Our server Jeff was awesome. The food, was delicious and we enjoyed dinning in the upper patio area. I was able sample a bit of everything we ordered. Personally I really liked the prawn butternut squash ravioli and the tofu lettuce wrap was surprisingly delicious. We all sampled the cheese cake and the apple crumble and they were both divine. My husband had the burger with a gluten free bun and it was deliciou and upgraded for the truffle fries, but I feel they're a little over hyped. But all on all, everyone enjoyed their food. We'll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful lunch with friends. The restaurant is nicely decorated and offers a large amount of spaced seating. The servers are nice and professional. Menus were QR based, which can be a downside for some people. It did allow for pictures of all the menu items which you don't always get with a physical menu. The dishes were delicious. I really like the combination of flavours on the truffle fries and tuna poke bowl. The chocolate peanut butter crunch bar was fabulous without being too sweet. Definitely worth a try.

Honestly, we had the best time here. The server was so gracious with the time she gave us as one of our table guests was 1 hr late. But she was kind and not pushy. She truly was the best. She also made excellent suggestions for our dietary restrictions. We ordered a burger with truffle fries and a couple of med bowls. Everything was delicious and we polished up all our foods within minutes. We ended our meal with espressos and lava cake. I didn't LOVE the lava cake as it didn't have the chocolate depth I was looking for, also it wasn't oozy enough. But overall the experience was excellent, the vibe was very festive and fun.

The restaurant is a very nice vibe. We sat in their dining lounge as it was a little too cold for patio. The dining lounge is sure nice and it was quite busy (friday evening). The food is decent for sure but i think their drinks are worth a shot again. Their butternut squash ravioli was not good at all. We could not even finish it all, tastes way too sweet so if you are not into that, do not get it The Rob’s crispy chicken sandwich with a side of salad was very good BUT the burger was cold, even though it got to me on time, it was quite cold. I would have liked it more if it was warm since the taste and the toppings were quite delightful. I would go here again, definitely to try their patio and maybe give the food another chance. 3.5/5 ratings for this restaurant if I am being fair

More expensive but does try to sell a more upscale experience. Ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl which is definitely better than the Joey's version of the same dish. We came on a Sunday for lunch and contrary to other reviews I've seen, our service was really good. Seemed to fill up pretty quick too by about 1pm.

I loved The Med Bowl! It was a perfect combo of everything, it tasted great. The ambience is perfect at any time of day. I went with my colleagues and I promise I had the best time there. The menu was really good, we had ordered more appetizers which was pretty filling. Finding a reservation on a short notice was a huge challenge. So reservations are required here!

Cactus Club never disappoints. This is my seventh visit to a cactus club restaurant at the fifth different location. One thing I can say for sure is that the quality of the food is very consistent in all of the locations that I have been to thus far and my overall experience is nothing short of satisfying; it has never left a "sour" taste in my mouth I can also say that the service is friendly and quick and that the setting is inviting with a light, fun-loving vibe. Notably, our server, Timone was very sweet and helpful. She added a personal and friendly touch which made the experience all the more delightful 😊 I once again ordered the prawn ravioli, which was as delicious as always!! the tuna poke bowl and the crispy tofu were yummy as well - offering generous serving size packed with flavour and fresh ingredients! Everything we ordered was really well put together. I brought some older family members with me and even though they are generally known to be hard to please, to my surprise and relief, they were all extremely satisfied with all the dishes! I will surely return again, and as you can tell by this review, I do highly recommend cactus club for a fun, culinary experience that also offers good service and ambience!

Nice atmosphere with a hip vibe. Wait time at the reception area was too long considering we had a reservation. Maybe reconsider giving walk ins the same priority as those that have a reservation. Tuna bowl was great as well as the Thai curry. The deserts were of high quality but also a bit expensive (11.75). Overall a good experience and very good service.

Had lunch with a few friends on a Saturday. It was my first time there and it won't be my last. Good service, and great food. There was a little wait to get our table even though we had reservations, but it didn't take too long.

Today was our first time visiting Cactus Club for my husband's birthday and it was an absolutely exceptional experience! Aside from the atmosphere and chill vibes as soon as we walked in, the aesthetics on the rooftop (covered at the time) were just beautiful and muted and welcoming. Our server was Ariel and if there was ever a server to be the epitome of individuals in this profession, it was her. She was kind and patient and very friendly. She was accommodating in all of the ways you hope your time out for a meal would be. This young lady deserves all of the good in this world to come her way because she is truly one of a kind and will be THE reason we return to this location again!!! Ariel made our experience one to remember and we could not have asked for better hands to be with us for our celebration there today.

