This is absolutely the worst hospital I have ever visited. This is also our home hospital ( we live down the street) and thus, we have given them every opportunity to show any kind of competence or compassion. Incident #1: While getting ready to be induced, my wife was confused for another patient and told “we are sorry for your loss” making it seem as though our baby was lost. This was obviously false and extremely worrisome to hear during a stressful time. Incident #2: We took our son to emergency as he was throwing up non stop for multiple days. We waited five hours to even enter a room, still no doctor present . They constantly shuffled us through different triage screenings asking the same questions multiple times, a true waste of everyone’s time. All the technology in the world can’t make up for this hospitals lack of effective protocol and processing. Incident #3: We took our son to have his jaundice checked in the first few days after delivery. There was only one doctor present in the entire hospital to support this screening. We waited two hours after our initial check in with the nurse as we were told it’s a big hospital and it takes the doctor a long time to walk from one end to the other. Once again, I would recommend staying away from this hospital if at all possible. The flashiness and size don’t even begin to make up for the lack of accountability, process, compassion and common sense that has been displayed on multiple occasions.

First time ER experience at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital last night. I've always heard that the waiting time at ER is very extensive and I was somehow prepared for that. When I entered the lobby, I had to get the number from the kiosk which is the reason why I'm giving a four star review because the ticket printer is almost at the ground level which is really hard for someone who hurt their back like me to reach for it. I waited in the lobby for registration, then wait for pre-screen to appoint me to a room, then waited in the room among with other patients, then a nurse come to asked a bit more questions, then finally doctor called me to a room for checking. I would say the entire process was very organized and I got the ticket at 8: 55pm and was able to see the doctor around 10: 30pm. For minor treatment waiting time at ER I would say is reasonable. I saw an elderly lady she went to the waiting room for ambulatory before me and was still waiting when I was leaving so not sure about other rooms' waiting time. We paid $16 for the parking for almost two hours.

First of all follow your instincts, if you think you might need a second opinion, go for it. Luckily we did that, coming from another hospital and being diagnosed from a bad migraine; to show up here and being diagnosed with a viral meningitis! In my experience I really like the approach, and how fast they really worked on my son, unlike the others reviews I was extremely pleased with each and every one, starting from the nurses, to the Md, and the doctors from the infectious & diseases department! Thank you guys for assisting my son, in general this hospital is also very very clean, from inside out! (Literally; check my pictures 😄) And this is why I give you a 5 stars, I would give you a 6 but google only has 5 😉 Keep up the good work!! And thank you for possibly saving my son’s life, if it was left untreated!!

First impressions shouldn't dictate patient care. CPSO complaint submitted, avoid the ER, and CONFIRM the treatment you receive! ....also remind nurses NOT to dispose of biohazard materials in the rubbish bin.

5 Star- Clean hospital and supportive workers 3 Star- This hospital needs more space as you can see tray was on top of divider not in a table, also plastic walls. 1 Star- I was there Wednesday night just to visit my husband. Here’s the story: the machine beeps for long like 2-3 minutes. One nurse came and she told me to do this …. Bla bla bla just to stop the beeping, she was just at the door doesn’t want to get in. Hello! Do I work in this hospital for you to tell me what to do? This happened at 8th floor in room 8.917. What a lazy nurse! Who ever you are you know you’re that person! I wished I took a picture of you or I video you! If I’m the one who works there right away I will do my job! I’m not gonna asked the patient’s wife to do this…! You’re such a lazy nurse!!!! You’re not supposed to work there! Lazy nurse!!!

I went there for the first time when I got pregnant. I went to the emergency multiple times and I did not have to wait for a very long time like in other busy hospitals. Doctors and nurses were very kind in the emergency room. Childbirth also took place in the same hospital and believe me, the nurses were extremely kind and sweet. They took care of everything and were very knowledgeable. My whole experience was superb and the hospital itself is very big and neat. Not that it would matter but the view from the room was beautiful too.

Brand new facility. Massive parking complex a short walk across to the entrance. There’s a lot of construction going on around the hospital so it is somewhat difficult to navigate where the entrance to the parking garage is located. I ended up driving around the entire hospital and ended up parking in short term which is $14/h. This lot is located right beside the front doors of the hospital. You must show your vaccine passport in order to enter the hospital to the screener and this includes showing your government ID and passing the screening questions. The facility is state of the art with everything automated and computerized. The patients have big screen TVs and iPads on moveable legs so they may use the iPads in their bed and adjust it as they need. The staff seem friendly. You must call and book to visit a patient during the visiting hours which are between 11am-7pm.

