The clinic itself is nice and clean. But I put 2 stars because they made me wait 2 hours to see a doctor. I don’t know how receptionists is choosing priority clients but for sure if you have fever she will going to make you wait longer and if your there for something you can even talk over a phone with a doctor she’s let you in like in 10 minutes. So I do not recommend to use this walk in clinic if you have something serious. Because I was waiting first 40 minutes and than 2 hours to see a doctor for 5 and 15 minutes. Spent half of my day sitting in a cold lobby with fever and horrible through pain. I do hope management of the clinic will see this feedback and figure out the way to prioritize clients properly. Maybe they just need to change a receptionist.

If you don't have a family doctor, due to the shortages in Ontario and all the doctors seem to be retiring now, then Sanomed is an excellent walk in clinic. There administrative staff/receptionists are on the ball. Excellent customer service. No, I take that back FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Doctors at this walk in clinic are extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, great bed-side-manners. You can tell they really enjoy being doctors and talking about whatever it is that's on the patients' mind etc. Then they also have the Pharmacist right next to the clinic. Which is just as fantastic as the medical clinic. It's nice when you see people who actually enjoy what they are doing and are proud of the work they do etc. Nice job.

My experience with the clinic has been very consistent for the past years in the sense that your wait time past your appointment time would be at least 50 mins. Updated: reply to clinic comment: The worse part of it is the receptionist will always tell you the wait is around 25 mins past appointment time and the doctors are always behind. If every appointment is at least an hour late, what’s the point of making one at all? Today it cost me 68 mins wait + 5 mins doctor visit + 20 mins pharmacy wait. So if you're visiting this clinic with a booked appointment, be prepared to spend at least 1.5hrs here.

Doctors are great at this place. But they never inform you about anything. Did my blood test, my ultrasound and several referrals and they never ever inform me the results until I phone up and book another appointment. They don’t even bother to let you know if yours referrals been canceled . I understand they are short of staff but that should be a management level issue, patients should be notified if there’s anything wrong with their results.

I had good experience with the clinic before but its latest services has been pretty back peddled. I start to hear doctors saying "you are only allowed to discuss one issues per appointment, if there are more symptoms you'll have to book another appointment" disregard my attempt to intro symptoms from prior health issues that could be linked together and convince a test maybe necessary. Have to agree with another reviewer on this, maybe listening skills for a doc is quite important? (edit per feedback to make review clearer) I also have to disagree on your claims - one issue per visit is NOT practiced by ALL walk-ins. Please don't represent all walk-in clinics in one sentence. If you'd really like to represent ALL walk-ins, please provide a link of yours or official resources where this "general rule" is made known to the public? It is more likely those unspoken rules you stated is forced to patients before by some dollar driven doctors at various walk-ins. I've had walk-ins where I brought more than one issues in when those issues are similar to the ones I have discussed recently. Your doc tried to finish up the conversation within 1-2 min of the phone consultation and even when I pushed hard to introduce a linked issue it took less than 5. How is it reasonable to believe finishing conversations on a patient helping with diagnostics?

This clinic is a gem. I've been going to them for two years now, they make it super easy to make appointments and I'm always seen within minutes of my appointment time. A lot of times I can even get same day or next day appointments. Staff here are super friendly and helpful and have always validated my experience and taken my health issues seriously. Dr. Mark is who I normally see and he's awesome, the other doctors are great as well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a family doctor!

Stay alert, not quite sure why this clinic only gets one star review or five star review. I will report to google for them to further investigate if there are some fake reviews here. Updated Nov 25, 202 Response to the Clinic: Thanks for your reply. The reason you cannot find my last name "Miao" is because your stuff entered the wrong last name "Maio" (I've checked my prescriptions, that's how my name was spelled) Not sure why would this happen, because the last name on my health insurance card is spelled correctly. Maybe next time train your stuff so they can spell their customer's name properly. Original Review Dated Oct 2020: Please avoid going to this Medical Clinic as much as possible. Overall I felt like Dr. Ralhan Karan doesn't care about his patient, he only wants to make more money. This is really scary. Currently we are still in pandemic, I do want to pay my respect to all the frontline health workers. But I don't think Dr. Ralham Karan deserved the respect at all. Here's a list of things I feel really unconformable with this Clinic: 1. I paid a visit to Dr. Ralhan Karan before the pandemic (Jan 2020) because I had a really bad cold and a long history of asthma. Dr Karan was very arrogant and did not even bother to use a Stethoscope. He only listened to what I said about my symptoms and then directly started providing the prescription. No question was asked at all, nothing was diagnosed. 2. He did not even ask if I have a company drug card before prescribing the most expensive inhaler I've ever got. (I still had to pay about $40 after my drug card covered 80%) 3. Which made me more uncomfortable was that his sent the prescription directly to his own pharmacy (Pharmasave SanoMed). I do think I have the freedom to pick whatever pharmacy I prefer. My feeling is that a lot of the patients here are foreign students from UofT and they don't know too much about the Canadian Medical system. So this clinic is trying to take advantage of that. Update Nov 24, 2020:

