It's hilarious how many bad reviews lobby has and they have not improved or implemented any changes towards these issues. Not like anyone cares tho, since its a cute place to drink at. I went for the Oyster Special night since it was very convenient and to try it out. I was pretty wary. The service is little to non existant, can they hire people who at least would try? We had the mac & cheese which was good but very small portion. Oysters were delicious and the only location that I've tried these oysters. I believe they were Chesapeake Bay oysters but not sure since the waiter kept forgetting and couldn't really pronounce them. Tacos were a joke and tasted like a salt bomb. They're like 2.5 inches big and were forgotten to be brought by our waiter until we asked so they were nice and cold ( which was okay since it didn't seem to matter what temperature you consume this at) The oysters had pink tapioca balls on them which didn't do much but add some aesthetics and it was cute. If I were to come back I'd only come back for a couple drinks with friends and if I didnt care for the service. Overall, decor is very cute but not a place you would "dine" at, if they want to serve food please consult some experts or take in feedback to improve because this is not it.

I normally don’t like posting negatively about a business but this whole experience just didn’t sit right with me. We had booked a table for 10 people for my sisters birthday on Halloween weekend at 9:30pm. Upon entering the establishment we were told by the hostess that we had a 2 hour limit on our table, which we had no issue with. The vibes were ok, drinks were good but pricey and the place gave off more of a club vibe rather than upscale resto bar. Where we began to run into problems was with the food and service. Sushi was awful (it made grocery store sushi look gourmet). They served us RAW beef sliders and when we asked the server about whether the meat looked cooked to her, she was horrified and said “no that’s raw.” She then said that she would remove this off our bill (and didn’t—we were still charged for this), then proceeded to come back and say “oh the kitchen says it looks red inside because they use Spanish paprika”…..no sis, It’s raw and mushy—the colour may be from paprika but the texture is definitely RAW ground beef. Following the food fiasco, server comes over to us at 10:55pm telling us that we need to pay and leave asap bc the Halloween event is starting soon (I’m sorry don’t we have a 2 hour limit so 9:30pm-11:30pm?). So we didn’t put up a fight, paid and got ready to leave. the cherry on top is that no one mentioned before serving us or upon booking the reso, that there was no bill splitting and 20% mandatory gratuity (on top of taxes) for a horrible experience. :)

Pretty space and okay food. Limited menu but a cool brunch tower. Overall experience for brunch was okay. They didn’t have coffee or tea available. Update - the manager nicely reached out and refunded the auto gratuity. It should only be for groups of 7. We appreciate this! Original: They were very slow and still charged a 20% tip for groups of 4. I’ve never heard of that before for such a small group.

Had a great brunch experience! I think my longest brunch ever, they had bottomless mimosas which made it hard to leave;) Food was great and the atmosphere was amazing too. The DJ was playing good music. I went there a few times and I’ve noticed that it is very much a spot for ladies. So gentleman time to visit the lobby to balance it ;)

Very average food. Very cool atmosphere. I ordered the tuna tartare and I was very underwhelmed. I was hungry but couldn't finish my plate. The price did not match quality of their dishes. The cherry blossom drink was yummy. Music was fun.

If you do brunch here you’re really only coming for the atmosphere and drinks. Was really disappointed by the brunch tower which was pretty expensive considering everything tasted like it was bought from Costco the day before that was just placed onto a tower. It was pretty though! The bottomless mimosas are good worth it as well.

Came for a friends birthday and the service and food/drinks were excellent! All of the sushi was fresh and the yuzu really popped making it very refreshing! The submarine sushi and the avocado truffle (sounds strange but was genuinely amazing) we’re my favourites of the night.

Great brunch spot! If you're looking to have a good time on a Sunday with your friends, this is the place to be. Although the food is small in terms of portion size, you're here for the vibes, the music, and the bottomless mimosas! The DJ plays great tracks that you can dance to and most of the people around you are having a lot of fun. I highly recommend getting the pancakes (very delicious) and the oysters were great as well. The only small drawback is that service is a little slower than usual. It might take a while for your server to come check in on you but they do eventually come. The staff are friendly and I recommend this place!

Delicious brunch and lovely environment! I couldn’t participate in the all you can drink mimosas so I thought I could have a cappuccino instead. Unfortunately this restaurant only has Americano and espresso. I also found it odd that they did not have milk or cream either. Their drink menu only consists of cocktails, wine and spirits.

