My experience with Del Suites was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and the location was out of this world. Steps to two different subway lines, right in the heart of Toronto. I highly recommend them for when you’re travelling. When we arrived, there was a nice little care package of coffee and biscuits and other edibles. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal at home.

Great location and property. Very functional Suites with all the amenities. Bed, linens, and furniture are top quality. The best ApartHotel room/experience I have had around the world. Rachel Wu is very professional and quick to respond; the other staff are equally great. Would highly recommend, great value for money.

I stayed here at Del Suites Gerrad Street west for a month and would love to share this experience with you. The place is wonderful and very clean. The basic supplies were provided, including detergents, bath supplies, towels, two bathrobes, two blankets, extra bedspreads, and cleaning towels. Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, electric mixer, plates and cups. I highly recommend it. A wonderful area on Gerrad Street, five minutes from the Eton Shopping Center and close to restaurants and groceries. I forgot to tell you that there is a cleaning service every two weeks as well

My recent stay at DelSuites Toronto was exceptional. The key to this company’s success is its staff, every encounter I had from inquiring/booking, check-in, guest services, housekeeping and security - all exceeded my expectations! The guest services team were quick and efficient and delivered on any requests I had. There is an overall sense of well-being and care from the moment you come into contact with anyone from DelSuites. My suite was well appointed and well maintained. I loved the full kitchen to cook my own meals – they had everything I needed! They even picked me up from the airport and took me to my condo so I didn’t have to worry about transportation. A consistent product with great value! Overall my stay was excellent. I would stay again with DelSuites when my travel brings me to Toronto and would recommend to anyone seeking 5-star experiences in a clean, maintained, upscale furnished apartment rental in Toronto! This is the best company I've dealt with for corporate housing. All their units are in the newer Tridel condos. They have a huge team... they're based local in Toronto.... easy to talk to... modern clean suites with all amenities. I've personally watched them clean and set up suites for occupancy and they are top-notch.

Accommodation is great. I stayed at 300 Front. It was very centrally located and the suite was very well equipped. I stayed there for 2 months while my house was being renovated.

***This was my third time staying with DelSuites since February 2023. Twice at Livmore. Once at Qwest. This review is specifically for the my last stay (at Livmore)*** Check-in with the concierge was very easy. We received a welcome bag with some snacks once we entered the unit. Stuff like dishwasher pods, toiler paper, various soaps (hand, dish, body wash, shampoo), hand towel, lotion, etc. were provided. Keep in mind, if you are staying for the 30-day minimum required to reserve the unit, you will need to replenish the above, which we already knew, so we brought some stuff from home with us. The place is fully furnished with supplies and equipment to make you feel at home. The washer and dryer are huge and great for doing big loads of laundry. The bed was a huge and comfortable. There's a TV in the living room and bedroom. The TVs use IPTV for cable shows/movies. The internet is fast. If you're there for a medical stay, this is a great place to stay because all the hospitals are within walking distance down the street. There's a grocery store nearby (Metro). The building is fairly new and overall The unit we stayed in was very modern and clean.The amenities were great. We brought our dog with us, and what was great about the building was the Bark Park (dog park) on the 5th floor. Our unit on floor 6 was overlooking the Bark Park, so we could see other dogs below that our dog made fur-iends with. It was a short walk down via the stairs for playtime. The Bark Park was also convenient when our days were filled with meetings/appointments and we couldn't take our dog out for a longer non-Bark Park walk during the afternoon. We left the unit so the cleaning staff could do their job. Well done! My only constructive criticism is the DelSuites-provided robe I was using that was left on the bed was taken away and not replaced. I'm assuming the thought was because the used robe was placed on the bed, it was to be taken away with the sheets. However, I contacted Guest Services and they had someone bring me back a new DelSuites robe. Thank you! Guest Services is very responsive and will follow up with you to make sure everything is okay after a service is provided. Thanks! I would choose this building again for a short-term stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Parc Nuvo last month. The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and it was outfitted with all the things we needed for our stay. The building was clean, well maintained, safe and secure and the facilities were great. Proximity to Kipling Subway and other services were very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our stay in Delsuites it's been more than amazing. At our arrival we found everything we needed plus welcome bag. We have to say that the condominium is beautiful starting from the design that we loved. spacious wardrobe, huge livingroom, comfortable bed and all the things we needed to cook at home. We really loved to find all the bathroom amenties, and also many charge adaptors which saved our stay in Toronto. They offers condominium in many GTA cities starting from 1 month rental, always placed in the best neighborhoods. We couldn't have asked more than this. Also the palace where we stayed was great with a spacious lounge room available for all the guests. Definately the best choise you can do in Toronto (or wherever you need to find a base)

