The most horrible hotel experience ever! Cockroaches and dirty room! For the room rate would have expected higher quality of cleanliness as well: hairs on the floor, smaller one in the bathtub, small hair on bed and bedsheets, our room was not cleaned during our stay! I do not even want to think of what bodily fluid that might have been. No microwave, No continental breakfast either. Room was not cleaned on a daily basic! They did not clean our room! The morning before our check out, We found roaches crawling around the the bed(have pictures) Discovering roaches in our hotel room was a horrifying experience. Not only are they unsightly pests, but they can also carry diseases and cause allergies to me and my partner. We spoke to the receptionist and show pictures of the roaches! Disgusting, she didn’t seem to help when asked if we could get a discount or refund, she just said she was going to call housekeeping to clean. My boyfriend and I had the most horrible hotel experience ever!

The hotel could use some updating. The carpet in our room was bunching up. The balcony did not have any furniture or a light so you could read at night so it was kind of pointless to even have it. There was mold on the balconies. There was a used mask left on the desk chair when we checked in, it was black so maybe the cleaning staff just missed it but the chair had a ton of dust on it so you can tell they do not wipe down all the surfaces. TV in the lobby was not even functioning. Overall kind of a rundown feeling. When we checked in I was surprised to find we had to pay for parking and then the lady checking us in was very rude and even said "I think I know what type of Hotel you are used to staying at." I'm not sure what that even means. I was just shocked at how rude she was to us. I came back to give my license plate number and a different lady was helping us and then she came over and started arguing with me saying that I had refused to give her our license plate number earlier which was simply not true. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. But the slide at the pool was great for the kids, so that made things better

In a good location and the staff was helpful. The rooms are a little bit dated but the hotel is very quiet for how many rooms there are and the amount of conventions they can host. The hotel restaurant is nice, there’s a lot of confusion around the price of breakfast ( they have a continental and a hot breakfast all together and I guess you are supposed to know what items are what) I’m a diamond and I was charged a different price each day even though I was told it was included at check in.

I am writing this review as I am at the hotel. Overall not as advertised. Not clean. Poor customer service. Pool is dirty. Paid for a service and not getting it. I am at hotel speaking to managers that should be able to help and they refuse to. At the price there are many other options in the area. So when they say let us know how to make it better, or contact us to remedy it. All they mean is they want to listen but not help and make you feel heard. But when you pay for something, and are charged for a service, you expect a product or service in return. Or you are just stealing. Look for another hotel if you can.

Rooms were basic, the room beside the elevator was very noisy, all I could hear all night was the elevator going up and down... Also there was barely any hot water during my shower, I don't know if this is a hotel issue or it was just a busy time for everyone to take their shower but it kept going from warm to cold. The staff were very nice though just not the greatest hotel quality vs price they charge...

Very disappointing experience. I'm not one to leave bad reviews... but we chose this hotel specifically for the amenities to enjoy as a family getaway. We confirmed that they were available to us TWICE prior to booking our stay with this hotel. In the end, the services we had booked were not available to us and the Manager (Kerry) did nothing to apologize, compensate for the error, or make us feel better about the situation. I've never felt so discarded as a patron. This hotel needs to learn more about communication and hospitality. Definitely not what we paid for.

The hotel ambiance and lobby area were well-decorated and maintained. However, inside the room, the bathtub drainage was clogged, and water was not flowing. The refrigerator was not cooling. The housekeeping forgot to place the shower gel in the bathroom which caused inconvenience. When I tried to call the front desk in the morning couple of times, nobody picked up the call to answer an emergency. I was not impressed with the service or the room maintenance. I was told that there was only one luggage cart when I was looking for one. One luggage cart for the entire building was unacceptable!! By the way, there is no free car parking for the guest at the parking space. The hotel front desk staff Mr. Kamran was very gracious and accepted my feedback/complaint regarding the room. He offered me a cup of Starbucks coffee which was a nice gesture. Hilton: Your management needs to provide better guest service. Your excuses and apologies are unacceptable.

