Way overpriced, and had to hand money over to two extremely surly cashiers. Bored supervisors staring into space while kids jump, huge puddle from leaking water fountain, and random junk piles everywhere.

First time coming to sky zone and was looking forward to the experience, having fun. My shoes got stolen as soon as we were done playing. We let the assistant manager know since he was the only higher up that was on duty. But he told us this is very “common” it happens a lot. Don’t ever come here since they can only do a refund but never fix the “common problem” I already sent out an email, in details what had happened. Unacceptable. Staff needs to be alert. Needs to be attentive.

Total disorganization, workers talking in groups instead of paying attention to the children and respecting the rules. playing basketball instead of working. shouting as if they were just another customer. no supervisor around and unsupervised areas

Not worth the price of admission (plus the cost of the mandatory branded socks, plus the attempted upsell to a membership). It's not that the place is unsafe or anything like that. But it did seem over reasonable capacity. I dunno, it might be your thing but I don't foresee us ever going back.

Amazing place for families to enjoy. Great for kids birthday parties. Kids will have fun also adults can enjoy. The party rooms are spacious. The staff are very helpful. They take care of the space very well. Would recommend for kids birthday parties.

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park offers an exhilarating and gravity-defying experience that is sure to put a smile on your face. As a trampoline enthusiast, I was eagerly looking forward to my visit, and I must say that Sky Zone exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I entered the park, the vibrant atmosphere and energy were palpable. The staff members greeted me warmly and guided me through the safety protocols, ensuring that everyone's well-being was their top priority. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing ample room for bouncing and flipping to your heart's content. One of the highlights of Sky Zone is the variety of activities available. Whether you're a seasoned jumper or a first-timer, there's something for everyone. The main trampoline area offers a vast expanse of interconnected trampolines, allowing you to effortlessly soar through the air, perform acrobatic tricks, and engage in friendly dodgeball matches with other visitors. It's a fantastic way to unleash your inner child and embrace the joy of weightlessness. Beyond the trampolines, Sky Zone also features exciting attractions like foam pits, where you can dive into a sea of soft foam cubes, and slam dunk zones that let you perfect your basketball skills while catching some air. The ninja warrior course is another thrilling challenge that tests your agility and strength as you navigate through various obstacles. What truly sets Sky Zone apart is the emphasis on safety. Trained staff members are always present to ensure that all rules are followed, minimizing the risk of accidents. The park's attention to detail in maintaining equipment and enforcing safety measures instilled confidence in me as I enjoyed the activities. If you're looking for a unique and active adventure, Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park is a must-visit destination. Whether you're seeking an entertaining family outing, a fun-filled date, or a memorable group activity, this park offers an experience that will leave you wanting more. So, grab your friends, put on your grip socks, and get ready to bounce your way to pure joy and boundless excitement at Sky Zone.

Felt not attentive !! Needed improvement - funny 😆 examples- section was closed - we frequently requested to open it !! like three times so we all adults can go away from small kids who were crawling in between !! Still no response!! After 10min we end up opening it & we had fun !! Still waste of our time !! But at end must repeat one actually Jump a lot ✌️😂

Man oh man, that was fun! I brought my rambunctious 3-year old here today and after two hours of solid jumping he is currently napping in the back on our way home. Also…I think I had more fun than he did, frankly. I felt like a kid again jumping along with him. An absolute gem of a place. Great staff, helpful, friendly, and attentive (except maybe the one kid working the cube pool. He looked a little high.) I will definitely be coming back.

This was a tough one. I love the idea in theory. It's a super cool venue. I really appreciate the amount of young adults working on site. Providing jobs for these teens is a huge benefit to them and their community. However, I've never seen such a disorganized deathtrap in my entire life. The staff seemed more interested in hanging out with each other than watching the kids. They were obviously over capacity and the kids were definitely running the place. If you've ever read "Lord of the Flies" then you have a pretty good idea of what Skyzone on a Sunday afternoon looks like.

