Terrible experience on 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms of the same weekend. First we found what had to be 10+ empty booze bottles in our room. Then, checking the room some more we found holes in the wall and the dirtiest air filters I've ever seen. I don't think they have cleaned them in years and I'm surprised air even passes. Disgusting. I complained to the front desk after the first night and they were less than interested. Second night, different room, same disgusting air filters. Again we complained and the staff seemed to not care at all. No attempt was made to offer a discount or anything. Certainly won't be staying here ever again.

Staff were nice and professional. The place has a Victorian Persian decor which makes it unique. Great rate. Older facility but comfortable bed. Rooms have some cool features and amenities. Some small things needed to be repaired. Sauna and steam room out of service but hot tub was great.

This hotel needs some thorough TLC by some maintenance staff who are skilled and care about the work they do. Many things at this hotel and broken, improperly repaired, missing etc. It's starting to look run-down. The owners need to invest some capital to bring this up to par with other Radisson hotels.

Stayed at a lot of hotels in the past. In today’s minimilistic world, be Raddison! The walls, hallways, chandelier, rooms, furniture are all so beautiful. It felt like I was on some ancient city!! This was first expression. Customer service was nice as always. Pool was also great. Water temperature was amazing, unlike another competitor where water was freezing!!

Friendly staff always willing to make your stay that much more enjoyable! The pool and spa facilities are top notch. Location is great. Tim Hortons as well as some delicious local restaurants. The hotel is upscale and well maintained and managed. Breakfast was just to die for. The restaurant is worth a trip of two. The outside of the hotel reminds me of a castle. The inside as well. Everything in the room is on point. The king size bed is worth the visit! The pillows, blankets and comfort of the bed is memorable!

Customer service was about the only good thing. Our room was not clean and the toilet clogged immediately. We asked the front desk for a plunger but apparently they don’t have any so we had to use the public bathroom the whole stay. The pool room was hot and stuffy, almost difficult to breathe in there. The pool water was cloudy and gross and the hot tub and steam room both weren’t working. We didn’t end up eating breakfast there but it didn’t look very appetizing. Would not recommend staying here.

Was an absolute great stay. Thought it was closer to the airport originally. Buy being a little bit away was a good thing actually. Very quiet. I got a great night's sleep. The Gentleman working at the bar was honestly one of the nicest people I've met. We had a great few chats. Will be staying here again in the future. My room was massive and very clean.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Asked them to clean the room as there was some type of fluids all over the walls and around the sinks. Mirrors were very dirty, caked with dust. All the lamps were dusty and all the hard surfaces had hard dust on them. Carpet is stained and felt dirty walking on like Little Rock’s and particles on the floor. There was hair and cigarette stains in the shower. They didn’t even change the toilet paper they left the same half roll. The beds were not made properly looked like some one was sitting on the bed then quickly shoved the bedding under the mattress. They gave me a new room but the new room was still dirty. I asked for room service and she came with one single face towel to wipe the place again. It’s also very loud from the planes. Honestly pay the little extra and stay some where clean. I could not sleep properly from how itchy this place made me. My asthma and allergies were out of this world from the dust. Water pressure in the shower is little to none. It just looks like some one came in and wiped the place and rearranged the dirt in the bathroom. Walls have probably never need cleaned. I wish I could upload pictures of this. Will never recommend this place nor come back.

Too much to list as far as issues. Never staying at this Radisson again. No part of my stay was pleasant. In my room the garbage bin weren't empty, bathroom sink and counter was still dirty and found vomit of the wall beside the mirror next to the desk. Greasy finger prints on the desk in the room. Because I found all of this I didn't trust that the bed sheets where changed, I layed my own towels on the bed to sleep on. One elevator working only, and poorly cleaned with spit dripping down the door. Elevator lobby smells like urine.

The entire hotel smelled strongly of Indian food, I confirmed this with another guest staying on an entirely different floor. I enjoy Indian cuisine but prefer not to have to smell it where I rest/slumber. The heater was also quite loud and right beside the bed. The hotel itself is beautifully constructed and has great potential. The staff were also fairly pleasant to deal with.