Not sure if I will be back…no mini fridge…not enough towels…never answer the phone for requests.. front door is a real pain doesn’t work. Get some sliders people! Pool is a nice concept…chlorine smell is awful! Slide is cool but the water around the pool is bad…..super slippery my kid fell and hit their head badly because of pooling water…they need to address that..saw multiple people slipping and falling. Better ventilation is needed for the indoor pool area. Lounge chairs are in need of repair /upgrades. Overall for the price I was not impressed…get it together please. Restaurant drinks are gross and overpriced…no decent restaurant and not impressed that security asked me to move out of the hallway while I was on the phone. Rooms are clean and only a little bit of mold could be seen. Security also asked if I was a guest and wanted me to provide a room number and key

This hotel was a lovely space for us to host a group of family and friends for our wedding. Staff went out of their way to arrange our wedding welcome dinner and navigate a group rate for accommodations. Would recommend this hotel for a group gathering! The hotel has many family-friendly amenities. We had guests in both the North and South Tower buildings: our guests preferred the North Tower rooms as they appear to be more up-to-date and spacious.

Stayed at the Hiton Mississauga for three nights. I had a GREAT experience from the minute a walked in the building i could feel and see the welcoming atmosphere. The front desk clerk Barbara was very friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable about any questions we had. My room was very clean, i worked as a supervisor in house keeping in the pass and i inspected my room myself and couldn't find not one think that i wasnt pleased about. My room was service every day before i get back, just a warm experience all together. Thank you guys. I will be visiting again and this will be where my first choice in hotel. Thank you

Worst experience in my life. To start, I booked this stay more than a month in advance. I was told that being a rewards member would help with booking. So I found this place on Google to be a great hotel on reviews. So I booked the stay for my brother's wedding night as a gift to him on his special day. I called the number and was rerouted to the Phillipines. I requested the best room in the hotel along with special requests to spruce the room up for his special night. When I booked it I asked to prepay so that my brother would have a great stay. Instead, none of my requests were met. My sister in law and brother were tended to rudely and told that payment was not made even though I called a month prior to avoid this and to treat my brother. On top they told me that they upgraded him and that payment was not received. Worst service I have ever encountered. I am not stopping here. So many more problems that I haven't even listed. Hilton ruined a special night and didn't even care.

We were welcomed like old friends, what a wonderful way to start our stay,we were told we were the guests of the day & would receive an upgrade, have been in the hotel business over 40 years,I was impressed. The hotel was clean, well organised, easy to find everything, great job on directional signs,we even used the blackout curtains & slept in the next morning,I would highly recommend this property. Beth at the front star is a rock star, hope you get a chance to meet her.

We selected the "Extremely Satisfied" rating for our two-night stay at the hotel because of several factors that contributed to an outstanding experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, such as the pool and dining options, were top-notch and contributed to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location was convenient. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and superb facilities made our stay memorable and deserving of the "Extremely Satisfied" rating.

I recently stayed here and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the very beginning, the service I received was not up to par. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me with anything and were very slow to respond to my requests. This lack of attentiveness was frustrating, especially when I had questions or concerns about my stay. We checked in late and wanted to shower and sleep. We used the phone in the room to call guest services. No answer. We tried all the other departments and finally got someone on the phone. They said “okay, we will look into it!” This was a reoccurring theme in the short stay we had. They never answer the phones. If by chance they do they are abrupt and provide no help or solution. To be told as a paying customer “ yes! We’ve heard your complaining!” That tells you the level of service they provide. Unsure if the services are motivated by who I am or how I booked or how I paid but I felt they didn’t feel I was the caliber of client they desired. Of my stays at other Hilton properties this feels like a company culture. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in my room. Despite reporting the issue nothing was done to resolve the problem. This left me with no option but to take cold showers, which was a huge inconvenience and made my stay extremely uncomfortable. When I reached out to request a refund due to the lack of service and hot water, I was informed that I would not be receiving a refund as the hotel had supposedly provided the service I had paid for. This response was completely unacceptable, as I did not receive the service I paid for. Overall, my experience at the Hilton here and at this point over all has been extremely disappointing. I expected better from such a reputable hotel chain, especially given the premium price I paid for my stay. I hope that in the future, Hilton will take steps to ensure that all guests receive the level of service they expect and deserve. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and I strongly advise against staying here.

Good hotel with a wide range of facilities. The only letdown is the location as the hotel is quite far away from everything. You will need to either rent a car or rely on the limited public transport services availble to get around... Aside from the location I would highly recommend Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale to anybody who is looking to stay at a hotel in the local area.