I had an emergency c section here and the hours following were the worst in my life. My NEWBORN son was found face down struggling to breath with the oxygen mask in his eye for who knows how long- super thankful I went to check on him at the NICU as we were separated due to complications at birth. If anyone knows a newborn can die from being in this position. I had to stay 3 nights due to my procedure and was sharing a room. The individuals in the next room left within a day and their side of the room was left dirty for the next 24 hours and they decided to clean it at 2am!!! While we were still in the room !!! Waking up myself and my newborn for more than 45 minutes with the lights noises and smells of the chemicals from cleaning. To top it off I was told I was being discharged at 7pm … fast forward to 11pm -no updates as to why I still haven’t been discharged. When trying to speak to the nurse she told me rudely to go back to my room. Turns out the doctor that was supposed to discharge me “forgot” and was already in the parking lot leaving when called so I had to stay another night. I was worried the whole time that I would have to pay for this additional night even though it was the doctors fault. It wasn’t until I absolutely lost it I was told what happened and that because it was the hospital’s fault i wouldn’t have to pay. My mother in law took my items so I had less to take home the next day and in the bag was the formula I was provided. When I went to get more I was stopped and told I was already given some. When I explained that my mother In law took the bag with the formula she told me I can only have one( mind u I’m staying a whole additional night and a baby drinks way more than 1). My response to her was”does this come out of your paycheck?”. Mind u this was the same rude nurse from before- she told me I was “too much “. Do not come here to deliver. I plan kn taking this to patient relations as my experience was so bad

It was the worst hospital experience that we have had in the past 15 years in Canada. My daughter injured her nose and went to this hospital by ambulance on early morning of July 18, 2022. The night shift nurses were very unprofessional. When the IV drips finished the alarm went off but nobody came. We had to go out to the nurse station but just found it empty. Finally we found the two night shift nurses chatting in the corner somewhere else and they were not apologetic at all! After they measure my daughter’s blood pressure they even forgot to remove the wrap from my daughter’s arm and just left without any explanation. When we went to ask them about this they appeared inpatient to our questions. The nurses were so uncaring and unprofessional that we are wondering how they became nurses in Canada. We will definitely avoid going to this hospital again. With that said, the doctor was fine and the day shift nurse whom we met in the morning was very good.

Want to say THANK YOU to the hospital and staff, that helped our family to welcome our baby into this world on June 26! We were so lucky to have an amazing nurses by our side - Megan and Clair! Megan was so so helpful during the labor, was breathing with me, was encouraging throughout the stages and making pushing more productive by using technique with the sheet around herself! She is the right person who has to be by your side during the labor. Clair helped us with the postpartum, caring like I was her sibling, friendly and positive! The hospital is so innovative, light and comfortable, that every woman could have dreamed of as a place to give birth! Your stay is in one spacious room during your whole visit, which has huge windows, comfortable sofa for dad’s and big washroom. The food was amazing! Italian style lunches and dinners were served like a hotel service. It was our first baby and we are so happy and glad to be there and have such a great experience! Thank you! P. S. I wish the delivery doctor wouldn’t be that rough and cold. Bedi Vishal was incompetent in many ways, especially when he wanted to use the vacuum to speed up the healthy delivery, as his shift was close to end!!! Luckily we’ve could avoid it. But even his rude actions and words haven’t ruined our positive memories. Best wishes to the hospital and a huge thank you for the nurses!

Not having a pleasant experience with the health care system in Canada, this time, the entire crew from the Birthing department was incredible. Very polite and knowledgeable. They were caring for my baby and my wife for the 2 days we spent there—big Thanks to nurse Lucy.

If you ever decide to deliver at this Hospital, please meet Nurse Melissa at LDR section/dept. My wife & myself were here this past week for our first baby and it was a delight to work with her to get ourselves educated on the entire process and she was super helpful till the very end. She ended up stretching herself late in the night just to be beside her at the time of delivery. Her knowledge about the entire delivery process is profound & robust and the level of comfort we witnessed working with her was beyond our imagination. Hospital is lucky to have her and her efforts of going above & beyond should be recognized & appreciated. We were lucky to have her by our side.