Great place for kids to enjoy and burn energy. Only reason I rated it 4 is the price for a family. It costs a lot when you have 3 kids with both parents jumping. Would be nice to see a discount so more families could go.

The place is not that well maintained, there is no ac and not organized. The washrooms were not clean. As a trampoline park that mostly kids visit, it should be maintained a bit better. There is staff to play with the kids and supervise them which was good, there is variety of trampoline and it was a nice activity. There is also waiting area and tables and chair for parents. There was food and drinks as well. I would recommend this place for kids, its a great activity and they can get all their energy out.

I wish I could give this another half star as there were aspects of this location that were better than good. We went here for our son's birthday party. The service from the person in charge of the party was excellent. Very organized, professional and friendly. Helped us sort out the logistics, got us extra food and drinks when more kids showed up than expected. Party room was set up nicely and everyone got checked in and jumping very efficiently. The location and the jump supervising staff are where this place loses stars. Parking is wholly inadequate for this location. Not nearly enough parking for a facility of this size. The supervising staff is a bunch of young adults who aren't really paying attention and are not all that helpful. The dodge ball trampolines are absolute chaos with older kids and teenagers pinging off anyone who is not paying attention. A couple of kids walked out of there bawling because someone had knocked them off their feet with a ball to the head. No one calls the kids out for being too rough. I can see why you have to sign a huge waiver absolving them of any responsibility. All the kids had fun and the party was a success, so that's something. But I would be concerned about the safety of some kids especially if they're younger or have special needs. Some of our kids were on the spectrum so we had to be extra vigilant with the big crowds and the inattentive staff. Party packages are reasonably priced - just avoid the Basic package as you have to pay $50 to bring your own food.

Sky Zone is an excellent venue for a kids birthday party! We took 15 friends here for our daughter's 8th birthday and it rocked. The three hour party plan is perfect to let kids have fun before using the party room (and exhaust them...) Booking the dodge-ball room for your group is a plus. Our hostess, Miriam is simply fantastic, friendly, and an absolute pro at making a party worry-free. She took care of us from the time we first showed up and made sure that everything was taken care of, down to helping out with placing decorations and handing out cake. She made the party a real success. Our ten year old came as well with two friends and they enjoyed as much as the younger kids. Sky Zone is highly recommended!

Terrible customer care! I was wrongfully charged for three memberships, and when complained, they gave me the more absurd excuses to avoid refunding my money back. Ashanti M., their “ Membership Service Coordinator” is clearly lacking the basic customer management skills. After several emails requesting my credit card information he decided the refund didn’t proceed, even though the staff in the park misguided me on the process to cancel, and even confirmed a cancellation when obviously it wasn’t done. In summary, stay clear of paying for anything other than a ridiculously overpriced day pass. Providing your credit card number will guarantee you unnecessary headaches. I am still demanding my refund for $111.83. The question is, will anyone at SkyZone really care and be accountable for their mistake and account mismanagement? I sincerely hope someone will.

Amazing experience. The staff and facilities were top notch. Kids had a BLAST. The staff was always present and engaged. Ace ran the kids dodgeball like a pro. I was quite apprehensive when he hearded 20 kids to dodgeball. Was he a pro. NO tears. Lots of fun and great impromptu rules.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Sky Zone, and Trinity, our fantastic host, made it an unforgettable experience. My host Trinity was very friendly and helpful, creating a lively atmosphere that added to the overall excitement. Trinity's energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and she went above and beyond to ensure our party had a fantastic time. From start to finish, Sky Zone and Trinity provided an exhilarating birthday celebration that won't be forgotten. Highly recommended!

I'm writing a review using my husbands account about our experience with having our son's birthday. Although we did find it quiet pricey it was all well worth it because the girls Maliha & Trinity were amazing! There ability to provide optimal customer service and friendly approach is something hard to come by these days. This review is well over due since we did the event back on the end of August. However, I just had to say something about the girls as they were amazing!

I booked my daughter’s birthday party at this location and it went amazing! The party host went above and beyond what we had expected and the floor supervisor and manager are so kind. We now have memberships. The kids had a great time and the party was a success. Even though it was very busy, their calculations about capacity were spot on because we were always able to find a trampoline and the lines were not too long for activities. If this location gets an obstacle course it would be a 6/5.

