ALERT/WARNING!!! DO NOT come to TVEH’s emergency services for "EMERGENCY SERVICE"! They are unreliable, Do Not prioritize critical patients or even in-house critical patients. They do not care about your pet’s prior medical history! My dog Goldy passed away at 12:15am on July 25, 2022. Goldy W, everyone in the clinic knows that he was a patient in the Oncology Department, diagnosed with agressive Mast Cell Tumour and had been doing chemo at this clinic since December 2021. Within the past couple of months, Goldy has been going to the ICU and had to stay overnight multiple times, due to underlying health issues from the chemo side effects, or from the MCT. For two weeks in a row, on a weekend, I attempted to send Goldy into the Emergency due to deterioration but failed by the clinic! Last last Sunday, 17th July, I called to inform TVEH at 11am that I was going to send Goldy down as he was weak, not eating and urination was excessive to an unacceptable level. I was told that there was a 2-hour call list and they would call me back at least 2 hours for an assessment. I explained that Goldy was an in-house chemo patient with Dr. Patten and he was hospitalized just a week ago due to zero white blood cell so this was critical and begged for priority.. The receptionist didn't seem to care and insisted that the call list was 2 hours long and I just needed to wait! Ended up, they didn't call me back unitl 8 hours later at 7:52pm, JUST TO ASSESS! I yelled on the phone and they didn't seem to care and no apology, just asked if I still wanted an assessment!!! I sent Goldy early in the next morning to the oncology depart. and was told that he was super dehydrated and with kidney & stomach issues, and of course was hospitalized for couple of nights. This is the opposite of emergency services!!! THIS PAST WEEKEND, 24TH JULY, I drove direct to the clinic at 11am on Sunday because Goldy was not eating again and drank less, and weak. I sat for 1.5 hours waiting to be assessed, asked the receptionist for a few times if they could prioritize Goldy and they refused and told me they had first come first serve basis! Dogs came in with limping leg got treated before my dog who had cancer, who wasn’t eating or drinking, who was weak and was doing chemo at the clinic, JUST BECAUSE THEY CHECKED IN FIRST!! **ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF TRIAGE!!!!!!!!** After 1.5 hours, without even an assessment, I was asked to go back home because they had a 6 hour wait time!! Instead, the receptionist just booked me an appointment at 9am for the following day on Monday. I begged if she could get someone to assess to make sure he was not dehydrated and I suspected that IV would be needed. She said she couldn't becuase all the cages were full and the wait list was long! After, I was like a crazy woman running around Shoppers & Global Pet Food for syringes, electrotyle and chicken bone broth to feed him to make sure he could make thru Sunday for next morning's appointment! Later at night, Goldy turned worse and I rushed over to ER again close to midnight as he was heavily breathing and fast. While on our way to the clinic, Goldy passed away in the car at 12:20am. We arrived to the clinic with a dead body whom TVEH's EMERGENCY refused to prioritize treatment for. [CRYING] They tried to resuscitate him with CPR, but it was no use. He was gone... [Crying] The veterinarian who spoke with us said Goldy’s files stated that Goldy had been assessed and re-scheduled for an appointment the next morning. Goldy was NEVER assessed in the first place that prior morning. And because of TVEH’s "INABILITY TO ASSESS ANIMALS FOR TRIAGE", Goldy died in my daughter’s arms during the car ride to the clinic. It just ended in tragedy!! I repeat: DO NOT come to TVEH for EMERGENY SERVICES. They have no empathy for our pets! THANK YOU to the Department of Oncology, Dr. Patten and his assistant, Jennifer for everything you’ve done for Goldy. But your emergency services bring you down... ***The Emergency Service isn't even worth One Star, just need to enable the Post Button!***

We had an extremely positive experience here, as far as emergency vet visits can go. They took fantastic care of our dog, and she felt so comfortable with their staff. We came in on a very busy night, and were given a room immediately and the dog was being assessed within 20 minutes. When we came back the next day and it was clear our dog would need to stay overnight, we didn't have wait very long at all to have her admitted. They also managed the personal and financial side of the visit very well. The staff were all very kind, responsive, and upbeat despite working in some of the highest stress jobs out there. That goes for the vets, the vets assistants, the staff at the front desk - every staff member we interacted with. We felt the triage process we very well managed. We were given realistic assessments and told our options at each stage. We ended up taking our dog home a couple of times to be monitored, and when she declined and we took her back to the hospital, they were supportive of our decision. We were given quotes at every stage, too. It's so great to know that this emergency vet is available, if needed. I would recommend it to any dog owner. Hopefully we never have to use it again! 😅

My best friend unexpectedly got bloat this past weekend and required emergency surgery to correct. This hospital was a godsend, the receptionists, the Assistants and the Doctors were all top notch. The care that Duke recieved was very much appreciated ❤️ Thank you to the Doctors and all the staff for turning an awful situation around with such skill and kindness.

