I found this lovely pub by accident! I was thirsty after dinner and wanted a drink. Since Covid many of the establishments have closed or relocated. The Irish Rose Pub had great reviews so I made the trek from Vaughn ON to investigate. The pub was welcoming with a great selection of beers and spirits. The kitchen was operational (no meals ordered) and the section for dart 🎯 throwing and competition was lively and festive! There digital jukebox was playing a great selection of music and can be accessed via a mobile app on your phone or from touch. Get over to The Irish 🌹and enjoy a pint of Guinness and a proper shot of Jamison! Don’t forget to tip the staff. They are top notch!

The good. This place as cold beer . The food has gotten much better since the new menu showed up about a year ago. The gentleman running the bar was cool and let me bring my dog into the back outdoor patio a few times. If I could give it one negative comment. The last time I was there I asked for fish and chips and they didn't have any. I didn't notice till I got home. But I was accidentally charged for it . I'm sure it was a mistake and it was my fault for not properly checking the bill before paying. Otherwise this place is honestly great.

The Only Real Irish Bar in Toronto roll on the 31st so I can get back there! Excellent food, professional and friendly staff and the customers are just as big a part of the pub too. Always the best of craic at the Rose!

Great place to have a drink with friends. The live band was cool & had a great following. The food has it's ups and downs. One weekend the fries were perfect & another weekend everything seemed overcooked. I think either overwhelmed with orders Would still go back. Just for the atmosphere

I was only there a couple times before this time but never felt more at home... Everyone was quite friendly and welcoming... Will plan another Saturday night there again soon!!! Oh it doesn't give me an option to select this But OMG the chicken fingers are to die for!!! A must try if you do a drop in there ☺️

Loved the vibe of this place. They have fun live music. Food and drinks were great. The wings especially. We have had many different wings over the years. Not sure what they do here but they are a good size, crispy and great sauces. Can’t wait to go back for another band night. Great find.

Great place with amazing food ( with an amazing price), drinks and ambience. It is owned by a family and they make everyone feel welcome. They have karaoke nights, live music and more! I super recommend it. 👍🏻🍻

My local pub option. Fantastic food and great service. Perfect pub food, especially the wings. Nice cold Harp lager on tap and many others. Will be back soon!

They have customers who pee on the street instead of going to the toilet. and the beers warm

So, this was sort of a surprise to everyone. Me, because I had wanted to add this to my Summer Irish Pub Eponymous Burger Murdercycle Tour, and the owner's did not expect someone to order food right at 3pm open on Canada Day. This didn't get added to my tour for several reasons - not being on the Murdercycle being the least of them. However, the staff, shaking off their initial shock, rallied admirably! No Eponymous Burger, no Murphy's on draught - but a Harp and a "tell me what you want, I'll make it" later, and I'm quite satisfied! Nothing like being the first diner of the day - burger was excellent, obviously home made and cared about. Bacon was thick and just a slight char on the fat to show it had been cooked properly - hot and fast with attention. Fries are thin cut skin on, with delightful crispy bits. Gravy was Pub Standard, but good enough for disco. All in all at first blush, I'd love to have this place as my local. Easy parking on Weston off hours, not sure how busy it would get. Atmosphere is a 3 star because I'm here at the wrong time of day. But it's my favourite sort of small bar. My sole "ew" was the smell of dirty astray when I walked in. However - I got there literally 10 mins after they opened. Staff cleaned this up fairly quickly as they were opening, and I mention this more as a "they're paying attention" than a complaint. Good stuff. Ima visit again.

Love this bar. Great bar. Great pint. And great service. As an Irish man I love getting to go to these old style Irish bars.

Cold frothy Guinness! Best guinny in the city. Bar was decorated up for Christmas, and lots of neighborhood people smiling and saying Hello. Great bar staff! Grabbed 9 drinks for the table, well priced. Thank you Irish Rose, will be back.

I just cannot explain. Rude bartender, rude manager. The crowd is too good, they should go somewhere else. Letting irish people down

Great Irish beer on tap! Lots of TV's for sports, kitchen is closed on Mondays, but you can get chicken wings, fries, chicken fingers. The wings were good!

The pub is welcoming with a great selection of beers and spirits. The kitchen is operational and the section for dart throwing and competition is really lively and festive!

Literally my favourite go-to pub. Friendly atmosphere, very cosy, amazing beer, and nice people. Their karaoke night is worth visiting. I love the staff and the owner, they're literally so cool and the best ever 🤌❤️ 10/10 would recommend visiting.

Exactly what you're looking for if you want a little pub with that small town pub feel. Food out classes the pub by far though, that cook is great!