Amazing clinic. Super clean. Doctor Lu is the BEST doctor. I’m constantly booking appointments with him. He is knowledgeable, always very helpful and attentive! Have was guiding me at the begging of my pregnancy and is also ready to answer to any of my inquiries now when I have a midwife. I found the docs and the clinic cool. However, because they made me wait for around an hour even after having an appointment, I am quite disappointed. I guess they could at least send a message or an email in advance if they are running late, because taking others’ time for granted is not appreciated at all.

Terrible staff. Rude and make fun of patients while they’re standing in the waiting area. Then they nickel and dime you. They keep adding fees every time you speak to them. I was told I had two fees to pay. Paid both and then they tacked on additional fees. They don’t take credit or debit, only e-transfers or cash. Don’t waste your money and go to a better walk in clinic

A great little clinic to drop by after work if you need a quick prescription. I called a few hours before, and they were able to accommodate me for the same day. There is also a pharmacy inside. The staff at the walk in clinic and pharmacy were all very kind, efficient, quick, and professional. I would highly recommend to go here for a walk in reason. Just remember this is not Uber walk in apps. Sometimes if you go a to walk in clinic you might have to wait to see the doctor, that’s life. It’s better than paying to see the doctor like in other countries or waiting 12 hours in ER. We are lucky to be here and have these services available to us!

Worst clinic ever. Doctors are rushed. They don’t really listen to you. Doctors are disorganized, so there is no communication between one appointment and the next. Wait times are sometimes fast but frequently can be 2 hours. Oh, and don’t try to actually walk in to this “walk in clinic.” There is never any space. You need to book appointment. But here’s the real joke: good luck booking an appointment. They simply don’t answer the phone. I have been trying for 2 days. I’m always “caller number 20-something.” Their callback feature is NOT REAL. They DO NOT call back. I would advise anybody reading this to go to a different place. Lord knows there’s is plenty of other clinics near by.

The worst costumer service ever I have seen in a clinic. I am really sick and in pain.Yesterday, they told me I need to get a covid rapid test and bring the negative result kit in-order for them to make an appointment. This morning they just changed they words and said no we didn’t say that! After I brought the test they said they don’t have any appointments for Today! This is ridiculous and disrespectful you forced me to do a rapid test because I have a sore throat and after that you said you don’t have any appointments. If you don’t want to give any appointments you should’ve told patients that we are fully booked instead of saying do the rapid test and come back!!!

Echoing a previous comment, avoid Dr. Mishriki. I’ve been to this clinic many times and the front desk staff and all the other doctors I’ve seen have been friendly, helpful and patient, which I’m grateful for. HOWEVER, my experience with Dr. Mishriki was very negative. She was impatient, dismissive and I felt like she wanted me out ASAP so she can move on. She took ONE look at my symptoms before deciding what it is - I’m sure she has expertise but it made me feel like she rushed everything. Lastly, I totally understand her concerns for her own health and we were both masked, but she made me feel like I had some horrible disease. There is no compassion in her attitude with patients. The other doctors here are not like that. Please avoid her if you can.

I am very happy that I came across this medical clinic because they're essential to my overall health. I started seeing them during the pandemic because another clinic decided to not longer do in-person care during the pandemic. I am especially appreciative of the care that Dr. Lu and Michelle have given me. They have restored my faith in modern medicine and thankful for their helpful, friendly demeanor. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

I called ahead of time and spoke with the clinic receptionist, who was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked in with no wait, 30 minutes before closing, and was immediately seen by Dr. Lu. He was fantastic. This clinic is in a great location, and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, which is always appreciated because no one, not even a nurse, enjoys going to the doctor!

