I Love coming here, it's hands down my favorite restaurant in this world!! 🌎❤️ There's always excellent meals here every time. My two personal favorites are the french onion soup & Greek salad, I also posted the beyond beef burger & it was absolutely delicious.

We had a mini family reunion and we're very happy with the service and food. Like most restaurants after Covid, the portions got smaller and the prices got higher. I used to order the fish tacos and would get 3 but now it's only two and less filling as well and higher priced. The calamari was a joke and a bit of a slap in the face because it was very thin, dry and they mixed in a large amount of fried vegetables miraculously shaped like calamari LoL. Total deception. But I was there for the family and would probably not attend on my own again. The price of the calamari was as much as a main. I would rather have skipped it. I ordered the turkey goat cheese wrap and I am lactose intolerant and can tolerate goat cheese mostly. But this one must have been mixed with cream cheese because my ears immediately blocked. Oh well, I learned my lesson and should have asked if they cheap out and add filler cheese. Overall, for a night out Turtle Jacks is a nice establishment. It has an Open Mike on Wednesday and is a nice bar. Good to watch sports and good fireplaces. Interior is very cozy and comfortable.

Just wasted almost $100. The food was so bad we feel sick to our stomachs after eating here. The waitress was NON EXISTENT. We saw her 2 or 3 times only, I literally had to go inside up to the bar and ask for our server to come. There’s so many flies outside some got into our food, which they replaced. But after eating the Tuesday fajitas special we felt SO sick. The chicken was burnt so was a few veggies. 15 minutes after we arrived a large group of 12 arrived next to us, and ALL the attention was on them. It’s like we were invisible. Absolutely ruined our night, we feel disgusted, sick, disrespected, and extremely let down given this was our FIRST visit ever! The ambiance was nice atleast. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible experience, they just focused on the larger group and forgot about us :(

This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. If you want quality food you go there. They always provide the best food.

This place was booming. All staff had masks on. It smells amazing in this place. The woman at the front was nice and helpful. I liked her accent.

I've been a longtime fan and diner of the turtle Jack's restaurant. Unfortunately they closed down in my area. Drove to this location approximately 35 mins I I think turtle Jack's has great wings for some reason the waitress did not know how to take my order. I usually get it there style New York butter on the barbie. She told me that the turtle Wings is appetizers you cannot customize them as they come as the way they are. Service at this location wasn't that great as she said she was busy on the patio. No one came to refill our drinks we have to call someone over. The Quick stop in quick meal filled us. Just find it hard to believe that the sauce is available at Costco are you cannot find it at your local TJ

Good food exceeds expectations. We were many friends and had ordered non-veg. Every dish was good, fresh, and tasty. And delivery was so fast. We gave them 5 stars.

Great store. Clean and tidy. And the staff was very helpful. They definitely have the best variety in the area by far. My new favorite smoke shop!

What a amazing restaurant with very good service “ must ask for Michelle 👍🏻”. We picked it for first time so we can celebrate a birthday and everyone in the family love it. We tried calamari, Nachos and bread and cheese as starter and we loved all then main were chicken alferado and salmon. Prices are decent 15-25 and beer was very good “try blue moon and you will like it”

Tried the signature dishes 'Bison Meatloaf' and 'Chicken Parmesan'. Very good dishes. I'm not a fan of onions, but the cooks really did a great job of breading and frying these on top of my meatloaf. The bacon was wrapped around a giant patty of ground bison and laid on top of tasty mashed potatoes. Veggies on the side with gravy made my hunger go to its happy place. Thank you for the food.

DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS The reason for the poor review has nothing to do with the service and meal that I had However, the owners of the establishment I believe are crooks And possibly the franchise should be charged with fraud. A gift card was purchased for this establishment in January 2023. We ate there September 29, 2023. Total bill for eating was $266.60 I presented them $150 Turtle Jacks Gift Card and was going to pay the remaining $116.60 on my Visa card The card purchased in January 2023 would not work and the wax strip on the back once scratched off revealed at the card expired in 03 2023 Management and the owner would not except the card and told me it was my problem and I had to deal with it . I told him that I would only give them what was owing of $116.60 but they would not except it and the police were called While waiting for the police, I again offered them, the money, the card and the receipt for the card and ask them to deal with it. But under managements advice to the girl working there, they would not do this. Just before the police arrived after 50 minutes of being on the phone with the card company and I had been there already two hours dealing with this the police arrived during which they told me I had to pay that they had nothing to do with front and the sided with the restaurant At the same time somebody from the card company came on the line and told me they would reimburse me the $150 in 30 business days Can you believe this this happened in Ontario Canada? I don’t imagine I will get a proper response from this restaurant, but I think people should know what’s going on out there especially with this company I don’t mean to imply that they are crooks Just that they lack in management skills I would never have called the police and me owning or managing this place would have taken the prepaid card and dealt with it myself

The calamari was not worth it. The batter had a heavy battery flavour and couldn't taste the seasoning. I'd suggest tempura batter or something less overbearing. The blackened basa and lobster mash delicious. I'd definitely order it again. The portion seems small but it is indeed filling. The servers were also nice.