I want to thank Dr. Chris in Oncology for being so helpful, informative and giving multiple options for my cat. Very great demeanour and pleasant to talk to. The only thing feed back that is negative - it would be good to acknowledge those standing in front of you - with I will be with you in one moment. I saw multiple people stand waiting to help - I included and they don’t even look at you. When you are spending thousands with a sick pet ….. I just think that is important for good customer service.

Thank you so much to Dr. Hoffman and the entire TVEH team for taking care of our Peggy this holiday season! I know that many people may think that the stomach surgery Peggy underwent is routine; however, for us it was an exceptionally stressful and worrisome situation, and we are so glad that Peggy was able to receive the care from Dr. Hoffman, Dr. Martin, Dr. Avellaneda, and the team at TVEH. Thank you again for your care, patience, and support!

Even though our puppy girl Cinnamon passed away at 9 months, she was given the best care possible by the team there. They communicated everything possible and kept us in the loop and when we went to say goodbye, they presented her beautifully. We are forever grateful of the staff here, they did absolutely everything possible.

We brought our 12-year old cat to the hospital around 10 pm not knowing what exactly was wrong. He had been throwing up for two days. The front desk staff and technicians who triaged us were calm and friendly. They have took our cat in right away to determine if he was stable. They asked us for permission before administering a sedative to let the vets draw blood. In all it took about 3 hours for us to get a diagnosis and the medications we needed. I really appreciated the service. We were very worried and the vet (Dr. Ana?) was kind and reassuring. Thankfully our cat is on the mend now.

Please see other one star reviews before going to this place. We experienced these when we had to go there. Long wait time? Check! Price gouging? Check! Lack of empathy? Check! They will capitalize on your predicament and love for your pet to price gouge you and pay little attention to important details to help your pet heal properly. In our case, they even failed to prescribe antibiotics that resulted in the spread of infection. My friends in the medical field were all surprised that no antibiotic was prescribed. When I went to my regular vet for consultation days after going to this hospital, they immediately noted that the infection has already spread and immediately prescribed the necessary medication including antibiotics. Note that this emergency hospital does not care about your pet. They only have one concern and that is to get as much money they can from you and move on to the next victim. Please stay away from this hospital!!!

About a year ago my cat, Captain, started vomiting and stopped eating. I took her to this hospital. A couple of hours later they took her in and told me that there were only four pets ahead of her. In the meantime, she will have to remain in her carriage-case. I called a couple of hours later to inquire and was again told that there were four animals ahead of her and that's why she was still confined to her case. Overnight, I called them a few times and each time heard the same script. It took them fifteen hours to finally make room for her and run some tests. Since no visitors were allowed due to the pandemic, I used to call the hospital a couple of times a day to inquire about her health and well-being. For one of these calls, the receptionist was so rude and condescending that I had to ask her to stop and to show some respect. I had to explain to her that our pets are like our children, and we only call the hospital out of our concern for them. She gave me a whatever "ok". Once the test results came in, I received a call from the hospital. The news was bad. Captain had a biomass and possible leukemia. The doctor who spoke to me seemed caring but was really pushing for expensive procedures. I was willing to go with her suggestion, but my immediate concern was that Captain was not eating anything, even while in the hospital. They didn't seem too concerned about that part and seemed more interested in booking her for surgery and chemo. I took my Captain back home a few days later and was waiting for her first chemo session. Unfortunately. about a week after I brought her back home, she became so weak that she was struggling to even stand up. I rushed her to her regular vet, who quickly diagnosed her and said that her vitals were low and she either needed to be put down or placed in an incubator, which their clinic did not have. I told him that I was not ready to put her down yet. He told me to rush her to the animal hospital. He didn't charge me anything for his diagnosis. Sadly, my Captain died on the way to the hospital. The hospital charged me $120 for their one minute of work and pronouncing her dead. Overall, it was a terrible experience. It is highly unlikely that I will take my other cat to this hospital if there ever was an emergency in the future.

