The interior is outstanding and deserves an extra star for the detailed and meticulous arrangement that makes the store as unique as it is. I met a very kind and polite staff who were very helpful. not very pleased with Bass pro and definitely will be thinking twice before buying stuff from there again. I ordered the outfitter pack of mallard avian x decoys, and even though when you enter the website and it says (CANADA) on the top right they have everything in American prices, so after i purchased it it says that it is in American dollars...nice. also not happy with the delivery here, they said it would be here by a specific date and it is almost a week later already. thanks bass pro definitely will be bringing my money somewhere else.

I have never see such a huge outdoor store like this one. Totally not a store, feel like I’m walking into a forest with their outstanding interior. Highly recommend to those who camping or outdoor activities. Since, I’m too old for such adventure activities but I’m so fascinating with all their boats displayed in store. It’s so cheap, why our fugitive Jlow spend millions for a yacht?🤔Btw, no one looking for him and family in this country

It’s like a theme park for outdoors lovers. I go there regularly to get supplies for fishing, camping, hiking and car emergency kit. They have a great selection. The staff are nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that this location is not part of the Canadian website. So it’s hard to see if there is an item in stock or have an item delivered to store for pickup.

Bad management policy. Bought this call at $15, brand new unopened, want to exchange a $54 call. Turned down for exchange. How can I put my mouth when it is in sealed packaging. No common sense. Loses $,

The best Bass Pro shop in Vaughan. It’s like a different world when you walk pass the heavy door (yes they are very HEAVY). We normally just browsing in there for 20, 30 minutes. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, specially in Fishing department. Only thing BassProShop needs to improve is Online shopping. May be they just like to have people shopping in person…

There’s a great selection of anything you want repeating to outdoors. Boats, camping gears, guns you name it. Prices are fair and quality is also good for most items. A really cool place just to check out, with tons of things to try out and look around. You will not get bored in here.

November 3/23 around 8 pm. We were trying to check the crossbow. But the seller (young lady) didn't wanna show it to us, she didn't even remove it from the wall… Her response: “Do you wanna buy it?.. It is so difficult to get it and put it back…” That was not polite, or helpful. For such a great shop, there should be way better customer service.

I love going to Bass Pro but I really must say that I find it deplorable that, after over 10 years in Canada with multiple locations, they have not produced a website reflecting Canadian pricing in Canadian funds. That tells me they neither value nor want our business. By comparison, Cabela's has only been in Cananda since 2009 and they have fully committed by creating a Cabelas.ca website with everything priced and listed in Canadian Currnecy. Until Bass Pro changes their position, I will ALWAYS buy from Cabelas when I can.

Great store for all your outdoor needs. Prices are a bit high and not enough sales going on to entice purchases and I guess that’s why there’s never a line up at the cash registers. Still can find some value there at times so it’s not all gone to waste. Well organized store and kept clean too 👍🏼

Had a great experience with archery shop expert Rocky at Vaughan store the other day. She was an absolute expert and freely shared her vast experience with us. When we got there, there was already a lineup waiting to be served by her (now I know why). We needed help with adjustments to compound bow and recommendations for arrows and broadheads. Before recommending arrows, she took us back to basics by first measuring arm span, then rechecking bow draw weight. She adjusted draw weight for us, checked and realigned the arrow rest. She installed and aligned the peep sight. After all this, then she cut the selected arrows to size, and then watched our form when drawing back on the adjusted bow. We will never go anywhere else for advise or supplies for our bow hunting needs. We will always call ahead to make sure Rocky is working that day before going to Bass Pro.

The store is spectacular! Has everything you could want or need and if they don’t have it they’ll help you find it lol. The store itself is beautiful like all BPS. Waterfalls, aquariums, amazing displays during the holidays and they even offer free high quality pictures with Santa, the Easter bunny etc. We love Bass Pro Mills!!

The store is amazing for who is looking for products for your cottage or planning to camping, fishing, or hunting. You can easily spend hours checking the products variety available at store. Also, the stuff are very nice and always helpful.

I got the best service.. This was my first time here, plus I was very welcomed and I bought a nice pair of native sunglasses that are really good as they keep the sun out of your eyes. Well worth the money. I will be back for sure. I highly recommend going to the vaughn location for bass pro....

