Awesome free lounge -- better than most airports! Pluck brand premium teabags, citrus mint infused water, Sweets from the Earth premium cookies, flavoured syrups for lattes, fresh milk for coffee and tea, and fresh apples. Open 8 am through 7 pm Monday to Friday. Terrific staff. Always restocking clean cups. Comfortable seating and free WiFi.

Love this lounge! I'm glad they reopened. Great ambience, free coffee and snacks, very friendly people who manage the place. Just show your TD infinite visa card and you are good to go. You can even bring a friend 😀

Quiet spot amidst the crowded union station. Could be a peaceful escape if you hold one of the TD visa infinite cards. They have a free coffee machine, apple, snacks and comfy chairs to wait for trains in, although no train ticket needed.

Nice perk for TD Visa Infinite users. Pretty quiet with about 30 seats. Most I've seen at a time is about 10-15 people. Haven't seen it full yet. Has a coffee machine that can do cappuccinos, mochas, espressos, or just regular coffee. Nice snack; apple and cookies. Also has tea bags or fruit infused water. Modern design and is a great place to chill before and after work.

What's not to love when it's free for all TD Infinite Visa cardholders! As long as you flash your visa, you're good to go! No scanning, no logging in, and no fuss! You can even bring a friend with you if they don't have a TD Infinite visa! Inside the lounge, you have access to a comfortable seating area complete with charging ports and tables. Coffee, tea, cookies, and apples are complimentary! If you need help, there's someone there serving you. The place is clean, modern, and service is excellent! Great place to have a lounge like this while you wait for your train! I'll definitely be back!

Great to see that my TD Infinite credit card provides such a cool lounge!! Vegan cookie, apple, water, hot drink of your choice (such as coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, tea and more). Very friendly staff, clean space, free wi-fi. It feels very welcomed here, very elite. You can even bring a friend with you. Great place to hang around if you are around or waiting for your go train, via or anything else in Union station. It makes me feel good to have such a privilege from my bank and credit card. I totally recommend it. Thanks TD!!!!

This is the only reason I carry the TD infinite credit card. It saves me $5 every day I go to work. Incredibly friendly staff. Comfy couches. Tasty coffee. Nice treats. It's amazing how much better you feel having a free coffee and piece of fruit in the morning. Thank you for opening again. I missed you all while I was gone.

This is a great place. You must show a TD VISA Infinite card to enter. You can bring one guest. It is located in Union Station street level near the UP Train station. It is meant for people to wait for UP, GO Train, GO bus, ViaRail. There is even a screen showing departures for GO Train and ViaRail. When you go in, ask for a vegan cookie. They are delicious. Then you can serve yourself with any hot drink (hot chocolate, cappuccino, latte, mocha, espresso, tea, etc), apples, fruit infused water, and mint candy. In Feb, they introduced cinnamon powder and marshmallows for the hot chocolate. There are a few pieces of art to give it the classy atmosphere. There is free 1-hour WiFi. There are no washrooms. You can use the Union Station washrooms nearby. The seats are very comfortable. I see many people working with laptops while waiting. I don't see electrical plugs though. This place is like a small airport lounge. So far there is only one such lounge by TD.

I can't sit in there because apparently my credit is so bad it has warrants...aka: too poor.
