This malls operating hours during the week are unattainable. By the time you finish work and try to head over to do some shopping the mall is closing in the next 10 min. I don't know why this mall closes at 7pm. Hardly gives me anytime after work to get their and do some shopping. I'm sure several people feel the same.

My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and uses a cane. She was recently at Mapleview and found that they have removed all of the benches due to Covid 19. She has to rest frequently and this was a major issue for her. This is unacceptable to those with mobility issues and the elderly. Given the declining number of people visiting brick and mortar shops and malls, Mapleview should really re-think this decision. You either want all people to come to your mall, or not. The removal of places to rest or sit for a few minutes while shopping contradicts your accessibility messaging - you are in fact, not disabled friendly or accommodating.

Tried to visit Mapleview today. Was approached by two teens that apparently work for the mall. Was told I had to wear a mask. Let them know I have a valid medical mask exemption. They then said their 'new' policy is that I have to wear a face shield. My medical condition prevents me from being able to wear a face shield. Instead of creating a scene I decided to leave. It was pouring rain so we walked through the mall as we had parked at the other end. Mapleview has nothing outlined in their policy on their website regarding those with medical mask exemptions. I will not be shopping at Mapleview anymore and I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family. Mapleview failed to accommodate someone with a disability.

This was a nice mediocre sized mall. Although it appears to be almost abandoned due to the stores closings, the almost empty halls and stores along with constant clearance deals. These factors also make it a very nice place to go to in the midst of Covid-19 because you do not need to worry about anyone being at any of the stores. The store selection is also another reason why this is a great place to visit.

I’ve lived in Hamilton for the last 7 years and haven’t visited the mall except for the Apple Store a few times. During my visits I have found it very difficult to maneuver the mall because of the escalators. There are up-and-down escalators at each end of the mall and escalators in the middle, but those are either up or down, not both. It’s extremely frustrating trying to get to the second floor. I didn’t even realize that the mall had an elevator, as it just blends into the architecture and there are no signs. Today I visited the Apple Store again and had a couple of hours to kill while repairs were being done on my phone. So I decided to go and grab something to eat as well as look for washrooms. Wayfinder signage is practically nonexistent! There are only a few small signs directing patrons to washrooms or the food court. I needed to use the washroom, but sadly it was very difficult to find, as there was no signage at the entrance to the hallway leading to the washrooms. As for your food court, there wasn’t a sign at all anywhere around it to let patrons know that it exists. I’m really surprised that a shopping mall of this magnitude has these types of issues. At least put up some decent signage.

One of the best malls to go to in Burlington. Even with curbside pick up available the employees working there are really friendly and welcoming. You can find mostly all brands at the location with amazing food court. Great with social distancing and COVID 19 procedures. I really recommend people to visit this mall if they haven’t.

My wife and I were able to sit down and have coffee for the first time after the pandemic. It is a very big center and you can find all kinds of products, except furniture. Prices are good not too expensive. There are goods that you can find more affordable prices, but they are of good quality.

I bought my first and new iPhone(15 Pro Max 256 GB, White Titanium ) there, honestly I loved their services. The Apple Mapleview shopping centre, located in Burlington, Ontario, offers a premium retail experience. As part of the Apple Store network, it showcases cutting-edge technology and a sleek, minimalist design. With a diverse array of shops and amenities, it caters to tech enthusiasts and fashion-forward shoppers alike in a modern, upscale setting.

This place is very big with lots of stores to visit. They have stairs, escalator, and elevator to use. They do have a food court to sit down and a variety of fast food restaurants to choose from on the second floor. They have benches and chairs to sit down to rest. They do have Public Washrooms, Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. Their free parking lot is very big. They have several entrances to get in and out from the road. Also, to get in and out of the Mall. One thing I like about this place, I get to meet people that work in these stores. They are very nice to talk to. They're very helpful.

A nice shopping mall, catering to all ages and demographics, conveniently located near the highway. Store ate laid out nicely, plenty of directional maps, washrooms are clean and you will find what you're looking for. A good shopping experience.

I am not a resident of Burlington but I do enjoy coming to this mall on occasion. It has everything I'm looking for, it is big without being too big, clean and airy. The food court has just the right mix of food options and there are 2 great restaurants attached. I noticed that they are doing renovations not sure what they are adding or changing but excited to see the final product.

This mall is garbage. They got rid of all their benches and stools so you can only sit if you qualify. They turn away people who have QR code’s that are accurate and up to date. Ridiculous and a basic infringement on the AODA. Clearly they don’t care about disabled or elderly folks in the mall, or parents that need a place to sit down and rest. Ridiculous.

Pleasant but pricey mall and incredibly popular, especially on weekends. Beware early closing on Saturdays. The mall is very long and you will inevitably have to walk one end to the other, which is great exercise but not very convenient, especially since there are few escalators or stairs. Nice food court.

Need a better security covid vacc checker at the food court. Sooo many people went through the exit part without being checked for proof, I counted at least 10 people without masks on passing without the old security man knowing.

Mapleview Shopping Centre is located right off the QEW. It offers a wide selection of the top retailers. A large open and bright food court for a quick bite to eat or a more formal sit down restaurant choices are available. The centre has extensive amounts of natural light coming in which improve the shopping experience.

I have never been in a mall with such a huge variety of stores. Very much like Toronto Eaton Centre. Fine ethnic value in the food court. The sports stores are Ontario's best. The Wi-Fi is crystal clear.

Mapleview mall is a great place to shop, they have a good assortment of stores, and definitely something for everyone. Now compared to bigger malls such as Square One in Mississauga or Toronto Premium outlet mall the selections depending on what you are used to would be limited in comparison. So keep that in mind. Other than that great overall. Social distance measures are being observed and followed, staff, atleast in my experience were helpful overall and accommodating. Overall a great experience, I would come back again.

Those loose tables in the food court dining area are the gravest crime against design ever. You can't put your chair in or your legs comfortable. Imagine a table that will give you backache.

This mall is very nice and clean. It has wheelchair access and an elevator. There's a large food court with many options for a full lunch with friends or just taking a coffee break. I like Mapleview when I time it right, find parking easily, and when it's time to leave can make a graceful exit without a long wait to get on the street. Luckily I "chose wisely" twice in a row and it was very pleasant. There seem to be a lot of empty stores, but that's to be expected after 3 years of Covid. The good new is that there are many stores there that are either better in this location, or are not available at all in other malls in the area. All in all a successful couple of visits and an enjoyable hour or 2 spent browsing.

It's a reasonably nice indoor shopping mall whose time has passed. Like the prehistoric department store model, it's time for a serious re-think. Personally, my principle mode of buying is online, from an array of retailers, doing my best to avoid Wayfair, Amazon and other global behemoths. In the Canadian climate which can be brutally harsh 75% of the year, I can see why the traditional indoor shopping mall has endured, however the Don Mills Shopping Centre and West Vancouver's Park Royal Shopping Centre were the first collection of shops grouped into a single location, surrounded by lots of parking area, both open air facilities. In view of the recent Covid-19 restrictions, I'm disappointed that Cadillac Fairview chose to extend in person shopping hours at their properties in affected regions, which can easily manifest itself into a "Super-spreader," destination, let's face it Greed is a key motivator. Online shopping's safer.
