    I came by around 4pm for x rays. They close at 5 and said they couldn’t take me that day. I came back the next day and was seen about 10min after I arrived. The x ray technician was very polite. He even taped up the back of my gown so I wasn’t exposed. My doctor received the x rays later on that same day. So quick.

    When I scheduled my appointment, I was told that masking was strongly encouraged – great! However, I arrived to find the waiting room absolutely packed with unmasked people. If you are high risk, you should be aware that this location is shared with immigration medical services so it’s a very busy office with many people in close quarters. There are no signs up encouraging masking, and no masks available. I think those two things would make a big difference to make this a safer medical facility for all.

    Visited WELL Health (Bay St., Toronto) yesterday for an ultrasound. The front desk to the ultrasound technician were professional and swift in their actions. I was just on time for my appointment and was not asked to wait. The ultrasound technician Mariana (hope I have her name right) was very sweet, and took extra care during the pregnancy ultrasound. The overall experience was good.

    Every single staff from the front desk to the ultrasound and x-ray technicians were so lovely and warm, I was almost taken aback. I had both procedures done by two different specialists and both explained in detail what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend this place to get your xray and ultrasounds done.

    The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The nurse was also very friendly. Dr. Shipp made me feel comfortable and gave me helpful information. The X-ray technician was funny and also made the situation better than it could’ve been. Overall a great facility. Everyone is efficient and knows what they are doing. And not feeling like a burden was key.

    I arrived early for my appointment and they were willing to swap my appointment for an earlier time because another patient was late. I didn’t stick around to see if the other person showed up but I was told the person would get my appointment time slot so it worked out for everyone. Honestly, it’s so rare in my experience for clinics to be willing to be this flexible. Everyone was kind and helpful.

    The ultrasound technician who saw me was very kind and knowledgeable. You could tell she'd been doing this for a long time and made the experience enjoyable. She was patient with me (I'm a worrier and probably asked some silly questions) and she answered any questions I had to the best of her ability. The lobby was clean and offered new masks at the front desk. The ladies who were working up there were also very kind and quick to get me checked in.

    Visited MyHealthCentre for ultrasound test and the staffs have been really helpful and kind. It was short and quick visit. I’d thank my ultrasound technician for being accommodating even after visiting at a delay from appointment time. I’d recommend having an appointment before your visit. The Suite is 710 in the building.

    Visited this morning for ultrasound. Clinic is clean & well organized. Staff polite & helpful. It was calm when I arrived around 9:15 am & then got very busy around 10 am. May wish to schedule first appointments if you wish to avoid a crowded waiting area.

    I had a complete Abdomen/pelvic ultrasound at Bay Street location. My problem with this clinic is that my ultrasound was performed by a student in training without prior notice. In detail, the imaging process was performed by two technicians; a student and a senior level technician. It was booked for one full hour since it was part of the student's class. During the examination, I felt like a rat in the lab. What made me give them a one star is because at the time of booking, they did not give me any information about a student imaging my body and also did not ask for my consent. I normally don't leave negative comments on Google but this time, I am speaking out because I felt that my right was violated. Please be more considerate with your patients especially at this difficult time. * edited on 9/28/2021 After hearing about my experience, a Myhealth Centre employee reached out to me personally and apologized. Her gesture was sincere and professional. I appreciate how they handled the situation.

    Very positive experience. Office is bright, clean and cheery and staff is awesome - very polite and professional. One thing you should know. They don't mention on the site that they don't do xrays between noon-1pm. Technicians do need to take a lunch break however it would be nice to know that beforehand. Receptionist was very accommodating though. She kindly told me to come back at 1 and I would be first in the queue. If you are coming for an xray I'd recommend you come before 11:30am or after 1. Otherwise I highly recommend this place.

    Had x-ray and ultrasound done here. Note that x-Ray does not require appointment but the other tests does. So I made an appointment for the next day. And arrived earlier hoping to get my x-ray done before the ultrasound. Instead got the ultrasound done and then was ushered to do x-ray. All in all, efficient and effective service. The bonus? Getting it all done before my appointment time.