***Update As you can see the hotel owner responded to my original review below but don't be mistaken everyone, this is all for optics. I actually called the number and gave the owner/management an opportunity to correct my terrible guest experience and I was told I would receive a call back. I never did receive to no surprise. Bumping this review down to 1 star. Stay away from this hotel everyone. They clearly don't care****** Stayed in room 1010 in the south tower this past weekend (Feb 16-18). Paid room with two queen beds but received a room with two double beds. We were told by management that all beds in the hotel were queen beds but after measuring the beds they were 54" wide which is not a queen size bed. We travelled with a hockey team and other parents made the same complaint. This is very misleading for a hotel to advertise queen size beds when they are in fact doubles. And when I informed management they told me that because I was travelling with a hockey team we were already receiving a discounted rate and it would be the same price as a room with two double beds as is. Additionally, the shower drain wasn't functional, the sink drain wasn't functional, the elevators didn't work, the pool was closed, and the restaurant was overpriced ($17 for a kids meal at dinner). This hotel was an absolute disaster and the staff didn't care about our experience. Will not return and not recommend to others.

Exceptional service, room and food! This was our first family experience at a hotel and I could not be happier with our time at Hilton Mississauga/meadowvale. The kids loved it and we were very nervous about the stay as we are homebodies but the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had endless options for children and adults, and the pool was so warm with a lifeguard was on staff for the pool. For the water slide, kids must be 48” or taller which was a bummer as the kids were looking forward to that but it makes sense as it does go really fast. We only stayed for one night since we are only an hour from home but it was a great first family experience. Thank you Hilton crew!

Nice hotel overall! Very clean and was quiet on the upper floors. The staff are amazing and super attentive. Great safe hotel for both families and couples. The waterslide was an added bonus - no line and was huge! Although, when we left the pool and hot tub, we reeked of feet. The pool water was disgusting. They need to seriously clean their hot-tub. We arrived about an hour after check-in and there was still about a 30 minute lineup to check in, so that could be improved but is expected for such a large hotel. Additionally, we booked a premium room and there was no fridge or microwave. We knew this going in but you’d think in a Hilton, let alone a premium room, you’d have at least a microwave/fridge. In room heating unit was quite loud. Also, you need to pay for parking which is a total rip off, but if you book directly through Hilton you can prepay and save $4 a night on parking. Despite all my comments, I still enjoyed my stay and would easily recommend visiting. I will most likely be back.

A beautiful place. Lobby is huge with seating and even a piano that someone was playing. We were at the venue for TFcon, but our friend was staying there for 2 nights and said it was lovely. My only note is that the lobby should have wifi available

We loved how new, clean & bright looking this hotel is inside. The gym is the best gym we have experienced in a Hotel. They have an indoor & outdoor pool which was a hit for our daughter!

Great customer experience, friendly staff, modern and clean rooms. They even have a store open 24h. The lobby was very modern, welcoming and relaxing at the same time. I travelled with a 2 and 5 year old and it was so easy. Definitely will go here again. They even text you during the stay to ask if you need anything. Never had that service before.

  • 3/5 S S. 8 months ago on Google
Its a very beautiful hotel. I was charged $25 for early check in as they told me the outdoor pool requires key access, it does not so I was sold early check-in at false pretenses. Also, I got the buffet breakfast and they didn't tell me omelettes were included in the price. I heard them telling another customer when he first came in. When I asked them they said I can order it now but I was already full, it would have been nice to be told at the beginning. Sausages undercooked.

Staff was friendly and room was nice but they have shampoo and conditioner pumps that just get refilled which is a little weird for me as anyone who visited to do anything to it if they wanted. Otherwise it was a quick few hour stay due to a cancelled flight.

The overall look of the hotel is really beautiful along with the bedroom and the pool area. The ice machines are on every other floor which is a little inconvenient. I took one lady at the front desk to really help me get ice everybody else kind of pointed their finger with no real direction. The Starbucks in the lobby is really convenient because it's 24 hours, and the cashier was real pleasant. Cleaning lady was lovely.

  • 2/5 Rob G. 11 months ago on Google
Room was clean and well stocked. Service was decent despite long lines. However I was practically kicked out of the breakfast restaurant for my name not being on the list. I was told when I first arrived to enjoy breakfast in the morning and given a 15% off coupon (which I couldn’t use anyway) but when I arrived the next morning was told that I would have to see the front desk which involved another long line. Again, it’s a nice hotel but if you stay, plan to eat outside the hotel.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Mississauga. Perfect location outside of the downtown core. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed their text messaging service. I gave 4 stars simply because the armchair in the room had a nasty stain and it wasn’t inviting to sit on.