Our experience with the Toronto Vet Hospital was excellent. We had to bring our Doberman in on Thursday night with Bloat. This was immediately treated like the emergency that it was and our dog received exceptional care from start to finish. Every time I have had to use this service with any of our pets our experience has been perfect. Thank you!

Not to happy attended this vet at 11:45pm due to my dog was hit by a car friday around 11:15pm. The vet said she was ok no internal bleeding no broken bones. She prescribed some pain meds, sent us home saying come back up only if her breathing changes. Got home around 1pm gave her pain meds watched her till 4 am and fell asleep. Between 4 and 7 am she ended up puking and died. By 7 am her body was already in full rigimortis. How can u be told your loved animal will be ok by a vet she just need time to heal and not even 7 hours later have her die. Very angry with the sevice because there had to have been something wrong and she wasnt checked properly. Its not like i didnt have 15000.00 to do what needed to be done. But still my beloved Brandy died.

This happened a few months ago but I forgot to do a review so here it is So, this lil mofo decided to get his tongue pierced. Who wouldn’t enjoy fishing and relaxing up north on a Sunday? Instead, he ate a hook and it punctured his tongue (Maybe he identified as a Fish?). We rush all the way back to Toronto to his regular vet but unfortunately they don’t take emergency and re direct us to this animal hospital. The waiting time is a bit long but I didn’t mind as others dog that came in later have life threatening emergency. Dr. Brittany Martin is an excellent doctor, she is professional and is happy to do her job. She got him sedated and removed the hook in about 30 minutes. I was eating at Pizza Hut around the corner and the food drop out of my mouth as I was shocked at how fast she was. This doctor ain’t playing no game. I would definitely recommend this emergency animal clinic, staff are really professional and I feel they they did an amazing job. The bill was pretty cheap and affordable. I was expecting way higher, especially on a Sunday night.

My baby Simba went through 3 months of chemotherapy at TVEH, despite he lost his battle at the end, my experience with TVEH is nothing but great. First, I called many places to get Simba to see an oncologist, TVEH was the only place was able to get us on the waiting list and called me back. Doctor and nurses are all very nice there, after 3 months of chemo treatment, Simba passed away but they are so kind to send me a card that not just any card, but a card that looks exactly like my Simba. The doctor and nurses each also wrote a nice note, meaningful words, not just generic messages. I find this very thoughtful because even my own vet who I went there for over 12 years, they only sent me a generic card with generic messages. So I was very touched receiving this card. Lastly, in memory of Simba, they made a monetary donation on behalf of Simba to OVC Pet Trust, which again, I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend TVEH. This vet truly cares about their customers both pets and owners.

Thank you for a positive experience especially being a first time pet owner. I was worried for my puppy that I just got that September long weekend who had kennel cough. The vet clinics were closed for the long weekend. I called the Vet Emergency late Sunday night as my puppy felt feverish and breathing very fast; I was placed on the call back list, they called me Monday morning and I brought my pup in for 10:15am was done by 12pm. The staff was helpful, Dr was very thorough in explaining how to care for my pup, explained the medication and gave canned food as samples. The fee was very reasonable and invoice had detailed written instructions of the medication. Thank you so much to all.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, vets and highly trained specialists for our experience with our 11 yr old Golden Zara. It’s a mom panic when our fur babies are really sick and despite her age she’s a very happy bright girl and the vets were committed to helping her and made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. Furthermore, put the right steps in place to try and find the root cause following her surgery. I highly recommend them. Veterinary medicine is expensive especially in emergencies and my heart goes out to the families that might have to make hard decisions based on cost. But this team has done more for us than our regular vets could and saving her life was priceless for us.

The staff were all lovely! In a time when I know vets are busy and overwhelmed and not to mention short staff. They were the best! Everyone from the front staff to the vets were just a dream to deal with. We had to euthanize our cat and they were compassionate, kind and caring. I could tell how much everyone really cared❤️ Thank you for making Molly’s passing swift and warm.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE!!! Our sweet baby Kara was hit by a car back in November (she is all heeled up now) she was in need of a very serious surgery as she was diagnosed by our usual vet with a Diaphragmatic hernia which can be life threatening. Our vet recommended us to go to this hospital for the surgery as he himself was not qualified and boy am I glad he sent us here. The staff took us in right away no hesitation (She had to be kept overnight on oxygen before surgery). The following day I got a call from the amazing surgeon himself, he let me know exactly what would happen during the surgery, what the risks were for her and helped us understand what she was diagnosed with, he was so reassuring and I felt so safe to have our sweet baby under their care. Post surgery I got a call right away letting me know how it went(it went great thank god!) and what to do when we came to pick her up. In the following two weeks of her healing I called the animal hospital almost every other day with questions just out of worry and wanting to make sure I was doing everything right to take care of our girl, making sure I was keeping her staples on her tummy clean and making sure the meds were given properly as well as many other questions. they were always so kind and understanding and extremely patient with my spam calls haha. Thank you to all the amazing talented staff at the hospital, you saved our baby girls life and we are forever grateful ♥️

