Nice
facility,
yet
Incredibly
dishonest
management
that
lacks
basic
decency.
I
was
not
allowed
even
to
enter
the
club
as
a
member
and
wait
for
my
under
aged
daughter
a
month
ago,
but
they've
been
charging
me
full
membership
fee
for
months,
without
my
knowledge
and
consent.
The
whole
scheme
is
very
sneaky.
At
first,
they
stopped
charging
the
membership
fee
in
March
2020
like
all
other
clubs,
as
they
were
completely
shut
down.
However,
around
May
20th
they
allowed
access
to
courts
(for
which
they
charge
separate
fee)
without
providing
any
other
services.
However,
unlike
the
rest
of
the
industry,
they
continued
charging
full
membership
in
June,
without
a
consent
or
even
direct
notice
to
the
members.
In
my
case,
it's
over
a
thousand
dollars.
When
I
realized
a
foul
play
and
complained,
a
really
rude
and
arrogant
CEO
said
Mayfair
would
never
refund
membership
fees
because
it
was
not
their
fault
they
were
closed.
I
told
her
that
certainly
was
not
mine,
and
they
should
go
put
a
claim
to
their
Insurer
for
business
interruption
instead
of
plunder
like
this
from
members.
The
person
I
complained
to
(she
said
there
is
nobody
above
her
to
complain
to)
even
went
to
bully
me
by
saying
that
fees
will
not
be
refunded
even
though
no
services
were
provided
in
months,
but
I
could
cancel
and/or
freeze
my
services
if
I
don't
like
their
decision!!??
I've
been
on
and
off
member
of
the
club
with
my
family
for
the
past
20
years,
last
7-8
consecutive.
Sadly,
I
watched
Mayfair
transform
from
the
most
reputable
sport
facility
in
the
city
to
the
entitled,
greedy
and
dishonest
corporate
monster.
It
is
inevitable
that
current
person
in
charge
will
run
them
to
the
grounds
with
the
business
practice
that
grossly
lacks
honesty
and
integrity.
In
the
mean
time,
after
endless
emails
and
efforts
to
reason
with
management,
I
am
only
left
with
a
legal
remedy.
And
that
makes
me
really
sad.