I'm so grateful that Dr. Lu and staff examined, cleaned and stitched my cut finger on a first visit as a scheduled walk-in on a busy day. Dr. Lu's explanations were thorough and everyone that works in the office was attentive, highly competent, warm and friendly. I worked in hospitals for 12+ years and never met a doctor like him.

If I could give a 0 I would. My dad had an appointment set, we were told to sit and wait. After waiting for 40 minutes my dad asked how much longer it would be, she didn’t know. Another 10 minutes later we were told the the doctor is busy and that the secretary would transfer us to another doctor that is available. We were directed to room #5. We waited for another 15 minutes and no doctor showed up. We had to leave, the staff is very rude and does not respect patient’s time and do not care about their wellbeing. Thankfully there are other clinics that do respect their patients.

The front of clinic staff was honestly so great. They were very to the point and helped me with all my concerns. It was so impressive to see such organization and efficiency. This is a busy location and to have such well running staff doing the coordination is so helpful and refreshing. The doc was also very good. She listens to my concerns and did what was necessary to get me the treatment I needed. Again, this is a popular location so things may get busy, but the staff do a great job at keeping things together.

Clinic receptionist was very friendly and efficient, as was the attending doctor, Dr. Lee (sp?). I came in as a walk-in and was promptly informed of the next availability/wait-time. Had my appointment on time and was in and out quickly. Only thing was pharmacy/clinic itself was late to open. Hours said open at 10am Saturday, but noone came to unlock the place until 10:05am. Even the clinic staff were waiting outside. Would recommend, just keep in mind early hours.

I made a next-day appointment at this clinic for my presumed strep throat after being told there were no more walk-in spots left for the day. I then received an appointment notification around noon on the day of to expect a call just 20 minutes later. I waited an hour and a half before deciding to call the office myself to inquire. I was told the doctor was running behind and to simply wait for the call. I waited from 12:40pm to the time they closed at 6pm for a call I never received. Not even a call from reception to let me know they wouldn't have time to fit me in that day. I highly encourage finding a different clinic as Sanomed clearly does not have any respect for the time or wellbeing of their patients.

I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s extremely good or bad. I would give this place a ten-star rating if I could!!! I recently hurt my foot at the gym and tried to get an X-ray. After getting rejected so many times by other clinics saying they don’t accept UHIP and asking me to pay nearly 100 bucks for walk-in services, Sanomed literally save my life. It’s THE BEST clinic I’ve ever been in Canada! The ladies at the reception are always so nice and helpful. Also doctor Leela is an amazing person! She welcomed me with kind words and tried her best to help me. I am so glad that I came here to get my stuff done. Thank you so much!!!

I am honestly surprised to see a lot of negative reviews about this clinic off lately. I have been visiting Sanomed for over 5 years and I highly recommend them. Yes. It is a challenge to get through an appointment. But their call back feature is great. The staff is accommodating and tries their best to schedule an appointment based on the availability. There are multiple doctors available and you can pick and choose too. Their doctors won't prescribe meds if they feel that you don't really need them and they are not shy to mention it. This review is incomplete without a shoutout to their pharmacy team that is equally caring. I think this is one of the best walk-in clinics in downtown and I'll highly recommend it. Cheers!

I would like to start off this review by saying that I would rate the clinic 5/5 if it weren't for the absolutely incompetent and unprofessional doctor that we dealt with. We visited the clinic as my wife and I are expecting a child and we did not have a family doctor. Before I discuss this sorry excuse for a doctor, I would like to say that Dr. Irene Li and the person that drew my wife's blood were amazing. Great doctor and very nice people. The one and only reason for the 1/5 rating is dr. apoorv jain. He is BY FAR the worst doctor myself or my wife has ever come in contact with. After only one blood draw he had already decided that my wife was not pregnant even though her HCG was right on point for how far along she was. In a conversation with my wife, he said "I dont think you're actually pregnant" and then he said she was miscarrying even though there was no evidence of that. Now she is 11 weeks pregnant and none of what he said was true. If he waited to see her second blood draw results he would've seen that we were not miscarrying because her levels were going up not down. He also sent my wife for an ultrasound and the ultrasound note said "early abortion". At the ultrasound, the technician was flabbergasted with this note as there was no indication of any abortion. This doctor should take a lesson in how to deal with human beings and understand how his actions could affect someone. He should also learn a bit of tact. Not only that, he was incredibly wrong in his "diagnosis". As far as I'm concerned, he's not fit to be a doctor and shouldn't have a licence. ****EDIT***** We never received a call from the clinic to apologize,as indicated in their response to this comment. If you want to be treated with respect and decency, find another clinic.