    My ultrasound technician was incredibly kind and put me at ease (I wish I remembered her name!). She was very knowledgeable and the whole process went smoothly and quickly. It was a very positive first experience overall with WELL Health.

    The only problem I had was the waiting time. The technician was very nice and friendly, very professional. The paper gowns need to be a little bigger, she wad able to fix mine so it would not open when she was doing the imaging. Thank you so much

    I had a pretty rude call centre interaction with them however, my in-person experience was a positive and very welcoming one. I went in for my ultrasound at the Toronto Bay branch and the technician was the most cooperative and sweet lady.

    This was my first visit, and it was very good. It's not just that it was so quick and easy, but, more than that, the staff was so lovely to me that I felt I'd stepped through a time warp and gone back maybe 50 years, to the way health care is supposed to be, I.e. as if clinicians really CARE. As if they can actually see me and I'm worth seeing, as opposed to being just one more warm body to be shunted through as fast as possible. I dread medical appointments lately because I always feel that one more nuisance job on the to-do list. I'm an RN; I understand that everyone is burned-out and stretched beyond endurance. But it was lovely to come to your place and feel as if I'd stepped into 1955.

    I was there about an hour wait for the doctor. The doctor was nice and she knew what I needed for my exam and requested for tests on the same day. It was very, very convenient on same building. It was fantastic.

    Went in for an ultrasound, the technician was very gentle, she explained all that she was doing and was very professional. I was a little late and they were able to accommodate me. It was a clean facility, where they understand their clients' needs and have built a facility around that. I highly recommend this place close to the Subway and hospital district

    The lady technician was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. For someone seeking for medical care, I personally don’t think this is helpful at all. I hope the management will be able to do something about this, as it is not the first time it happened. I’ve been hearing worse reviews from this clinic because of that lady. I would definitely not come back to this clinic again. WORSE EXPERIENCE IN CANADA.

    Very nice staff. Fit my appointment is as the X-ray tech on king was away. King was very nice too! My u/s was completed at that location before I walked over to Bay.

    The staffs are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. My wait time was 20 minutes even though I was originally told 45 mins to an hour. Definitely recommend this place.

    To get the referral for my ultrasound was a bit challenging, but the service at the health centre was quite good! fast, clean & professional...no complaints here at all! Make sure to schedule your appointment and arrive 15-10 min earlier :)

    I have been to this clinic at least 3 times for ultrasound and x-rays, and every time my experience has great! I've never had to wait long for a scheduled appointment, the staff are friendly and efficient. The technicians are also very professional and caring. Would highly recommend this place.

    I arrived for xray without an appointment. I was advised the wait time could be 45 minutes, but I was taken in after 10 minutes. David the Technician introduced himself and explained everything regarding the position of the X-rays. He was very friendly and professional

    Amazing experience, had an ultrasound for my neck and the lady was so kind and nurturing. Made me feel so at ease and calm, given I suffer from anxiety. Receptionists were also very kind and welcoming, barely waited. Appointment was on time, overall great experience! truly recommend.

    We had a wonderful experience! We were there for our 36 week ultrasound. I didn’t need to wait at all for my appointment. The technician was so knowledgeable and friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable as she could tell I was nervous. She also took her time with us and took extra time to check for the baby’s diaphragm movement. It was so great that my partner was able to come in for the end of the ultrasound. I wish we’d come here for our earlier ultrasounds as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!

    Had a growth scan at 33 weeks. The technician was really friendly and made me feel completely at ease. By far the most pleasant scan experience I’ve had throughout my pregnancy. My husband was allowed come in to see the baby for the last few minutes and we got 2 pictures to take with us. Will definitely be back for any future scans I need.

