I wrote a review about how long she delayed my referral then she called and told me I won’t accept you as my patient anymore since you criticize me on the Google reviews without asking why you weren’t happy with our performance! So now I want to tell all my experience with Dr. Farangi in the last 6 months. So other ppl won’t do the same mistake as I did. 1- I has a phone appointment. When she called I mentioned “I have 3 concerns and…” then she said you should book 3 appointments if you have 3 concerns. Each appointment is for one issue. 2- I had another phone appointment and I was explaining my pain and stuff. Then she told me you should come in person since I should physically examine you. So I booked an in person appointment and went. She proscribed a medicine without examination or even seeing by body. Then, she said have this medicine for one month if it didn’t work come back! Are you serious ma’am? You are try and error your patients???? Am I laboratory mouse? 3- another time when I was in her office, she left the room while I was still sitting on the chair and wanted to talk about my concerns. 4- I asked her to tell me how to get a HPV vaccine, she told me go to any clinic and do it. Are you serious ma’am? I could get more information from internet! I am writing this review on my spouse behalf.

My interaction with this so-called Dr was beyond disappointing; she is a nightmare. This doctor's astonishing rudeness and unprofessional behavior, including abruptly hanging up on me, were shocking. Waiting five days for a simple letter only added insult to injury. Adding to the distressing experience, she demonstrated a troubling reluctance to refer patients to specialists unless faced with a life-or-death scenario. It seems that the doctor views patients as mere dollar machines rather than individuals in need of compassionate care. This profit-centric approach further underscores the lack of genuine concern for patients' well-being, reinforcing my strong caution against seeking medical assistance from this practitioner. Last but not least, Experiencing a threat from a healthcare provider is absolutely unacceptable! She has gone to the extent of threatening to withhold care and services from me and my family when I complained about her series of actions!! She is a serious sample of breach of professionalism and ethics.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I had extremely disappointing experiences with this doctor. Not only she is super disrespectful, but she also raised her voice at my pregnant sister when she requested our father's medical history, which was delayed for days and she ended up crying after this conversation. Moreover, instead of conducting thorough examinations, she seems to avoid them, pushing for additional visits seemingly to bill through our OHIP. I am just a patient who seeks help from her doctor and she takes her time coming back to you after your lab results are out for several days taking her time while you are suffering from pain. During a recent visit after being discharged from the ER with morphine injection while I referred back to my family physician was met with more hostility when she shouted at me ( happened several times) claiming she couldn't handle multiple patients simultaneously. This is despite her habit of overbooking appointments, prioritizing financial gains over patient care. Please do not disregard these negative reviews since it could cost your physical and mental health if you do so.

Definitely she is the worst family physician I have ever met. She does not follow you up. When you have to visit her, she is in vacation and you have to visit a walk in clinic. Then she calls you and says if you are going to visit a walk in clinic, then I will remove you from my patients! She is very rude.

If I could, I would give -100 starts. Dr Farangi was the worst and most traumatic experience in my life. Her appointments were only 15 minutes call always in a rush. I asked her for help because I was trying to get pregnant, but after a while, I started bleeding. I went to the ER, and they discharged me without even an ultrasound; they said they could not affirm I was having a miscarriage. When I called Dr Farangi, her first words were: "Oh, for sure you had this miscarriage" with any care; she didn't even ask how I was. She asked for an ultrasound to confirm what she had just said and advised me to try again after 3 months. She didn't even ask for any blood work to make sure I was ok. I was bleeding for one month in a row, and when I called her again, she said that it could be because of my anemia. How could a person bleed for a month because of anemia?? One day I woke up with severe pain in my belly; I was passing out, vomiting through my nose, and I went to the emergency, and they asked me if I could be pregnant. Of course, I told them no, because DR Farangi said I had a miscarriage 1 month ago. To my surprise, after a blood work at the emergency, the doctor informed me that I was pregnant, and it was an ectopic pregnancy. I had to do an emergency surgery because I had a rupture in my tube; they had to remove my tube, and during the surgery, they drained 1.5l of blood from my belly. I ALMOST DIED. The worse part was when she called and tried to convince me it was a new pregnancy. Now, how could I get pregnant again if I was bleeding all the time and I did not have any sex with my husband?? No words will be enough to express my frustration; I feel totally neglected. It was the most physical and psychological trauma of my entire life. I just don't want it to happen with any other patient. She doesn't care AT ALL.

I found Dr. Farangi, to be well-mannered, passionate, caring and knowledgeable. She has been our family doctor for almost 2 years and we never had any problem with our appointments nor with all her diagnosis for our conditions. The referral is also not a headache with her, on the contrary to many of healthcare professionals in Toronto. For sure I recommend Dr. Farangi to all my friends. Ps: both clinic secretaries are also very polite supportive and helpful.

