I've always been a fan of the Pluck loose leaf tea blends, but even more so when they put out a jar of Earl Grey cream with added Sunflower in an effort to raise money to help with the war in Ukraine. 100% of the profit went to Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund. I bought many jars (to gift all year!) and when I went to pick it up - I was greeted by their lovely staff and offered a fresh tea brew! They are a great local Toronto company and just all around lovely people!

Pluck tea is plucking great!!! Such a consistent gem. The teas i’ve tried have all been spectacular, and high quality. My current favourites are Ginger Root, Caramel London Fog, and Pumpkin Spice. Excited to try new blends! The customer service is fantastic and responsive. Every time i’ve reached out for suggestions or help, Teri has been great. Legit Obsessed.

I almost always directly order from their website and this tea is just incredible. The picture of my tea cabinet doesn’t even show how many jars and packs are packed in there. I’ve been drinking high-quality teas for years and ever since I discovered Pluck, there’s been no going back. The first one that hooked me to the brand about 10 years ago was their, Apple on the green. Then it was their lavender green a few years back (which I truly wish they would bring back). And of late I finally started liking black teas ever since trying their English breakfast and especially the Earl Grey cream. Absolute stunners. And their customer service is top notch when ordering. Although I did mangle two of my pouches, having no clue how to open them. Since then I see they have provided directions - for people like me haha. Great brand great product great service. This tea is next level! I thought I was drinking good quality tea beforehand but the quality and flavours in the Pluck tea are phenomenal. I ordered a variety of black teas to try and figure out my favorite and I really love the Orange Pekoe of York. It's the perfect cuppa for me first thing in the morning. It doesn't turn into hot water and milk it has flavour and presence and is a delicious way to start my day. I also thoroughly enjoy the Canadian breakfast tea as well. I have tried some of the Pluck teas at cafes and found them to be interesting and unusual, so I ordered a supply from their website. Nice shopping experience and the delivery interface by electric bike was really good. The tea is amazing. Such wonderful blends; so carefully crafted. My go to from here on in. And local. Can't beat that. Definitely a premium experience.

I first had the earl grey creme tea for breakfast at a local restaurant and loved it - the taste and the aroma. I asked what brand it was and they showed me the tin. I love that they also have biodegradable tea bags that I can use with their loose leaf tea. Most of all, I'm glad to be able to support a Toronto-based company and to be able to shop locally! I've even used them a handful of times now for gifts to loved ones. And they've all fallen in love with them as well. Truly recommend their products!

I have ordered many many teas from Pluck and have enjoyed them all. They are very easy to order from and the shipments seem to come very quickly. I love that they have a subscription service and have used this a gift for birthdays etc. which have always been appreciated by the recipient. The tea is good quality and I was glad to hear some of the ingredients were sourced within Canada. I also like that there is a move towards sustainability and food waste reduction. The latest tea I have bought is their Honey Chai and it is wonderful!

LOVE Pluck tea! I don't buy any other brand. Their traditional Earl Grey is the best I've had (and I've tried many). Their herbal blends are beautiful hot or cold. I've been enjoying the Coronation Blend and it's phenomenal. Service is great and delivery quick and on time. Definitely a fan. Sept/23 - I am now enjoying Orange Pekoe in all three blends and the turmeric/chai blend. My new Fall favorite!

I'm constantly looking for ethically, healthy sourced products to better the health of the pet entrusted to my care & because of this I also look at every product I bring into our home for us humans too. So when I was introduced to Pluck Tea by a Business Referral their products had to pass the same intense screening. And they did! I've LOVED every one of the blends I've tried & am much happier supporting a quality local business.

Recently I’ve been trying to drink 1 green tea a day, but most of the green Tea’s I’ve tried are too bitter. The Fields of green tea is excellent. Also tried the loose leaf orange pekoe tea and I love it. Lastly ordered the Spa day flavour and it’s good, especially if you like a hint of peppermint in your tea!

Delight! Pluck Bold Orange Pekoe tea works for me on so many levels. First and foremost, when I've tried other organic tea blends I get an allergic chest constriction. The careful blend and quality of Pluck tea does not do that. The tea is full bodied. It smells inviting. I can brew it full strength and enjoy it without any overpowering acidity. Pluck is my morning brew.

I drink tea every day so I was very happy to find this Canadian tea company! Pluck teas are exceptional in quality and superior in taste - imo. I've sampled several flavours so far (all were wonderful) and they have each become indispensable favourites!!! The variety of available sizes/formats also allows for great gifting!!! Ordering online is easy and delivery is fast! Sales and free gifts are a great treat too!!!

Nice tea, polite customer service but honestly we won’t be ordering again. Our fav tea was $11 for 25 grams, we are able to purchase other high grade teas and receive 5x the amount. Wishing Pluck all the best in this tight market and economy.

As a first time purchaser I was impressed by the number of orders waiting for pick up and a couple customers shared w me how much they love the tea. I got the chamomile and sleep and they both were great, very flavorful and relaxing. I really like the simple but pretty pckging and picking up is an easy process once aware of the location. I love chai so this will be my next try !

Truly fabulous tea. SO disappointing that they use plastic teabags which means that we are drinking microplastics which have been linked with all kinds of harms. If I had realized I would have bought loose leaf :(