I visited this restaurant during their “turtle time” which allows you to have $9 appetizers instead of the usual $12-14. I tried the 3 cheese dip, Big Bang shrimp, and the basa tacos. All of the food was delicious and at first the service was great. However, after about an hour, our waitress seemed to disappear and other random people started to serve us with no explanation. At this point, we were ignored for long periods of time even though we wanted to order more food and dessert. Eventually our waitress reappeared to give us the bills. I liked this place but the service definitely could be more consistent.

The best chicken fingers you can get !

I’ve been a server for many years and my experience tonight (Saturday) was pretty poor. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday night (even with COVID). Yet, my friend and I felt forgotten the majority of the time. We were sitting with menus for a decent amount of time before anyone came to bring waters. The woman who brought us water was very nice, but weren’t sure if she was serving us or not? She came back again to ask if we wanted any other drinks and then left. We sat there for a bit while people who were seated after us were getting drinks and food while we still hadn’t ordered. Someone else came at one point to take our appetizer order. We got the appetizer and another server helped us. Then another cleared our appetizer. We needed a minute with the menu and then someone else came to take our order. After we got our food it was quiet until they cleared and we then sat there for a while when we finally had to ask another server for our bills. We didn’t know who was actually helping us during our dinner and it felt like we’d been forgotten. The servers seemed preoccupied with their other tables and like they were taking turns helping us. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. I’ve been here many times and it’s been great, but not tonight.

The two stars are for the waitstaff who were friendly and great at their job. We called for a reservation for 6.30 and were told they could only offer us the bar or patio. When we left at 8, the restaurant was empty! Do not order the salmon. It's$30 for mostly plain white rice. The salmon is not even 4oz, and was dry and under seasoned. The poke tuna was bland too. Better to stick with deep fried foods.

Emily, Jenna and Sana were AMAZING hosts/servers! The food is always incredible, we felt very taken care of with their fast, friendly, attentive service. We ordered many drinks, apps, mains and desserts - everything came accurately while all dietary restrictions were honoured. Love this location! Looking forward to coming back. Legitimately the best restaurant around. Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. My partner and I have been eating here for a few months now. They make the Chicken curry for Launch and are probably the best I’ve had. I highly recommended it!

I used to come here occasionally, mostly with coworkers, but it's been a while. On this occasion, I was picking up a Rib Kit for Two. It included a full rack of ribs, BBQ sauce, baked potatoes with all the fixings, coleslaw, Caesar salad, butter tart, and ice cream. It was a complete meal! Everything was nicely packaged and properly labelled. There was very little to do other than heat up the ribs and slather the sauce all over it. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender! The BBQ sauce brought it to life and this was a very enjoyable meal!

Went to see a band playing in the bar area. It was quite busy good on the management for promoting local. Food was better than other locations of Turtle Jack's that I have been to. Waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Would return to this location.

I took my husband here for Father's Day. Highly Recommend! The food, service, staff, and atmosphere were great. Will visit again.

This was my first visit here. Although there were many of us from a local gymnastics competition, a ringette tournament, and a hockey tournament, the servers really did a great job. I understand it was difficult to seat 8 of us but they made it happen. The food options were unique to other pubs and we all enjoyed our food. We went for a late lunch. I would definitely visit again and I do recommend it.

The service and food was absolutely horrendous. Wrong meals were brought, food had to be sent back because of quality issues. By the time I got the meal I ordered, my entire family was done eating (except for the other person who had to send their meal back for quality issues, they didn't get their dinner until I was done eating mine). When I finally did get what I ordered, the side I had paid extra for was burnt through and inedible. Come time to pay the bill, we spent 25 minutes waiting for our waitress to come through (she didn't), at which point I walked to the bar and had to have the bartender let us pay. To top everything off, later that night after getting home, I was violently ill. This was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a few years.

