I love working out. Amazing place with a really nice view on the lake. The calisthenics park is provided with all you need and the place is perfect to enjoy some hours of relax

Nice place to work out. But the calisthenics park is missing 1 important thing the neutral grip bars. Overall I enjoy coming here to workout.

Absolutely love working out here!!! The water, the people and the whole atmosphere is incredible. Perfect to get out and start moving. So pumped to be working with SRD Health and SHINLAZA this June 1st 2019 to get people moving and active. Come check this amazing park.

Lovely place for a quiet walk anytime of the day. During winter the lake can freeze and there’s cool breeze as you walk. Make sure to bring hot coffee.

Best outdoor trekfit park in the city. Beautiful view and has a ton of equipment. As close as toronto will ever get to having its own California "muscle beach"
