Although
it
feels
clean
and
approachable
in
the
physical
office,
I
think
I
have
may
had
2
good
experiences
out
of
the
number
I've
had?!
For
the
most
part
they
seem
forgetful,
non-communicative.
I
had
an
intro
call
last
year
with
Dr.Wong
solely
to
talk
about
becoming
a
patient
as
she
was
accepting.
At
the
end
of
our
minor
interview
she
told
me
she'd
accept
me
as
a
patient.
Having
signed
her
as
my
doctor
on
many
forms
since,
I've
now
(one
year
later)
been
told
I
don't
have
a
family
doctor
there
because
I
didn't
sign
papers,
papers
that
were
never
provided
to
me.
I've
had
multiple
appointments
since
that
first
call
and
no
mention
of
papers
came
up.
When
I
informed
the
receptionist
that
I
had
been
accepted,
she
said
she'd
have
to
look
into
it.
I
finally
got
a
call
back
and
was
told
she
won't
be
accepting
new
patients
because
she'll
be
leaving
on
maternity
leave
again.
Obviously
this
is
problematic
for
a
few
reasons,
but
at
this
point
it
feels
it
will
be
impossible
to
find
any
other
doctor
as
the
health
sector
is
under
such
stress.
It's
truly
shocking
the
level
of
disorganization
and/or
miscommunication
that
has
happened
here.
During
the
past
year,
that
doctor
had
continued
to
see
me
for
which
I
was
thankful
until
she
took
5
months
to
refer
me
to
a
specialist
after
having
had
3
phone
appointments
-
each
of
which
I
was
told
I'd
hear
from
her
within
2
weeks
with
an
update
on
the
status.
I
did
not
hear
from
her.
On
my
second
call
to
follow
up
about
the
matter,
she
said
she
couldn't
find
anyone...
okay,
thank
you
for
informing
me
of
that
🙃
I
had
sent
follow-up
emails
asking
about
the
status
and
received
nothing
from
the
reception
or
the
doctor.
It
was
only
on
my
third
attempt
at
an
appointment
did
I
hear
about
a
referral,
having
sent
a
firm
email
claiming
it
was
just
irresponsible
behaviour.
Miraculously,
I
received
a
a
referral
call
2
weeks
later
and
a
finally
response
and
reason
for
the
delay
from
Lockwood.
Believe
me,
I
have
sympathy
for
healthcare
professionals
in
this
current
landscape.
Overworked
and
stressed
to
the
core
with
lack
of
help
or
staff.
However,
my
health
is
my
concern
and
what
I
need
to
advocate
for.
I
have
been
disappointed
with
the
way
Bay
College
Medical
&
Lockwood
Diagnostic
has
dealt
with
me
as
a
walk-in
or
a
patient
-
who
knows
at
this
point.
The
2.3
star
rating
on
google
should
be
noted.
Like
the
5
star
review
before
me
suggests,
people
typically
don't
come
on
to
review
positive
experiences
and
I
generally
think
it's
hard
to
find
any
good
help
given
the
current
state
of
public
healthcare.
That
being
said,
take
one
quick
google
for
clinics
in
Toronto
and
you're
able
to
find
ones
rated
higher
than
2.3
with
many
more
reviews...