Really nice staff. I went there to compare the food to Joeys. It was equally as tasty although I’m a bit more biased towards Joeys. Their coconut cake is to die for! I tried their yam fries, sweet chili chicken bits, green curry and Baja tacos. Will definitely return

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It's comparable to its location in Toronto. I really enjoy the truffle fries they offer. Had a short 20 minutes wait but that can be avoided by calling in ahead of time. Will definitely be back!

Incredible ambience. Love the vibes. Soulful music playing at just the right volume so you don't have to yell at those you came with. Would be a little bit better with some kind of dance floor too. I've heard the upstairs bar area is phenomenal but we weren't gonna check it out in April 🥶🥶😂 Not sure if there might be some dancing then. We had a pretty big group, so we made a reservation a couple days in advance. It was pretty packed, so I would recommend getting a reservation anyway. I ordered the prawn roll for an appetizer and the steak frites for my meal. Everyone ordered a pretty big assortment of food as the menu is rather expansive. The food came out rather quickly along with our drinks. Our server Gabby was incredible. She was super friendly and patient, as we also had kids with us, and all around excellent. Everything that came out was prepared to perfection and the tastes and flavors kept outdoing each other. Amazing establishment and service. Great for date nights or big groups. Just be sure to make a reservation. I will definitely be back. I hope they open a Cactus Club somewhere in South Florida soon...

My friends and I went to this restaurant for brunch on Saturday, and it was a delightful experience that lasted almost 1.5 hours. While the portions of food weren't huge, the quality was excellent, and the staff took great care of us, even providing complimentary coffee. The ambiance was perfect for catching up with friends, with ample space between tables and a peaceful atmosphere. The average cost per person ranges from $30 to $40 if you order a main course, and $40 to $50 if you also indulge in a dessert. Overall, it was a lovely brunch that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

We went for dinner on a Wednesday evening, got a table at the bar. Restaurant was quite busy, but the service was still great and attentive. We had a great time, enjoyed drinks & starters more over the main course.

The food and drinks here are AMAZING! I want more of the Hot Chicken & Pickles... or if someone wants to provide the recipe 🤣 We had a rooftop reservation at 5:45 but didn't get seated until 6pm. It seemed overly busy for the amount of staff working, I felt bad for our poor waiter. I had the Creole Steak and Prawns, with Truffle Fries, absolutely delicious and perfect portion. Husband had the Peppercorn Steak with Truffle Fries and loved it. We both had dessert but for the price, it's nothing special. One thing I will say is that I don't understand why when making reservations, they ask if it's for a special occasion. My husband and I were celebrating our first anniversary but there was nothing "special". Also, would love to have Pina Colada on the drink menu in the future!

Perfect place to spend your quality time or spend time for the special occasion. Food quality was amazing best the best menus available including lots of vegetarian options. Ambience is great. Service was superb. I went with my wife for the dinner on our special day. Thank you guys!!

Been to Cactus multiple times in the past and most recently on a Thursday evening for dinner. They are consistent with their service and quality of food each and every time. Service is also good, comes and checks every so often and fulfills requests when asked or needed to. Nice ambience for date night or hanging out with friends and family. Food is always delicious and I've never been disappointed when I come for their happy hour or dinner. It definitely gets busy especially from Thursday to Sunday so would recommend reservation which can be easily done online at their website. The food pics posted below are Avocado dip, spaghetti portofino, steak and fries, and lava cake. Have also tried other dishes and one of my favourite is the ravioli prawn.

Amazing food and great ambiance and perfect service. Our server Laura was super sweet and very friendly and was very nice and great at her service. We went there to celebrate my birthday so Laura made sure make me feel special by serving a free dessert and it was so nice of her and the restaurant. Food and cocktails were so good. Phenomenal service and food. Our server was so kind in accomodating my spicy restrictions for health reasons and the dish was amazing! I had the Blackened Creole Chicken with my accommodation request and it was amazing. Mashed potatoes were perfect and asparagus was delicious! Our server was attentive to our table and everyone else on staff were so friendly. Very clean restaurant too and the atmosphere is great! We had room for dessert and the chocolate lava cake was impeccable. Truly impressed with my overall experience. Thank you!

I was disappointed at first that I couldn't get upstairs lounge. But downstairs I had a great server too her name a Juliana. It was a great atmosphere not too loud. The steak was a bit smaller than I thought. Sliders were good.