My puppy broke his arm around 4 months old. My husband and I were so stressed on where to go and what to do. We were referred her for surgery and it’s been the smoothest and easy process during our stressful time. Our boy Bowser has been thriving ever since. Every issue or question was answered and they will work with you for the best care for your dog

Wow, I can not recommend or review highly enough. Late the other night our 12 year old lab Seamus was having difficulty breathing--we thought this was his last night and we had the kids say "goodbye" before we rushed to this emergency hospital. The team was responsive, kind, and cared for Seamus so well. They diagnosed and did what they could to make him comfortable quickly, gave us the news compassionately; they were so gentle and attentive with our old guy. He's home with us now, we're making sure he's comfortable and loved until the end. Thank you so much Dr Snow and team. Love, the Stringer family

Amazing staff. They were caring and gentle. The doctor was patient with my over-anxious pup & even though we got there at 2am in middle of COVID, they let us stay with our dog all night & comfort her. Great value and did not do unnecessary tests. I will always go back there if there is another emergency.

Woke up to my bully's eyes almost swollen shut at 4 am on Thanksgiving. Spoke with Katie who told me to bring him in immediately. He was seen and treated right away. Katie was extremely helpful and kind, and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The veterinarian explained everything and sent us home with clear directions. My bully was not stressed at all. We were home within an hour. Prices were reasonable and fair. Clinic was modern and very clean. Very thankful to have such a great clinic available in case of an emergency!

I wanted to thank the employees, technicians and vets that diagnosed and treated my beautiful Bella during the last days of her life. Bella, a 14 year old pomeranian mix, was diagnosed with a heart murmur and fluid in the lungs. I visited the hospital 3 times over a weekend and each time they took really good care of my Bella and made me feel comfortable considering the circumstances. Bella ultimately passed away quietly in my arms at my home and once again the hospital helped us with Bella's final resting options. I hope I never have to visit there again but everyone I encountered was amazingly compassionate and caring. RIP Bella.

My geriatric cat Kino has been a regular patient of Dr. Dawn Martin and Gemma in TVEH’s Internal Medicine Department for the past six months. Kino has also been cared for by Drs. Ethier, Di Mauro, Avellaneda, Lowe, Brittany Martin, Wong, Leung and Corso, and has gotten to know Barbara, Sharice, Tracey, Stephanie and other wonderful techs and staff at TVEH during his time in the ICU, ER and IM. During Kino’s many visits to TVEH—both scheduled and unexpected—he has always received excellent care and is treated like a member of their family. The doctors, techs and staff are all highly knowledgeable, resourceful, dedicated and caring. They do a great job of bringing compassion and control to often very chaotic and stressful situations. Despite Kino’s advanced age and multiple chronic conditions, he continues to enjoy a good quality of life and the care he receives at TVEH plays a large part in that. We are very lucky in the GTA to have access to such amazing emergency and specialist veterinary care.

My husband and I had an amazing experience during a very horrible day at this hospital. Our 2 year old French bulldog was paralyzed within less than 24 hours and diagnosed with IVDD. We drove over 90 minutes to be able to see the neurologist at this hospital. Although it was a holiday, he called us promptly the next day and explained all options. He performed the CT and surgery the same day he had assessed Oliver. He was very kind, thorough and realistic. He updated us daily and was available for questions for two weeks after his surgery. The techs were also very friendly, caring and thorough. Thank you so much for taking great care of our baby. 🙏🏼

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care my fur baby received at Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital! When my pet had a chicken bone ingestion scare, their incredible team took swift action, and he made a speedy recovery in just two days! Dr. Ana’s expertise and thorough check-up were instrumental in diagnosing and treating my pet in time. I was worried during our midnight visit, but Kaitlyn, the receptionist, was an absolute professional who put my mind at ease. She quickly arranged an assessment with a technician, and they determined that my dog was digesting the bones safely. The entire staff showed unparalleled dedication and compassion, treating my pet like their own. I can’t thank them enough for their prompt and efficient care. Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital truly goes above and beyond, and their expertise is evident in the exceptional treatment they provide. I highly recommend Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital to all pet owners in need of emergency care. Their commitment to pets and their owners is remarkable. Thank you, Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital, for being there for my fur baby when he needed it most! 🐾❤️