The service was good, parking was good. Room is big and bed is comfortable. My concerns are : the carpet and the sofa had stains; When we first arrived in the room, it smelled like heavy rose water with a hint of pee, but thank god we could open the window a little bit and clear the air; and for the ladies, there is no washroom counter space. Overall it's ok for 1 night since we bought it at a really good deal, but at a normal price of 200$-300$/n i would stay elsewhere.

It’s a nice hotel, staff are good., they have to fix the drain in the bathrooms sink every now and then so as not to hassle the customer, the sink drainage was taking forever to drain and we checked in late at night so nobody to help us since maintenance was not available that time

The staff is super great. Hotel is well structured, older in style (would have been luxurious a couple decades ago type). Good and cheap continental breakfast. Room walls could use a face lift

This is barely a 2-star hotel. We were 2 people with 2 rooms at this property in February of 2024. Both rooms smelled of cigarettes and one so bad we needed to change the room. Out in the dreary enclosed deck of one of the rooms was a can stuffed with cigarette butts. Disgusting! Rooms are old and in need of a makeover.

We had our engagement shoot here and the staff were incredible. The manager and the staff went out of their way to make this experience a memorable one. The hotel and room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Do yourself a favour and spend the extra cash to go to one of the other wonderful hotels around. Room was extremely dirty - hair everywhere, stains and holes in the walls, drywall peeling, stains on sheets and they smelt so strongly like sweaty body odor it made the whole room smell bad. 0/10 other than awesome location, but as mentioned there are many other hotels around.

Horrible, water stains on walls indicating mold, pubic hair in shower, water falling from ceiling with bucket catching water, no hot water. Have timestamled pictures to support all. Only good reviews on here are from employees. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is advertising itself as an airport hotel but be aware that there is NO shuttle bus offered & to get to & from it by taxi is 35-50 dollars each way. I was told that a bus was difficult to use unless you had cash or a special travel card. Rooms were tired, with peeling wallpaper, massive crack in the bathroom basin & the side of the plastic bath was cracked. Everything was dated & scuffed with drafty windows. Breakfast was not included & expensive for the low quality & tiny selection. Tables were not made up. I was told restaurant was open until 9pm. But when I went down to eat at 8pm there was no staff or people, & when I finally found someone I was told they were too busy with a large party in their conference rooms. Both nights I stayed the hotel was over run with a large function, which seems to be the main business of this hotel. I would not reccomend & consider this no more than a 2 star hotel with the state of the building & service.

This place used to be a very well appointed place. But it has been neglected over the years. From looking at the website the place looks amazing but on closer inspection it shows its age. I thought they had an onsite restaurant but that is not the case. They offer breakfast service for a fee. They also have a lounge but I never saw it open. They pool was open my first night but was closed for the rest of my stay. Trash in the parking lot, trash can at the entrance over flowing, the room ac could have cooled better but it was the cheapest place near the airport and the bed was comfortable.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My sisters room had hot water in the toilet and one of the beds was disgustingly stained and my rooms bathroom faucet was running full blast with both taps completely off. The music was so loud I could hear everything word for word and it shook my room until 1am. Main lobby has a serious leak in the roof above reception and the wall paper in the rooms is peeling. It has such great potential but had been completely neglected. Such a shame.

Title: Convenient Stay at Radisson Toronto Airport West During my recent visit to Toronto, I had the opportunity to stay at the Radisson Toronto Airport West, and I must say it was a good experience overall. The hotel's lobby made a great first impression with its pleasing decor, featuring aviation-themed elements that were on point and added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The attention to detail in showcasing airplanes in the decor was quite impressive. The rooms at the Radisson Toronto Airport West were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for a weary traveler. However, it's important to note that this hotel is in close proximity to the airport, which means that airplane noise is a part of the experience. If you're sensitive to noise, you might be disturbed by the sounds of planes flying above and next to the hotel. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel's restaurant is operated by a vendor, not solely by the hotel itself. Despite this, the dining experience was good, and I found the food to be satisfying. Overall, I would recommend the Radisson Toronto Airport West, especially if you're looking for a conveniently located hotel near the airport. Just be aware of the potential noise factor due to its proximity to the flight path.

