So grateful I found this clinic! I’d never been there before but they fit me in quickly after I had to take my cat to the emergency vet. Staff are lovely and Dr. Beck is wonderful - even though the clinic was extremely busy she was very patient, answering all my questions, reviewing lab results and discussing treatment options. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She’s also been amazing with follow up calls and emails. Even my cat Raisin who is usually terrified of vets liked her! We are still figuring out what’s wrong, I’m a worried hot mess but I know that Dr. Beck and the clinic staff will do what’s best for my sweet little girl.

I was so worry for my cat Winston so I called the hospital this morning and took him in. He has an upper respiratory infection and I was given antibiotics. Doctor was fantastic and supportive. It was my first time here and honestly even the receptionists were really nice. I totally recommend this hospital! Also, I was expecting to pay lots of money and not at all! I was actually surprised how much little I paid considering that it was an emergency. New customer right here! Thanks so much!

Beaches animal hospital helped me when all the other vets wouldn’t. I have financial struggles and couldn’t afford the tests my cat needed, but they worked with me and because of them my baby got to come home! The staff are all very kind and compassionate and dealing with them was overall a very positive experience in an otherwise very stressful situation. I’d give them 1000 stars if Google let me. 💜💜💜💜💜

We've been taking our cat to the Beaches Animal Hospital for 7+ years. The entire staff have always been so wonderful with the general care of our cat. Just this past December our cat fell ill, which required him to receive daily treatment at the beaches animal hospital for one week, and then some out patient treatment following this. Our cat has made a full recovery and we owe a huge "Thank you" to Dr. Beck and the rest of the staff. During our cat's time at the hospital, Dr. Beck was so caring and patient. She ensured that our fur baby was provided the right treatment to get him on the road to recovery. We were provided daily updates and the time to ask questions that we had, which there were many of. Dr. Beck and the rest of the staff made our scary situation a little easier to deal with. Thank you so much for helping getting our fur baby healthy again. We highly recommend to beaches Animal Hospital.

We are a Rescue group for cats who have been using the services of Beaches Animal Hospital for a number of years. We are always so impressed by the skill, knowledge and compassion of the vets and all of their support staff. It is a very busy clinic but they always find time to advise and inform and make you feel that your pet's welfare is paramount to them. We have dealt with all of the vets in the clinic and they are all amazing. I am not surprised that they consistently find themselves voted as the best in the City.

Vets are fantastic. Smart, friendly and understanding. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We've been going there for 20+ years and they have seen us through the lives- newborns, emergencies, checkup and end of life care- of a few beloved pets/family members. They are kind and practical. They are busy but they always made us feel like we were important to them.

Dr Arnaudov took care of my baby Coco these past couple of days when she wasn't very well and he was absolutely wonderful! The staff were all great and very attentive and helpful. We usually see Dr.Koszti whom we love! and I was a bit worried that it wasn't him seeing her but I was super happy to find out that Dr Arnaudov is also amazing! We travel from Etobicoke because the staff at Beaches and Dr.Koszti are the only ones we trust with our lil Yorkie! 5 Stars always!

After 45 years of being a pet owner I discovered beaches animal hospital a year ago. the level of treatment, compassion and professionalism is truly outstanding. By far the best vet in the Eastend, frankly even if I moved west I’d still choose Beaches Animal Hospital. They always work hard to get you in even if it means double booking. I have pugs, they often seem prone to eye scratches (requires immediate attn) very single vet there has prioritized their care. They follow up and truly care about your pet. I have other vets I’ve tried since living here for the past 6 years and no one is better. They were true champions during the pandemic when demand was super high. Their extended hours means more regular care versus the incredibly expensive emergency care options makes ALL the difference in the world. I wouldn’t choose any one else.

Super friendly, they clearly love animals and it shows in the way they interact with them and care for them. Very knowledgeable. Front desk is super nice. Appointment times can be tricky but they do their best to accommodate within the understanding of time constraints and work schedules. Seem to have many solutions to emergency vet options on their answering machine and will always ask if there’s an emergency if they need to put you on hold. Happy to have a vet in the beaches that cares.

My rescue dog got into the trash and needed to have vomiting induced. My regular vet was closing for the evening but recommended Beach Animal Hospital. My dog can be quite anxious. They were fantastic. They were kind, efficient, and took such good care of her. They were thoughtful with everyone in the waiting room. So glad to know they’re there if needed!

The most compassionate veterinary office. Caring and considerate staff and doctor! I was not a patient and on Friday my very ill senior dog took a turn for the the worse. After not being able to get a hold of my vet for two days I started calling local vets and mobile services but everyone was booked. I contacted Beaches Animal Hospital and they were extremely empathetic to my situation. They found a way to see my dog and they handled him with extreme kindness and professionalism. I can’t say enough about this office. I HIGHLY recommend Beaches Animal Hospital and will be switching over to them for all future pet care.

