The house owner in this picture. Has come out to tell people to stay away from the one spot that you get shots from the city skyline. He came out and accused me of taking photos of his house. and staring into his home. he doesn't like the people that show up for photos. I stood on the side walk beside the wall. And he got mad. Just a warning I told him he was lying and to go away. Still a good spot for photos. Without being harassed by the home owner.

Decent lookout spot. It is a bit far back from the city, so you may need a decent camera to get a good shot. Can get busy enough, especially around dusk as a lot of people come for sunset. There is a house beside it that does seem to, understandably, get frustrated when people encroach on the property. We saw a couple park outside their garage and were asked to move. This lookout is in a residential area so I'd just say, be respectful of the residents and their neighbourhood.

It's really beautiful and pretty peaceful and quiet. You can see Toronto across the lake from here. It's pretty. It's really not too crowded either. It's a nice quiet place for walks and picnics and some really nice photos. Overall really recommend checking it out! It's free too so that's an added bonus

Amazing Lookout place. You can park on the street and take few moments out of your busy life to look through the blend of urban and nature beauty which Toronto has to offer! And don't forget to appreciate it rather than just taking pictures!

Have gone to this area so many times over the years just for photos but this last time to try out a new lens for the first time. It was very busy and people waiting for photos so I took a few and moved out of the way. Will go back for another attempt soon. Have a couple other new lenses to try out in this spot. But the distance from the CN tower and only using half of the strength not too bad.

Such a calm barely crowded place with a lovely view. Located at the end of a residential lane. We went around 6pm on friday but very less people. However not even a bench so not the place to hang out as a group and also the area is tiny. Can park on the lane.

Great place to catch a nice view of the city. The DVP is a bit noisy and there are some trees, You can just relax or hangout at this place. I think evening will be more beautiful sky lighting and sunset ……

One of the best place to view Toronto downtown at night. Be careful climbing tho.

Amazing views! You can just relax or hangout at this place. But the view can be better if they trim down some trees which obstruct the view of the skyline.

Cool area to view the city from a distance, however someone needs to trim the trees a bit cause it'll get harder and harder to see.... Loud little apot because of the car rushing by on the highway below but definetly cool little area to check out

The place is not what I thought. The photos are very dramatic on the internet. However the place is not so good to see the skyline because the view is blocked by the trees. One can go and see the place for the sake of exploring the spot throughout the city.

Good views and perfect for photographers. Night times are the best for long exposure shots of the highway with the Toronto cityline at the back. Getting here is easy too with the subway at a waking distance. Its a quite neighbourhood so won't suggest to make a mess or a play loud music when you're out here. Parking is available on the side of the streets at your own risk. It is accessible 24 hours and no public Washrooms around. The sunsets are the best from here. Being close to Riverdale park, you get somehow the same views but from a different angle. I enjoyed my time here and would go again.

Cute lookout with Toronto city skyline view. Not much parking and you are right in a residential neighborhood.

Great place to catch a nice view of the city. The DVP is a bit noisy and there are some trees, but nice for a quick stop. I spent about 15 minutes there. To look around/eat some tacos. El Charro is about a 10 minute walk from the lookoit, so I grabbed some tacos and ate them at the lookout. You can use the take out bag to collect your garbage - there are no garbage bins, but if you walk to Broadview, you can toss it out there. There is no seating, but I sat on the edge and used the cement surface as a table.

Such a cool little spot in a quiet neighborhood of East York. Most of these photos with no leaves are after the fall season because half of the view was getting blocked by the tree but still loved this spot in the middle of the city. Located at the dead end with a few barriers with 'no cars allowed' sign. I saw a guy rode past through just to show off infront of his girl lol. Permit street parking in walking distance but you have a bad luck if you get a ticket by the time you get back to your car.

It's a good place to visit but not much parking available around and it's a nice viewpoint. City lights look fabulous πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

The viewpoint was fairly decent. Not something too fancy. You get a nice decent view of the skyline. Easy to reach. You might seem confused at first if you reach the place as it just looks like any other dead end. Look for the art on the street and consider that you have reached the destination.

Great photo opportunity, whether the view or street art. An amazing look south toward the core and the Bloor Yonge neighborhood. It is broken up by an awkward tree, but it makes two perfect shots. The view north is as special with the Brickworks and the artful expansive train bridge. The street art is a gorgeous painting of circle surrounded by the signs of the horoscope. Great for social media.

Definitely not a drive up lookout …. You can’t pull your car in, it’s for pedestrians only. Also it’s a tight space, maybe 20 people side by side at most can view the scenery comfortably…

Don’t know what drag me to this place in winters .. lolz ! Good for every other season! Parking might be an issue !! Not so spacious as seen in google photos. Thanks

It’s a chill lookout, if there is two groups or more, it can be feel kinda too crowdy. It gives a low key vibe though. And the view point is partly blocked by trees. It’s a calm area of town. β™₯️

  • 4/5 Haochi Z. 1 year ago on Google
You can see part of the skyline, you can see part of Brickworks, you can see a lot of cars. It's very loud because of the cars. A good spot to chill for a little while if you live nearby or love cars. But there are quieter, more scenic spots around the area if you want to relax.

Looking over Don Valley Parkway. Shrubbery growing above fence so some views are blocked. Do not recommend stopping here.

A cool place to take some snaps of the city skyline from behind or even look over the Don valley and brickworks trails.

  • 3/5 Sarah K. 2 years ago on Google
Can be loud due to the nearby DVP traffic, but the views of the city are nice. I hear there's a bit of an interesting "trail" if you hop the fence... But I'd recommend waking around the lovely neighborhood instead ;)

It's in a really nice, quite, area .. so really a plus if you want to chill and spend some good times. I've only been to it this winter, and its overall well maintained.

Beautiful view of Skyline & Toronto city ✨ Nice to spend 10 mins here in the evening during your busy schedule. So relaxing to see the fast moving cars & city from far. The trees & plants around blocking the view. Can’t blame Mother Nature ❀️😍