Based on my experience, the medical staff was great. The wait times are not that long because you usually have to get an appointment prior to going there. The only down side is it takes them too long to respond if you book your appointment on their website, so it would be much better if you just call the clinic.

Great experience going to the walk-in this morning. Had an issue booking a virtual appointment for my son with my phone and the pharmacist took the time to do it for me instead. Got a virtual appointment 45 mins after the clinic opened. Quick, thorough diagnosis and easy pick-up of meds. Pharmacist even helped with a payment option as we don’t have insurance. Will be back!

Rather disappointing experience. My doctor's out of town, called multiple walk-in clinic locations, most of them won't do over the phone and will only do in person consultation??? Already very confused by this since - COVID. Explained that I can only do over the phone to the receptionist because my working hours simply do not work with walk-in. They agreed to an over the phone consult. I have pink eye symptoms and the doctor after looking at the pictures I sent in tells me it just looks a bit irritated and to use warm compresses and turn off my AC and some over the counter drops. Honestly WebMD has better instructions that that.

People may complain about their walk-in service, but so along as you have your appointment ready, your experience should be smooth. Overall, highly recommended.

The attention in the center is good. I have always booked an appointment with Dr. Lou (Surajballi Llewellyn) because he is always cheerful, happy, intelligent, considerate, professional, and always caring about his patients. I consider him an excellent professional and whenever I need to go to a Dr., I would not hesitate to always go to him.

They take genuine care in giving you the best treatment. Reception team are always very helpful and polite - I’ve never had the follow up on anything and the team always follow through on what is promised. So happy and will continue to visit the clinic.

Thank the front desk receptionist for caring! My appointment is cancelled because of my doctor is being caught by emergency. After listening to my concern, she arranges an appointment for me the same day ! All the best to you, and all the staffs who are working so hard even the late Friday!

They actually answer the phone...they do...lol The longest I waited was 15 minutes even with the clinic completely full. The Dr. Was very kind and very skilled. Truly, highly recommended.

I was visited this walk-in clinic multiple times, but never experienced this before. This one star is specifically for the specific person not for all other people. All the other stuffs including compounding center ppl and doctors and even most of the pharmacy ppl are All GOOD and NICE. BUT, for today’s visit, when I picked up my medicine and got instructions from the pharmacy, I just don’t know why the lady who should give me the medicine and instructions is SOOOOOOOO ridiculously rude. I am a patient and definitely can’t understand all the specific name of medicine. So I just repeated to confirm the parts in her intro that I could not understand clearly. Also, as a second language speakers of English, I had already tried my best to understand all the things she talked about and I also understood ppl’s busy during her work and tried not to brought her too much inconvenience when she introduced the stuffs to me. However, until now I still cannot understand, WHY, her eyes almost rolling to the sky when I try to repeat a bit to make sure I take the medicine correctly. If she doesn’t want to explain how to use the medicines, she can definitely skip that step and forward me directly to the payment. And the MOST wired thing is, after we finished the conversation and to the purchase step she seems annoyed and ask her colleague said “ U come and help her to do the payment” (sth like that). Excuse me????? I am not really sure if she has a bad day today or is just annoyed for her other jobs, or her self matters or me as a patient just asked her very slight questions? Not often give such a comment, but I really felt sad on met such a thing during such a familiar walk-in clinic:(

Clinic is very busy. I always have to wait longer than my appointment time as they are accommodating walk ins in between probably. But staff is good and all doctors are very good. They are working very hard .Doctors are polite. I have very good experiences with Dr. Hadi, Dr Mark, Dr Apoorva. I will never prefer to see Dr. Leela again my experience with her was very disappointing. she is rude and didn't pay attention to my serious issue which was later on resolved by Dr. Hadi.

