    For the last 7 days I have been trying to get a manager. They tell me there is no manager and hang up This is absolutely unprofessional and disturbing that there is no managers and that their CSR feel like it’s there obligation to just hang up on the customer. I was at MCDONALDs and they refused to fill my travel mug they want me to pay die a cup. Seriously. NO!!! There was a homeless guy want this cup filled. They would not do it. They wanted to charge him. There was a customer who purchased $40 of food for his family they wanted $1.60 in bags. The food was bagged and he refused to pay the bag fee and asked for his money back. That food was wasted. Meanwhile the homeless guy is still waiting abs asking for his cup to be filed. They thru everything our. They wasted $40 in food because of a bag and cup fee when it’s paper and biodegradable. It was very upsetting. I left and went to Burger King and they DID NOT CHARGE FOR BAG IR CUP. What is wrong with you. I kept trying to call and they kept hanging up on me. I called bylaws the city because they tell me it’s the law. The city says it’s the law g do or PLASTIC not paper. This is absolutely discriminatory and desperate for McDonald’s to demand 40 cents more but when you bring them the reusable option they refuse. Disgusting and pathetic money grab. I called the office of mayor McCullan in surrey bc. Call them and check.

    Just spend 25 minutes from the time I was “trapped” in drive through line up to the point of being handed my food. I asked to speak to the manager however he never showed! The staff said he was in the store! No apologies by staff who were over worked and over whelmed with very very poor English and less in customer service’ They spend big bucks upgrading the property at centre mall but should spend some on staff and training. I love two blocks away I could have made my son a grilled sandwich in less than 25 mins! Not great!

    3026 Notre Dame. Montreal h4c 1p1. 20 minute wait at the drive thru window. They still got my order wrong. AGAIN!!! I'm sick and tired of the stupidity & poor service at most locations. You have lost my biz forever. I would appreciate a response to let me know that you are aware of this situation & what you will do to correct it. PS. Also there was no receipt in the bag. Do something for your customers or you will have none.

    I'd like to suggest McDonalds change their kids meal "Side". The yogurt tube gets hot and is thrown in the garbage 100% of the time. Please consider changing the yogurt tube to something that does not require refrigeration and will not melt sitting in the box with hot food. Thank you

    Yesterday I went to McDonald's at St.Clair and Dufferin and found the longest blond hair inside my 1/4 lb BLT. If I needed some sort of insensitive to stop eating McDonald's for ever this is it. I didn't post the picture because my daughter told me it was too disgusting.

    As I stand here waiting for my meal, I asked for my beverage cup. I was Told to ask the person preparing my order. My question is why can't we get the cup at the cashier so that we can fill our drink before the warm meal turns cold.

    bought seven apple pies along with my meal from tomken/derry location and the time stickers were ripped off since the timing had expired and all the apple pies were hard as rock. The manager was very rude when I called and tried to bribe me with another meal or even double it. When I tried to bring this to her attention and tell her that this was not accepted in our great country of Canada and all the expired food should be thrown out in the garbage , she kept covering her staff and would not listen to me and instead she told me to do whatever I can and hung up on me. I need someone from the head office to call me and justify the Manager's actions. This behaviour is not and will not be tolerated.

    Dropping to a new low every day. I used to work at McD’s (in North York) as a teen, so I know what the staff at McDonald’s have to go through. That being said, I’m sure it’ll be just a matter of time until McDonalds is no more. Everyone knows it’s junk food, but at least it used to be fast and cheap. Now, the food is absolutely disgusting, the prices are almost on par with good burger joints, and the service is slower than molasses dripping on a cold day. When I worked at McD’s, if we were 2-5mins late on someone’s order, we’d always, at the very least, comp them a pie or more fries. Compare that to today where I’ve waited 15+ mins after going through drive thru (multiple times, multiple locations), getting cold food, and excuses and attitude from inept “managers”. Don’t even get me started on the wait times inside. Keep it up McDonald management and staff…you’re slowly putting yourselves out of business.

    Mcdonalds corporate needs in ensure that there locations stand up to the service and quality Mcdonalds advertises. The Mcdonalds in Cochrane alberta the Fireside location the service is terrible there food is undesirable. Just read there reviews. Wait 7 minutes in the drive thru for an order. Do not get what you ordered. No napkins no forks. Ordered burgers Saturday July 16th 2022 and the patties had a burnt chemical taste. You could see this on the buns and burger Patty. Tastes like a very hot spicy black pepper. Probably still grilling burgers while cleaning the grille. The health inspector needs to go into this location on a regular basis weekly. For a new location this is terrible, where do you find your staff?

    Throttling offers and coupons in your app for loyal/regular customers is counterproductive to the actual purpose of a loyalty app. I went from being an occasional visitor to a regular (almost daily) visitor thanks to the app... until the throttling started and now I don't go at all. UPDATE: After two months the offers/coupons are back. For now. Just have to make sure I don't get too "loyal"?

