😠 The ladies who work in the office are extremely rude and condescending. They all need training in customer service immediately. Snarky and rushed every time you need something. And if you are foreign or have an accent they treat you with very little respect. They need a secret shopper and a performa... People often mention time, building, living,

Back to back power outages for days in the past few months. These buildings need serious inspections in various areas. The new elevator fob system is one of the worst improvements. They should revert it back to the normal way. Positives: location, unit maintenance staffs.

The ladies who work in the office are extremely rude and condescending. They all need training in customer service immediately. Snarky and rushed every time you need something. And if you are foreign or have an accent they treat you with very little respect. They need a secret shopper and a performance review done asap. Please don’t forget that you work for the people in the building. You aren’t our bosses or superiors ❤️ They just added a new security system to the elevators. Total nightmare. My kids can’t even go to the park without taking my keys. If you order food because you aren’t feeling well or it’s the middle of the night, you have to go down because deliveries can’t get upstairs. Your important packages can’t be delivered either. They get left in the lobby for anyone to take

Nightmare. Endured a two month sublet here and you couldn't pay me to go back. Constant fire alarms, getting stuck in the elevator, elevator wait times, and a building management team who are either malicious or incompetent to the extreme. The arbitrary rules management came up with for the residents ranged from inconvenient such as needing to scan a fob in the elevator for it to allow you to your floor, to illegal, such as ticketing individuals $100 if found out of their units without an ID on them after 11pm. Half the building constantly reeks of garbage. It is impossible to recieve any package deliveries while living here, due to the aforementioned policy regarding needing a fob to go to any floor or enter the building, you cannot buzz people in. Do not live here.

I absolutely love my rental apartment! The spacious layout provides ample room for comfortable living, and the location is truly amazing – close to everything I need. Special mention to "Sueann" extremely friendly and very informative, helped me out. The feasible transit options make commuting a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic living experience!!

Zero stars actually! This place is bad, like really bad. The buildings are old and full of problems. The elevators have been under construction for replacement since Nov2021. It was supposed to take a year. These new elevators are worse than the last. Breaking down weekly, stopping at wrong floors. Lineups in the lobby for elevators are a regular occurrence. Now for the second time this year complete power outage that shut down the whole complex, even the business owners in the mall. The last time in May lasted a week, no hot water, no electricity. A full fridge of wasted food. Now it happened again, they say "power will be back on Friday" we'll see about that. Stay away from this place. The price they want to charge is laughable. Their renos are cheaply done and just make it look good in pictures so they can up the price, but they won't fix fundamental issues with the aging building.

Yet another power outage in just four months! You pay rent for having no power for several days. You end up throwing away all the food in the fridge. Cooking becomes impossible because the stove is electric, and you have to eat outside. There’s no hot water as well. And if you work from home, it’s also your problem. They offer nothing to compensate for this inconvenience. And the big question is why they didn’t resolve this issue when the same thing happened four months ago. Incredibly frustrating.

Went to apply here today, but after my experience, I have zero desire to even consider living here, and would recommend people stay away. Just know a request to pay your deposit BEFORE your application is accepted is NOT normal. Was requested I pay in CASH, also NOT normal here in Ontario. Feels like a scam. Plus, the front of house staff were some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They made me feel like a criminal. Would never live here. Should have listened to the reviews before I even step foot into the rental office.

I recently applied for a place and I was denied, which is fine and not what I'm complaining about. My complaint is that the company will hold your Last Month's Rent deposit hostage for 4 weeks before giving it back. This was not mentioned anywhere during the application process. This is unacceptable. People need that money to apply for other places or to live on. They want the money fast, you should give it back in a reasonable amount of time.

Hydro is out for days on end. Last time it was 3 days. No compensation for days without hydro. The city of Toronto does nothing. Had 2 major fires in the electrical room in past 6 months. Management is ignorant and rude. They do illegal inspections all the time. More like harassment. Glad to be out of there. Slum lords is what they are.

The apartment is modern and well-designed, making great use of the space. The building offers convenient amenities and the location is perfect for urban living. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, adding to the overall pleasant living experience.
