If
I
could
give
this
place
a
zero,
I
would.
I
will
disclose
that
I've
visited
this
store
in
the
past
but
a
recent
visit
has
basically
eliminated
any
chance
of
me
visiting
again.
I
decided
to
go
into
the
store
and
browse
to
look
for
some
new
summer
tops.
On
previous
visits,
I'd
be
greeted
when
I
first
entered
the
store
but
for
some
reason,
all
3
staff
members
were
unavailable
even
though
one
customer
was
at
the
cash
register.
As
I
was
browsing
through
the
store,
I
sensed
someone
was
following
me
and
saw
one
of
the
staff
members
pretending
to
fix
the
shoe
rack
(as
it
wasn't
messy).
I
then
moved
to
a
different
area
of
the
store
and
she
followed
me
again.
When
I
eventually
confronted
her,
she
denied
she
was
following
me,
didn't
remember
my
face,
and
said
she
hadn't
moved
from
the
cash
register
all
day
(she
said
she
was
there
since
the
morning).
I
knew
she
was
lying
as
she
was
the
only
staff
member
on
shift
wearing
a
mask
and
that
was
the
person
who
was
following
me.
In
addition
to
this,
she
kept
trying
to
pin
the
problem
on
a
staff
member
who
was
no
longer
in
the
store
and
that
they
followed
me
when
I
asked
if
they
were
present
in
the
store
when
I
was
(they
weren't,
by
the
way).
It's
absolutely
ridiculous
how
I
was
treated
by
this
so-called
manager
and
it's
wild
that
she
thinks
this
is
good
customer
service.
Looking
through
older
reviews,
I'm
not
the
only
customer
this
has
happened
to
and
if
Torrid
keeps
this
up,
they
won't
have
many
left.
They
are
not
the
only
store
in
Toronto
that
caters
to
plus-sized
shoppers
and
their
overpriced
clothes
are
not
unique
in
any
sense
of
the
word.
