Air Canada Signiture Suite is truly setting the standard of how airport lounges should be. Back in 2919 they won an award for Best Business Class dining in the world. This lounge has everything you’d wish for in a lounge and more. The decor is beautiful with custom made furniture and elegant marble backdrops that are imported from all over the world. They have a full bar, super comfortable seating throughout, private office rooms and delicious gourmet food either buffet or made to order. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave the customer service and treatment you receive it first class! I spent a little over 3 hours here and It was by far the best business class dining experience I’ve ever received. Definitely don’t pass this place by, it’s a one of a kind experience I wish everyone enjoys their visit here as much as I did!

Such an incredible concept and execution of a truly premium lounge. Air Canada has really outdone itself with the Signature Suite, and I felt terrifically fortunate to have the chance to try it out recently. The whole experience is simply unbeatable. I would highly advise leaving yourself enough time for the "a la carte" dining option, as it really knocks the ball out of the park. The three courses each impressed as much as a fine dining establishment and the cocktail options are better than what you will find in many higher end bars. The service was also exemplary and we were treated with great kindness and genuine hospitality. Pictures don't really do this lounge justice so try to experience it for yourself if you can!

The best lounge experience I’ve ever had! The lounge is peaceful & exclusive as you need to have a full fare paid Business class ticket on a long haul flight, and you aren’t allowed to bring any guests. It’s mentioned on the AC website, but they don’t even tell you about it at check in. Go here instead of the usual Maple leaf lounge if you have a chance. When you enter, the host asks if you prefer the buffet section, or the fine dining restaurant which requires 1 hour to experience 3 courses. Surprisingly I saw more people in the buffet section, perhaps they did not have enough time. Make the time to arrive early so you can have the full fine dining experience! I had the Quebec foie gras, Canadian beef tenderloin and Passion fruit mille feuille, all of which was great, especially paired with the extensive wine list. I forgot that I was in an airport at one point! The burger looked really good, I wish I had more time! Service was excellent

This is one of the best lounges/suites in any airport I've been to. The service here is unmatched and the food is great. It's hard to get access to this suite (you have to pay in cash for a business/first class ticket, upgrading won't give you access) so it isn't over crowded and loud. You aren't allowed to bring any guests either. It's a solid place to get work done. The washrooms were clean and the buffet was good as well. If you're ordering from the menu try to do it sooner rather than later because it can take some time for your food to come out and you'll cut it close to boarding time. I'd recommend arriving 3 hours prior to departure

First time trying out the Air Canada Signature which is the airline’s premium lounge for business class passengers. Unfortunately this lounge is only open to those who splurge and buy an business class airfare on Air Canada international flight It is much smaller lounge than the Maple Leaf lounge and feels very exclusive. The menu is curated by the famous Vancouver chef, Hawksworth. The offerings are very premium and plated nicely. We tried the following: 1. tuna tataki - very refreshing with hint of heat from the chilli 2. Foie gras terrine - very delicate and rich 3. Summer salad - lighter option with a nice flavour from the dressing 4. roast corn soup - sweet with hint of smokiness 5. Halibut with yuzu soup base - the taste and smell was amazing 6. Beef tenderloin - very tender and flavourful. The red wine jus was perfect For the really exclusive experience, they have private dinner room. If you do not want a la carte, there is solid buffet option too.

Truly one of the best airline lounges I have ever visited! All you can drink Champagne! The service was great and lots of food options. They have a 3-course fine dining if you got an hour. Otherwise there's great buffet and nice cocktails, wines and spirits to choose from. Their buffet is international, ranging from Chinese, Korean to European selections. All the things I tried were great quality and presented well! They also provide 2 desserts selection for the buffet. Only downside was, It does get crowded depends on the time of the day. Air Canada definitely needs to expand the space in future. Highly recommend this lounge!

Best lounge experience to date! Everything from the service to the ambiance to the food was perfect. I had a 3 course meal, drinks and coffee before my flight and all met my expectations. The staff were very polite, professional and nice. The bathrooms are also very nice and clean but there are no showers - however, you can head to AC maple leaf lounge and use the shower facilities there if needed.

