We’ve now been to this location twice in the past few days. I was absolutely enthralled by it. This is way better than any pizza you could find in the states. I’m honestly sad to have to go home because I know I’ll miss it so much! The crust is nice and crisp, and they balance the cheese and sauce perfectly. The pepperoni we got was well executed also. Plenty of toppings with out overloading the pizza. This is fresh pizza with an amazing taste. I’d recommend people going out of their way just to eat here.

Amico's is an institution in Toronto , and Frank is a pillar of the Parkdale community. Not only do they have some of the best pizza in the city, they offer a full menu of outstanding Italian food just like Nona would make. The home made taste is only overshadowed by the incredible value. Always have the special because it always is.

Dee and Antony are the best servers I have ever met. I live close by and I come here weekly. Wonderful place.

Always enjoy ordering an amico pizza, and everything else in the menu! Consistently great tasting food, and good value. You can create your own custom pizzas, or buy their standard topping specials. The pasta, desserts and sandwiches are also very good.

This has been one of my local restaurants and my main bar for years now. Frank runs an amazing restaurant and him and his staff are all great people. Some of the best pizza around by far. Can’t beat the late night service of amazing food that Amico’s provides. Second to none around these parts.

I was really impressed with the food. The service was impeccable. The food came really fresh. The veal parm was very fresh, I had it with penne pasta and a baked potato. The server was kind enough to accommodate my request for a fully loaded baked potato with sour creme, chives and bacon although it wasn't offered on the menu. The place setting is really nice with the dimmed lights and quiet atmosphere. I also enjoyed the fact that we felt very welcomed from the time that we arrived. The best part is that they're open really late. Thanks guys!

Me and my friend ordered the party sized Amico’s deluze pizza for 45$ as it looked like the best deal in the menu in terms of size(24 slices) and price. We finished it all on our own but it was no easy task as we were full by the end of it. Was it good? It was absolutely amazing. The mere cruchiness of the bread, no dryness yet full of crisp. The melted cheese that doesn’t burn the tounge but makes it swim in flavour as it is complimented by the ever so juicy tomatoes and onions. Little bits of sausages that balances the salt and sweet. The mushroom that adds a bit of texture to the smooth vegetables. The aroma alone will make you want to dig in. Every bite is full of taste as the pepperoni and vegetables are generously spread accross the pizza. The atmostphere in the restaurant was classy and cozy. It was clean, even the washrooms. Overall, me and my friend definetely enjoyed our visit and we appreciate the great service. The money and time we spent there was all worth it. We will be back, perhaps with more people next time.

I have to say pizza has a flavor here! I took a deluxe veggie small pizza. Having it reminded me of the pizza I savored in mexico a couple of years back. The place is well maintained and the servers are prompt and attentive. Pizza prices may however be a bit expensive, but still the flavor doesn't dissapoint!

Super friendly staff lady who was very accomodating, not pushy at all and told the precise time the food preparation would take. The pizza itself was very fresh and just like in the menu description, the seasoning was perfect, the veggie toppings and meat & cheese complemented each other very well. Atmosphere was super relaxed, fun music played at light volume, very clean washroom, a very comfortable experience. We got the party tray with 6 toppings - $42 for 24 square slices, filled with topping and fresh. Delicious and worth the money imo.

Loved the late open hours... It got busy around midnight onwards, and the food took a little longer than usual, but in the end was very tasty and wholesome (pizza was not too greasy, everything felt home cooked in a good way). Server (also bartender) was very quick to answer us. Good portion sizes for the price.

Pasta was okay. Atmosphere full of flies and the waitress took 40 mins to bring the bill. Maybe it was an just an off-day, but I was surprised at the discrepancy between the reviews here and my experience there

Pizza was amazing, so flavourful, crispy base and soft core. What i didnt like was the server who we felt was a bit rude to us. At first we thought that he was shy but then he was going to other tables asking them about the food and if they need anything. Never even came to us.