The pictures online look great however the room was less than anticipated. Most seams in the wallpaper had come loose. The continental breakfast was an additional $10. I forgot to grab an airline friendly size of toothpaste, so on my 1 am arrival at the hotel I asked if they had any toothpaste. They charged me $2 for a single serve tube and a wooden toothbrush. They get a 2 star because the beds were comfortable.

Pretty place but needs major landscaping. Great allover spray shower and windows open for air which is huge plus. Just needs some love, walls and ceiling need repair. Elevator was dirty it's a mirror. But overall was decent but I know they can do better with how it looks. Nice staff too.

BEWARE. This hotel is extremely dated, nothing is updated in what seems like 20 years or more. Rooms are tiny, dirty and wall paper is peeling off the walls. Don’t waste your money or time here.

+Room were large and clean +lady at the front desk very nice and friendly - saunas were not working - jaccuzi jets were not working - pool water was not clean/clear - gym in the morning smelled bad and AC was not working

The front desk is good and helpful. The room seemed cleaned until we saw a cockroach crawling down the wall. Then the shower tub was blocked, so we had to tell the front desk to fix the problem, and they fixed it in jiffy. The hotel itself is kind of dated and could get a little facelift. Location is perfect though.

It is right next to an airport. With all the pluses and minuses of thereof. The facilities are incredible, even if they are showing their age. The house keepers are hard working and will do their best to accommodate requests. No free breakfast but the paid one was very good. Only downside was that one gentleman at the front desk was not particularly motivated to help with problems. Had noisy neighbors, needed changes for laundry, and housekeeping once forgot to clean my room. Was basically told to deal with it until the other staff helped out. Perhaps it would have been different if I dressed well and looked important 😆

Looking a little faded. But the staff was excellent. Rooms were clean but carpet was stained in several places. Went to a wedding that was held at the hotel. Food was fabulous and the servers were discreet and efficient. The event hall has been kept in excellent condition would definitely recommend holding a function there.

The room was perfect. Very clean and quiet. By far the best night sleep staying at a hotel in months. Very comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Pool is now open can’t wait to use it on my next trip back next week. Thank you to everyone at this Raddison.

The stay was amazing, the room was extremely clean and beautiful. The decor was authentic and had nice paintings. The staff was very friendly, professional and understanding. The night went on smooth and also the jacuzzi in the room was a cherry on top of icecream.

Our daughter's wedding was held at Grand Victorian banquet hall and we stayed at the hotel as well! Our experience was outstanding! The staff, the cleanliness and the food was beyond expectation! Our guests were from various places, and everyone was raving about the experience..Thank you to the staff, especially Seema and Dewinder, their concern for our event, helped us have a flawless weekend! Thank you..will recommend you anytime, and hope to have more events at your location!

It's a great hotel located in Mississauga. Staff was friendly,, especially the room service staff. I was skeptical staying here due to the mixed reviews, some were very negative. But this hotel lives upto it's reputation. If you're looking for a FIVE STAR quality hotel then you pay for a five star hotel and not check into this one. We did not have breakfast here so cannot comment on the quality. I gave four stars because I think there's room for improvement. The staff at the reception barely make eye contact when guests are passing by in the lobby. It makes a huge difference when one is greeted while entering or leaving. I will definitely stay here again during our next family visit.

What a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff to help you have a comfortable stay. I feel bad I can't remember the names of those that attended us. But from the bottom of my heart... thank you for everything. You've made our quick stay in Toronto, fantastic! And try the breakfast omelette... I'm not a fan of omelettes, but the very kind gentleman impressed me. Looking forward to staying here again.

