If you are going to be blatantly rude to people, maybe you should reconsider your jobs in customer service. Carolina and Laurissa are the worse and should not be working in customer service as they clearly do not know what respect is. We let them know it wasn’t fair that classpass didn’t notify us properly and that we NEVER put the blame on them bc we know it’s a third party. But they treated us so badly despite that and said we should complain to the manager if we have a problem??? It also didn’t help that we were the only 2 Asians in the class that day, so it definitely felt like it had a racial discrimination undertone to it.

Incredibly rude staff. No sympathy and would chew you out even though you never said anything bad to them. We complained how ClassPass never sent us an email to say we had to come 15 minutes earlier as first timers and we were letting them know that we were disappointed but they took it offensively? The manager seems to have gotten countless complaints about attitude bc he answered the phone saying that there’s no attitude and they treat everyone the same like it was rehearsed

Don't get lost on your way here, by confusing Spadina AVN and Spadina Rd. Terrible front desk service. I arrived at a class 10 minutes late because of this confusion on my first visit and the front desk rep couldn't care less about me. Said they couldn't help me to edit my reservation, even after admitting it's a common mistake, and wouldn't admit me to the class even since I was late. I signed up through class pass, which I would have joined them long-term even without classpass since I'm actively looking for a home studio to visit multiple times a week for my current fitness goals. Perhaps he treated me like that because I was visiting on a trial. Clearly knows nothing about customer retention. He hushed me away saying to call class pass knowing very well there's no customer service line for classpass (nor email address), and while knowing that a missed class is a large fee. So he wouldn't help me edit my Reso, wouldn't provide me with contact details, and wouldn't admit me to the class. (What CAN this front desk person do? Lol) All for a missed class charge? THAT I SHOWED UP FOR. They've just lost a long-term customer and a lot more money. Made me wonder if they treated the other VERY WHITE clientele the same. Also class pass has a terrible business model. Extremely expensive, and there's no way of getting customer service help. RED FLAG, RUN!! Check out their other reviews online too. Everyone hates them. Very covert, fancy looking scammers.

This studio is definitely more packed than the one in Vaughan. I personally found the classes are more intense than the classes I'm Vaughan also. With that said, it make me feel like it's more worth it to visit this studio than Vaughan studio. But the down side is that there's no free parking :(

Policies are really bad I drove 8 hours for this place and showed up 5min before class and I was not allowed in even though the policy said first timers have to show up 5 min before or not be permitted. Took our money and said sorry. A bit absurd .

This is my favorite studio in Toronto. The classes are challenging and I love the results. The trainers are incredible I see Jeffrey, Amber and Emily usually if you’re looking for a low impact full body workout this is the place to go .

The workouts are awesome as are the instructors. Really, you will build strength in muscles you never knew existed. I would give 5 stars if the owners “gave” a bit more. No rewards, no discounts, very little break in pricing. Clearly they don’t “need” to. But still. It would be nice.

One of my favorite fitness studios in Toronto. I incorporate their classes into my fitness routine and attend 1-2 classes a week. It's an amazing challenging full-body workout. The studio is very clean and inviting. Staff and instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Regularly take classes with Laira, Laila and Stephanie and they're all amazing.

I have been going to Studio Lagree practically since it opened, although the routine is challenging I find it the best overall excercise that one can do to keep the body in shape. I always feel that I can walk better and stand taller for a few days after completing a routine. I would recommend to anyone looking for a full body work out to try a routine at Studio Lagree

Fun energy great class! Jeffrey’s workout was challenging. You have to have good body awareness to practice safely. Would recommend to fit people only.

Super old machine, teachers don’t care about their students, so many people get injured and they don’t give a F. The worst location is the Foresthill one! Carm Perrelli is the owner and he’s really rude! I would avoid going there.

The M3 Fusion class is low impact but still extremely effective. The next day after a class has me sore from head to toe but I wasn’t bouncing around, damaging my joints as many other exercises can do. I love this class!

I love doing Lagree but I wish they had more locations in outskirts of Toronto, so I don’t have to drive 1hr for it :)) I think Lagree helps me so much to stay fit

Very pleased and impressed with Studio Lagree at the Forest Hill location in Toronto !! I loved the overall energy, the setting , colours, service and how nice , full of care and knowledge the instructors are. When it comes to the Lagree workout itself, I would qualify it as " the next level" from where ever you might be. I have been a professional athlete (triathlon, Iron Man) so I am in pretty good shape and always am looking for the next level. Well, I found Lagree and absolutely fell in love with it. M

After practicing lagree on and off for years, it’s still one of the best work out classes in the city. I did Stephanie’s class post lockdown and it was fantastic.

Great atmosphere. Helpful and friendly stuff. And the workout is intense yet targets every muscle. I definitely would recommend to try it out. Especially if new to lagree like myself. I'll be back!

Irina is absolutely incredible. I had my first Pilates class ever yesterday and she made me feel so comfortable and supported. It can be intimidating because I’m not used to the machine yet but she guided me and made me feel so comfortable. Such a great environment to grow and have a great time in!! Can’t wait for another class with Irina!!

One of the worst establishments I’ve ever been to. Incredibly rude customer service especially from Carm Perelli who is apparently the owner?? Absolutely ridiculous. Did a quick google search and found that they’re also being investigated for fraud and embezzlement lol. Going to jaybird instead, they are way more welcoming and the studio smells better.

👍 Update 3 - 1 Year & 8 Months later (Sept 2023): Updating back to a 4-star. Leaving previous updates up for context.