I had to rush my cat to emergency services one afternoon, and this was the only place in the area who could accept new emergencies for triage because every single other emergency place in Toronto that my regular vet recommended was full. The Scarborough vet was wonderful -- I brought in a 15 year old cat who had been fainting and was rushed for treatment when we arrived. She ended up being terminal and had to be put down the day after bringing her home but all of the staffs and vets I interacted with were wonderful -- very sympathetic, very compassionate, and very patient. They helped keep my baby stable overnight until she was at least okay enough to make it home and pass peacefully here instead. I could not have asked for more during a painful weekend: the doctors were very communicative and in touch overnight, they were honest, they presented every option available, and most of all they were kind. I know these places can be high stress and high stakes, and the staff was just phenomenal and did the best for the both my cat and her people.

Yesterday during the blizzard as I was entering my building with my dog the powerful winds slammed the door shut on her tail. My poor girl suffered a bad laceration, there was a lot of blood, we quickly applied pressure and drove to the nearest emergency clinic. The reception staff and triage nurse at the Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital were welcoming and helped calm our nerves. Now for the Veterinarian, myself and my partner both agreed it was the best Vet experience we’ve both ever had. Dr. Emma Dooley took the time to help us thoroughly understand treatment options and did not hesitate to answer all of our questions in a patient and caring manner. We sincerely appreciated being spoken to almost as if we were a friend or family member, she clearly was not just in it for the money and had our pet and our family’s best interests in mind. The care was exceptional and she instilled a lot of confidence in our ability to manage the wound at home. The experience was traumatic but the silver lining was the care our dog received at this hospital. I am so relieved and know exactly where we’ll be headed if another accident happens. Thank you Dr. Dooley and the entire team at Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital we are so grateful for you!

Our experience with Dr. Melanie Dickerson was very good. Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital is a very busy clinic but their service was prompt, efficient and caring. Our 15-year-old cat Felix had been vomiting and not eating properly for quite a while and our regular vet’s blood testing didn’t provide any conclusive results. We were advised to see an internal medicine specialist and got an appointment with Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital for a couple weeks later. The clinic was very busy when I arrived for the appointment but they admitted Felix quite quickly. I discussed Felix’s issues with a very pleasant and sympathetic clinician. An ultrasound was then performed on Felix while I went home to wait. I received a call from Dr. Melanie Dickerson about two hours after Felix was admitted and she explained that there were a number of masses found that would likely indicate cancer. Dr. Dickerson suggested we could further evaluate his condition and prognosis by performing a needle biopsy procedure. The result came back a couple of days later - positive for lymphoma. Dr. Dickerson explained Felix’s condition and treatment options very clearly and answered all our questions. Since Felix had declined quickly, we decided it was time to put him to sleep. Dr. Dickerson was very empathetic and supported our decision. We were happy with the service and treatment and we feel the price was fair.

They took wonderful care of our epileptic girl during a true emergency. I called on the way to let them know that our girl was in status, and to give them details to save time. As soon as we arrived, they had a tech carry our girl into triage to stop her seizure. They made sure that our treatment plan was something that worked for everyone, and they saved her life. We're so appreciative of the wonderful staff who cared for our family member while she couldn't be home with us, and had to stay in their ICU. They didn't take advantage of us, like so many animal care providers do, when they knew we had to turn to them for help. There truly aren't enough words for how great they were. Dr. Turnquest, and Dr. Nasser were both patient, explained everything clearly, and were happy to answer all of our questions honestly. The techs, and front of house staff were sympathetic while our family was in such a vulnerable situation. We will never be able to thank TVEH and their wonderful staff enough.

