This is an amazing spot for tasty vegan alternatives! They also have a great supply of frozen dim sum to steam and eat right away as well as some teas and other snacks. They Lady that is there most of the time (forgive me for not remembering you name🙏) is so sweet, hardworking and always helpful with suggestions and recommendations based on your diet. Definitely check them out! You will love it.

Visited King's Vegetarian for the first time and I was quite impressed with the selection of vegetarian food they had. Plant based options everywhere. If you love mock meats, TVP, or vegetarian style Chinese foods, this is the place to go and stock up! The service is great, they give you recommendations on how to cook some foods and they are quite friendly on what may suit you. Many dried vegetarian protein, mock chicken, beef, pork, seafood etc. You will be surprised on how big the selection is! Visit and give it a try :)

A hidden vegetarian treasure! Tons of mock meat, fish and seafood. Bacon, shrimps, burgers, meatballs, cod, etc.

If I were a daily vegetarian I would come here weekly. Lots of awesome veggie options which seem pretty innovative to me. Definitely worth a try if you are vegetarian/vegan or none of the above.

This place is awesome!

I first bought their Chinese vegetarian "mixed platter" from T&T supermarket when they had a demo and display on weekends only. The taste of their "Jai" was really tasty ( as compared to a lot of other places that I have tried). After Covid, there were no more displays and I was happy to have found their retail store tucked away in Scarborough. However, you'll have to buy bulk sizes of the frozen "Jai" rather than mixed platters. They also carry a good selection of other frozen vegetarian food for other cultures.

It's not a large shop but they have a good variety of vegan and vegetarian items, especially frozen items like mock meats, seafood and dumplings. The lady working here is friendly and informative and provided information on how to best prepare the items I purchased. I tried some of the items later the same day and was pleased with them.

Love this place! The staff are always very nice and there is a great selection of delicious mock meats. Better than anything you can buy at the grocery store. We love the drum sticks, BBQ steam buns, and crispy chicken. They have some other amazing items I don't know the names of..pretty much love everything we get here. :-) :-)

My fiancé and I came across this place just this spring and have been regular customers ever since. There is a selection of vegan and vegetarian products, both ready-made frozen meals and bulk frozen options for cooking. King's Vegetarian products have become a staple in our home and a favourite by our veggie and non-veggie family and friends alike! The staff person at the Scarborough location is so knowledgeable and a very kind person. Our favourite products are the vegan kung pao, the double happiness, the soy nuggets, and the vegan mutton. Highly recommend this store and their products.

Kings has the BEST vegan friendly meat & fish alternatives out there! Texture and taste are incredibly close, and everything we’ve tried from them so far has been absolutely delicious.

The price is a little bit higher but the service was good

This is the best place in Scarborough to shop if your a vegan or even just vegetarian. Their vegan bacon is the best! All their food is amazing.

Quite the selection of vegetarian food items both frozen and on shelves. I enjoyed browsing the variety. Much less options after the pandemic but still a great place to stop
