These Sketchers location is my go to location. I've boughten many shoes from here either for work or for personal use and there are the most amazing comfortable shoes I have bought. The staff is the best they understand your needs and help you choose what suits you from the vast knowledge they possess. They are friendly and approachable with any questions. I'll be definitely coming back to buy shoes hopefully some time next week I will get another pair of shoes. Keep up the great work always looking forward to shopping at Sketchers.

Consistently great customer service. A few weeks back we got great assistance from Karen. Tonight, it was Fennie who truly went the extra mile to find us the right pair of shoes. Since her store didn't have the desired size, she searched high and low for us, located one at Vaughan Mills and placed a hold. We made it there five minutes before closing, got what we wanted. Thank you, Fennie. Honourable mention to her partner tonight, a nice and friendly young lady. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name.

Our third attempt to purchase 2 pairs of shoes. No inventory of 3 main styles in 2 sizes. Ok, everyone is having inventory issues. However, the staff member was the most unhelpful person I've ever had at this location.

Had an extremely pleasant shopping experience with Jesse who went above and beyond in accommodating our requests. His professional demeanour and knowledgeable recommendations about shoe types, gaits, different availabilities, arches, etc. were extremely helpful. Will shop at this Skechers from here on out for all of my footwear needs.

Was there a couple of days ago looking for shoes for my husband. They didn't have the right size in store, but Jessie went out of his way to locate a pair for me at another location. He and Omar also provided excellent service in finding me a pair of shoes. Their knowledge of the product as well as the friendly and prompt service they offer makes this a store I will definitely shop at again.

One of the worst customer service experienced ever..I asked for a size and the girl working over their came after 15 minutes saying I forgot . I waited almost 15 min, and she came and told me sorry I forgot. Such a bad customer service experience from specters at the this retail location.