  • 5/5 Heather M. 1 year ago on Google
6 stars! After our two hour layover in Toronto turned in a several day layover (thanks Hurricane season!) we stayed three nights at the Hilton. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely stay. The hotel itself is very well equipped with restaurants, grab and go basics, a lovely pool and water slide (limited hours on the waterslide). The rooms were clean, quiet and had tons of extras for those on work trips. Although it is a bit of a hike to the airport and no shuttle service we were connected with an excellent can driver who was able to help us plan outings. But the real gem here is the Hilton staff team. Without fail every single staff member from the front desk agents, to the servers, to the water slide attendant was kind, thoughtful and helpful to the extreme. They went above and beyond to make sure our unplanned stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

This hotel was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area, especially those with kids. From check in when texting with customer service staff, to accommodating our room requests, we were blown away by the customer service. Very prompt and always looking to help. The rooms were lovely - only gave a 4⭐ because our fridge didn't work. The pool and waterslide were a HUGE hit with the kids. Pools were warm and kids had a blast. Our kids also went to the games room and adults enjoyed the patio areas. So much to do - it felt like a resort. There are 3 elevators for each tower and they're very fast. Can't recommend this hotel enough and the price was extremely reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

Great service and decent rooms. Pool was good and slide was a nice bonus. Paid parking is the only negative especially since it is not in walking distance to anything.

Had a fantastic stay at Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were top-notch. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. Will definitely be back!

It was a great experience, i enjoyed the serenity. Although, the sheets had stains. I am of the opinion that the front desk should have more staff at the front desk. For effective and efficient customer service. The washroom pipes were patched.

Everything was amazing, from checking-in with the front desk agent Beth! She was wonderful and talked about all the amenities you all offered. Had breakfast at the restaurant & the manager Mr.Dash was so professional and respectful, felt very welcoming! The waitress was fantastic & and the food also! Would recommend this hotel for sure! Thank you so much!

This will be the last time we stay here. We have been staying at this Hotel regularly since it was a Delta. Things have changed over the years and their are fewer amenities than before. Firstly, towels seem to be at a premium now since there are only 2 in the bathroom. No fridge in the room anymore and only 1 pkg of coffee. At 6:30am I went downstairs and bought 2 coffees and a croissant for a whopping $15.26 before tip. If you are thirsty you can enjoy the 2 bottles of water in your room for $2.50 each. On our last say we had said we weren't going to return but we gave it one more chance. This won't happen again. They are not the only hotel in town.

The night manager refused to let me check into my room after I paid because there were already four people in there! Which was impossible if the room was in my name, requiring my credit card, and if so, and there were people in my room I booked without my knowledge, it is the hotel's fault for not being more secure. Hotels are required by law to protect the privacy of their guests and should not provide any information about them unless they have given explicit consent. Which I did not. Instead I got harassed by the night manger and security guard . Unacceptable get better staff and teach them actual protocols. Not to mention it was just us two girls trying to check in at 3am and got harassed, mistreated and got denied entry to my room .

After staying at this establishment, a couple times a year, for over 20 years, this will be the last time I stay here. It states this is a Hilton, if that is so, then it must be the lowest Hilton there is. To have to pay $2.50 for a bottle of water, outrageous, you can buy a case of 24 bottles for $2.49. No fridge in the room. Fridges used to be standard, and no one should have to pay extra to have a fridge in their room. The little store that has things to buy is outrageously priced. You arrive at the hotel, without being able to go to a store, expect to pay a wee bit more, but that store charges double the price on everything. It is cheaper to use uber. Maybe that store needs to consider trying to compete with delivery service and they might be able to make more money. I am grateful that there are 4 more hotels just down the street, so when I book for next month, it is not much further. I now wait for Alain Leblanc to give his fluff answer and try not to resolve all these complaints.

  • 5/5 Matthew J. 6 months ago on Google
This is a top quality hotel. The service and rooms are excellent. You would be hard pressed to find a better 4-star hotel at the same price! You will receive text messages from the staff which you can respond to, and thy are very prompt to reply and provide assistance. The location is a little lacklustre, it’s in an expansive industrial park, so you’ll have to drive to get anywhere.

  • 5/5 Asaad F. 7 months ago on Google
Amazing experience here. The staff are fantastic - they’re knowledgeable, professional, polite and understanding. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean Great restaurant and swimming pool with a slide! Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for your help!

Let me tell you how this hotel is. 1) they do not treat you with respect. The front desk was extremely rude to me when I went up to them. 2) they do not have a shaving kit or a floss. Extremely basic necessities that most hotels provide- Hilton does not seem to carry them. 3) NO WATER for guests unless you pay. No water fountains either. Fantastic. Basic necessities of life are not provided here. Would not recommend staying here. Extremely unpleasant. Save your money and book another hotel.