One of the best family doctors in GTA. She has been always responsive in most prompt manner. Normally doctors do not follow up with patients, so don't get mad if family doctors don't call you frequently. In the process of finding a family doctor, we were lucky that we could be Dr. Farangi's patient. She is nice, professional and friendly, and her advice always helped me and my family.

Dr.Farangi is an incredible physician that goes above and beyond for her patients. Her knowledge and experience is definitely evident in how detail oriented she is in her exam and has a holistic approach which is always a plus. Her office staff are also very kind and super helpful.

Dr.Farangi is a great and caring physician. I am really grateful to have her as my family doctor for about two years. She listens carefully and patiently and is really knowledgable to answer all my concerns and to monitor all important aspects of my health.

I haven't had a good experience with this family doctor, Dr. Farangi. She didn't let me even tell her what issues I had, and I was there for my physical. So, the way she works is that you can only bring one problem per appointment, based on her explanation. So for me, I had to get the blood test done first, before I can mention anything else to her or even check my blood pressure. And she explained that she will listen only to one issue per visit. I read about this in the reviews, but I didn't think it will apply for a physical exam too. Another thing that I didn't like is that I got a call from her office after I left the clinic, saying I would get a requisition for X rays. The doctor never mentioned to me about this. So I didn't know if she got confused with another patient, or if this was really for me as she was rushing me and I couldn't explain what I was there for.

Dr. Farangi was very knowledgeable, considerate, and informative. I felt at ease right away and felt confident that I would receive high-quality medical care. Staff was also outstanding. Very pleased with the total experience when I left.

This is 2022 people, no need to gang up on a professional who cannot defend herself due to confidentially and physician-patient privilege. We have a broken health system and a shortage of doctors in Canada, let alone caring and skilled doctors like Dr. Mojgan Farangi. I am eternally grateful for everything that Dr. Farangi and her team did for me and my family during these past few years.

She isn't like a professional MD. She doesn't spend time for you and treat you like a competitor. When I said I did US two times in a-row because of my special problem, instead of caring and asking about the reason she said when you get the bill from government you will understand the consequences. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!

If i could give 10 stars, I definitely would!!! I’ve been seeing Dr.Farangi for nearly 2 years, and found her so caring and compassionate about her patients. She always works with you untill make sure she addresses all your health concerns. Since Covid-19 started, i always can reach her by phone appointment by half day or the latest a day later and it’s amazing! It gives me a good feeling that she’s always there for her patients. As i write this review now, i just got off the phone with her and we had nearly 35 minutes phone conversation so she can diagnoses my problem! I’m so touched when i see she takes her responsibility as my family physician very seriously and professionally. This clinic and specially Dr.Farangi are AWESOME! If by any chance Dr.Farangi is still accepting new patients, ABSOLUTELY TAKE IT!

Dr. Farangi is an exceptional physician. I consider myself lucky to have come across Anndale Medical Clinic. During COVID time when all other clinics refused my reception, Anndale clinic was the only place who remained open to my calls and provided an outstanding medical service. Dr.Farangi provides diagnosis with high precision. Her follow up calls are highly appreciated and her warm friendly understanding attitude makes it convenient for patients to discuss their problems. She is a very knowledgeable physician with an excellent work ethic. I highly recommend Anndale Clinic to those seeking an outstanding clinical service which is unfortunately a rare thing in Ontario.

Dr. Farangi is very caring and detailed with her examination. She managed to find the root cause of my problem by considering genetics and family history and ordering tests that are not routine. I have had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Farangi and her office and I’m very happy to have her as my family doctor.

Without any doubt, Dr Mojgan Farangi is one of the most knowledgeable, patient and caring family physicians out there. The way she treats her patients is topnotch and I'm glad she accepted to be our family doctor despite her busy schedule as the wellbeing of myself and my loved ones is my priority and can not be jeopardized by any means. Not only does she make follow-up calls with you, but also she encourages that her patients give her a call and never hesitate to reach out to her. She fully listens to all my questions every time I call and then guides me towards the best treatment or specialist available (e.g. she has introduced me to LMC clinic to a great Endocrinologist; and also connected my family to various other docs like Gastroenterologist, Urologist, ophthalmologist, etc.) She also has a great team that are also very helpful and make sure your file has been received by the specialist you need to consult with. She is very much friendly, humble and speaks 3 languages that I know of (and also worked in various provinces and states all over Canada and United States despite her young age). Dr Farangi is one the best physicians that I have ever had. She is so patient, knowledgeable, organized, and empathetic with excellent communication skills and work ethic. She is always there for patients. I feel comfortable talking to her and explaining my problems as I know she does her best to solve my concerns by herself or referring to another health provider if needed. She is so amazing.