Due to rescuing a puppy during COVID Eevee is often anxious in new situations and meeting new people. To add to Eevee’s anxiety her vet closed so we were in the search for a new vet! Not only did Beaches Animal Hospital take Eevee on as a new patient without hesitation they were so patient! All the staff were so friendly from the time we walked into the office. The doctor took the time Eevee needed to feel comfortable and did not rush her even getting down to her level! Let’s not forget the unlimited treats and positive praise Eevee was given. I also appreciated that the doctor gave you information about vaccine options so that you can make your own decision without feeling pressured. Best vets in the city. I have been taking my dogs here for years and I trust each and every vet at this hospital to give expert care and advice. They are kind, patient, and dedicated to each and every animal that they care for. Amazing vet clinic. All of the vets I have met with over the years have been wonderful however I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Koszti who helped us through our dog’s cancer diagnosis with compassion, knowledge, a calm “beside” manner, and the special care he provided our dog Dexter when we had to say good-bye. This place is amazing. What else can I say. They've been our vet clinic for the past five years or so, and their level of compassion and caring for both human AND pet clients is unmatched. Dr. Arnaudov is wonderful- he is honest and professional, only ordering tests and procedures when he feels it is absolutely necessary, never trying to upsell or do anything that will cause unnecessary discomfort for your pet. One of my cats was extremely sick a couple of years ago, and they brought her back to health in their overnight hospital, caring for her and keeping her comfortable. They ensured me I could call any time of day to check in on her, and the ladies who work at the front desk treated me with such kindness and would actually go to check on her personally when I called. I took my cat, Sage, to beaches animal hospital for a necessary dental procedure. I was previously at another veterinarian that focused just on cats. Because of a medical condition that I have beaches Animal Hospital gave me a reduced rate for the procedure. And it made all the difference in the world. On top of that the staff are amazing. Compared to my last vet I just found everyone that works here really authentic and relatable and kind. The doctor is really great too. Thank You Beaches Animal Hospital. You're my vet for life.

Took my sweet puppy Mia here last night for her 12 week vaccines. This was my first time bringing an animal here. I've never experienced such wonderful vet care before. All of the techs were helpful and happy to see you, and the vet I spoke to was wonderful. They gushed about how great she was and you could tell that they absolutely love their job and the animals that they see. All of my questions were answered and they made sure I knew what was happening and what was needed every step of the way. At the end of the visit, they even gave Mia a welcome package with a couple of toys and treats! I'm in love and so is Mia. This is where we will stay!

The best vet I’ve been to. Everyone is so nice and understanding. They are all fur parents and give real advice and don’t try to upswell on things your pet doesn’t need. Very compassionate and lovely care.

Best vet in the city. My sister took her cat her all the time and she was always raving about how well they treated her cat, how they were very knowledgeable and how she would never go to another vet again. I know there was a previous place she went to somewhere in Scarborough that she hated and felt didn't take good care of her cat she so switched to this place. Even though my sister's cat Mitten died recently very suddenly she know Mitten had some health issues and felt this place was super supportive very amazing staff both from the admins to the vet techs to the vet doctors themselves. My sister never had a bad thing to say about this place. She was always telling people at her work and other pet owners to go here. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Dr. Coote is amazing! She diagnosed my dog right away and with absolute accuracy. I feel like we really have a partner in my dogs health. The vets here really care!

I would like to call out two wonderful vets in particular… Dr. Mark Dilworth, a marvelous vet and so kind, and Dr. Lehel Koszti, again a wonderful vet and kind man. Had to wait a while because they fit us in when they had some time, but the clients and staff are absolutely wonderful! I ended up meeting a woman who also rescued animals from Barbados and brought them back to Canada, it was a great chat. Really friendly atmosphere and made the wait worth it! Dr. Dilworth is an incredibly kind and passionate veterinarian, cannot recommend him enough!

Our beloved Bella transitioned into the afterlife, with the guided assistance and profound love from Beaches Animal Hospital. They provided immediate care and privacy. The whole experience was so surreal, however we were surrounded with dignity, peace and respect for the departure of our family member on March 23 rd,2023. Bella is now with her ancestors, as she continues to shed a light on me and the Beaches Animal Hospital team. The staff and veterinarians are very thorough and take time to make sure that all pet parents understand what they are doing and why. They've always been helpful, kind and patient, even through the pandemic. My dog gets special food from them, and they maintained supply and communication about their new systems. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even though now live further away than when I first went I make a point of driving the extra distance to see them given the quality of care they offer.

I love my care with Beaches Animal Hospital. I've had a very sick kitten and Beaches have been nothing but wonderful and supportive. I trust my pets in Beaches' hands wholeheartedly. Late night update calls, honesty and transparency with plans of care - I wouldn't go anywhere else. (My only grievance is there are no payment plan options unless you sign up with a third party)

Wonderful! Recently I took my senior dog, Trudy, to Beaches Animal Hospital with a list of concerns. Dr. Koszti listened to me attentively, conducted a thorough, non-evasive examination, professionally shared the results with me and together we established next steps. Test results were given to me at noon the following day. I also received a follow-up call two evenings later. I drove away with tears in my eyes feeling so grateful that my little girl was in such excellent care. This is the service I have come to expect from Beaches Animal Hospital and they have NEVER failed me. Highly recommend.