One of our favourite spots to go in town! Their food is delicious. The truffle fries is always a constant on our order. The drinks are always made to perfection. We always spot new items coming up on the menu so it never gets boring. Food 5/5 Service 4/5 Ambience 5/5

Your run of the mill big chain restaurant. This location’s host/hostesses usually always suck and show no emotion. They’re very quick to decline your questions or give vague time frames for wait times. Thankfully the service is redeemed by the servers and bartenders, they are very pleasant and not too pushy for ordering. As for the food, it just goes downhill from here. The food is incredibly bland or in the case of the rigatoni, very salty. Drinks were good, but the food really ruined the experience. A bonus of this location is the upstairs atmosphere and how nice it is on a sunny day with the windows opened up. Feels like you’re dining outside. If you’re coming here for a nice drink and a cactus club location with a nice ambience, this location is great. For food, go to any of the other options on the strip.

The best fine dine place I have been to. Tried the chicken lettuce wrap and the Cajun chicken sandwich. The cocktails are far better than any other place we have visited. I visited this place with my wife for celebrating our 2nd anniversary and it dint disappoint us.only thing is they should provide a small celebration give away if they ask while making reservation that if you are coming to celebrate any special occasion. But having said that I recommend this place to celebrate your events.

We went for our Anniversary. The place is beautiful and have a good vibe. We were lead in than out again than back in for our seat. We were seated at a booth near the bar. Food was great. We were able to do happy hour for drinks and food. Our waiter left half way and wanted to close out her tab so we had to and than start another tab with the other waitress. We had the spicy mini chicken burgers, the mini burgers, yam fries and truffle fries, and some other items! Overall good food and I would go back. Make sure you make a reservation because it gets packed.

The front of the house people were all nice and very accommodating getting us a more favorable table. The server however, although seeming confident and skillful, but came off pushy and rushing us to get out of there. Understand that they're busy and would need to ideally get the table turned over asap so they can maximize their sales, but they just lost one group of customers from ever wanting to return. Also, since we're not spending on any alcoholic drinks where you'd get your highest ticket, that's probably another added factor? So all in all, although food was all descent, the overall experience was quite the opposite.

Great experience at this location every time. The food and the drinks are great 👍, the ambience is amazing for taking pictures and enjoying great drinks in the terrace. The waitress is very polite and knowledgeable. The food is presented really well , the portions are great and very tasty 😋

Great overall experience here. We walked in at the reserved time and were not kept waiting for our table. Spread over a large area, this place has a lot of seating space. The decor was subtle, yet great. The seating comfortable. Olivia, who served us, was very friendly and knew what to recommend. Her service was excellent. The choice of food was limited for vegetarians. The food, however, was excellent. Well presented, generous portions and taste that truly tickled the taste buds. Even though on the more expensive side, this place is worth eating at. Especially for a celebration.

Lovely experience, starting from the front of house to end of dinner service , Food was exquisite, customer service was excellent beyond belief , we were served by a dear lady Mariam, who recommend us amazing drinks and desserts, the staffs were very friendly , I had tried the Thai green curry with prawns , they were delicious and my friend had tried the burger which was delicious too , For the desert we had the chocolate lava cake , All I can say while we’re Having a party in our mouth !! Will definitely visit again !!

Overall - great quality food & amazing service. But I must admit that Sherway Cactus is very different from Adelaide one. I expected just a little bit more. I was thinking what was that different between these two locations, and I think it is an atmosphere. The Adelaide location feels more upscale, while prices between both locations are identical. I think it is that zoning thing - while Sherway has this huge dining area, the Adelaide one feels more cozy and intimate. Food quality - amazing & consistent between both locations. Our waitress - was very attentive and very knowledgeable. Another thing that I didn't understand was that one of the waiters, who was responsible for putting candles on the tables, decided to do it jn the middle of our meal, and he didn't bother to light it up. That means - while we were sitting and enjoying our meal - our table got prepared for the next customer. Kind of annoying. Overall - good.

A lovely dining experience with great service and food. We had a reservation on the terrace and were seated within 5 minutes of getting there ( a nice cozy booth for the 4 of us). Our server, Alexis was friendly and always smiling, not rushing us but always present to attend to us. The food was delicately flavored and superbly fresh. We had Green Thai curry bowl with chicken, a vegan Med bowl, fish tacos and a chicken teriyaki bowl, all were delicious. For dessert we tried the lava chocolate cake, yummy with melted chocolate oozing out . All in all a superb evening. Thank you Alexis for making it special.

It was our first time there and was one of the best experiences we had going to a restaurant. Killian was an amazing server. He was genuine and kind. Truly represented what great customer service looks like. The atmosphere with the dimmed lights was definitely a vibe. The food was great, really enjoyed the Zen sushi and fish tacos with the truffle fries. Highly recommend for a night out with friends!