    The store is too HOT, feel sorry first for employees who have to work in extreme heat, while outside temperature is 32 degrees celsius inside with all those grills should be 36-38 degrees C. We came to eat but had to leave due to high temperature. When I told them if A/C is broken, I was ignored even tried calling store but no one picked up the phone. Going to nearby Wendy's clean & cool...you should do it too.

    My credit card details were used by McDonald’s Canada to charge me for item I never ordered. Despite numerous follow ups with the company, they never responded that how their app is storing and using private information of their customers. It’s a shady company who bullies it’s customers by telling them that “we are a big corporation”. They don’t respond to any inquiries on their misconduct. Neither they’re serious about fixing the issues. They think that customers would eventually get tired and stop following up on the complaints for misusing their financial and private information

    McDonalds at 1000 Regional Road #17, Newcastle, ON L1B 1L9 I ordered no meat Big Mac, expecting to get vegetarian or "beyond meat" hamburger. I got bun with lettuce and mayonnaise for 5 bucks. You should be ashamed of yourself McDonalds. This was my first time at McDonalds after 4 year. And it's the last time ever I go there.

    Mcdonald burger price went up since yesterday. I ask the staff at the store #40573 today. The staff didn't notice and the she notify her manager to correct me and accused me for accusing his staff for the incorrect price on the app. The management of this fast food chain needed to train your regional managers and store managers to provide better service. Not to mention the food quality at this location is nasty the same as the food. There are better burgers food chain and cheaper price! And ya ordering from the app definitely better than ordering in person. I ordered in person today is because one of your staff ask me to do a survey in the store for her N I uses the coupon. If I can give zero star for the service I would.

    McDonald's restaurants are crooks. One location sells, a junior chicken sandwich. For two dollars and seventy five cents. This location is on Elgin Street downtown Ottawa. I was just at the location, in front of Billings bridge and they sell it for a dollar more. I realize the franchisees, are trying to make money back. From covid but not everybody in this city. Works for the government or is it doctor or lawyer. If any of my friends are family, read this post. Please boycott McDonalds go to Wendy's go to Harvey's go to Burger King. From now on I will go, to McDonald's that have the proper price. Please forward this to your friends or family.

    Unreliable McDonald's Hiring Process: Missed Opportunities and Lack of Communication in Blackfalds Alberta I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional hiring process at McDonald's that my daughter experienced recently. I feel compelled to share our story to shed light on the lack of follow-through and accountability by the management in regards to scheduling and conducting job interviews. My daughter, a young and eager job seeker, had applied for a position at our local McDonald's. After a few days, she received a text stating that she had successfully moved on to the interview stage. Excitedly, she responded with her availability and was promptly given a date and time. The first disappointment occurred when she made sure to be fully prepared, arrived early, and eagerly waited for the designated interview time, only to never receive the promised call. Hours went by, our frustration grew, and yet there was no acknowledgment or attempt to reschedule. Believing that this could be a mere oversight, my daughter decided to give McDonald's a second chance. She waited patiently until she received another text, this time with a different date and time for the rescheduled interview. However, history inevitably repeated itself. Once again, McDonald's failed to call her as promised, leaving us bewildered and feeling disrespected. What is even more disheartening is the complete disregard we experienced from McDonald's management. There was no apology or explanation for their lack of communication or commitment. The absence of any effort to rectify the situation or even offer a second chance demonstrated a shocking level of unprofessionalism and disrespect for applicants. The negative impact this experience has had on my daughter's confidence and job-seeking process cannot be understated. A company as renowned as McDonald's should prioritize clear communication, especially when it comes to their hiring process. By failing to follow through on their commitments, McDonald's has demonstrated a lack of respect and professionalism towards their potential employees. After this series of disappointments and the evident lack of consideration for applicants, I can't help but question the integrity and organization of McDonald's hiring process. It is incredibly disheartening to witness a company with such potential tarnish its reputation in the minds of aspiring job seekers. I sincerely hope that McDonald's takes our experience seriously and undertakes the necessary steps to rectify their hiring process. No applicant should have to endure the frustration, anxiety, and disheartenment that has defined our experience with McDonald's.

    We have a mcDonalds in Sundre Ab. I have gone there 6 or 7 times during our heat wave and no ice cream. This is a real let-down as it’s the only place in town that sells ice cream. The money this beach is loosing must be astronomical. And I see a lot of people leaving with no order. I myself will not go to this branch anymore. I will drive 40 miles to go to another mcDonalds. I do not recommend this branch at all

    You have a real problem with your Splenda machine!!!!! I have had problems with the Amount of Splenda that gets dispensed in my tea for years! McDonald’s has the same problems all over Canada. Most of the time I just go to Tim’s to get my tea but every once in a while I go to McDonald’s and 90% of the time I get zero sweetener. Your staff never check the machine to see if anything comes out! They just push the button.

