Update after 2 years Ive been going to this gym open/ closed during the pandemic- and with things back open going to this gym is fantastic! Classes are intense and welcoming to all levels of people coming in to get a great workout 🦵👊🥊 super clean gym that has great protocol for everyones safety. The gym is an awesome place to work out with the classes.they have great coaches that each have similar but unique philosophies, in which they teach and shape you to get in fit shape and you learn how to do proper technique. I personally can say i love going to this gym! you walk in to a friendly/healthy environment that pushes you to your own limit to reach your goal or being active, fit, healthy, and to learn muay thai. They even have some boxing classes which are amazing. this place is legit!

Hookup Muay Thai is the place to be!!! A one stop shop for all you fitness needs!! You got amazing coaches and trainers on the Muay Thai side, an amazing personal trainer for strength and conditioning, and a 1 of a kind deep tissue massage service for all your recovery needs. I have been to many Muay Thai gyms in my life and hookup is the best by far. Beautiful coaches, inspiring culture and people I call family. Stop by if you wanna be a better version of yourself.

So many great things to say about Hook Up! I've had an amazing experience training here and I've talked about it so much at home that one of my family members is going to start too. The coaching is top-notch with instructors who are all welcoming, experienced and knowledgeable plus they meet students where they are in terms of knowledge as well as conditioning, etc. The workouts are varied, challenging, and offer a mix of endurance training and more traditional technique and pad work drills. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the member-base is supportive and friendly. I felt like I was part of a community from day one. It's also a perfect gym for families as they offer classes for kids and teens. They are active in competitions for kids as well as for adults if that's something you're looking for. I highly recommend Hook Up to anyone looking for a great place to train muay Thai, kickboxing, or boxing.

Let me first start off by saying that Hook Up Muay Thai is by far the best place I have ever been too....and trust me I have been to a few. All the instructors are amazing and Theodora is truly a gem! The environment is for everyone regardless of your fitness level. The Muay Thai classes are fun, never dull and will make you feel great physically, mentally and emotionally. A great place to relieve stress and get fit at the same time. It is also a very welcoming place...never judged or made to feel uncomfortable. This place has exceeded all the expectations I was looking for. Thank you Hook Up Muay Thai and Theodora for helping me reach my goals and finding my inner strength. Proud to fight like a girl!

what an incredible, family friendly gym for all levels. The best part is there is no pressure. The amazing team and coaches are attentive to all age groups and skill sets. We have had such an amazing experience with my son, we have decided to bring my daughters as well. Theodora's team are top notch from pad work, to sparing competitions, they do it all, and make each child/adult have fun in doing it. I would highly recommend this club.

Both my girls 13 and 9 love this gym. The environment is great, and although they were nervous about joining, they fit right in. The leadership is fun and purposeful. Thank you for making them feel welcome and inspiring them to work hard and bring their confidence to a new level.

I love to train at this gym. It’s professional, welcoming and fun. I started off boxing with Theodora there and it was a solid cardio and endurance workout with great and experienced instructors. But because of my skiing injuries I transitioned to personal training and I’ve been training twice a week there for the last 8 years with my great trainer, Rob, who pushes and at the same time motivates me to do my personal best. I love my gym routine and if I miss a day I feel cranky. I would highly recommend this club to anyone who is thinking of improving their fitness level.

Love this gym! Theodora and the other coaches are experienced but friendly and welcoming. Each coach has their own style and a variety of classes are available Monday through Thursday. All levels of skill are welcome here and everyone is friendly. The classes are a great mix of pad work, bag work, shadow boxing and cardio (warm ups), and there are opportunities for sparring. It's also super family friendly, with great kids' classes available. Our whole family has been going for 3 weeks now, and we have no plans to stop! Having gone to other Muay Thai gyms in the past, Hook Up is by far the most comfortable and welcoming we've found in Toronto, with the most effective workouts, and we highly recommend checking it out!

