I think the clinic needs to reevaluate their front end staff or else pretty soon they’re going to lose a massive amount of business. There isn’t a shortage of clinics and doctors so this is a note to the people running this clinic - REEVALUATE asap your process, your signage, and most importantly your rude, impolite and disrespectful receptionists that display absolutely no empathy towards patients. There are enough problems in the world and we deal with more than enough every single day and everyone is fighting their own battle to survive. The least you can do is display kindness.

I am absolutely livid! This clinic states that they’re open until 7pm. I arrived at the clinic at 5:15pm and was rudely told that “the walk-in clinic is closed. We are full.” There was absolutely nobody in the waiting room. When I pointed out the discrepancy with their hours and an empty waiting room I was completely ignored. No explanation, no sympathy - not even directions to another clinic who would be able to help me. If your business hours state you’re open until 7pm - you should be accepting walk in patients up to that time! If not - lock the door or a least post a visible sign with your policies. This clinic is one of the reasons our health care system is in the toilet!

This is NOT a walk-in clinic. They need to change their signage. As noted on their website: "NOTE FOR PATIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR AT OUR CLINIC: We are not accepting Walk-In Patients for both in-person and tele-consult at our clinic until further notice." Even though my family has been to this clinic on numerous occasions they will no longer see walk-ins.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Randhawa. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with our assessment. She was patient and she gave us great tips on how to minimize the anxiety for kids at the doctor's office. She was caring and was genuinely concerned for our health. We did not feel rushed at all. She took the time to answer all our questions and even educated us! I found that helpful as not many family doctors do this. I would highly recommend.

Half the time I call I dont get treated properly on the phone. I have been there with no one in the waiting room. My family just walked out and all I wanted was to talk to my Dr. Jamuna Manoharan and even though no one is there she couldn't talk to me. Funny how they offer you the opportunity to be you're family Doctor then turn there backs once they have enough preferred patients. I guess those oaths ment nothing.

I’ve been a client of Dr.Gowda since she was in Milton and would recommend her to anyone i know. Her receptionist on the other hand is rude, unknowing, and out right unprofessional with her job. I haven’t been able to book things properly with the clinic since the move to Mississauga

Dr Gowda is excellent service, amazing and just so considerate. She took my husband in when he was in need and now myself. Our family doctor was closing her practice and we did not have anywhere to turn. Thank you so much as you have been very very helpful. We are hoping to become part of her family doctor list soon.

Silliest clinic I've seen. Why is this clinic open and named urgent care if it doesn't want to treat patients? It is so restricted that it'll refuse you if you have a family doctor! Even if it is far, they don't care. They will just not treat even if it's for 1 year old infant and suffering badly. They just don't care.

Weirdest experience ever. Came to urgent care for quick check up of my son as he was coughing a lot. They said that they won't treat and I should contact my family doctor and go to her. If they don't want to work then why is the clinic open?

My Name is Angela, and I would like to express my experience with Dr Manoharan. This wonderful Doctor is BEYOND PHENOMENAL!!! From the first meeting I knew I wanted her as our family DR! She is by Far the most FANTASTIC DR I have ever been to. To say she is the Best is an understatement!!! I can not tell you how much she EXUDES how knowledgeable AND professional SHE IS!!! Also she is just amazing with my children and they connected to her immediately! They even ask when the next time they can go back to the DR. Thank you Dr Manoharan for always being so kind patient and never rushing us , ALWAYS doing what is BEST for your patients! My family appreciates you. It is such a blessing to have found a Dr like YOU!

I have been Dr. Gowda’s patient for several years now and have always been satisfied by her attention, knowledge and professionalism. No, she does not see walk in clients anymore because she has been the only doctor at the clinic for quite some time and works very hard to meet all of her patients needs; she honestly goes above and beyond and I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor. She has always asked very thorough questions and followed through with detailed assessments with any of my concerns. Thank you Dr. Gowda!

Too much of wait time even after you book an appointment, more than an hour we have to wait to see the doctor even if you wait for long time and see the doctor ,she will be quick and finish off not even listen the problem with patience and coming to receptionist they are very rude, no proper response was not provided .Dr.Gowda sometimes when we explain the problem will not have an eye contact with the patient and always at the monitor screen recording the notes of the issue on the profile ,very much concentrated on the screen writing the notes instead directly talking to the patients.

This saying walk in but not walk in. Poor people are working customer service really bad.

Dr. Gowda is one of the best intelligent doctor, she cares for her patients more than anything. I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor.

My infant daughter were turned away from the clinic because we didn't have an appointment. This is listed and advertised as a walk in clinic, but not accepting walk ins.

Not a walk-in clinic. Tried to see a Doctor & was denied. Was told they have one doctor working who only sees their patients

Worst receptionist ever, doest not listen to what the the patient is trying to say, the customer service lady said that "our procedures have changed regarding prescription refill", how do a patient know about their procedure if its the first time asking for a refill. they should be trained to listen to the patient. I said I am out of the medication from past one week and was told a week before that prescription will be sent to the pharmacy, and the receptionist did not had any courtesy to say oh I am sorry about this that you are out of medication, rather she said you were suppose to call in here first in order to make a request. If a doctor said she will send the prescription refill request then why am I suppose to call in again.

This clinic refused to take patients , even though it was for my 11 year old kid, 3 hours before closing time. They open at 10 and stops taking patient at 12. That was the reply given to me. Does our review really matter. 95 percent of the reviews are negative. What action is being taken.

Just want to send praise and extend my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. S. Gowda and Ms. Neetu (not sure if I spelled her name right) I came in their clinic yesterday afternoon when they are about to close; timing was too tight 3 mins and they’re closing, however they did not hesitate to take me in and to see me and have me check coz I got injury in my nose from the bus that I am in while going home that crashed in an accident. You guys are so amazing and indeed showed care above and beyond. You both truly embody the care and passion for your profession and care for patients above all. Thank you and I really appreciate you extending your time and staying a little bit late just to accommodate me.
