I would give this place less than one star if I could. I've been here multiple times however recently I was not allowed entry because apparently my ID is fake. I was confused and I told the owner that he has seen me multiple times and let me in, if my ID was fake then why hasn't he stopped me before. He replied "well this time I'm not letting you in". Listen, I'm a frequent smoker, I don't mind not going to an overpriced dispensary when there's so many better out there but I simply wanted an infused hot chocolate. When a grown man who has seen you multiple times randomly tells you your ID is fake when in fact it is not, it really makes you question how many brain cells people have. The fact that he has allowed me in before makes me wonder if this guy was just really high. Pretty disappointed, they lost a frequent customer but Toronto is full of amazing dispensaries that don't have owners that wrongfully accuse their customers. You would think people think rationally and logically but after this experience I'm just stunned. Anyways I'll be taking a hit in honour of my last gram from CAFE, sending good vibes.

Terrible customer service. As a working professional In Toronto I don’t have much time to leave the office so I had a coworker go grab a Vape pen for me from the shop. they didn’t have the pen that I was looking for so the sales staff ended up selling my associate a different brand. Upon returning to the office my coworker shows me this pen and I let him know that he made a mistake in which I called immediately and spoke with somebody at Cafe. Who then said that as long as the package had not been used I can return it and exchange it for the pen that I wanted. I decided to leave the office myself and drive all the way to the location only be told by the sales staff that I cannot exchange it for the pen that I’m looking for. I was told simply, that person on the phone made a mistake and that’s just too bad for me. I was spoken to with absolutely no empathy and was just disregarded. It was my mistake to come to this store and not to a government licensed store front. The unprofessionalism is clearly shown. 0 stars If I could.

The cafe is usually pretty good. Managers are pretty helpful except at st. Claire, he wouldn't budge on my purchase even though I didn't even leave the store. Wasn't asking for a refund, just wanted an exchange for something that wasn't on the website hours after it was put on the shelf. Normally I don't complain about cheap weed, but the grape god should be even cheaper like 3oz for 100. The Oz I got was 8g of bottom of the bag or preground. Not what I was expecting. I guess it is what it is

Omgg, this place is awesome. The atmosphere, the goodies, everything about this place was amazing. Great customer service from the girl who made my infused cappuccino (20mg), yes that's right, and the bonus is a free 10mg infused coffee if you come in at 4:20pm. Pricing is fair, small area to sit.

I always have to wait for my pick up order. I always tip but like.. why am I waiting? Pay attention to the line, I don't really care about the conversation you're having with some other guest for like 5-10min. Let me leave

Customer service is not good and drivers do not want to deliver to door when that option is selected. Hash is mediocre, ordered 1 oz of bubba and got 2 half oz of different strains mixed together, when i reached out, nobody did anything and kept being told its being looked into. 4 days and no response from them or ownership of the issue. Save your money and go somewhere professional.

So far, no complaints, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service could be quicker, but I guess they work for their tip - so be nice. (I don't work here nor am affiliated to anyone there - just a customer who appreciates kindness)

I've been coming to CAFE on St.clair for over a year since I moved to the neighborhood and the two things that keep me coming back is the friendly staff and good weed 😉

To many great things to list off as a reason you should ditch your dispensary and head to cafe. So I'll give you just three: wonderful staff that is amazingly friendly and helpful no matter what, the best prices I've seen by far, along with the greatest pricing compared to other shops or locations! Wanna eat or smoke? This is the best place, no joke!

Unimpressed with the Pink Piranha strain that's currently 15 per gram. Smoke a bong and get stoned for 10 minutes. Very short lived for the price. The Wagyu is actually much better and its only 13 per gram. I think more quality control needs to be done before pricing the buds. I have been buying the Astropink 14 gram bags and am much more impressed with those now. Used to be the other way around...Where's the Pink Ferrari, Pink Wolverine and Pink Wagyu fire strains like you used to have just a few months ago...Before it was the other way around. I highly suggest you start paying more attention to the BUD you have and don't push it as fire if its NOT FIRE!

Reasonable product prices, and delivery services. Very kind staff and always accommodating. An excellent alternative during Cancer, when I was unable to physically go to my Compassion Centre. Thank you Cafe on Bloor and also Cafe at St. Claire.