Great vibe, music and ambience were perfect for a Sunday afternoon! This place becomes quite the party later on in the evening. Can't go wrong with bottomless mimosas from 2 -5pm!

Amazing atmosphere and beautiful restaurant overall. The food was alright but it took about 15minutes between getting my food and my partners food so by the time we start eating my food was already cold. The food was decent and pricing wasn’t bad either. It wasn’t too busy on a Thursday night which was great since we got a whole booth for two people. Overall 7/10

Modern decor with creative greenery on the ceiling. The staff was nice and very accommodating thanks V! We had a group of 12-14 and they let us move to the bigger stage for the birthday brunch. FYI the brunch menu is limited, we went with the tower and bottomless mimosas. They don't advertise it but you can have your mimosa with orange juice, grapefruit or just straight champagne. I liked the grapefruit mimosas the best. Our group got 3 towers, so there was tons of food to go around. The food was warm, delicious and varied which was nice. Definitely recommend their brunch! I hope they expand their menu in the future because a tower of food can be daunting for even the biggest appetite.

I had an incredible occasion bypassing here by late-time with my friend. I cherish the impressive vibe in this bar, the tasting of drinks, and I truly like the ardour of the staffs one the first step here till when I left. The food is not my type but ofc, compare with all standards, I get highly commended to reach here by a lovely place to chill under a fabulous vibe with some cocktails 🍸

Very disappointing. ********************* First time visiting this lounge, Great vibe, but the customer experience as the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. Despite reciting confirmation via email that my table would be booked for a full 2 hours, the GM, Troy, forever my friends and I off the tables prior to the end of the 2 hours because he had booked another party at exactly the end of our reservation, but they had arrived earlier than expected. However, instead of asking said party to wait, Troy forced my party to pay our bill early and leave the lounge. When we tried to ask for an additional explanation, Troy simple said “he doesn’t need to explain” and made us leave”. Very unprofessional, would never go back.

The vibe is great. The bottomless mimosas are perfect for brunch in downtown Toronto. Our server was very attentive and always around to keep our mimosa glasses full. They only have espresso and americano on their coffee menu, as they do not have milk/cream. However, I would not call this a brunch place. The brunch tower was not worth the price or the hype. It was edible, but not something I would pay someone else to make for me. The questionable 20% automatic gratuity was a shock. It is what I would have given, if the food to price ratio made sense. Again this is a great drink place. If they add some more options for brunch foods and get a milk frother, then I could consider returning.

I was visiting Toronto and had been wanting to try this restaurant. I came here for brunch on Sunday with a group friends and had a great time. This place is beautifully decorated, and the service was great. The DJ was so good, and the music plus bottomless mimosa combo was exactly the vibe we were looking for. I had the breakfast bagel, which was so good. The only issue is that the brunch menu is extremely limited and I do wish that there were more food options available. But overall I thought the price point was worth the experience and I definitely would come back.

I usually dont write reviews but i feel like i must for this place and share my experience. I gave it a 1 star because there is no zero! This place has the rudest business owner anyone could possibly see. He has absolutely no manners and no respect whatsoever. He ruined our night out. I would never go to this place. Side note, i didn't understand the selection of the music the dj was playing. It was just a loud noise!!!!!!!!

my friends and i came to lobby for brunch yesterday and we had an amazing time there! the ambience was beautiful and lively with the decor and the music. we planned to come in to have some food and drinks. we had bottomless mimosas and we got the new brunch tower that they recommended which included a variety of options! the hospitality at lobby is incredible! our server, coco, and one of the partners there, john, had gone above and beyond, engaged with us from start to finish and made sure we had left with an unforgettable experience. i highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to have brunch/dinner here or in the evening when it turns into a nightclub!

I love this place. The aesthetic is nice, the bartenders are quick and attentive (even though they’re always crazy busy!), the drinks are strong, music is always great, and Ali and Alexandra are so accommodating. Definitely book a reservation days in advance to secure your spot!!

The food, especially the avocado dips, is not delicious and drink might be a little bit pricey but the overall atmosphere is worth it. It might become too crowded around midnight until 2.