I’m pregnant and had an ultrasound in this hospital today to monitor the baby growth due to short placenta. I was not happy at all. The lady who helped me was not friendly and she did not even show me the baby as she said they are both allowed to and not even helping me with laying down or getting up. She said no words during the procedure and act so miserable. As a pregnant mom I am already under stress and the way she acts and that I am not able even to see the baby, gave so much anxiety to me and was crying after the procedure. Also she said in 2 days my doctor will get the results and I was eonder how come I will not get it in “my chart” like other tests. Then a couple of hours after the test I got the result in “my chart”. This is very unprofessional and I hope my comments help the staff behave better for future. The hospital is very clean and I am happy about that.

Was treated for kidney stones in June 2021 and delivered my daughter here in Nov 2021. This hospital is SO clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive in the emergency department. They gave me pain medication and a heated blanket when I was waiting to be seen for my kidney stones. The wait times were minimal, which was great. The labour and delivery department is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The food is as good as hospital food gets. Everything is controlled through a tablet which was easy to use. My only issue is that there was a bit of chaos when I was experiencing complications post delivery and I felt like the nurses were a little lost in terms of where things were and where to take me. The electric doors were not working so they kept banging my bed into them. After having a c-section and experiencing complications, that was a bit stressful.

My wife has been hospitalized with a serious fracture of her ankle since almost 8 o'clock last night. However, a hospital official did not give a clear schedule, and under the pretext of not knowing when the operation would be performed, only morphine has been injected since 8pm yesterday until now without water or food. Is there any health problem with fracture patients even if left unattended for a long time? Isn't this too irresponsible? Even though she is a mother of a 10-month-old baby. One more thing, from 8pm on the 19th to the current time at 10pm on the 20th, it's just a cold sandwich. Does this make common sense? If you can't decide on the surgery schedule, shouldn't you be given the first meal properly? I'm going to have surgery tomorrow morning by giving you something that doesn't look like food. Can I eat it? There is no answer here. I don't think my 11-month-old child's mother and my precious wife should be treated like that.

My wife just came back from doing a MRI at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital. It has recently opened. It is very modern and beautiful. She said everything went smoothly and everyone was very helpful. Parking is not cheap. There is a tunnel from the parking lot to main areas.

Massive state of the art hospital with cleanest facilities. Doctors and nurses are very caring, experts, and extremely hard working. It is still new so a bit understaffed and limited food options. I expect that to improve in the next few months.

I just wanted to say thank you to all staff from triage, registration to nurses and doctors at the hospital. I went a few times to ER with my son and for myself and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. Our medical situations were treated by everyone with the attention required. The doctors and nurses provided good explanations of what they were doing, the test results and answered all our question.

Had to visit the ER before the holidays and had a generally positive experience, once checked in that is. Upon arrival at around 4am, in extreme pain and almost doubled over, I walked up to the reception desk. I barely got a word out before she pointed at the kiosk and told me I had to answer the questions and get a number. Really? No interest in what was wrong. Had I chopped off my hand? Was I having chest pains? Was I losing blood or consciousness. Nothing. Just scurried me off to the kiosk so she could continue her conversation with her co-worker. She should have at least asked some basic questions and taken a minimal interest in her job. Outside of that, service was great. I realize things in the ER can take time. I was put in a room and told that the doctor wouldn't be in until 8am or so and they made me as comfortable as possible. Hopefully they can fix they intake procedure and become the world class facility the should be.

First of all I would like to thank God Almighty for having my surgery successful and then the Hospital Doctors and Nurses for their outstanding service. It was my first every surgery and it happen to be at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital and it was my best every experience of my lifetime. I can not thank enough the way staff members helped me in the wholes process and to admitting me to a five star top quality room where I stayed a few nights. Not the least but I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart and especially that one nurse who took care of me like a mother. I wish all of the staff members, Doctors, Office Staff and Nurses all the very best and once again THANK YOU. LUQMAN SHAIKH

Compared to other general hospitals and ER it is one of the cleanest and high tech medical centers. Staff are really fast, general physicians took very good care of the patients IN TIME not like other ERs thay you have to wait hours to be visited by a nurse.

