Ceili Cottage has been replaced with The Burren Pub. Great place! We loved the experience here tonight. We'd been to Ceili Cottage many times, and were anxious to see what replaced it. Loved the result! The space has been changed, and it is MUCH lovelier. They are still adding art and such, but this space really works. Great atmosphere. The menu is creative, and the food we had was super solid. A great twist on fish and chips, with salmon, and a lovely fondue, also outside-the-box. They know how to mix a great cocktail. My Manhattan was on point :) And I really like their wine list , and the ability to get 1/2 litres of things on the list. Service was good, too. Prices not insane. I cannot wait to see what their patio brings. It is being set up next week. Wishing this place all the best!

Absolutely incredible. Fantastic beer selection, wonderful oysters, and a dessert that is not just out of this world, but an out of body expeience. 10/5 stars.

The food was absolutely amazing! Friendly staff Brandon our waiter was very attentive even was kind enough to take a family picture for mothers day for us! Great atmosphere everything that the new owners have done with the space is beautiful. The chef was very accommodating for myself I have celiac and he took the time to go over the menu and provide me with not just one option but 3 or 4 to choose from. So happy to have this wonderful gem in the neighborhood! Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed a late evening beverage on the amply-sized patio. The service was casual and very friendly. Good music but at a level that still permits comfortable conversation. A wide selection of tasty beer, wine, and spirits. I can't comment on the food because I was only in for drinks - but next time I hope to dig in to their great-looking oysters.

I finally made it to The Burren this weekend and what a lovely place it is. The staff were friendly, the menu has something for everyone and the food was excellent. My only critique is that the housemade clotted cream was definitely not clotted cream. It was very sour/tart and runny. Proper clotted cream is super thick and has a creamy taste to it, as that's exactly what it is. I'm not sure what this stuff was, sour cream perhaps? That aside, the food was excellent, even with the sour cream like topping and I will be returning to try their dinner menu!

Kind of disappointed because a friend had fond memories of this place previously. Very limited food options. Fries were the only finger foods available. All their drinks came out of a can. Didn't feel any different than eating chips and cheap drinks at home. And the music was very loud, we had to sit way away from the speakers to manage any kind of a conversation

We had a New Years Event/ Engagement Party here for ~40 people. Service was amazing, venue was incredible. Lisa helped us plan and work within our budget. Cass was fantastic and took care of our party. Food was perfect (oysters, charcuterie), great beers on tap. Would absolutely recommend this place for a drink, meal, or event. Thank you so so much!

I've walked past this place so many times and always wanted to give it a try. While I haven't been inside, their patio is just ok, and the food selection not too enticing. We had a couple beers and their "poutine spring rolls". I can't understand the concept, but it wasn't bad, just didn't have any flavor. If I decide to go back, I might just sit indoors. Great place for a couple of beers? Probably. Staff was great. What's with this Betty's East thing, did they change names?

We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Last week when patios opened back up I had Laura serving me and Cam was also around and they were the nicest servers ever. Laura is super friendly & Cam is too but he's also hilarious. Overall just amazing experiences. Today meeting Leah and the other managers was also great. This place knows how to treat customers and It’s just a pleasure to be there. The food is solid & quick + drinks are great. I also love that it’s dog friendly, and so does my dog of course. Definitely going to be my go-to spot this summer. Highly recommend everyone checking it out πŸ™Œ