    Had visited this location for a diagnostic test. The scheduling was done through a chat window on the website. Would have preferred an email confirmation or text message with the details but was told this wasn't a capability. Did receive an automated reminder call the previous day reminding about the visit which was good but wonder if I had missed the call if the appointment would have been confirmed or not. On the day of the appointment had a little bit of a wait (20 minutes) even with an appointment. Was asked to show up 15 minutes early to check in but that took 2 minutes so the rest of the time was wasted. Catherine, the technician, was great and the only reason it's 4 stars versus 3.

    I had the most welcomed experience with MyHealth Center on a Monday morning. Staff were great and smooth registration process, along with managing and adhering to the covid protocols. The wait was quick for a Monday morning to get to the x-rays test, and was in and out barely 10 minutes for the test. Technician was superb and fully understood my predicament. The technician's knowledge was very good, she knows exactly what is my predicament and made the correct instructions to get all the necessary required x-ray imaging done. One of the best in town for services and their machineries!

    Never knew an Ultrasound could be so painless! The lady tech that worked with me was professional and polite. Even took the time to ask where the pain was. Treated me like a person and not like an unbearable task she had to get thru. Will come here from now on for future medical tests. Thank you 🙏. Also wanna give props to the reception area!     A receptionist was able to assist within 3-5 minutes; u/s was delayed 10 minutes - staff could provide updates if not on time, however with a new Ultrasound staff being trained, it was ok! Staff for ultrasound and x-Ray were knowledgeable, courteous and good communication. COVID-19 restrictions were adhered!

    Excellent service. The front desk was kind, helpful, patient and above all, well-informed. The doctor was charming, fun to talk to and made the whole experience very comfortable. Performed the tests while conversing in a way the that made the entire process seem like nothing was happening. I have nothing to gain from this review. Having said that, I did not go in expecting such great service from a government document processing partner. Truly surprised and thoroughly impressed.

    Excellent service. The staff there were amazing. They were helpful, accommodating, considerate, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my third time there and all three times I had great services. A shout out to Sanel, the CT technician, who went out of his way to make my whole process faster even when there are people coming in none stop. Highly recommended and definitely will come again, if needed. They are fast and wait time is not too long. Again great services.

    I have done x-ray on Jan 12th 2023 at My Health Center on Bay street. It was my first time doing it in Canada, so I was a little nervous. But the process was straightforward and I got great service. The guy who was managing the x-ray was really attentive and caring. He explained to me all the details of x-ray and that it’s nothing I need to worry about. Although, I had to wait some time in a line before my turn but it is a walk-in service so that is totally fine.

    I had one of the best experiences ever during this test. The checkup started on time. The person who did my tests, Marina, made me fell extremely comfortable during the entire process. I was made aware of what was going to happen at each step and Consent was taken at each and every step. They were respectful and professional. There is a photo of two beautiful birds stuck on the roof, which is exactly what you see when you lie down on the bed for the ultrasound exam. That is such a great thing to have in front of you eyes, it was calming and comforting at the same time. This was very subtle but effective thing to have.

    Although the person who booked my appointment gave me the wrong preparation information, the young man who was the ultrasound technician did a great job and managed to work around it. He was kind, gentle and professional. He made the appointment much easier and I appreciated his caring approach.

    Nuhir- I’m sorry for my terrible memory. I don’t recall the name exactly - she was AMAZING, considerate and made the experience so much better with her patience. No waiting. My ultra sound was amazingly done. First time in multiple ultrasounds that was as gentle as possible, and informing before just shoving. She is awesome. Definitely recommend.

    Based on my experience the service was smooth especially when I did my medical test a day before New Year. I done my medical test in the morning and there were people already there but I was able to get my test done in 1.5 hours. Pros 1. All the test and payment are done in the same place. 2. The nurses explained what test are being done first and where to wait after each test. 3. For the price it is expected, being that it is in Toronto. 4. You can pay in cash, credit and debit. However only X Ray you have pay in debit or credit card.