My my my, what a fine dining experience in an airport !! I was booked on Business Class (Lowest) in the P classification. My boarding pass reflected my access to the suite. While there was a lineup at the Plaza Premium with the lounge at full capacity, I walked right into this suite, scanned my pass, and was given a guided tour of the place and then being shown my table. Presented with the menu, I started with the Laurent Perrier champagne which I retained for the whole meal. I got the Corn Soup and the Harvest Salad. They both went amazing together, and I especially loved the Corn fritter in the soup. I then ordered the Risotto Primavera which was quite tasty and had some give to the texture. For dessert, I was told their Mille Feuille had gelatine, so I went with their Strawberry Sorbet. The candied lime was the best part of it all. I also asked for some fresh berries, but they were just meh. I finished it all with a cup of Mocha. The level of detail and attention given really makes you feel super spoilt, and it makes sense why this place maintains such a high level of exclusivity. Even the washrooms are luxuriously appointed. Being seated in the main dining area, you really do forget you are in an airport. If you are lucky to land a business class ticket with Air Canada, definitely make some extra effort to come and spend a good time here. It is totally worth it.

When you're a bit travel weary and Toronto airport is bursting at the seams, and my eardrums are ready to burst with the noise, it was wonderful to spend my 5 hour layover in the tranquil, highly comfortable and welcoming Signature Suite. The service, the range of food and drink, the relaxed ambience and restful seating areas were all outstanding. It was a great place to relax and recharge for the next leg of my journey. Special mention to the service staff, they are very attentive and efficient and really do help to make your visit as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

I love Maple Leaf lounges and this one did not disappoint, good food, comfortable seating and the food was top notch. I enjoyed the shower while there also.

4.2 tbh. Despite the considerable queue for entry, access is strictly reserved for those flying business or first class. The overall experience was pleasant; however, given the prices correlating with business class tickets, I expected a touch more opulence. In comparison to my experiences with Qatar, United, and Singapore Airlines’ business classes, Air Canada falls behind. - Kind Regards

The AC Signature Suite at Pearson Airport is excellent. Exactly what I would expect from a business class lounge. Exceptionally professional staff, plenty of comfortable seating options, drinks prepared by skilled bartenders, a choice of buffet or à la carte dining, and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I know we visited this lounge early in the day, before the typical peak period. Our server told us that it does get much busier closer to late afternoon and early evening, when the bulk of international flights are departing. However, compared to the high school cafeteria atmosphere of the domestic and transborder Maple Leaf Lounges at Pearson and Trudeau, the Signature Suite is simply in a different class entirely. Air Canada is doing 100% the right things with this lounge. Well done.

What a wonderful experience. Some quiet and zen before our international flight. They have created a relaxing ambiance and you forgot that you’re in an airport. They have an a la carte menu as well as a buffet. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is super attentive.

Best lounge in Canada hands down. The food and cocktail list are both great. Didn't feel like you were at the airport at all.

It was a terrible experience. Every single thing about this flight has been disrespectful. On the contrary, the services in Heathrow Airport were very nice and people who are working there are very kind and concerned about the passengers.

Fantastic way to start off a very long business trip. Food is delicious, drinks are incredibly creative and also delicious. And the service is perfect. Definitely make time to make the stop before you head out to the gate.

Conveniently located close to international long haul flights. Very quiet and allows you to relax in different sections - dining, lounge, and bar. Very clean and staff were very attentive to customers. Food was excellent!

Very nice Lounge, when I was here (mid day) it was not too packed, service was great and the food was outstanding. Will certainly come back - keep this up Air Canada - don't go down the path of Lufthansa, united and others (packed lounges with poor food and service)

Pretty neat Lounge. Very good dining experience. Vegetarian dining options available. Limited Lounge/Relax spaces. Well equipped and clean washrooms. Overall a good Lounge and definitely the preferred Lounge at Toronto-Pearson Airport.

I bought a business class ticket purposely to sit in the Signature Lounge while awaiting my flight. When I came to Maple Leaf Lounge to ask directions, I was informed by a very surly Lounge attendant that Signature Lounge was "full" even though she made no attempt to inquire if it was or not. Really Air Canada? you can't do better than this? On a $5k business class ticket? would I have been turned away if I was a man wearing a $2,000 suit? I'm obviously an older woman. So disappointed in your Air Canada that this kind of discrimination (assumed) is still going on.

Excellent service and extremely clean! The buffet food selection is mediocre, but perhaps the luggage-free dine-in area offers a better menu.

I have been in lounges around the world, and the Air Canada Signature Lounge is absolutely top tier. It is comparable to a fine restaurant, but it caters to people with a variety of time constraints. If you have a flight soon, you can have a quick drink and hit the buffet, which is excellent. If you have a bit more time, it is fun to sit at the bar and order off the a la carte menu, which has super tasty snacks. If you have a bit longer, the table service will not disappoint. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the lounge is nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. The Signature Lounge is truly an oasis of calm.