My husband and i stayed here for a couple of nights recently. The rooms could use an upgrade. Similar to what recent reviews have mentioned, a couple of the jets in our whirlpool tub were not working; the fireplace couldn't be turned on. However, the bed was very comfortable. No one disturbed us throughout our stay. It was definitely a relaxing weekend away from the city

Stayed for 3 nights and it’s a very beautify hotel and with very comfy facilities inside the room. Really appreciated the service as well. The front desk was soo nice - a person named S - he really went above board with all my requests. Thanks

Overly orniet hotel filled with dust. You can tell that it's not maintained well nor cleaned often both inside the room and in the common areas. We arrived at the hotel after 3 pm with a paid reservation. However, the front staff told us to wait for our room to be ready. During checking in, the same guy said breakfast was complimentary only to be denied the next morning ... not that it looked appetizing. The room we got was double bed, tho we reserved a king.. They said it was overbooked. Inside the room was mediocre, sheets were thrown on the bed without a mattress protector, I think it was put together in a hurry. The only thing this place got going is the location, if you don't have to be near the airport please find better accommodation.

All I can say is WOW! My friend and I had an overnight stay in Toronto. We checked and were told we had an upgrade. We walked in to the room and could hardly believe our eyes! Stunningly beautiful 2 floor, 2 bedroom suite! So wonderful! Thank you! We will never stay anywhere else when in Toronto!

By far the best hotel I have been to, amazing hospitality, clean rooms and comfy beds, the bartender at the restaurant is so polite and nice, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable, I was treated so kindly. I have never felt so at home before. This hotel is doing a great job!! I hope to see this kind of service in more places. Just absolutely amazing!

Sub-par continental breakfast for the price (2 hard boiled eggs for 10 bucks!?). Would give a better rating if not for the used condom wrapper found besides the night table while scouting before checking out. The hot tub in my room was super! Nothing to do around though. Got whacked behind the head and elbow bruised by a bus while jogging on the sidewalk on Derry road. Be careful !

0/10 stars would recommend NOBODY to stay here. When parking my vehicle in their parking spot, I wake up the next day to my catalytic converter STOLEN. I asked the front desk for assistance and the gentleman at the front said "I've been working here 5 years and this has never happened, we cannot help you". I then go to the car rental and was told "yeah there has been lots of thefts in that area" gave me all the info I needed. The area is definitely industrial and unfortunately not safe from this theft from the vehicle. Also had issues checking in slightly early from a redeye being told constantly to come later to get checked in... very very disappointed. If you do stay here, make sure to have a camera watching your car as there's no cameras out there and good luck with parking, as the hall attached to the building is rented for events and shares the same parking lot.

I have been to this location few years ago and at that time it felt like a royal hotel but now the rooms were very bad. Shower was broken, dust on the furniture, floor and mirror still had wipe stains. The rooms absolutely looked terrible. Paying almost 300$ a night was not worth at all. Stay somewhere else please.

Spent the night at this hotel and was very pleased with everything. Staff were courteous, from the front desk to the breakfast room. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome. Our suite was amazing! Was not expecting two floors, 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms. The govenors suite is impressive. Clean, well stocked, comfy beds. It was the perfect start to our vacation. Thank you.

We were on our way home from a week in Mexico and only in Toronto for the night, but the jacuzzi, the soft bed and pillows and quiet were all just what we needed.

Avoid at all costs. Rooms are dingy and many things do not work properly such as lamps , phone etc. yet this is least of my issues with this place. At a time when most people are impacted by the economy and likely have a specific and limited travel budget , this hotel has the audacity to bill one’s credit card for additional amounts which are not stated upfront in any information available online. Upon check-in I was informed that my card would be charged for the cost of the stay plus $100 security deposit which is normal and standard. The next morning I find two additional charges on my card made by the hotel, this actually triggered an alert from the credit card company as it looked like suspicious activity to them and they asked if I had authorized these charges which of course I had not. Irate, I called the front desk asking why these charges were made and was given some story about changing billing systems explaining why I was triple billed , so charged not only once but twice for the room plus the original $100 deposit and then another amount which was said to be for yet another security deposit based on $100 per day, which of course was completely a different story then what I was told at check-in time. All of these additional charges that I had not planned out maxed out my card making it unusable. When I reported this issue out to the front desk attendant, I was told that they would see if it was possible to remove the additional holds prior to checkout, which never happened. One day after checkout I am having recurring payments declined all because of how carelessly this hotel bills their guests. I have stayed here before and never had such issues but will never return because of this. This is a shining example of how you treat FORMER customers. Unacceptable!