    Broke two of my teeth on a bone that's was in one of their MacDoubles. I have tried every way possible to contact them and no phone call back. I had the piece of bone from the burger, they asked me to bring it in to be analyzed and have heard nothing back from them . I have made multiple calls to corporate office with no response back. I spoke to someone at corporate head office who explained the the foreign object was still being analyzed and would take some time. This has now been 8 months. MacDonalds has left me no resort except to contact an injury lawyer. The macDonalds in question is Dundas Street belleville, Ontario located at the belleville plaza

    Call about the store at 552 Yonge St Toronto. They lock the doors at 1:00am they only accept app payments, no cash, debt, and credit cards. The web pages state that open 24 hours dine in or take! There was no notice on the store front changes, I read about 100 reviews, and only 4 were positive! The place is a drug addicted hang out, and Uber ebike delivery guys do not buy anything and take up what little seating they have

    What is wrong with McDonald's?! I always try to get shakes and cold ice capps but their machines are ALWAYS down. I can never get a simple shake or any other cold drink other than pop. Going to give up on Mcds altogether if next trip I get the, "Our shake machine is down" message again. Already going to A&W for burgers as I can always depend on them for their great root beer always being available!

    I have been buying coffee religiously for the last 10+ years, at least three times a week. For the last month, the coffee has not tasted the same. I've bought coffee in many different locations across Toronto, and it doesn't have its strengths, and tastes like water. This is not the same coffee that McDonald's used to make.

    McDonald’s on Stephen Ave in Calgary , Alberta closed it’s bathrooms to the public and removes the seating at 5pm every. We can order but we can’t eat there or use the bathroom.     Your Bolton location needs to be shut down. I order a chicken Big Mac today and when biting into the sandwich discovered a PLASTIC SIDE SAUCE LID in the middle of my sandwich. This is EXTREMELY unacceptable and unsafe.

    Wish I could rate a zero. Very disappointed,especially McDonald's 111 McAllister drive saint john nb. The drive thru line up just to order was a wait to say the least, then they messed up on my order,had to go inside and after waiting 10 minutes inside they found someone to speak to me,then I was told they couldn't help me. I left very upset. Got put to the car to fund my childs breakfast (sausage,egg on a England muffin) wasn't even cooked. Egg was still Runny also found after I came home and was gonna finish cooking it there was egg shells in it. Very gross. I've got pictures and waiting for head office to contact.

    Had way too many bad expierences with almost every mc donalds. Especially with the hendersone highway one, in winnipeg. I dont know how hard it is to not put lettus on a burger when requested, ITS ON THE SCREEN. Also whenever they put you to the third window (the window where they make u wait while they serve other people) you will get luke warm soggy fries 90% of the time. I guarentee they give us burgers that have been made but not paid for, cause they almost always put lettus on when i request it to not have lettus. And i SEE IT ON THE SCREEN 'NO LETTYS'.

    Today I went to McDonald's at Cedarbrae Mall. They have 2 sanitizer machine and they were both empty. I asked if they have any and they said no. I asked to speak with the manager. He just ignored me and did not look at me. I asked 2 servers his name and they both said they cannot give me. I then asked the manager and he ignored me completely. I feel so terrible, I took my fish fillet and eat it at the mall. Very bad service and he is not fit to be a manager. Very disappointed with the service.

    Went to McDonald's as always before work to get my Coffee ordered my coffee at the drive threw like always . Paid and drove ahead like many times before. Drive up to the next window get my coffee like always get it just over the middle of my seat the lid was not put fully on next thing you know coffee all over my right side coffee cup holder half full my right bottom side got burnt my seat soaked . I looked at the worker and said I need to see your Manager Now. I pulled ahead got out of my truck this Manager I'm guessing she was came out with napkins hands them to me not asking are you ok or what happened . It's only obvious she knew so she hands me napkins and another coffee . Ok now I'm really upset I told her now I want someone higher up she took my number as she said I can't give out the Number. I had to go to work good thing I have a change of cloths in my truck. I get to work my side was stinging I pulled my shirt up coworker looked and said it's red what happened . I told her then she asked what did McDonald's say. I said nothing here's some napkins and a coffee. Well ok it's time to call head office I talked to someone in the States who transfered my call to Canada I then spoke to a female told her what happen when I told her what this manager did she was shocked and she never asked if your ok . I showed this Manager the mess in my truck she handed me napkins and a new coffee and walked away. So she took the info gave a me a number for the complaint to follow up and someone from head office will call you within 5 business days well it's 2 weeks and nothing. So it's safe to say your Head Office Leads Your Team This Explains The No Knowledge in your Managers Untrained Proper Staff. Your Head Office Staff Are As Useless as Your Untrained Staff. I've been a Manager for 23 years and have never seen something like this anywhere. Mcdonalds Head Office don't care about Customers the Staff has the same Feeling explains alot about McDonald's.

    The McDonald's app is terrible. Half the time it steals the points from me so it rips me off. The rest of the time it doesn't work. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I am deleting it from my phone. Fortunately, there are plenty of other fast food outlets that do have mobile apps that work.