It is absolutely shocking to me to see the positive reviews on here - perhaps they know her personally and not just as a family doctor. "Dr" Farangi treats her patients as an ATM and any care she provides is purely financial and transactional. She has zero compassion, is impatient, does not listen, and just wants to get you out of her office as soon as she is able to. She is the epitome of a "doctor" who became one to make money. Almost every time I left her office, I felt like I was shaking from inside due to her lack of care, compassion and respect. I told her I felt unwell and instead of delving deeper to understand my issue, she started reciting the fees she charges for medical notes and other additional documents. I wouldn't wish her medical services for my enemy. She doesn't even take a look at your medical records prior to an appointment. She once started reading off of my blood test results, without any knowledge of my previously diagnosed condition, and started pretending and coming up with bogus explanations about the results as if she had intentionally ordered the blood test. Interestingly, it was actually my specialist - and not her - who had ordered them and the results completely fit my condition but she was just unprepared and wanted to get through the visit as soon as possible. If you care about your health, choose another family doctor.

Dr. Mojgan Farangi is a great doctor! she’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! She has a smily face that makes you be calm and reassuring. Her staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist.

They never give appointment on time of sickness .... after weeks of suffering , We communicate all our problems, and when we meet her she says, she can only listen One Complaint per visit .....for 2nd problem book another appointment which might take another week. She never does any physical examination, not even blood pressure(when asked to check she says, at ur age u ll not have any Blood pressure problem) . She doesnt have patience to listen and never allows us to completely discribe our problem and completes her diagnosis on assumptions.........During Pap smear for my wife, she behaved rude and my wife will never going back for her.......Being under this doctor for primary family physician, finally changing her.

Dr. Farangi has been our family doctor past 4 years now. She is a wonderful doctor with lot of knowledge. She is always doing new research and update herself and give lot of good advice. She listens patiently and allows the patient to calm down and then give medication - A rare trait in today's medical world. She is one if those who really enjoys her profession and is always ready to help and go over and beyond. Really lucky to have her.

Dr. Farangi should not be a physician. She gaslights her patients by dismissing their medical concerns and pain when addressed during appointments. She further acts rudely impatient and treats her patients as if they are simply there as her pay cheques. Echoing other negative reviews, it is extremely suspicious how she is still practicing while neglecting so many of her patients and brushing them off with unbelievable comments. Try to get everything in writing or record your appointments so that you can report her.

I wish I could give her less than 0. Worst family dr I have ever seen in my life. They consistently fail to provide timely appointments during illness. After enduring weeks of suffering, we communicated our concerns. However, during our meetings, they limit us to addressing only one issue per visit, necessitating another appointment, which could take another week. Physical examinations, including checking blood pressure, are neglected, with dismissive remarks like "at your age, you won't have blood pressure problems." They lack the patience to listen fully and rely on assumptions for diagnosis. During my wife's Pap smear, they displayed rudeness, leading my wife to decide not to return. We are no longer comfortable with this doctor as our primary family physician and are actively seeking a replacement.

Rude, condescending, ill mannered and the whole staff are highly toxic people. She doesn’t even bother to listen to your concerns, she ignores and she treats you like trash and is very disrespectful. I have many scary/ traumatic with this lady and her clinic/ hell, but narrating the incidents in this review is challenging and I wish not to waste my time/ energy on these people. I have changed my family doctor, and now I realize that there are plenty of other knowledgeable and well-mannered doctors, who are kind and humanely. Stay away from these horrible people, if you care for your physical and mental wellbeing.

I am calling her Mojgan because she doesn't deserve to be licensed as a physician. Her license needs to be revoked ASAP. It does not matter to her what our health concerns are, and she is very rude. Whenever I enter her clinic, I feel the negative energy she and her staff emit. Front desk staff act as if they have a Ph.D. Patients have to wait too long and there are hardly any seats available. There is a strict mask policy, which is fair. I was instantly denied entry. After asking the staff if they could provide me with one, they refused and told me to get one from outside. Then, Mojgan came out, she started yelling at me and asked me to leave. I do not understand why there seems to be a stinginess in offering a mask. Clinics receive this free of charge from the health authorities/government. As a result of my last experience with Mojgan and her staff, I have decided to switch clinics. I wish I had changed clinics sooner so that i could treated by proper human beings.

Mojgan Farangi was my family doctor and I gotta be honest, not the best experience at all. She comes off as rude, doesn’t really show much care, and seems a bit clueless at times. I’d suggest looking somewhere else for a doctor who’s more on the ball. Trust me you’ll probably have a better time with someone else.
