I
took
semi-private
sessions
here
with
my
friend.
Unfortunately,
neither
of
us
were
happy
about
the
services
given,
and
the
cleanliness
of
the
studio.
First
of
all,
our
main
goal
was
weight
loss,
and
we
told
this
initially.
But
neither
our
body
measurements
taken,
nor
we
weren't
advised
to
do
so,
or
how
they'll
shape
a
plan
for
us.
I
guess
it
plays
a
vital
part
in
to
see
the
progress,
and
change
the
training
according
to
that
if
necessary.
So
I
wondered,
how
a
trainer
can
measure
our
progress,
or
write
a
training
programme
for
our
needs.
We've
been
to
several
gyms
in
our
life
and
we
believe,
this
is
something
key,
especially
if
you
take
private
lessons
from
a
trainer.
All
sessions
were
like,
come
train
and
go.
No
progress
tracking,
no
advices
given
on
the
way
to
achieve
the
goal.
Just
training
and
see
you
later.
The
only
good
side
was,
the
exercises
were
not
boring
a
single
day,
and
our
trainer
was
a
nice
and
friendly
person.
The
whole
thing
was
good
for
strength
perhaps,
but
not
as
good
as
expected
for
cardio
or
getting
private
coaching
here
to
achieve
your
goals.
I
don't
see
the
private
training
benefit
in
this
one
in
our
case.
Last
but
not
least,
the
hygiene
of
the
studio
wasn't
in
a
good
shape.
Dust
and
ball
of
hair
on
the
floors.
The
changing
room
was
a
mess
to
be
honest.
I
wondered
how
often
the
place
was
cleaned.
Plus
there
isn't
much
space
for
to
change
your
clothes.
Especially
the
small
studio
has
no
changing
room
but
a
very
small
WC.
No
lockers,
as
far
as
I've
seen,
or
not
been
introduced
to.
I'm
sorry
to
say
that,
this
wasn't
a
good
experience,
especially
for
the
price
paid
and
nowhere
near
the
expectations.
There
are
much
better
alternatives
laid
out
in
the
area.