Such a beautiful venue. Cocktails are amazing here, especially their espresso martini. Food and drink presentation is creative and aesthetic. Super fun vibe for nightlife as well! The appetizers are super affordable and a generous portion size.

Went here for Sunday brunch and got the truffle and eggs toast and also bottomless mimosas. The toast was pretty good but I found the value for money to be lacking. The decor was nice and the music was a good vibe too.

Wonderful spot with incredibly friendly, nice service from Bella. Came here for a Saturday drink and some oysters for a snack, and it was great! Recommend the Tiki spicy cocktail, the flavour was complex and they didn’t hold back on heat (while not making it too spicy). Will definitely be back here again.

Lobby is always one of my go to spots in the summer! I love sitting at the bar and having a cocktail with few small bites. Their cocktail menu is amazingly curated and their sushi is phenomenal as you get to watch it being made right at the kitchen! Olivia our bartender is spectacular and very talented. She makes being a bartender a true craft! I highly recommend lobby!

Drinks are pretty good! The vibes are good and the atmosphere is pretty fun. The food was really bland and I definitely don’t recommend eating here. I was later told that it’s more of a club so that makes sense. Our server was nice and gave good recommendations for other places.

I came for just a vodka martini and they delivered. Perfectly made, with great and friendly service. I didn't eat but their menu is small and well curated. My favorite part was that the music was sick but not too loud. I enjoy ordering without screaming lol. Great vibes all around, will be back for sure.

I have been to lobby several times in the evening and I can’t lie, my experience with lobby as a bar/club have been mixed, however, it is probablythe best brunch I’ve had in Toronto! Food was delicious, great prices, and the we loved the bottomless mimosas. The brunch menu isn’t extensive, but there’s something for everyone. Our server Vivienne (or Vivian) was super friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Definitely will be back for brunch at lobby!!

Came here last month for the brunch unique aesthetic very Miami the live dj really did his thing makes for an enjoyable experience but tacky to allow girls drunk ratchet at 2 pm ruined the mood. There's bottle service at this time so keep that in mind the food so so pancakes were the best dish but clearly your here for the vibe.

There's not much I can say about this place because we popped here for just a beverage on our bar crawl. We ended up here because they were listed to have a roof top patio but it was actually an outdoor patio. It was nicely decorated and as soon as the rain started the staff were great to bring out umbrellas to keep us dry! I liked their beer selection, and their washrooms were really clean!

Went Saturday night for a birthday. Group of us Arrived after a dinner. The guys in front and busboys were the best at that place. You would think spending more than a grand in bottle service we would have decent service but the bottle server (blonde girl) was horrible! Didn’t even see her only to take the order and get the bill, other tables by other servers were taken care of. We kept waiting around, for glasses and mix. The DJ that night was okay, not the best choice of music and every time we got hyped for the beat to drop, he didn’t know how to drop the beat. Played better songs near the end of the night when everyone was already leaving.

Nice looking spot . Our bartender was top notch . Drinks were great . Only thing missing was my favorite tequila #1800.

I really wanna give them a 5 star but I can’t because of the portion sizes we were offered. Its a beautiful resto-bar. Amazing staff. Great drinks, delicious food. But we spent over $100 on food and we were still not full. I know a lot of places have started doing this, but I can’t microdose on food. If I spend $55 on a dish, I don’t expect to to get only 7-8 bites out of it (not joking). I hope they reconsider the portion sizes because I am happy to pay extra for good food, but I need to have a full stomach.

The food was amazing. Best calamari I've had and the sliders were incredible. Really good vibe here. My first drink was weak, watered down, but after bringing it to the bartender's attention, the following 4 were much better 😉.

I used to love this place before Covid. Now, their cocktail list shrank by a lot and has only boring basic drinks. The prices for very mediocre wines are outrageous. Food is ok but nothing special. Crowd changed a lot too, not for the best. Service was ok but could be better. Our server was very nice but when I asked him for Pisco Sour he said they don’t make it and I legit saw a bottle of Pisco at the bar, so once I pointed it out he ordered it. Won’t recommend or come back since the whole place went downhill.

I celebrated my 22nd birthday here with 20 + friends of mine. We all had the best time. Lovely atmosphere for taking pictures too! First we had a lovely dinner and then got bottle service later in the night. We danced, dj’s music was great, and Isha really added the best service for our huge party! I loved this place! Highly Recommend