Bass pro shops have all of the outdoor equipment you need for fishing and hunting. My wife enjoyed looking around with me at a lot of the different offerings. Everything from boats for sport fishing or party boats to yeti coolers that you could spend close to $500 for. We used to take our children there when they were younger. They loved looking at the fish in the pond and the target practice range. It is an education looking at all the different animals.

We got really good deals here. This store is a must go for you if you are planning to buy anything for your outdoor adventure. They have discounts on summer supplies so go and grab it.

The store itself was pretty cool, but last time I was there I tried buying a jacket and they kept making me run around because it didn't have a price tag and they needed to find another one in the exact size and colour. Eventually I just walked out sad and cold without my new jacket

LOVE this store !!! Located at Vaughan Mills ...has its own entrance so NO line ups and no mall acess which is the BEST !!! Store is never busy lots and lots to look at from toys to clothes to atvs to tree stands they have it all.Got some super wicked boxing day sales as well .

The place is one stop shop for all the accessories and tools you require to hunt. Be it from different types of fishing to other sorts of hunting, you name it and they have it! It’s a very attractive store, that’s how I got in! Else I’m not a hunting person but I was really attracted by the entrance and the fish aquarium they have in the store with the names of different fish.

Great service - Bill was awesome. Helped me pick the perfect sleeping bag and even took it to the counter for me. The woman at the door was really friendly, loved my dogs! Cashier was awesome too. Can't say enough good things about my experience there

Can't really go wrong here. For hunting, fishing or camping needs they usually have you covered. The knowledgeable staff will help you make the right decision. Their inventory has been a little light lately due to supply chain issues but i can't fault them for that. Definitely worth a visit even if its just to look around for something to do.

The live fish in the tank are in terrible condition. They're all skinny and eyes are bulging out. Don't get me wrong, I'm an avid fisherman but this is wrong. FEED THEM!

I would like to thank Brandon for bringing me a mobility scooter to the mall Customer service and walking back to bass pro and I would also like to thank the assistant manager on duty to authorize such service. Bass pro must be proud to have such employees whom put customers needs ahead of their duties.

One of best shops to find everything for outdoors. Had fishing lanes devided by type of fish going after. Lots of kool things to see and to buy. Realy liked the aquarium and water fall and the pond with fishes. Would definitely recommend this place to get your supplies. The feel you get in store just nice the extra details make it feels like a true outdoor store.

Sale items never ring up at the correct price. Definitely watch as they scan your items to make sure you are being charged the correct amount. I picked up 4 shirts that were on sale. Worker told me they had to all be the solid colors however when we went back to the register the solid colors also rang up at the regular price. Even regular price items rang up for more than what was on the shelf. A sweater priced at 39.99 rang up for 49.99. Annoyed to when they said "oh you probably grabbed the wrong item". Walked out with nothing. Will not be coming back.

A good selection of outdoor gear. More specific to hunting and fishing. But lots to choose from. Nice big store and a good place to visit with kids. I would take pictures of products I like and do comparisons online before buying.

This is a very neat store and it's fun to visit but I have trouble bringing myself to spend money. Here's a reason why.. a zombie fish! Poor baby. And I understand this is a fishing store... But keeping an animal in a tank for our viewing pleasure and not providing proper medical care is unacceptable. I mean... there's hundreds of dead animals in here anyways but having one actively suffering is a bit much. 🙃 I love the water features.. the carved wood and fake forests.. but I just don't think a polar bear (for example) is a decoration. Even if it was hunted, it deserves the right for a respectful passing. They leave some taxidermy on tables for kids to play with (a couple ducks got rekt by the kids)

I am not sure about the rest of the store but people working in Hunting are the most amazing sales people I ever had a chance to work with. I come there with questions and come out with advice and right product to do what I wanted to do... They are very knowledgeable and customer first oriented!

Piero at the fishing dept was excellent to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. End of the day, 30 min before closing and the guy still got a smile on his face.. Keep it up, this is what's great customer service is all about!!

The best time to buy stuff here is once they put an item on sale especially if it is the rod bag, tackle box, or even a bb gun. The only problem is that most of their items on sale are sold out most of the time because some people abuse the promo they offer. Some even buy 5 or more then sell it once the promo period is over. They should put a limit per person or maybe per family so others can enjoy the items on sale too. One of the best thing about bass pro is that it is family-friendly. They attract kids with their fishes on their own giant aquarium.