Amazing hospital! I went to ER last night for my little one. Everyone is nice and super attentive to patients including doctors, nurses, all the helpers etc. And everything is so clean and neat. I thank all staffs who were involved in treating my little one. For over 4 hours of treatments, we were serviced pretty well. And waiting time was thankfully super short. I will definitely return there.

Almost 6 hour in emergency room with a 3 month old baby... Did you understand that some things are going to be important and need to be dealt with immediately but 6 hours with a 3-month-old? There were a few nurses that were great and tried very much to help. Doctor was amazing. The way it was far too long for such a young child.

Came to the ER here for the first time and I am thoroughly impressed. The hospital is very clean and new of course, but on top of that every single nurse and doctor we encountered from triage to diagnosing were all so kind and considerate. I know they must all be tired working long shifts and dealing with annoying people all day but let me tell you they all treated me and my mother with so much kindness and respect. I had bloodwork done and diagnosed all under 2 hours (mind you the ER was also extremely busy and everything was still done so fast) This hospital is run so well and everything is so efficient and done with care, it truly makes you feel like you’re in good hands. Thank you to all the nurses doctors and staff at Vaughan Cortellucci Hospital, your hard work and care has not gone unnoticed!

Had a great experience delivering at this hospital, particularly due to nurse Melissa from the labour and delivery unit. Melissa is one of a kind - extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had the birth experience I wanted by providing constant support and advice, even when my midwives didn't. Extremely grateful I was in her care during my stay and can only hope to deliver with her in the future! Dr. Vishal was present during the delivery and had a very calming and professional demeanor which was greatly appreciated. All other nurses in both labour & delivery and the recovery units were quick to respond to any calls and questions. Would definitely deliver here again with the same team!

Reception could be a bit more friendlier as they want to get back on their phones . Other then that it was a good experience and especially for my wife who dislikes going to any hospital.

It must be a full moon out. My mother was rushed to the hospital because she had fallen down the stairs. The two paramedics from York Region (Woodbridge) were extremely unprofessional and rude. We arrive to the hospital and my mother refuses to take Tylenol for the pain because she cannot digest the medication. After 3 hours she advises me to contact the nurse because she would like the Tylenol after all, due to her pain. I advised the personnel at the desk and her response was ‘she refused it the first time.’ She could have refused it 10 times. She’s the patient. If she’s changed her mind she’s allowed! If you hate your job so much find another one. You miserable 🤬

Our first experience with the new smart hospital was clean, friendly and very efficient. My mom was scheduled a CT appointment at 7:30 am. When we arrived, we were guided to the registration machine. The registration was very straightforward and easy to navigate. Once the registration was completed, a blue wristband was given and we were directed to the CT area and it says our scheduled time is 7:50 am. While we were waiting in the waiting room, we were called even before that! The CT machine even has mandarin in the system and I did not have to translate the instructions for my mom (she does not speak English). Everyone we met was so friendly and I was surprised how the process was and the patient did not have to wait for excessive time.

I do not appreciate nor like what those Hospitals in Richmond Hill do. Firstly there are personnel that do not do their job wether live or by phone properly, it’s as though they expect better from you and I sense that it’s nearly pathetic. Some of the staff are good to you or work on their things good while others are not all the same. My first older recent walk in to the hospital was by Amy and Amber from the Aurora rehabilitation centre, and it wasn’t good in some way. First it came all by a sudden and the nurses where there but it was as though was some kind of cell or walk in prison room. It was some what strange and not good and I this doesn’t happen again. This is because two staff members asked me a few in appropriate questions and that’s strange to do for some one who is upright. I think those people should be brought in and confronted. Also they owe me money for what happened there, not good in any way! My further visits to this hospital Major Mackenzie one was not all bad it was alright but it took a long time for things to be done I had to wait hours just to get a visit from a doctor and next a medic just so I get checked up, although I could wait it was frustrating too, I hope this doesn’t happen again. My visits to this hospital after where alright but it was son what not all perfect at time it was a little better after that but still it left me thinking I wish it where better. My first visit to the Vaughan Cortellucci Hospital was calm and serene and it went alright my psychotherapist was nice to me and helpful, I wouldn’t mind coming back for a check up there again. Other than this it is almost good to go to both hospitals especially the Vaughan Cortellucci Hospital and almost the same with the Major Mackenzie Hospital but I do some doubts about it in a way, I hope this changes because I went there a couple of times for various reasons and some of the physicians where I little stark to me, I don’t know why, I hope it doesn’t happen again this way but I can’t trust it all the same again. I wish I could give it all four stars but no I won’t seriously. May be a true 3.5\5 stars for some of it and that’s all.

