This is long overdue but I feel I must write this as for a while I was too upset about it , in denial and busy with life . I received a breast augmentation at the end of 2013 with Dr . Edelstein. While I acknowledge he is capable of doing excellent work , he or this clinic did not provide proper support when the surgery didn’t go as planned . I quickly developed a condition called Breast Symmastia, ( caused accidentally by trying to create too much cleavage ) . When I brought it up in follow up he did not offer to fix this issue telling me it was too early ( which is true , one must wait a year to perform corrective surgery) , and was very cold, impatient and visibly uneasy . I was however quite angry and fearful in person and on the phone , but reasonably so . This procedure was priced at 13-14k , when you can get a good breast augmentation for about under 10k and it was my first surgery and no one I spoke to about it at the office post surgery was empathetic or kind about it . There was absolutely no bedside manner post payment . It felt horrible. I expressed my unhappiness and shock ,and while I gave up contacting them due to being overwhelmed by the trauma, they never followed up to offer any help or fix the error or even a partial refund . Telling me there was nothing they could do , when I last spoke with a representative of the clinic.My experience was very much brushed aside once there was a mistake on their part, leaving me feeling like they took my money and ran . It was quite unethical , they just left me in the dark horribly traumatized . Interestingly enough I noticed they now have symmastia information on their website . ..Anyway this was unfortunately my experience with Dr. Edelstein and the Clinic.

I am 40 year old that had a breast augmentation surgery over a year ago by Dr. Edelstein. I am going to share my personal experience. in my opinion choosing the right surgent is one of the most difficult decision amongst all other decisions that one must make in order the go through with the surgery. Size, type, location of implant, location of the incision, these are relatively easier decision and most clinics offer more or less the same product. Before choosing Dr. Edelstein I had gone to 2 other clinics and after many research and reading reviews I decided to go with his clinic and what a great decision it was. Everything from the first day to the implant selection meeting, the surgery, recovery and post op follow ups were perfect, on time and professional. He called me as I was leaving the hospital post op and told me that surgery went very well and he said "you are going to love them" and boy was he right. I am extremely happy with his work, my Breast look so natural and beautiful that everyday I praise my own decision to have them done. The method of which Dr. Edelstein uses in order to insert the implants and the experience he has in doing so make the rare complication from the surgery and post op even more rare. I think they have the lowest rate of Capsular Contraction in the city. He just knows what he is doing and that is very important. since it takes 6 to 8 months for breast to fully settle think it is important to read reviews that are not written prematurely. I really want other woman to have the same experience that I have had.

A remarkable doctor l sliced my arm back in 1998 l had 300 stitches and severed my arteries and had nerve damage. Dr. Edelstein came to my rescue. I am so grateful for what he did for me. I just want to thank him for letting me have a normal life having my arm back.

Dr. Edelstein was amazing! I highly recommend. After doing a ton of research I decided to book a consult for a breast augmentation with him and I was so happy I did. I got in for surgery only two weeks after my consult and I was extremely pleased. The day of surgery went flawless & all my nerves and worries went away as soon as I met with dr. Edelstein before surgery. He is extremely professional and has great bedside manner. Trusting someone with your body is a huge decision. I can confidently say that Dr. Edelstein is absolutely amazing in what he does. He has a calm, confident aura to him that made me feel at ease throughout the entire process as this was my very first surgery. I recently had my breast augmentation surgery and my experience with Dr. Edelstein and his whole team far exceeded my expectations. He and all his team have been very helpful and approachable since the beginning of my breast augmentation journey by answering my questions and also by being very kind and patient the entire time. A big concern that I had before doing my procedure was how long the recovery would take because I am a mother of young kids. However, Dr. Edelstein’s impeccable technique includes bloodless and painless recovery which allowed me to feel myself almost immediately without having to use painkillers much and it also allowed me to feel more confident with my breasts right after my surgery since there was only a slight amount of bruising and no strange looking drains which I have read that some doctors still use but I was so glad I didn’t have to deal with that and I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Edelstein and his team. I just had breast augmentation with Dr. Edelstein 3 weeks ago. I was deciding between a few surgeon, and Dr. Edelstein was one of them because I heard so many great experiences and results from friends. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist to book for a consultation, I already got a good feeling about Edelstein Cosmetic. The receptionist was so friendly, she made me feel very welcomed(unlike other clinics I called). After meeting with Dr. Edelstein, I was so sure to choose him as my surgeon that I cancelled all my other consultations. Dr. Edelstein is so kind, genuine, and so professional. I was very nervous, but Dr. Edelstein has a very calming and reassuring aura, which eased my mind. He was very patient when explaining the process and answering my questions and concerns. He did my measurements and knew exactly what size and style of implants would suit my body type. I then tried on the implants with Nurse Kim, who is also very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience made me feel very comfortable and gave me the confidence to go with Dr. Edelstein. The recovery was so easy and painless!! Now I’m at the 3 weeks mark, and the girls have dropped already :) The result exceeds way past my expectation and I’m super happy. I’m so glad I went with Dr. Edelstein, best decision ever made. I waited a year and a half for a consultation that I booked with Dr. Edelstein, 2 weeks before my appointment they had called me and said my appointment would be with Dr.Jindal instead. When I arrived for my consult the staff wasn’t the most polite or informative. I ended up going to the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute, they were much more polite, professional & informative.

The clinic is one of the best places and the environment is very friendly and professional. Idk how to start but when God put someone in your life to become the saver. I’ve been lost 165 lbs, I’m natural bodybuilder and I had excess skin. I can’t believe I’m saying I HAD because it was with me for 33 years, not only that but I had a HUGE scar in the middle of my stomach. Dr Kunaal was so worried about this scar and ask me to take sometime to think about it and discuss with his colleagues ( which what I respect so much because it shows how much he cares) even the day of the surgery he brought one of his colleagues and asked him. I heard about Dr Edelstein from other friends who loved their results, so going into my first consult I was already more comfortable and confident that in the end I would achieve great results. From the beginning, up until now, the team has been so professional, knowledgable and organized.