    I feel like I finally found a physician that cares. I had various symptoms that every other doctor I saw scoffed off but, after a specific blood test, we found the cause and I am already feeling the benefits from addressing it. The staff is amazing from the girls at the front desk to the lab people and the physician herself. Well worth it!

    Always met with kindness from every staff member- from reception to the technicians. Everyone is super polite and professional. Thank you for the great service and quick (often within 24 hours) results. Also love that I can check my results online and get a notification when they’re ready.

    Staff went out of their way to assist me when there was an issue with my paperwork. After walking down to two different doctors offices, my appointment had to be rescheduled. When a cancellation came up, they held the appointment for me until the paperwork issue was resolved, then called me at work to offer me the time slot they knew would work best for my schedule. Very grateful.

    My appointment was on time as scheduled. The ultrasound person was very professional. The office was well organized. It's refreshing to see everyone from the front desk staff to the the technicians all being competent, friendly and keeping things efficient. I also felt very safe (masks, waiting room pods).     The lady with whom I spoke initially when I called to find out about x-rays informed me that the 11 King Street Toronto location had no x-ray technician at the moment, and recommended the 790 Bay Street location instead. I was told upon arrival, at approximately 1:00 p.m., that there would be time available between 2:00 to 2:15 p.m. the receptionist then recommended the snack bar in the back of the lobby, so I had a lunch break while waiting. The technician who took the series was very considerate of my discomfort in standing in “”fixed position” due to pain and balance issues I face, and provided as much support as he could offer, to keep me in position, while the x-rays were taken. I commend this gentleman for his patience, awareness and thoughtfulness. He also assured me that the images taken were of sufficient quality to be useful. I was very pleased with my entire experience with the visit, and would gladly return in the future for follow-up, or new investigations.

    I needed an X-ray for which there are no appointments. I called ahead and was told the best time to come was between 8AM and 9:30AM. I got there about 8:15AM and there were already a couple of people ahead of me. By 9AM when I left the waiting room was packed. So go early if u don’t have an appointment!! Facility was clean and I was in and out quickly. Thank u!!

    My own experience with the clinic was very positive, but I want to talk about the staff. There were several patrons waiting for x-rays and were loud in voicing their displeasure. X-rays are on a walk-in basis, and the clinic was behind due to short-staffing.The receptionist staff were handling it professionally and prevented escalations with compassion and understanding. I will return to this clinic for future work as the staff care a great deal for their patrons.

    This clinic has the most wonderful, patient, compassionate and efficient staff. The Medical Receptionists are kind and understanding of patients. Everyone I dealt with were kind and caring. They moved every patient as fast as they could, and with the utmost care. Their Management is responsive and receptive and very empathetic to the frustrations that we are all enduring in this time.     Last time I was here, I was in agony because I had to drink water before my ultrasound. Because of my mask exemption, I had my worker arrange for me to be seen first but that didn’t happen so we left. My worker had to call back and set up a new time and this time I was seen just as I was about to ask my worker if we could leave. The only problem I had was understanding the lady’s accent. The results came back in time for my afternoon appointment the next day Friday. Aside from worrying about the higher liver enzymes, I was pleased with this visit and getting the results as fast as I did. I’m even more appreciative of my legit mask exemption being accommodated.

    They don’t take appointments for X-Rays here, which is ridiculous, considering their time frame for accepting patients is only until 2 PM and the wait will take an avg of 2-3 hours. The staff was very friendly, but Just book an appointment for your x-ray elsewhere and don’t bother with the walk-in if your situation isn’t urgent. Edit: the manager called me today and took my feedback seriously, which is nice for a health clinic to do. I want to reiterate that it was the lack of appointments and 3h wait time that frustrated me, but it’s been acknowledged and they are trying to staff more to make up for the demand.

    I had a good experience. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Dr. Zeyu Li for his patience and support. I was actually worried when my urine came positive for Protein but Dr. Li advised me not to worry and hydrate myself and take the test again. I did it and the result came negative. I would highly recommend it to others.