It was my first time at Turtle Jack's and I had an amazing experience. Our waitress, Jenna, was great! She was friendly, funny and quite knowledgeable about the menu. The food was also amazing! It was hot, fresh and quite tasty! I would definitely come back with my family and friends.

Our food was not ready even after an hour. The server informed us that, due to a 'party,' they had forgotten to process our order. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we would have appreciated proper and respectful communication with customers, rather than being confronted with the 'fact'. Please refrain from responding to this review with your email, as I have already provided all the necessary details.

We are group of 4 and ordered the 3 cheese dips together with Balckend Chicken, classic burger, shrimp & scallop fettuccine and Coconut Curry (pic in order). My coconut curry is superb, the curry was just right taste not too creamy and the coconut flavor wa also perfect ; I also tasted the fettuccine, the noodle was cooked just the best time. The one star was taken away was the 3 cheese dips … we think we had better ones somewhere else. And they have YROM band perform live music on Saturdays.

Amazing food and customer service. I loved how big their portions are and the environment is also very cozy and great for going out and eating with family.

Food was disappointing- mussel was small and sauce was salty; lobster ravioli had 5 ravioli and a few tiny piece of lobster; sauce on fettuccine was dry. Had to send back kid’s snack as it was not fresh (and server basically told us they all just came from the same bucket) no one even came check if we were happy with our food after putting it down. Tonight was not even busy! We dined out a lot this is probably the worst we experience we had since everything reopen from pandemic.

Good experience ordering takeout from here. Ordered for 10 people and it was ready in 30 minutes. I had the shrimp and scallop fettuccine. Shrimp was great, scallop a little overdone, overall very oily but nice taste.

Impersonal anonymity. We had a similar experience to Kayla's review. The hostess was friendly and promtly seated us with menus. I'd love to tell you our servers name but she didn't bother to introduce herself. Drinks and the shrimp appetizer were delivered by the girl with no name. She asked if we wanted to order our mains when we ordered our appetizer. She must have known something we didn't. Unfortunately we ordered our mains after the appetizer arrived. And then the long wait. Three Different people came to take away the appetizer and plates, brought mains and cleared the table after. It was almost 6:45 to get our mains and we were seated at 5:30. Another uncomfortably long time past before I finally ask the hostess if she could find our server. She stated "we don't have dedicated servers here". She did find our original server who took our dessert order and allowed us to pay at the same time as we requested. Overall the food will likely be enough to keep us coming back. The Skor brownie thing didn't stand a chance as usual. By the end of the evening we were all happy with our food. Everyone in our family of four were bewildered by the excessively long wait times and the wierd committee of servers. Not a fan of the impersonal thing at all. If it's intentional I'm mystified as to why ownership would opt for this approach.

My husband and I ate here with our two young children. I was impressed with our meals- I had the chicken sandwich which was breaded and saucy. It was moist and flavourful! They brought out two complimentary plates of veggies and apples plus crayons and paper for the kids while we looked through the menu. We were waited on by a few different staff members and all of them were really nice and very sweet to our wild kids. My husband had a bunch of chicken wings two ways. He said they were delicious and would order them again. Their wine selection sucks. Service was great.

Wasn't the freshest experience we've had at a restaurant. The food was just OK for me all over. Probably would not order a salad here again. It's definitely not worth the cost. The kids wings were pretty decent and the burger my dad ate was decently good. The service was nice.

Nice to eat out on a patio again. We had apps & drinks. Everything was good and the waitresses friendly. Can't ask for much more than that.

First off we requested to sit outside, the hostess asked us to show her our vaccination papers. We told her you don’t need vaccination papers to eat out on the patio. She was adamant that we needed them, she went to her boss who told her no they don’t need it. So we are sitting on the patio for 15 minutes, no waitress comes to take our order. I go back in to ask if someone can take our order, yet again the hostess looks surprised and runs off. After waiting another 10 minutes we left the restaurant. So what planet did this location hire the hostess from? I would NOT recommend this locations to anyone. Very very poor service. Follow up: sent email as requested by owner and yet no response over a week now. What gives at this location?

This place is doing things right! Vaccine check at the door and seating felt comfortable. Front of house staff work as solid team. Everyone happily greeted us. It truly felt like everyone was taking care of us from the host to all the servers. Table set with side plates, drinks refreshed, and empty plate cleared without need to flag servers. Food was served fast, hot, and tasty. Portions are not oversized and left us satisfied but not overfed. This was an enjoyable evening out!

Patio dining only for now. Very good services and tasty food. Ordered full rack rib and seafood curry rice, with calamari entree, beer and ice tea, all taste good. Rib can be a bit more juicy.