Sky zone is losing one star just because their staff is not friendly they do not even smile ( most of them ) They are mostly young so they part makes me surprised ?! They should be more nicer . Other than this it is a perfect place for kids to play freely especially in winter time .

Went for a birthday party, and our host was amazing! Prior to entering the party room during our jump time, she continued to check in and make sure everyone was good and didn't need anything. The place was busy and a bit chaotic, but it was a Saturday afternoon and to be expected. There are a few couches and tables for parents to sit and wait while their children jump and even 2 massage chairs. My group of kids especially enjoyed jumping off the apparatus into the foam pit.

Our experience at Sky Zone Toronto for my daughters birthday was wonderful. We took the “Epic” package and brought our own cake. The staff, specifically our party host Mariam, was courteous, organized, flexible and overall had a great personality. She was very attentive to my daughter the birthday girl. I’m sure if anything went wrong she would have fixed it. Would recommend having your next kids party here. Thank you guys.

I wanted to share my review with anyone who plans on celebrating a birthday party at Sky Zone in Toronto! I will never ever come back here with my kids! I had a birthday party and private room book and it was a horrible experience! I said I was not going to write a review but I wanted to share my first experience at this location. The staff was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I even had to change my host. My second host was nice and professional. But I will never ever go back there in my life with my kids or have a party there again. I did get a discount off my party package but other than that the whole party experience was terrible. They even couldn’t find my balloons and loot bags that I brought in and said I didn’t bring any at first! The manager had to find it! I wasn’t even given a birthday cart! My son did have a great time even though it was packed but like I said never again! Do not waste ur money on throwing a birthday party here! People should treat people with respect especially since we’re paying our money to come here to have a good time and shouldn’t be disrespected by Sky Zone Staff in Toronto! It is very dirty and in poor shape! Not Kid Friendly for toddler’s! The staff are young people who don’t care, are unfriendly and are full of attitude. I gave two stars only because I got a discount and my second host was nice and helpful. She put in the extra effort to help since my first host was unhelpful. Sky Zone in Toronto won’t see us back! My first host was terrible that’s why I change her. She gave me a huge T-shirt for my son and said they didn’t have anymore which was a lie because another staff found me an xtra- small. She was very rude and unprofessional. This review is only for the Sky Zone location in Toronto.

The policy regarding the Access2 card is strange. Parents accompanying children get free access here. Twice, my child with a disability was allowed in for free, but on the third occasion, they said I had to buy a pass. We spent over an hour getting here, feeling disappointed and upset. I kindly request Sky Zone's administration to withdraw from the Access2 program to avoid misleading people. You're not providing any real assistance to children with disabilities, so participating in the Access2 program is deceptive. The manager showed me an internal email that said that children with disabilities do not have free access, only accompanying parents who already have free access.

Our daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves thoroughly. My daughter said, "Loved this so much!" What more can a parent ask for in terms of satisfaction. A huge recognition to the attentive, kind registration staff, trampoline staff, concession staff, clean up staff and manager that night, Brian. The facility with clean, safe, and offered bonus activities like the air hockey tables and the massage chairs (perfect for us ambitious parents who need to rest after jumping alongside our kids. 🤣) Overall, a wonderful experience❣

Great place for children to play and adults too! Loads of games and activities. Private party rooms available. A bit pricey but the kids love it. Keep your socks to save it you plan on returning!

It's lots of fun for both kids and adults. I think different locations offer different games and I wish the variety was a bit larger but non the less it was lots of fun. I do think it's a bit on the pricey side unless maybe getting the pass.

Parking is not very good. Kids had fun though. If dropping off for a party be prepared to get there early. You will need time to maneuver the parking lot and then fill out a waiver.