Our dog got very sick on a Sunday, and we were forced to take him to an emergency vet, which was, bar none, the worst vet experience of my 40+ years of having pets. (See review of Vaughn Richmond Hill Emergency Veterinary Clinic), Come Monday, we were having trouble finding an appointment with every vet in the vicinity - including our regular vet - being told over and over that places were fully booked or experiencing staffing issues. The staff at Beaches were so kind and caring, right off the bat. They took my number and went to consult Dr. Beck, who happened to be in that morning, and had been our dog's vet when he was a puppy. She kindly squeezed him in (along with a couple of other last min patients!). When we arrived, they took our dog inside right away, but we were told it could be a bit before the doctor had a chance to see him, but we'd get a call. But, we could immediately tell he was in good hands. Dr. Natalie Beck is everything you could wish for in a vet. You can tell right away how much she cares for her patients; I have no doubt that she saved our dog's life. She gave us a thorough explanation of what they suspected his condition might be, gave us options about what procedures we wanted to go ahead with, was upfront about prognosis, the treatments that might be needed and all costs. At no point did we feel we were making uninformed decisions about his care. Honest and trustworthy are the words that come to mind when I think about our experience at this clinic. Dr. Beck called regularly with updates, and when she wasn't in, the vets who were working had been been thoroughly informed of his case. When they recommended that he be moved to an emergency vet with 24 hr care, we had every confidence that they were recommending what was best for his recovery. It's been over a month since we took him to the clinic. He is happy and healthy, and hopefully will be with us for many more years. We took him back for a check up with Dr. Beck a few days ago, and she was so genuinely happy to see his progress. You couldn't ask for anything more in a vet than that; genuine love for the animals in her care. ❤️

Really good clinic with very friendly and caring front office staff and competent, caring vets. Over 16 years I have seen a few different vets at different clinics with my very senior terrier mix and am very happy here. Found them on recommendation of neighbours who are all clients here it seems. The vets take the time needed for a proper exam and especially: listening to the patient’s history and answering all my questions. Front office staff are extremely friendly and patient despite of the significant workload of checking in/out clients, ringing phones and getting pickup orders ready. Something I very much appreciate is that everyone of the employees are properly masking with good quality N95s. HEPA filters in the small exam rooms are turned on. (Front area could use a unit, CO2 measured at 1500 despite the frequently opening door). The pricing is very reasonable. Overall, I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this clinic.

Beaches Animal Hospital is the best! We adopted our dog, Cooper, from Beaches 3 years ago. We live in Hamilton and commuting to Toronto for checkups and vaccines is a no brainer. The team at Beaches is beyond compassionate, understanding, and patient. They always greet Cooper with the biggest smile and so much love. Everyone at Beaches is extremely attentive to my questions and responsive to Cooper’s needs. Cooper gets anxious going to the vet and having his nails trimmed, but everyone at Beaches makes the process a comfortable one. I highly recommend Beaches to everyone looking for a professional and empathetic veterinary team!

I had my dog Puffy in for dental procedure and I had a great experience.Dr Jeff was great with me and my little furry baby.He was nice and really worm when he explain to me the x-ray and the procedure.When I picked up Puffy he was relaxed and not stressed at all and that meant the world to me ,that show me that the staff loves animals and do the best to take care of them and the parents too .Recommend Beaches Animal Hospital to everybody.Thank you to all of you!!

Beaches Animal Hospital is the BEST! The care and attention that my dog(s) have received is incredible! My first dog, Mr. Mo, passed in 2018 very unexpectedly. Dr. Dilworth and the team took such good care of him and even provided me closure 2 weeks after because we were unsure what happened. I was so touched by this. Now I have Matilda and I receive amazing care for her, as well. I highly recommend BAH!

I have taken my cats to Beaches Animal Hospital for several years now. They are a wonderful animal/people friendly group. With other clinics I have often felt pressed into unnecessary testing and care - so much so that I have avoided going in except for emergency. At the Beaches Clinic, clear communication always makes me feel included in the decision making and in the end my cats receive the best care. I have complete confidence in all of the staff who work there.

My experiance has been beyond phenomenal. My cat required dental surgery and I was very nervous. The reception, technicians and vets have been compassionate, understanding and very tolerant of my many many anxious questions. My cats surgery went very well and I am very grateful for the educated choices Dr. Dilworth has made for him. Throughout this experiance I felt my cat was in good hands and personally felt listened and understood with my expectations and worries. It's evident this clinic puts the animals first. Very organized and clean as well.