I've been coming to Hook Up Muay Thai for a few months now and absolutely love it! I was a little hesitant at first since I had never participated in any form of martial arts before, but Theodora, and all instructors, are extremely welcoming and make you feel at ease. It's a great club for all levels, as I have seen both extremely experienced to newbies (like me) training together. The workouts are amazing, a great stress reliever and ALWAYS leave you breaking a sweat. It's the first time, in a long time, that I actually look forward to working out!

I finally found a gym I don’t dread going to ! If you’re anything like me and you’ve ever felt lost when it comes to working out - Look no further. Hook Up Muay Thai is an amazing workout for all fitness levels. The energy in this gym is awesome, it’s such a friendly and welcoming environment. Theodora and all the instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been a member for about four months now, and it really has had a positive impact on my physical and mental health. The classes are fun and always a great challenge. I would highly recommend giving Hook Up Muay Thai a try !

I took a few classes at Hook Up Muay Thai while visiting Toronto for a week. This gym is perfect for all levels. Whether you are coming for fitness purposes or are a seasoned fighter, this gym will take care of you. I have about 3 years of experience and felt at home. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming, the workouts are solid, and you learn proper technique. Classes were mostly pad and bag work (which I personally love!). Some people are doing ring work on the side, there is light sparring at times, etc. The instructors are great - knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. I would join the gym if I lived here.

Amazing Muay Thai gym to train at in the north end of the city! Theodora has created a very family friendly gym that allows you to work at your own pace while taking into considerations any limitations one might have (e.g. injuries). When gyms opened up during last year in May, all the necessary precautions were taken into consideration to make sure that everyone was safe and able to work out (own space to workout, masks, cleaning supplies for everyone). When gyms were ordered to close, classes were quickly offered online through zoom! A great place to meet new people and get fit while having fun! :)

So glad I found this Muay Thay community, this is a awesome place to train. Everyone is very friendly, approachable, and all the Coaches are so good - they are very helpful. They are professional and really want to see you get better. I believe you can learn a lot about life from any sort of martial arts, but the key is to have a good teacher/mentor, and they have that here. I came just to sign my 2 daughter (hard to convence them to come to try Muay Thay), and now they just want to come to the gym everyday, and then I decided to try the trial month class and definitely I'm joining the team too. If you are a beginner, older, younger, etc, don't be hesitant, they are very welcoming to everybody any age and will work with you to the best of your current ability.

This gym has me hooked on Muay Thai. This is an ego free gym with an extremely welcoming and positive environment. Each coach has a different teaching style while still consistently providing safe, fun, challenging and rewarding classes. They will put in the effort to get to know you, push you and support you. This is not just a gym but also a community that I'm very grateful to have found.

With an empty nest ( 4 married children, 9 grandchildren) and then retirement, I was eager for new experiences. After my first boxing session, I was hooked .It’s both the instructor, Theodora and the atmosphere that is so pleasant ….. never crowded, superb coaching, high quality equipment for cardio and weight training. Boxing, however, is my absolute favourite activity . I always leave the gym with a big grin on my face.

I absolutely love this place and have recommended it to my family and friends! The trainers here are great to work with and are so patient working with kids. I bring my 12 year old daughter here who is partially paralyzed. The trainers have helped her tremendously, and have provided her with options to work around her limitations. It has helped boost her confidence and skill level.

Hook up Muay Thai gym is organized, clean and family oriented. When my son started taking classes he was shy and timid. As time progressed the confidence in him grew as he learned the combinations and techniques of Muay Thai through drills and pad work. Theodora and her team are passionate , motivational and knowledgeable. I would highly recommended this club.

Hook Up Muay Thai is a great place to learn and have fun doing it. You get all levels of training, from beginner to the championship level. Come for your work out and get what you need! I've been training there now for a few years and hope to still train there for many, many more. I couldn't ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable & perfectly paced environment for my training and workouts!