Not a good experience. I ordered the veal chop that was on special and it was really rare. Really under cooked. I don't know if they planned it that way but that's how i got it. Not happy. I also ordered a Black Russian which is a simple drink but somehow they figured it was worth charging me for 3 shots. My usual waitress was not working and I guess that was the difference because I was not happy with what I got tonight. I didn't even receive an itemized bill so I don't know where this went wrong.

Amazing late night joint, can almost always count on this crew to be open and to bring quality. Delivery driver is def the most kind person out there and is a regular driver. Give it a go if you have not. Their pizza is killer.

On behalf of everyone who has been growing up in this city we call home, this gem has finally got our attention. We do not understand why not everyone talks about this place. I guess it’s a try it then I’ll you I told you so type of place. This is an Italian traditional restaurant business (I hope this place never closes it’s doors ). It’s affordable, great choices and nostalgia. You can lose yourself in the city life and have all the trends of food/lifestyles. It’s really easy and hard to come out of it. We’ve got bills to pay and a family to support. But once you’ve come out of it and come to these types of restaurants, you will be one again. They represent home cooking and for the most part it’s undervalued. I at least understand why. Just what my role models would always say “those who see the true value in the most simple things, will always be happier than the flock.” Hope gen z will come and enjoy the privilege of good homemade pizza that’s been in the process in the making since the late 1970s. Just enjoy the food and brio🫶 To start of with

This was my first time. I heard a lot of positive and decided to go. One of the best veal sandwiches I’ve had! Meeting Frank was such a pleasure, I’ll definitely be back for dinner, and more than likely use that pool table you have. Thanks again, Frank! What a pleasure.

I ordered a meatball sandwich because I hoped it would be quick to make, it was not. The restaurant was empty and it took a long time for one sandwich to come out and when i ate it i was doubly disgusted. The bun was very soggy with very little meat on it. I could have went to subway and got a bigger sandwich with more meat, a fresher bun, with veggie toppings, QUICKER, for the same price! that is MY recommendation, do not bother to order the meatball sandwich here!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! They are closed on Tuesdays, because everyone deserves at least one day off a week. They do compensate by being open until all hours of the morning every other day and offer delivery as well. I order from these guys 1 - 2 times a week and every now and then will decide to dine in the cute little bistro with the red and white tablecloths and cute intimate atmosphere or the beautiful patio in the summer out back. I have had to wait fopr a table because the place is a little small however there is an awesome bar inside with reasonably priced drinks and a good selection. Spaghetti Carbonara is the dish to have.

I've tried many local pasta restaurants, and I will say, quickest delivery and best portions out here! I always have good food leftover. The prices are reasonable, and it always comes tightly sealed and freshly hot.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place is a real gem! Such great value for money, delicious food, and everyone who works there is so wonderful. Thank you for so many awesome meals!

What can you say about a place that has ensured you have something good at 3.17am when everybody else has selfishly gone to bed? Amico's has all kinds of good food, I'm sure of it because I see people ordering it. For me though, I'm hooked on their pizza. None of that puddle of grease fast-food style, this place finds the sweet spot between home cooked flavour and take-out. Although, after about 6+ years of ordering their food, I can honestly say some pizzas are better than others (I think it depends who's in the kitchen that night) the overall quality is great and I've never had a bad pizza. Compare this record to Pizza Pizza, where I've never had a good pizza. Also, if you like garlic dip, ask for their "house dip", which is of course, made in-house and so satisfying. In terms of value, every Wednesday is half-price pizza day, which is truly a stellar value. I've had some hard weeks in university where I need something that will last more than one meal and this half-price day warrants the purchase. During COVID half-price has been extended to 7 days a week before 9pm: the best aspect of the global pandemic hands down.

Frank makes the best food. Also one of the best pizzas I have had on a long time!!! Try the cauliflower as well. He makes his own dipping sauces that are vegan too!!!
