Don't bait & switch your clients. Word travels a little too fast amongst the community you operate in and to lose sight of that even for a second is tremendously stupid.

Don’t be scammed by this gym’s owner. They used to own Track Fitness and sold a Father’s Day promotional package to people knowing full well they were shutting down within a week before the package could be used (and did not tell anyone). Then they took the money to open this gym.

F45 yonge and Eglinton is offering to honour all outstanding classes for people who got scammed by track fitness. Check them out. Better workout and community I guarantee it! You’ll never want to workout anywhere else again. F45’s are like no other gym.

He is not honouring our Track passes at this studio. That is called fraud. The other studios that will accept pre -paid classes like Orange Theory, arranged this NOT Track. This studio should accept his clients or close down. Class Action anyone?😉

Not sure if any of the other reviewers actually worked out at this new studio. If you want a good workout, look no further, this is the place. As far as the owner goes, he is not a scammer or rip-off artist. The unused passes that were purchased, he made an arrangement that those passes will be honoured at a nearby studio. The negative reviews forgot to mention why they were taking classes at Track. The classes are always A1 and you get value for the passes you buy — on top of that, the owner honoured his commitment for the passes sold by making arrangements for the passes to be used. I don’t think a scammer or rip-off artist would go the extra mile to help clients with the passes they have purchased. I’m sure closing the doors at Track was not an easy decision. My classes at the new studio have surpassed my expectations and will continue my workouts there.

I wish you had offered former Track clients "equal or greater value for your remaining classes" (quoted from the email you sent out today) at your new gym instead of the 50% value you're offering.