I thought this was more of a 5 star hotel than hospital the modern large rooms had massive washrooms with modern showers too, ultimate in luxury privacy (look at the photos that another patient posted below to see). My room even had a view of the huge Wonderland Park across the street which is a sight to behold but everywhere seems to have a great view it was built on a lot of land in the open. On leaving I overheard one lady telling the Covid screeners before entering how breathtaking the premises were. So modern, so clean, so spacious. I remain in amazement. Everything else in comparison, though great hospitals, is draconian and 3rd world even though the doctors all gifted no matter what hospital you go to in Ontario. Our docs are tops.

My wife experienced an abscess leading us to seek emergency surgery at this hospital. The facility is notably clean and modern, with an impressive and welcoming staff. The nurses and doctors in the acute minor section, specifically Dr Fan, Christina, David, and Yasmin, were outstanding during our stay. They provided excellent care and made a stressful situation much more manageable. We are immensely grateful to the staff for their incredible support and for making our visit a positive experience despite the circumstances.

Listen, wait times at all hospitals in Ontario cities are going to be ridiculous. I spent 6 hours here last week for something that should have been 3 hours max. But the quality of staff and nurses and doctors and facilities was incredible. What amazing people. They made me feel so much better and helped me so much. Great hospital

I was surprised at how pleasant my experience was! I broke my toe and decided to visit this hospital as all my prior experiences at other hospitals have been so poor. The nurses and doctors were so kind, thoughtful and friendly. I was shocked. They were definitely busy and working through many stress factors, however, remained professional and kind.

I was transported to Cortellucci Vaughan hospital on 20th Dec 21 by Paramedics after I had a slip and fall on black ice at my workplace resulting in a broken humerus bone. Foremost I need to express my gratitude and appreciation to the two paramedics who took care of me and my injury with the utmost care, skill and professionalism . They were so compassionate and left only after I was assigned to the X-Ray division. Same level of professional knowledge combined with empathy and care was exhibited by the Doctor, Floor staff, X-Ray technician and finally the gentleman who did the cast on my hand. Inspite of a horrible accident and broken bones I still cherish the great positive approach shown by all at the Cortellucci hospital along with the Paramedics. Thank you all and wishing you all a merry Christmas and happy holidays.

Great hospital! Went in with Covid and thought I was never going to get out.the nurses and doctors are so great at treating Covid patients. The turnaround is great. Here I am 11 days later and I’m at home continuing my recovery. The worst is over

incredible hospital! very kind staff, they didn't seem overworked (at least at the time we went, 9pm), super efficient process flow, and a calm environment, which I've never seen from an ER. I hope that's indicative of good management.

The labor and delivery department is fantastic! So grateful that I chose to deliver my baby here. From the medical staff, nurses and admin staff - such a positive experience. So clean and modern too!

My father had multiple imaging appointments at this hospital. What a nice experience. First of all, the place is spotless, brand new and beautiful. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Everything was great. We are happy to have received care for my father at this hospital.

The design and efficiency is amazing. Emergency area is nothing like I have seen before. Each patients has their own room with a TV. You don't see that in other emerge dept. I did not come across 1 person that worked in the hospital that looked like they didn't want to be there. Both morale and energy level very high. Almost makes you want to get sick just be be in this incredible place.

I don't see the reason for one star from other low rating reviews, but for me so far this is by far the BEST medical institution I have ever been to, around the world! My wife give birth to our second child there. Our postpartum over night room is akin to a hotel room, with beautiful northbound views, rolling hills and the Oak Ridge. Ample parking, smart design in and out. Special thanks to Cortellucci family for making this facility possible.

