This plaza is a small one. There are a few restaurants, a convenience store, some medical offices, a big health center and clinic, a Tim Hortons, and an underground parking located in this area. There is also a childcare. The plaza is not enough for the neighborhood because there is just a lot of healthcare offices and restaurants in it. This neighborhood needs more grocery stores and a fast food. But overall the plaza is very convenient for the people in the area especially the Tim Hortons. The plaza has a lot of parking spaces and enough for the businesses located here.

Visited the medical clinic and Tim Hortons very nice since they remodeled the new restaurant

The last 2 times I went, the drive thru line at Tim Hortons only had 1 vehicle in front of me so the wait wasn't bad

Love the red rooster and the convenience of the plaza and where it's situated. Right by a medical centre . Timmies is also in the plaza . Daycare for the subdivision and also the only good portugese spot in thats close to me lol

I hate this freaking place there's never barking always and line up to the drive-thru of Tim Hortons unfortunately our pediatric is there so we have no choice but going there otherwise I would not go there ever ever ever

Very crowded and people misuse handicap spots and senior parking spots under 50 and people think they are classified as seniors PATHETIC SELFISH you know who you are I don't need to put your mugshot up.

Other than not having enough parking spots this Plaza is always busy and full of life. Quite a few different types of businesses available here to meet anyone's needs whether it is for food, glasses or a convenience store, this Plaza has something for everyone.

It's not mall; but, rather a plaza and not a large one either. That being said there are quite a few eateries to choose from and the medical center seems substantial from the outside. Parking space seemed ample at the time of my visit (6 p.m. on a weekday) and access to the plaza is fairly straightforward as well.

If you want to experience food poisoning or who knows what. I do not understand how they let this guy to sell dairy products from the back of the van, it's crazy.....wow. I'm surprised nobody call the police until now. The Management of this plaza should take measures. Don't not buy anything from this guy is not sanitary.

The parking lot is awkward at Tim Hortons

Went here to use Maple Kidz Pediatrics and we love the staff. Friendly warm and engaging staff who are readily available to help you little ones get better and stay healthy. Select parking for parents with newborns and small kids make accessing this place a breeze

The parking lot is so bad you need go around and around to get eventually but if you have apoitment you will be late for sure

Going west on MajorMack, this is my number one stop for coffee or Iranian food at Pars Grill. I also did blood test in there so everything I needed was there.

I only went to medical bldg was very modern n clean. The hearing doctor on main floor I highly recommend.

Attended several medical appointments here. The parking lot is interesting because of the Tim Hortons. Be aware when you are walking.

It was absolutely amazing.

It's a nice place but I didn't feel comfortable with their trendy oddly placed and shaped wheelchair ramp inside the first floor. What made it worse - and I could see myself falling over the edge - was that there were no curbs or barriers between the ramp, and the flower beds they had. Even walking, one wrong step and you're going down! What an odd design for a medical building in which people visit who may have motor skill issues.

Pars grill is great

Great facility. Maple Kidz Clinic is wonderful. Parking can be a challenge so arrive early.

Every tim hortons is number one, there isn't any other coffee shop that can make the taste of the coffe like tim hortons. And the soups sandwiches are amaizing to.

I come here for my child's pediatrician and the pharmacy. The entire building is medical related. Inside is usually kept well. There are bathrooms on every floor. There is a nice little waiting area in the middle of the ground floor with seating and a cool marble pebble fountain. It's accessible and easy to get into and there's a Tim hortons across the parking lot if you need to grab a coffee before your appointment.

Dr. Ro is amazing, skilled and present, informative and caring, he has helped with sever dental problems. I truly appreciate all of the staff, thank you so much
