Walking, jogging, cycling trail near my residence and runs along side Lake Ontario. I love visiting here often... for some exercise, a stroll or even just to sit by the lake and listen to the sound of water ... find the place very very peaceful. There's also Rouge Beach along the path which is a popular hangout during summer

This is an amazing space tucked away not too from from Toronto city. There are multiple beaches here that aren't usually crowded to the neck. Also there's the trail who h follows along the coast, and is a great pace to walk bike or run. It also connects to rouge urban park.

It's a truly breathtaking place to take a walk or cycle. There are smart bikes available nearby to rent if you feel like cycling but don't have one. The fresh air and greenery is just amazing, there will be a lot of mosquitoes in the evening though. You'll be lost how beautiful mother earth can be just by standing and feeling those cold breeze on your face. A wonderful place to checkout if you're planning to explore new places, I definitely enjoyed the experience. Would go again for sure!

Very calming and peaceful place. Not too crowded unlike Scarborough Bluffs. Good for walking and biking and just sight seeing. Close to Rouge Hill Go Station which makes it so convenient to visit.
