The food was perfect! But unfortunately our service was not. Just extremely slow, never checking in on us. And when we had to hunt our waitress down for more water she forgot twice. The bills also took forever to come at the end of the night. But she was friendly at least. And everyone enjoyed their food!

Came here for a last minute dinner reservation for 10 people, after an event across the street on a Sunday evening. They werre able to accomodate our group comfortably and were very prompt with their service, as our group was seated right away. Their staff were very welcoming and came around our table often during our stay. Service 5/5 The restaurant itself is annexed to the Double Tree Hotel, and had a good amount of parking. The establishment is well-maintained and clean. During our visit the place did seem a little bit empty and quieter. There are also no restrooms in the restaurant itself, however one is located outside in the hallway connecting to the hotel. Atmosphere 3/5 My wife and I ordered fried pickles as our appetizer and they were great. For the main dishes, we had an order of the Big Wing Dinner with fries & a side of gravy, and an order of their Rib and Wings combo. Our food came out at a reasonable time, together with the reat of our group's orders. The fries we're crispy, wings we're seasoned well and the ribs were tender and juicy. The only negative feedback I have is that I asked for a Honey Garlic sauce on the wings and BBQ for the ribs, but both came with only the BBQ sauce. Food 4/5

Went to Turtle Jack's while staying in the area the night before a flight. It was a blizzard that night so the restaurant was a little slow. Service was fast and friendly even though we had a group of 7. Our server was from Grenada and was kind enough to share some friendly banter about the island. I ordered the Muskoka burger with a runny fried egg and fries and gravy. The burger was amazing, great flavour and the runny egg complimented the patty and the pemale bacon. The fries were good but the portion was extremely small for the $25 price tag of the dish. A plate full of fries beside the burger would be better than the little dish with fries. The table overall was satisfied with there orders. I would return to this location.

The wings were great, the texture and taste were really good. The Nashville burger unfortunately was not better than fast food variations of a Nashville burger yet cost over $20 bucks. Overall the food was a 3/5 but the value was a 1/5.

Awesome food. Our waiter was awesome and took care of us. I believe his name was Alan. I had the chicken penne pasta that he recommended. Delicious and spicy just the way I like it! Might visit again before heading back home next week!

It's a nice place with a ok food and drink. The service definitely should improve, during peak time you will wait a long time for someone to take your order.

Amazing dinner service. Their quantity in the food is quite full. They have quite a range of drinks as well. Parking is a tad bit complicated, but their staff verifies the parking ticket so all good there. Overall, satisfied with their service. Would love to visit them again.

As someone who has raised cattle, I can confidently say that this is the best steak I’ve had in years; Keyra is an AMAZING chef, and the bartender (Romina) has got to be the friendliest and hardest working bartender I’ve ever had the honor of being served by.

04-15-23 Although the server was amazing, the food could have been better. We were here right when they opened for lunch, I ordered the California Turkey sandwich, the turkey tasted like it was actually carved from a turkey, which was good, but the sandwich itself was very dry. I ended up taking the whole thing home and put some Ceasar dressing on it for dinner, which made it MUCH better. You have to pay for parking, but if you ask your server they will validate the parking ticket so you don't have to pay

Had the chicken wings and blackened chicken with naan and Cesar salad. Both were amazing. The server was out of this world with the freaking menu memorized, excellent feedback on the options picked, and super fun to interact with.

It's a bar with restaurant seating. Lots of big screens if you like sports. Menu has lots of options. I had a Turkey Club sandwich and my friend had the seafood linguini. Both were very tasty. Service was a bit slow as it was Canada Day and they were busier than they thought they would be. We also had breakfast there. There is a buffet with decent options and they open at 6 am which was perfect for us. The service was great.

Went here tonight for dinner, staying at the Marriott across the road. Conveniently located within walking distance. Large, spacious restaurant. For the most part modern and well kept. Our waitress was pleasant. Service was a touch on the slower side, but the restaurant was also very busy. Food on the other hand was phenomenal. I had the chicken fajita wrap with Caesar salad. While most places will upcharge for the salad, this place did not. Portion size was perfect. My wife had the Buffalo chicken wrap with mashed potatoes. No complaints about either. The potatoes tasted as though they were homemade, which is a far cry from most restaurants. Overall, we would return again.