The kids loved the pool and slide and the beds were comfortable. There was good channels on the TV and the bathroom was nice. One complaint is that the TV is directly in front of one bed!!!

  • 2/5 Satrap D. 4 months ago on Google
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable however the check-in process was very slow and the restaurant experience was terrible. I received better service at a McDonald’s than the restaurant here. At dinner I asked for a to-go container and they said they do not provide that! And for breakfast the waiter started by pouring coffee for me then asked if the breakfast was included on our room and we said we don’t know, he checked and said it isn’t so you have to pay extra and then left the coffee at our table instead of pouring some for my wife as well and said to pour it ourselves! Very disrespectful!

We had a paid reservation done through Expedia for 2 nights. And even when we called to say we had transportation issues and will not be able to make it before midnight. When we arrived the next morning, they had cancel our appointment without even try to communicate with us. Then will not match Expedia rate and charged us more for a lesser room. Very disappointed with staff. Facilities are clean and recently renovated. Update: Neither Expedia or the hotel would give me a refund even when the Hotel cancel on their end and made me paid again for the night at the front desk. I am very disappointed. Will not recommend to stay here anyone that doesn't want to cheated.

This place is mediocre at best. I checked in and could not even watch TV because they never activated my room. High end prices for low end features. Shower is OK but not great. Exactly what you'd expect from motel 6 just 3x the price

Great place to stay, has lots of amenities for the price. Was nice to have access to a real gym. Staff are friendly and rooms are modern with a balcony. Parking was included as well, which isn't always the case at luxury hotels.

Some hits some misses overall peaceful stay the room is airy the sink in the bathroom was clogging at first but that dissipated next day. Sneezing time to time so kind of dusty or the vents need attention and yes heard people through them on last day. Did find a stain on the opposite side the couch pullout not ideal and the bed is not the best but doable pillow need replacement too lumpy. Lots of storage space and lighting but the iHome could go outdated one uses ipod's anymore. There was no mini fridge so used ice bucket can get a quick bite behind the check in area or there's many places nearby for take out. Ordered food from the restaurant but couldn't get the phone to work so went down the pool and gym is useful and you text front desk if prefer that method of communication. Price came to $588.77 for 3 nights in total would stay at more Hilton's potentially.

Very responsive staff. Anything we needed (not a lot 😊) was received promptly after a text request. We had a 2 night stay. They asked us if we wanted our room cleaned each day, we declined. Clean room great service. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was nice but the only issue was that the room was small and there was no fridge, Heads up, the slide is only open on Fridays and the weekends. The breakfast was nice the pool was heated and VERY warm. Nice hotel, would have have it five stars but no fridge and small room, if you can, I recommend looking into a suite. Keep it up.

Top tier convenience! We stayed here for TFCon and it was so great to not have to leave the building to get to the convention. The building is laid out nicely, and there are maps and signs around to help you find your way. I greatly appreciated the food delivery drop off point in the lobby. The staff were very helpful with bringing luggage to the car.

Very fast check in with excellent customer service, free parking, comfy beds, great pricing as an honors member and got top floor with balcony so enjoyed the view. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because AC was kinda loud, dinner there was expensive and lacking free water bottles which was a surprise for a 4 star quality hotel. We do plan to be there again though since we enjoyed the place and loved the friendly service!

The staff were all very friendly. Marina at the front was exceptional. Super helpful and it wasn't busy so we had a nice chat about the hotel and hospitality industry (I worked in hotels for 20 years). The room was lovely and very clean. I would go back. And I loved the water slide in the indoor pool.

Great clean hotel conveniently right off the 401. Our room in the south tower was modern and clean and overlooked the 401. Bright big windows with a little patio. Will return again!

Had an awesome stay over the long weekend. Rebecca was outstanding at front desk. Will go back again. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub but would've been nice to get them on "big blue" due to their size.

We celebrated my 13 yo birthday during a long weekend and the experience couldn’t have been better. From Raoul at the front desk that checked us in making sure the girls stayed close to us paying attention to many details to Cynthia being so gracious, smiling and helping a big table with breakfast The Hotel was extremely clean and modern. The pool and the waterslide stayed open until 10 pm which was great for the kids

Special shout out to Lifeguard Derrek keeping an eye on the Slide and pool. After my 7 year old son hurt is head getting off the slide, Derrek provided very important information about monitoring his behaviour. He also completed an assessment to make sure he was okay and no further assessment was necessary. His personal attention and genuine care really impressed us and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you Derrek for your diligence and for making our stay such a great experience. The hotel is clean and has great ambiance. The room and beds were very comfortable. We will absolutely return.