The doctor who gave me a phone call to discuss with me about my conditions was very friendly and informative. I understand that a phone call instead of an in person visit is safer during the pandemic. I really enjoyed the conversation. He was quick to the point and gave me the prescription along with some nice tips that I should be mindful going forward. It was also quick for me to pick up my medications and the pharmacist was very patient and kindly explained to me how I should apply. It was a great experience!

Great clinic. Only been once, but my doctor (I forget his name) was very informative. The diagnosis and explanation OF my diagnosis was precise and clear. It took me 3 different clinics to get this explanation. Wish I had went here sooner!

It couldn’t have been any easier. You can walk in, fill out some forms and you can talk to someone to calm you down and give you medication if you have anxiety issues. You can get the IUD in the same complex. Then they will take a urine test and give you sedation. I didn’t feel any pain, it was definitely uncomfortable. The procedure was fast. The doctor will inform you of what to expect after you go home. Would definitely recommend them for IUD insertion

Since I have visited Sanomed Medical clinic a couple of times with different concerns I could enjoy great service and care during my visits. I got probably the best care I could imagine and would like to thank Dr. Llewellyn for his positive attitude and care, advice and treatment, as well as administrator Sofiya for help and support. This clinic is worth visiting if you need getting a treatment.

Called in for a same day appointment and submitted my information online. Was able to secure an appointment a few hours later. The clinic is located just north of Wellesley on Bay St. Street parking not available after noon. Clinic and pharmacy is in the same space but they operate independently. The intake staff are friendly and efficient. There's a small waiting area with about six chairs. The clinic is bright and feels clean. There are five patient rooms and per my discussion with one of the doctors there's usually 3 doctors on site. I had a quick discussion with the doctor and I was on my way shortly after. The prescription was sent directly to the adjoined pharmacy but you have the option to send the prescription to your home pharmacy. Definitely will be back again if I need a quick appointment and my family physician is not available. I imagine this clinic does get busy with international residents.

I got my TB tests done here and I had a great experience. The doctors helped me ensure that all my other vaccines were up to date for volunteering. They were very helpful. I felt unwell after one of my vaccines and they monitored me with a lot of care and made sure to follow up with me later in the day. Only criticism I have is that sometimes they have a long wait time. I have had no issues with morning appointments, but when I went in the afternoon I had to wait 50min past my appointment time.

Waited 1 hour since they overbooked just to be told by the family doctor to follow up with someone else or a dentist as she didnt know the course of treatment. She dismissed my symptoms and didn't even bother to look at or test for any of them. When I tried booking another appointment a nurse randomly came up to me telling me I can follow up in 6 MONTHS. When I said no to this, she then told me I had to wait for test results (which I had to conduct myself since the doctor and nurse refused to swab me) before I could book another appointment to see if something is actually wrong. Since when did nurses start giving medical advice? Especially advice that completely contradicts the doctor's orders. If you didn't treat me don't tell me. She literally told me nothings wrong with me because my vitals were fine. Not sure why she's checking my vitals but none of my symptoms which were physically very visible. I booked another Doctor - they were easily able to see and treat the infection right away. All of the b.s. and gaslighting (which I didn't fall for) from the female family doctor in lieu of basic medical care makes me wonder how she has her medical license. She literally made up reasons for why I had my symptoms e.g. "the bacteria in mouth could be dental issues so follow up your dentist." Since when do dentists prescribe same day medication for oral/lung infections? This doctor made these wild assumptions while remaining 6ft away from me the entire 5 min appointment. So negligent, incompetent and downright lazy.

A walk-in clinic with very accommodating staff. Clinic’s entry is from the same gate as pharmacy’s. Booking a prior appointment is quiet convenient but even if you are directly walking in, it doesn’t take too long to see a doctor. Doctors are humble and helpful.

As a student at UofT, this location is incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful; I was able to book a same day appointment. The employees behind the desk were happy to answer my questions about the intake form. I was particularly happy with Dr. Mishriki‘S care. She was skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Thank you Sanomed!

The waiting time for both picking up and hearing back of test results was long. We were told to expect a hearing back on Wednesday, however we actually get the result back on the next week by calling the clinic several time to ask for it. It also took about an hour to pick up the prescription. Also one of the assistants was being a bit impatient which made us uncomfortable. We understand it had been a long day for everyone and there were many clients, hope this would be improved in future.