Was with a group of 10 (All Black Adults). We had fun amongst ourselves but the staff kept coming to us telling us not to do things other ppl were clearly doing. Felt like we were being singled out honestly. Staff kept coming to us telling us not to lean on the side yet everyone else was doing it and they didn't go to anyone else but us. Outside of that we still had fun

My kids always love going here. We spends a few hours jumping around which is more than enough time. Bring a water bottle and fill out your waiver ahead of time to avoid any delay. Parking is sometimes a challenge as well... Overall we have a great time here!

I went here today with a few of my friends and it was a fantastic experience. For a couple of us, including myself, it was the first time we had ever been, and it definitely won’t be the last! If you want to have a lot of fun and jump on trampolines for an hour or two, this is definitely the place to go. Also, after you‘ve been on the trampolines for a while, try jumping on the regular ground and see how weird it feels! I would definitely recommend going here, especially if you’ve never been before.

Saturday night, Jan 14th, 2023 'glow' hours...lots of tiny children but we were still able to find a few pads to bounce on. The staff there are miracle workers for trying to reign it in, especially the young woman at the snack bar. She's like an actual saint for how much patience she has. Give that girl a raise. The place overall is a bit small and doesn't have the obstacle course/ninja warrior style zone which I personally really like. Still, a good time overall!

Nice place if your kid needs to loose a lot of energy in short time. :) I know mine has.

They have like 4 bouncing zones ( can also play dodge ball) and 2 activities zone ( basket ball shoot zone and battle zone where you stand on a narrow bridge with a friend and throw em on soft block sponges) it's was quite crowded on a week day. Was definitely fun but is limited for a group of adults, kids would love it!

We celebrated my sons birthday party here. I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our hostess Zoe was the best party host we’ve ever had (our family has hosted numerous parties at different kids party venues). She was attentive, welcoming and extremely helpful going above and beyond. I would highly recommend skyzone for a party.

This location is my favourite place to bring my kids and his friends to play or birthday parties. The manager is really awesome and the staff are really great. The place is clean specially the washrooms. I always recommend to my friends and family. We have membership

  • 5/5 James H. 1 year ago on Google
Took 5 kids today for a birthday celebration, with just regular ticketing - no party room or additional options. Turned out to be a great choice, and it was seamless from start to finish. Was helped by Walid (apologies if I spelled that incorrectly) at the front desk during check-in and despite one of the kids being incorrectly entered into the system, he had us up and running with minutes. Pro tip: if you're planning a sleepover birthday party definitely choose Skyzone as the "pre" activity...it's a great way to tucker out a group of 11 y/o kids and ensures they're not up until 3am! Highly recommend!

I would like to start with sagging that the park is nice and I only giving them a 2 star as their business practices are shady at best. I’ve got the elite membership which you can cancel anytime, So they say. Just to find out that you can’t and the cancelation can only be done on a computer. I have called to inform them I was not able to and I was told no problem we will do it. Then 5 days later they still charged me for the membership. Called again to be told oh sorry but we can cancel it for you and you can cancel it by phone only on a computer and do so and then ask to be reimbursed. I did not and I was told too bad so sad you won’t get you money back as you didn’t cancel on the computer before the renewal. At the time I registered for this membership I was never told of this restriction. This company only makes money on unfortunate guest as me. I don’t believe it for a seconds that I am the only one that either went through this or will go through this.

  • 1/5 Waqas C. 9 months ago on Google
Don't buy monthly membership. They will charge your credit card every month and will never refund you back your money. I have a very bad experience and waste my money..

  • 1/5 Kate X. 9 months ago on Google
The foam pit is fun activity, but the foam cubes should be replaced completely once in a while. Not just cleaned. The crumbling particles of the old hairy foam stick to your clothes. I’ve complained to customer support already, they said it’s been cleaned. But, in fact the old and nasty foam cubes are right under the new ones. Without the foam pit there’s only trampoline activity. No variety. So the membership isn’t really worth it, because you can be done jumping really quick. I’ve been coming many Tuesdays with 2 little kids for 4 months, and I’m not happy that I got refused in my membership cancelation request and charged for another month without considering a refund. I gave 2 days notice instead of 3. Don’t really want to go there again.