We had a great time staying here for a weekend to visit family. In addition to visiting family and doing some planned events we had a lot of fun in the heated pool and on the water slide. This hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We had a mini fridge. The bathroom looked updated and extremely clean. The patio was small but a nice addition that many nearby hotels do not have. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will defiantly stay here again.

Great overall. Really nice rooms and lobby and restaurant. Facilities in general are excellent. Just a couple small things - attention to detail: we had used coffee pods in our room, no conditioner in the shower dispenser, and the bathroom sink was clogged, also the time in the elevators is fast by 15min. Attention to detail. Probably need some more training for their cleaning staff. But would absolutely stay here again! These were very minor issues in an otherwise highly satisfied stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was spacious & spotless. The food at the restaurant was amazing & excellent value. The kids enjoyed the pool & it was handy to have the shop open 24 hours for snacks & incidentals. We found this hotel to be excellent value for the money.

First time going in at this location! The foyer/lobby loved it beautifully decorated and spacious and smells good! The restaurant ambiance was also good! Although I did not dine there we had a quick client meeting and was able to use the restaurant to facilitate it. I would definitely consider being my clients here for meetings

Decent stay. Check-in was very smooth and quick. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was a regular nothing fancy, there’s a nice pool in the hotel and a big outdoor slide to a heated pool. The breakfast buffet is decent suitable to Hilton’s image. There’s a large paid parking lot outside designated for hotel guests. The only two things that I didn’t like was the smelly carpet in my room and loude A/C unit, but other than that all was good. Recommended for family, couples and business travelers.

Right off the 401 convenient access. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are always clean. The follow-up after check in and check out is very nice. Shows the care of the team. And they have always checked in to see if everything is going well during the stay.

Room service was great, as were the staff. However, there wasn’t adequate space in the room to accommodate luggage for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pool was good, loved the hot tub, but the water slides were only available on the weekends. Overall, a solid 3!

Spent one night here. Front desk staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant in the evening was really good, tasty food with good drinks and all served by Joseph who was great. A really good breakfast was also included, again the servers were lovely. Room was comfy although we did have a dirty towel in the room.

We had incredible service at this hotel -our entire stay was awesome and we were here for 12 days on Business trip! Barbara and the staff at the front desk was extremely thoughtful and helpful to us! The work out facility is so nice with every kind of equipments and weights and the staff at the gym cafe were so nice she stayed passed closing just to make us a smoothie! We really appreciated that! The staff and the management at the restaurant were the best ever!! We really want to thank Helen, Joe , Anna, Cynthia, Chynel and Christina for their excellent service with beautiful fun smiles everyday! We highly recommended this Hotel! We loved it - Thank you 😁 Georgie and Bob

Great experience here, if I needed to check in early they are very accommodating, the service was great from the start Barbara was wonderful she checked me in and out both interactions were so positive and she had such a bright smile throughout. Room was far from the lobby and when we tried to enter through the side door late at night the key card was not picking up. They have a 24 hr snack bar great variety, Parking $14, rooms were big and clean balcony was VERY small. Overall great experience, I'd definitely book again!

I would love to give this property a 5 star rating but there’s some areas for improvement. First, upon waiting to check-in one of the staff completely ignored us and served someone who walked in right up to the front desk. Secondly, I booked a “Premium Room” which said to include bathrobes and spa like amenities. It was just a normal room on a higher floor, but let’s be real this hotel had like 10 floors, not like I’m getting breathe taking views to pay the increased rate I paid. Thirdly, the TV is like the episode of The Office where Michael and Jan have the dinner party and with Pam and Jim, Angela… etc and Michael shows off his “flatscreen” mounted on the wall. That’s what this room has for a TV, for a room of this size it’s very odd. Overall the hotel was nice, I’d like to say I’d return but with all the other Hilton properties in the area you’ll have no problem finding something nicer.

Spent one night on a business trip. Rooms were clean and front desk staff kind. Elevators and room corridors could use some attention, possibly a refresh. Over all good stay for the short time spent at this location.

I recently stayed at this hotel in one of the king bedroom suites and the overall experience was disappointing. While the king suite was great, the experience was far from pleasant as Rahul and his staff are extremely racist. It is evident that all staff would benefit from anti-oppression/anti-racism training. Diversity is also needed on the team. If you identify as a black individual or an ally, please go elsewhere to spend your money.