Dr. Mark Broussenko is very helpful. He is patient and explains things well. I’ve considered him almost my family doctor since I visited this clinic long time ago. Dr. Hadi is also very nice. Have been avoiding Dr. Mishriki after I had two appointments with her. She’s very impatient.

I’ve been here two previous times and had good experiences. The doctor I saw this third time was unnecessarily rude. She cut me off any time I tried to explain what my (ongoing) issue was and when I explained that she was moving very quickly and I would like a few minutes to think of questions she got very annoyed and told me I had to leave. She seemed completely bewildered that I might have questions or be worried about the issue I’d had for over a month and actually said “oh my god” and rolled her eyes when I said “so you won’t give me a few minutes to think of questions?” She performed the most unprofessional physical exam I’ve ever had, and it honestly made me uncomfortable. I know walk-in clinics are busy and my concern is mild (I even deferred to her about how best to ask my questions considering how busy she is) but it never feels nice to have an issue with your body dismissed. Will specifically be requesting a different doctor if I need to go back. EDIT: She also prescribed something that I told her I’d had a previous adverse reaction to. She talked over me and told me it couldn’t have possibly been the medication causing what I saw and to come back if it happened again. I got the prescription filled and after two days of using it…the SAME SIDE EFFECTS STARTED. I’m done with doctors who don’t listen to their patients, I really tried to tell this doctor that I didn’t want the prescription but she was so focused on getting out of the room that she was just annoyed with me for not taking what she wanted to give me.

Dr Vajar Mahshad is terrible, she had no idea how to deal with ENT related issues, she looked at me and said “something does look infected but i’m not sure what this is, try waiting 2-3 weeks.” I told her i’d already been experiencing issues for the past 1-2 months so i’m not sure why i need to wait 2 more weeks to come back in? She did not refer me to a specialist for further testing despite not knowing what’s wrong with me. She was also wearing pink nurse scrubs so I am not sure if she even is a physician, or just a nurse practitioner acting as a doctor at this clinic.

Probably the best experience that I have had at a walk in clinic in Toronto. I picked this place because it is close to my office. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes - would highly recommend if you don’t have hours to spend waiting to see a doctor!

I never post reviews, but compelled to share the most awful and disappointing patient-doctor interaction ever. I felt that the walk in doctor was ++ rude and dismissive of my symptoms. Seemed like she did not want to listen to me or provide any helpful solutions. Never going back. A waste of my time. Please do better.

Sanomed is a great clinic. The staff is nice and I never waited too long to see a doctor. I don’t have anything negative to say about it. I’m in a long wait lost to see a family doctor and that’s why I was relief to meet Dr Mahshad Vajar. I’ve been going to different clinics for months and she solved my problem in 15 minutes by only listening to me carefully and taking the time to understand where I was coming from. Sometimes I have a hard time to medically express myself because English is not my first language but never Dr Vajar made me feel uncomfortable or that I was wasting time like I felt in many other clinics. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Sanomed is a great clinic but Dr Vajar is def a rare find.

Unpleasant experience at this clinic: 1) There’s always a very long wait even if you come on time for your appointment 2) The doctor kept dismissing me. I had 2 questions, she answered my first one and then asked me to leave. I reminded her I had another question, but she said she was running behind schedule and couldn’t help. 3) They tricked me into paying for a sick note. The front desk charged me $30 for an “appointment fee” but it actually for a sick note, which I did not need nor did I ask for. If they were honest and said the charge was for a sick note, I would not have taken it. 4) They do not take any card payment, etransfer or cash only

It was my first walk-in clinic experience in Canada, and I didn't know what to expect...but I'm glad I found this place. I didn't have an appointment, and the wait time ended up being no more than 15 min (daytime hours). The doctor didn't ignore my concerns and ordered all necessary blood work 👍

I had the best consultation I can get. The walk-in clinic provided me with the quickest appointment and made sure I’m comfortable. To anyone who is experiencing missed periods due to any reason, my doctor is Leela Balakrishnan and she is a very thorough examiner with lots of experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend to book with her for such problems.

The Ukranian doctor is great, the interior is clean and modern. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the wait time. If I am booked for 12:20, I expect to see the doctor no later than 12:25-12:30. Wait time is crazy stupid, optimize your bookings and walk-ins