Came to ER for chest pain and to my surprise, I was admitted after just 30 mins of waiting in line. The triage nurse (I believe her name was Sam) was very helpful and efficient, and quickly directed me to get registered in the system and to be seen by ambulatory doctors. Every healthcare professional I met during the visit was friendly. The doctor was super chill and patient in explaining everything that came back from the tests. It took about 3.5 hours in total from walking in to getting all the tests done (ECG, bloodwork, X-Ray) to being discharged from the hospital. Overall, the patient experience was wonderful and it was contrary to the hour-long, messy visits to ER I imagined. Everything in the facility is also very clean and high quality. No stains anywhere and very quiet. Very pleased with the environment.

I gave birth to my baby boy at this hospital. There was a lady at reception in birthing center, she had no manners and treated me like it was her hospital. And i visited the emergency unit of birthing center few days before my delivery, doctor on duty on that day was very rude because she was tired and didnt want to attend patient. My delivery went smooth and nurses at the labour and delivery unit were amazing. They were friendly and communicated with me in such good manner especially nurse Mona Diza. Hospital facilities were wonderful with all modern equipments but food was not that good. Overall i had great experience and i loved the whole process of bringing my baby into this world at this hospital.

Hi I just wanted to thank everyone at this hospital for their care for my dear dad when he was admitted last September 11 to October 11. He has passed on since February due to his IPF… This Hospital is still relatively new, and working out the kinks but I think they will be very good moving forward. I’m especially grateful that they allowed me his son to sleep every night with him in his room. Thanks again for all your help… Miss u dad ❤️

Do not just walk in the emergency if your symptoms do not let you wait. There is a ticketing and queue system with over an hour wait no matter you tell the Receptionist if you have high fever and flu (possibly Covid) like symptoms. In the waiting area you also put others to risk. Go somewhere else or call an ambulance so that they can take care of you before you get there. Hope this helps someone.

My family doctor directly spoke with the radiologist to get directions on how to fill out an urgent MRI requisition for spinal cysts and subluxed joint. I had severe pain and kept losing consciousness. The radiologist told him exactly what to fill out. I had great difficulty booking my imaging with them. They sent the requisition back to my doctor asking what kind of surgery I had had even though it was already discussed on the phone. My family doctor sent the requisition back indicating my surgical history. The radiologist (Donald LY) disregarded the urgency of the request and booked me months later. Because of prior surgery on my spine I should have had contrast MRI, but the radiologist Donald LY refused to order a contrast MRI. My neurosurgeon said the radiologist should have done contrast. After calling them roughly 50 times they finally brought me in to have the imaging done without contrast. After the MRI I found out they didn’t do two sections of my spine on purpose based on the radiologist’s decision. I had injuries in those sections but was told the radiologist Donald LY does not want to do the imaging. I asked to see what referral they had received from my doctor to see if my family doctor had not requested those areas by mistake and they called security on me! Security showed up but immediately got surprised as to why they won’t give me my own personal health information. It’s been a very stressful month dealing with this hospital and I could not show my surgeon the MRI in time due to this radiologist’s carelessness and discrimination against me. Shameful to treat the patient like a violent criminal and call security on them for mistakes the hospital’s own radiologist Donald LY has made. I would AVOID this place.

My 95 year old father with two blood clots in his lungs had been in the emergency room for 45 HOURS and counting. He is on oxygen and they have left him in a bed with many other patients on bed. He has not slept for two day and refuse to give him an isolated room in the ER. We have been lied too over and over. Poor nurses do what they can. We have been told he is on a priority list 24 hours ago to get a room, but still sitting here in the ER with no doctor coming to see him for the last 10 hours. CT and ultra sound was done to see if there was any other damage to his organs or brain, but we would not have any results as the doctor was not in until seven a M and these tests were done 4 PM the previous day. We were finally told he will not get a bed outside of the ER as to why I still don’t know. When have ER rooms become the place where patients stay and not get the proper treatment as a doctor only sees them every 24 hours if that. so many things wrong that I saw the past 48 hours as I am editing this review, it makes me sick to my stomach. And to make things even worse, there is a TV in front of him that is broken but when I walk through the halls, there are dozens of TVs on and nobody there. What does it take to have maintenance? Come and switch out a TV. Oh, and I forgot to mention they skipped everybody in the emergency room where he is to feed them dinner tonight Why bother making a state of the art Hospital when half of it is closed and you can’t even get patients in a room