Why is this illegal business taking the name of Dollar Bazaar Prescott? Thought some scammer was using my credit card at Dollar Bazaar Prescott. But the owner informed me that its Cafe from Toronto who's processing machines are under the name Dollar Bazaar Prescott. This is when you know they are running illegally.. I hope Toronto Police try to shut these guys down again.

This place is alright, a little over priced. Insalata, a few buildings to the west of the corner is a better location. One thing I recommend to both dispensaries is that they should be open 24/7. You have people such as myself who's up by 3am, works out, and out of the gym by 5am. Would be nice if y'all are open 24 hours that way, people can buy product whenever it fits their schedule. Come on!

Been a customer since 5 years and they recently skipped one of my items when bagging my stuff. When I revisited asking for help if they can fix a mistake, they took 0 ownership of it and literally told me there was no way of correcting. It’s interesting how they’ve been in business for so long and treat their loyal customers like this. You’ve lost one loyal customer for sure and certainly hope that Karma gets them. Good bye Cafe, who’s not even legal to have a storefront for this product line.

I don't smoke marijuana. But I do enjoy a lollipop 🍭. In the middle it has gum. Not many dispensaries sell these delicious 🍭. It helps my pain so well that I can fall asleep all nite. It's a discreet way to get some THC & CBD with no smell . I enjoy my lollipop for 2-3 days. Cafe dispensary sells quality products with no disappointments. I luv coming back

To everyone who says the customer service is good they are absolutely lying. Stay AWAY from the St. Clair location. Like for real, you might just catch some charges cuz only mother Teresa can put up with they’re nasty customer service. You legit end up wanting to break those little boys teeth FOR REAL they think they are hard but they little kittys. I began experimenting with cannabis consumption because of Cafe dispensary in Toronto, and now I am compelled to discontinue this practice owing to that same Cafe dispensary. At its inception, Cafe embodied a paradigm shift, boasting an exceptional team of enlightened individuals who championed an innovative community-centric business model replete with pioneering ideas. Regrettably, the establishment has since devolved into a state of languor, marred by personnel-related issues that have proven insurmountable and a danger to my health. I am Black transgender woman and I consume cannabis for pain management for physical injuries. The chronic pain from my injuries have been affecting my mental health. During Mental Health Awareness Week, my life teetered on the precipice of despair, and in the darkest hour, I had a suicide attempt… Cafe found its place within my suicide note. By some miracle, I survived that ordeal, only to subsequently endure a campaign of harassment orchestrated by your personnel, culminating in unfounded allegations and expulsion under the pretext of causing discomfort. Speaking up for my human rights when they are being violated is not a reason to be uncomfortable unless you are guilty of something as the actual aggressor. To my astonishment, this unjust banishment extended beyond the Harbord location to encompass all branches of Cafe. One can only hope that the consequences you've imposed upon me were commensurate with the perceived infractions. #iAmNotCafe It is evident that your professed principles of solidarity and support for the LGBTQ community and Mental Health are, in practice, nothing more than a superficial performance, betraying a disconcerting hypocrisy.

Pre-Ordered at 1pm for 5pm and the driver came at 7pm, highly recommend staying away from the delivery service and this isn't the first time this has happened.

excellent place for cannabis smokers, they have the pots inflont of you, everything is so different to others dispensarys, you should go and try it, I have been buying in caffe around 4 years, they have clothes, caps, plants, diferent stuff yo smoke, even chocolate and drinks etc...

0 customer service. They made a mistake on an order and tried go only refund me the difference between what they sent and what I had bought. Guess they’re unaware that’s illegal.

Good staff, but their "in-house" brand is overpriced trash. Never coming back until you carry other brands. 50 bucks for 3.5g of prerolls. Ya no thanks

I came in 20 minutes before the store closed down, & I was told that their tap has been taken out of service. They started to pre close, and I was told I couldn’t make a purchase because their tap is not in service. If I had just came in a few minutes earlier, they could have serviced me. No where does it say no tap after a certain amount of time. No accommodations either just a “sorry” and that’s it.

I came here a couple of weeks ago with my friend and we got a weed pen. The flavour was amazing, the packaging was cute and the lady helping us was able to help us and answer our questions. 10/10 highly recommend.