Losing our beautiful robust adventurous Mick Jagger at only 6 yrs old to aggressive lymphoma was something we couldn't fathom. Our furry boy was the light of our life. To have to put out that light (that was rapidly dimming from the disease) took a huge amount acceptance, tears and ultimately understanding. We want to thank the team of people at the Toronto Vet Emergency Hospital. Special thanks to Dr Brittany Martin for all her hard work, quick response, and availability. Thanks to Dr Christian Catalano who helped us to come to terms with what we knew were the inevitable and heartbreaking next steps. Dr Ana Avellaneda for her gentle demeanour and for placing Mick jagger warm & relaxed in our arms, where he would take his last breath. All of the staff at this hospital were kind and genuinely sympathetic. Sincerely, Michelle and John

Really liked Dr. Blair and how he explained everything to us in detail. Our family cat Leo has FeLV and got hit by a car and was having secondary issues (diarrhea and pain). We weren't sure what was wrong, but it was decided to leave Leo as an inpatient. He stayed for two days. He was on IV fluids and was sent home with additional meds. He is doing MUCH better and is healing well. We're very pleased with the outcome! I took a quick picture of him while he was there. (He looks sleepy because he had to get a rectal exam while being sedated) UPDATE: Leo is all healed and back to his usual self. I'm very grateful for the team!

Even though I lost my best friend, I want to recognize and say thank you to the staff at Toronto Vet Emergency Hospital. My sincere gratitude to Dr Leung, the triage attendant and the person at the front (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) who showed so much compassion while speaking with my family about our options after Yoshi passes. Thank you for giving us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and for making us feel as comfortable as possible. And most importantly for the care the staff all provided to Yoshi. Your kindness and compassion, were truly appreciated during a difficult time for my family and me. The decision to put Yoshi down was an incredibly painful one, but the care and support that you provided made the experience a little more bearable.

So of course no one likes to end up here but their professionalism and experience was top! I mean, of course they triage all pets and some with less urgency have up to a 4 hour wait, but the staff here is awesome, they send you home on a wait list and call you back when it is your turn. Our vet was very efficient and knowledgable. Front desk staff were all very polite.

quick intake- We called ahead to let them know we were coming. The Covid weird doors they have are a bit confusing , no one could go into the exam but the doc took us about his condition. I felt it was a more positive than negative

Everything went quite well, except for one factor, the wait time. People around me were told to wait up to 12 hours with their sick pets. In my case, it was different, since my dog had broken her neck, the case was a bit ex ordinary. Thought being “next in line” as how I was Informed to be would lead to my dog to get help quicker, but we ended up waiting up to around 4hours before the doctors checked up on her. In conclusion, other than the wait time. I have no complains, service was provided extremely well, staff are also really nice :)

Hands down the best experience ever. Thank you for the diagnosis for my poodle Stuey. He wasn't feeling well and they could tell right away what was wrong with him. And they were so kind. Thank you for your kindness. Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays!

Amazing staff and vets! They provided our sweet girl with the perfect balance of medical care and compassion. I've only had to use their services twice but both times were a good experiences despite being the worst of times. We know the day is coming when our girl will require euthanasia and we know where we will head for compassionate care.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I will never recommend this place to anyone! They dismissed our Dog who was clearly having a reaction swelling in the face and eyes body, sent us home the Vet didn’t even check her because she was afraid of her and didn’t want to get bit! We went back as she was getting worse as the vet noted on our receipt and the same Triage tech made us feel like we were inconveniencing her and talking to me like I’m a complete idiot!! Rudest person I have ever met!! Telling her our Dog is getting worse and now her breathing is getting worse!!! They put us in a room left us in there no one physically checking her again and we needed her to be seen right away we had to leave to another Emergency Hospital where she was seen right away they clearly seen she was in distress!!!. Knowing we weren’t going to be seen here I told them we will wait outside in our car and to call us when the vet is ready just to see how long it would be to receive a call. 7 HOURS later!!! This is the worst place and the staff are horrible zero compassion!

👍👍 I was looking for a vet for my Pup and decided to go to this one because of the reviews. The staff and the vet were extremely welcoming and I felt like I was in good hands. The prices were fair and the service was done within a reasonable time period. My pup went there for his second set of shots...

🫤 There are a number of incidents I could list for why this place deserves such a low review and why I would not recommend to anyone who values and loves their pet as the family member that they are. The service is incredibly unfriendly, the receptionists are rude, unsmiling, have not true love for th...

😠 Please spend some time and read my story before taking your pet to this clinic: Sophie is my 3 year old cat. I used to take her to this clinic since she was just 8 weeks. Few weeks ago, she got fever with lack of appetite, noisy breathing and painful eyes. She was admitted to the clinic on Thursday....

👍👍 I woke up thinking about my sweet Mimi and realized I never wrote a review about my experience at the clinic last year. I will never, ever forget the kindness and empathy shown to me and my partner by the staff at this clinic when my dog was in distress and living the last couple days of her life....
