If you have never been to IKEA before, this is a great place to get the pocket friendly furniture and household items! You can find mostly anything and everything. Living room furniture, Bedroom furniture, Kitchen, Dining etc. They have a play area for the kid, and a cafe. This is a Great Location! Close to highway exit and Ample of parking space. If you have been to IKEA before this is pretty much the same as others :)

Great place to buy budget furniture, but now many items we're out of stocks due to the global supply issues. Do check online stock level prior going.

I hadn't been here for many years, and I needed a few things, so I checked it out. It was okay. Lots of selection, prices are moderately decent. It wasn't too busy, so that made the experience better. Cashing out didn't take long. There's something to be said for seeing and feeling furniture before you purchase it. Ikea has that nailed. The restrooms were fairly clean. There were a few flies buzzing around the urinals. They should take care of that.. My biggest complaint is that ALL of the hand sanitizer stations were empty. It was like 11 in the morning, so they clearly did not refill them before the day began.

Buyer beware for the "as is" section. We came in to look at pricing of couches and found the one we wanted in the "as is section" / Used section. So this couch was already assembled and we were told that we would have to disassemble it ourselves by going to the customer service area for the tools and that we could get it delivered. With that in mind, we bought it since we could deliver it. Upon going to customer service (WHAT a nightmare!) we had to wait in a long queue just to get a few tools (fine, okay). Disassembly took another 20 mins. In the meantime we went to the other section of that customer service area so we could get it delivered as the "as is" members said we could, only to discover they do not deliver to our area which is only 30 minutes away! So now I am waiting here for 2 hours so that my partner can go to his parents house to borrow a truck and come back so that we can deliver our own coach that we had to disassemble. So is the as is section worth going to? Not unless you have the means to deliver it or are buying small items, besides that the larger items are not worth if you have to disassemble it yourself. I wish the staff members would've told us delivery was only to certain areas before we bought the couch. The sign in the picture is a LIE (False Advertising ⚠️)

Picking up the Furniture at the IKEA in North York was quite easy and dropped off for delivery as I wasn’t ready to hurt my back [those things are heavy lol]. The Besta furniture was easy to setup after I had planned to follow a guide on YouTube to setup. All I needed was a drill and the instruction guide and it was easier than anticipated.

Excellent customer service from initial contact to drive up collecting of order. Person fulfilling order was extremely pleasant and double checked to make sure everything was correct. I was early for pick up so grabbed a quick meatball lunch at the cafe. Also of note the person staged at the main entrance super helpful. Despite a long drive and a miserable weather day Ikea staff made for a pleasant trip and the lunch was tasty.

The food at IKEA is always great! The fries are interchangeable with mashed potatoes for the meatball meal. Place is well organized, and everything looks so beautiful. Small tip: take photos of what you think you might buy so you can keep track way easier.

Very bright, organized and clean store. Plenty Parking and EV charging spots for customers to use. Staff were always helpful and friendly. There were few things we were looking for that happen to be out of stock at all locations. But we were still able to get some items and some great deals today. Their self serve restaurant was also a must go place every time we visit IKEA. Their Sweden meatballs were the best ! We had a very pleasant afternoon shopping at IKEA today. Will definitely visit again very soon.

Very successful business model. Items are unique, practical and useful - most important- very competitive price. You always see innovative design product in Ikea.

Nice big clean store. Staff were helpful and the as-is section had some pretty good deals too. This location seems to have more of the things I’m looking for that happens to be out of stock at the north York location

My review is for ice cream/frozen yogurt to go kiddo was feeling nostalgic as we drove by asked if we could go in for ice cream. Been ages since we used to come here, drop kids off in the play area and shop then take them for ice cream Our automated machine ate our order receipt and no one came to help even after alerting them luckily we remembered our number before screen reset. Creamy and delicious like we remembered (at least 8 years ago) parking is a zoo, somethings never change

I recently visited the IKEA store and was blown away by the experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the store. The layout was easy to navigate, and the products were displayed in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience a breeze. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered helpful advice without being pushy. The checkout process was also fast and efficient.

One shop stop for all condo furnishing needs. Customer service is good. Food is very reasonable but it can add up quickly. “Fill your cart with conscious decision” A drawback is -delivery charges are not so pocket friendly. Be sure to visit their website for delivery charges and information.

This store is one of the best IKEA in GTA with the good stuck. Their food court is big and clean. Very good dining area in the first floor. Their staffs are kind and helpful. The pickup section is very fast and convenient. Costumer service is good enough. The huge parking space is helpful for costumer. I highly recommend this location.

Great location. Very big place compared to Northyork IKEA, ample parking. Not much crowded when we visited. Cafeteria was specious and you can spend nice time after your shopping at much affordable pricing. Lots of varieties of furniture for home at affordable prices. Great place

One of the busiest of IKEA stories in the GTA area, honestly, to say that most IKEA staff are friendly and helpful, just of them are not willing to help. It was hard to find parking spots in this store. After having all our PAX and Komplement packages unloaded at the curbside of the store, its refund process is quite longer queueing than expected. Only one or two staff members are working on self-serve area, and they're busy with helping customers find their items..Recognized that certain areas of this IKEA store have serious short staff problems too.

Today we went to Ikea .I grabbed the cup for coffee, it's bursted on 3 sides as an attached photos, not acceptable, not safe to use .how they didn't throw it out ? They are not respecting customers, Make sure you don't get broken stuff when you come in to the restaurant area to pick up something from the food counter. Finally Lunch was good.

My first visit to an IKEA shop from window shopping turned out into an buying experience. Awesome place for home furnishings in all shapes and sizes, modes and varieties a plenty. While first floor houses home furnishings & furniture, the ground floor offers unbelievable range of home utilities and aids. Visit is supplemented by in-house food experience offering wide range and variety. Worth spending 4 to 5 hours to explore or have an rapid eye view of displays. Enjoy. Enjoy.

Great ILEA location. Staff are friendly - stock seems to be better than the Etobicoke location. We came near closing time to find a TV stand & associates after closing make sure that we will probably supported we feel comfortable with our purchase. Also this kitchen has very tasty treats for super affordable prices. Would recommend the mashed potatoes & veggie gravy + haddock!

This is for the IKEA restaurant. Pretty decent meal for good price. Tasted fresh but could use bit more flavour and seasoning. Also the line seemed bit long and service could be bit faster. Overall not bad at all. 👍🍽️🥤 good place to have lunch or dinner.

The place is great, breakfast and lunch is also a cheap bonus if ever in the mood. I know it's the design, but I wish the way to the exit was a bit easier to get to once we grab what we were looking for. Felt like I was in Jumanji. Staff were friendly though!

Looking to renovate or upgrade or decorate your home? Then visit IKEA to get much better idea and plethora of options to choose from. Most of the furnitures/home furnishings are way expensive when compared to other stores, but no question on the quality of items. The store setup is so impressive, you can easily decide what suits your home the best. There’s cafeteria on every floor in case you feel hungry.

Shopping at this IKEA is a fun shopping experience! There are lots of cool concepts of living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. I would've gave 5-stars, however a large portion of stuff that was on display was "temporarily out of stock", otherwise known as supply chain issues. Overall it was an enjoyable and fun experience at times, except for when someone stole our shopping cart...

They have a decent bar menu and a decent selection of beer. Their kids options are good and our kids love coming to this spot. The menu seems to have something for everyone. The healthy folks can go for their Asian inspired bowls. The kids have things like pasta and fish and chips. And they have pretty good wings as well.

😠 The management at this store is not service oriented. Especially Rene! She comes up with a “no” and negative attitude before she even hears you out.