Personally I think this is the best shop in the Vaughan mills mall. It has many interesting things.

The kids love going to this store to see the fish and taxidermy animals displayed throughout the store. My kids can spend so much time running around looking at everything. Hidden at the back of the store is a fun shooting game , fun for the whole family to try

Amazing outdoors store! They literally have everything and anything you could possibly want for camping, boating, fishing, hunting, outdoor clothing, outdoor cooking. I could spend an hour in there without trying and I have been there like 100 times. If anyone is not from around the area and has never seen this place and you are reading this just go in. Even if this isn't a store you would normally go into it's just an experience going in. They have a real actual full size water play hanging from the ceiling and taxidermy (I think) everywhere!

Very helpful team at the fishing department! I was looking for a replacement handle for my reel, but they do not sell parts unfortunately. The gentleman behind the counter pulled out a bin of old reels and had asked me to look through it to see if anyone of them worked. Unfortunately they didn’t, but nonetheless appreciate the help!

The location was easy to find, 50 minutes by car from Hamilton. The standard Bass Pro layout everything you would want for sporting, camping & hunting activities to quality standard at a competitive price. Every US trip I make an effort to visit, the staff are helpful and attentive.

We all just love the store. Nice stuff, always friendly, good quality products for the outdoors. The store set up is amazing. Kids love the giant fish tank and airplane. If you have kids you know the iportance of them being happy whilst shopping. It's always a great experience to go.

Bass Pro Shop is fabulous. We had the BEST service by 2 sales associates. Justin & Ali were absolutely wonderful in helping us with our purchase. We asked about their favorite rubs and they were wonderful in helping us with our selection.

I was surprised and delighted to get all my last few gifts to finish my Christmas list here. Between the outdoorsy people and my nephews.... they had every angle covered. Even stocking stuffers!!!

I will start off by saying there is a great selection in the store and the staff are friendly. Big shout out to one of the store managers Nico for helping me. 5 stars for the Vaughan store itself. It goes downhill to zero stars from here though....Beware! When you order from website (Canadian site) the products ship from USA, and despite what your CAD total says, it bills you in US dollars. My order gave me a total of $101 but my visa showed $138. This was followed by an email several hours after the online order saying my item is delayed upto 60 days. When i called customer service they advises item was coming from the American site even though i was specifically on the Bass Pro Vaughan Mills webpage. It shows Canada at top of page and link which shows Vaughan Mills as my preferred store. There are other reviews who complain of same problem, I should have looked here prior to ordering. Needless to say I cancelled my online order. I was able to get a similar item in store for much less than the ridiculous American price. Not impressed, BassPro you are setting yourself up for a lot of lost Canadian business.... very deceiving to the online shopper and quite honestly not acceptable. Please fix the website to reflect living in Canada or I will be gone forever as a customer.

Always an adventurous visit.. lots of interesting things to see, great place to get all your recreational equipment.. not a place for any animal activist.... they have probably a thousand well done taxidermied animals to have you feeling your in the middle of the wild life while you shop for all your out door needs.. employees always seem friendly, never rude or controlling... I like how this place just takes me away from reality sometimes... I definitely recommend visiting this place....

Tried to price match two items with a reputable well known store, Sail, with a location in Ontario and they said no we don't match this store. I've bought bait from this store before for the lower cost. I only wanted to pick it up from here since I saw it and it was convenient. Don't advertise you price match when it is a lie.

Not my kinda shop, but my nephew really enjoys it. Got him decked out with all his weatherproof hunting gear plus shells. Very attentive staff - and great attitude towards customers. Having worked retail, it is so heartwarming to see the clerks as kings and the customers as the peons. It's what I enjoyed most!

WARNING IF YOUR CANADIAN DO NOT BUY A BASS PRO GIFT CARD!!!. THEY ARE IN AMERICAN CURRENCY AND IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. I was finally able to use the gift card to purchase a tackle bag. This was on Dec 26 2020. Even tho the item is OVERSTOCKED at the Vaughan Mills location I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION that confirms it was purchased. Every time I call and ask where my item is I'm told " it's in transit". UNEXCEPTIONAL!!! Both the Canadian and US customer service are useless. Don't waste your time and money on these gift cards because you won't be able to find anyone at Bass Pro to help you.