Great Location and Great Stay! I stayed at DelSuites for 2 months for a work assignment in Toronto. The location was perfect and was close to the downtown Toronto attractions and city venues. The staff at DelSuites treat you like your their most important guest! They are consistent, reliable and well trained. Housekeeping came in and cleaned our suite once a week and were always polite and did a great job cleaning! The bed was super comfortable and the suite itself was maintained with updated furnishings and squeaky clean too. With the no-charge long distance calls, I was able to keep in touch with my family any time during the day. I was sad to leave – but I know I will be back again soon. I highly recommend staying with DelSuites!

Well appointed serviced apartment in Toronto. An excellent location in downtown – Easy access to transit, restaurants and shopping. My family and I stayed here for one month – DelSuites has fabulous modern condominium buildings that are clean (weekly cleanings), secure (24-hour security) and fully equipped. It had everything needed to cook with! Very spacious suites. Pet Friendly too! We were able to bring our dog with us. The guest services team were always there to assist – super friendly. We will be back again! Thank you DelSuites and team!

Stayed with DelSuits every time I had a business trip to Toronto. Their apartments are super clean and their service always amazing. Strongly recommended!

I stayed in a Delsuites property (Qwest) for 3 months in Summer 2021 while waiting to move into my house. Overall very positive experience. The unit had everything I needed for both day-to-day living and the inevitable work-from-home situation, where all I had to bring were a few suitcases of clothing, toiletries etc, and I was all set up. The building is well-maintained, has friendly concierges (Mike's the best) and a solid rooftop, and is right outside Osgoode Station. The fitness center is nothing special, but gets the job done. Special shout out to Suelyn at Delsuites for truly awesome customer service, from getting me a preferred unit to a smooth check-out! Feedback to management: Please consider upgrading the TVs in your Qwest units. They're quite small. The "smart TV" service is difficult to navigate and VERY out of date (I gave up on Netflix after trying it once).

Stayed at DelSuites Livmore @ 55 Gerrard St. W for about 2 months. The building was perfectly located to allow access to everything we needed or wanted to see. The units are very clean well laid out and stocked with everything you will need. Would recommend you consider this location if you need to stay in Toronto.

Had a wonderful stay while we were waiting to have our home renovated after water damage. It was just at the beggining of our summer holidays so it was stressful to have to move during this time. The del suits location at forest vista was a great place to rest while our home was in chaos. The rooms are very large, the beds are large and the view was wonderful. We were able to stay as a family with two kids ages 8 to 13. They had a great time since we were located in a building with plenty of amenities. Being located so close to the STC and grocery shopping changed our driving lifestyle to a walking lifestyle since everything is walkable! The movie theater and close restaurants were a great escape for us during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and lovely for space. In suite laundry was so helpful along with the by weekly cleaning service. It made our summer away from home a fun vacation. I will miss the view and the sky over the woods.

I have stay at Delsuite for 2 months for our own condo renovation. The location was great as it is walking distance from my condo so it is very convenient. The suite was very comfortable, it has everything I need. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and try to accommodate all our need/request. It is truly a home away from home. I will highly recommend to anyone who needs a short term furnished condo. I only wish that Delsuites will operate in other cities. Thank you.