Went here for Valentine’s Day dinner. Extremely disappointed. Waited half an hour to be seated even though there was no rush. The server would just disappear and not come back for 10 minutes and tell us just one moment and disappear again. Then when we were finally seated. Waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Another 1/2 hour for the food to come out. Fries were soggy but hot(heated). Food was okay. Our server wasn’t very friendly towards us either until it was close to the time for the bill which was brought over very quickly after asking. I’m reading other reviews about slow service but I thought they’d be better on a special occasion. Ive visited so many TJ locations and they usually have great service and quality but this location is terrible. Do not recommend.

Wasn't sure as this was picked for us as a group to go but was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the servers were excellent. The place has a good vibe and I would go back anytime. The beer selection was good as they had some locals to choose from.

The food was absolutely surprising. I legitimately had no idea you could order Italian and Indian food at the same time and have them both be amazing. Steve, our waiter, was absolutely incredible, and gave us an amazing experience. I’m American, so my 5 stars is technically worth 6 Canadian.

The food was really good. It's a pretty swanky place. Our waitress was also the bar attendant. She did a great job.

Food was great. I like my roasters chicken wings. But the parking experience should be improved. Ticket validation doesn't work and have to go back 2x into the restaurant but it never got fixed. Instead they manually raised the gate from their end. Should've done that the first time.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Toronto but was very disappointed. Ordered their big wings, which came out as small as you can get. Was told it was because of the food supply. My response to the manager was that they shouldn't be charging $16 for 5 wings that are less than the size of my hand altogether. It's such a joke. He offered me 4 more smaller wings to make up for it. In the end, he took care of my food bill. Was very disappointed with the overall experience. Waitress was fantastic, and I enjoyed my $16 margaritas.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our server Steven was very attentive, friendly and engaging. A new experience for me was when he asked if anyone had any food allergies. The service just excelled from that point on. We would definitely return.

First time at a Turtle Jack's and it left a great first impression, will definitely come back! We came for a work lunch and they made sure we all had drinks even with some people arriving late. Food was also brought out at the same time and absolutely delicious! Just an FYI, there is a gate at the entrance of the plaza where youll need to get a parking ticket for but they validate it for you if you eat there!

Conveniently located near hotels adjacent to the airport. One of the few restaurants that were open until late. Only problem I found was when I tried to exit the parking lot. They should install a light to show the options near the gate more clearly -- I couldn't see the "call operator" option etched into the metal plate, so I had to go back to the restaurant that was closing up and try to speak in sign language to figure out how to get out without paying for parking -- there's no parking for patrons of the restaurant, we were told. Food was great! Atmosphere had choices -- bar or table. We took a table away from the noise so we could talk better. Server (Rihanna, if I am not mistaken) was very good. Checked up on us with just the right frequency. Good conversationalist as well. I'd go there again if I am in the area, now that I know where the "call operator" button is at the exit gate!

tried this spot for the first time and really enjoyed it! service was fast and our server was super sweet, seating and lighting were comfortable, food portions were large and tasty. pricing is fair considering the big portions. 10/10 recommend the chicken fajitas, will be getting those again

Went there for a business meeting. Music was bit loud, even though we requested them to reduce the volume. Food was good and came real quick, was really impressed with the speed of service. The waitress seemed knowledgeable and helped in making good choices . The beer was also good

Good place to have a bite to eat close to Pearson International Airport. The restaurant is clean and seems to be newly renovated. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices comparable to other similar establishments. Good selections of items to choose from, including vegetarian. Portions are generous and food is nicely presented. A nice surprise!

Pretty good restaurant. Very nice servers. Only complaint was that my steak wasn't properly cooked (ordered medium well got medium rare). When I mentioned it I was told to order differently next time. All in all it was a good experience though.
