and friendly. The room was "clean" but dusty. Almost as though it was thoroughly cleaned two weeks ago, but then went untouched until our stay. Not saying that happened, that's just the impression we got. And for some reason, the sun blocker/curtain on the window didn't extend across the entire window, so the sun consistently woke us up before 7am every morning.

Nice tidy hotel very close to Pearson International Airport. The room was well cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. The view wasn't the best but acceptable for this location. The in-house restaurant was very chic and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable as well.

Stayed here first and last night of my 3-day vacation. There were hair in the shower and in the sink on the first night. Ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work. Staff wasn’t friendly and would just do bare minimum. The shuttle driver was unfriendly. When we wanted to take shuttle to the airport on Saturday to pick up our rental car, we were told that normally the shuttle leaves every 40 minutes but on Saturday at 10 am, there’s 1 hour 15 minute break 🤯. Also inside each room there’s thin door to the adjacent room and through that door you can hear everything that’s happening there. All in all so not recommend. The price is ok but they also charge for parking which adds to the price and for the money, it’s possible to find better places. Definitely expected more from Double Trees!

Was absolutely treated fabulous by the staff. Our driver was so helpful with our luggage, the manager even helped us with a slight challenge and Varada on the front desk was awesome. She went over and above to accommodate two weary travelers. The room was excellent, clean and an amazing comfortable bed. It's only 9 minutes from the airport and there are literally tons of restaurants within a few minutes walk in all directions. Highly recommend this Double Tree. Thanks for a great stay.

Good place to stay, clean, close to the airport. Staff were professional and courteous, I would have give 5 stars but the bath fan didn’t work and steamed the room a bit, no big deal. Overall a good experience
