    Everyone working here absolutely have no sense of customer service. We’re yall hired through nepotism? Because no way an employer would hire such monotone and uncaring employees.

    This rogers is always helpful when I come in. Samir especially, was super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions that I had. He helped out in picking the right plans and products that I needed in order to be happy with my purchase! Thank you Samir!!

I approached both of them and they were seemed annoyed to answer my questions. Super disappointed and would not come back there. I booked to get a new phone to a different rogers authorized dealer instead.

    Went to the Rogers store at Yorkdale after purchasing my new Apple iPad and wanted Internet and data service for it. However, when I got there there was three salesman standing around talking to a pretty girl and nobody paid any attention to me for the next 10 minutes, so I left. - maybe i would do better talking to Roger’ Phone Robots? Or wear a dress?

    Honestly, I’ve never been a fan of buying a phone process but Melanie has been the BEST Rogers employee ever! She was patient and was extremely pleasant to be with! I couldn’t have had a better experience, I even brought my sister to get a phone today from the experience I received earlier.

    We went in on a Friday and had a really great experience with Alejandro. We were asked right away by we needed any help or was just browsing. Alejandro was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us find the optimal solution for our needs and made the visit efficient and painless. We were a bit hesitant to use Rogers with the recent connection breaks but honestly it has been great so far.

    where do i start? incompetent management results in theft I went to the store in March 2023, and Jerome was the sales person who supposedly help me. 3 phones + 2 apple watches. Jerome lied about everything... the prices i agreed too were just BS. he added coverages on my plan without my permission and lied about every single thing. we are in June now and i have been in contact with the store and himself back and forth and nothing yet, the best part is he is MIA. incompetent management results in theft shame on you and shame on rogers that allows people like you represent their brand. DISGUSTING

    Would give them a 0 if I can. This location has the WORST SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Judging by previous reviews I’m not the only one that had an unpleasant experience with them.

    Terrible experience. Had to chase them for almost a year to fix problems they created on my account. In the end it was handled over the phone by customer service after escalation, because this store is such a mess. If you’re promised something at this location be prepared to chase them for it. Regional management please take note, this store has some major issues.

    Sunakshi rude & unprofessional. Failed to mention the right steps about the procedure. Didn’t have any idea about the service & kept asking me to come back. Wasted hours in Travelling. Will be contacting the store manager & also filing a complaint.

    Very bad experience at this rogers. Melanie is so so arrogant and not helpful at all. If you do not want work just stay at home girl, do not go to work. So rude and disrespectful. Sonakshi on the other hand is so warm and kind girl. Will not get rogers services in the future ever again. ZERO stars

    This store is just outstanding. I did a pick up of a hardware upgrade and was so unbelievably impressed by the professionalism shown by the management and staff team. I won't name names but the gentleman went so beyond the call that ive been used to that his service only fortified my patronage of Rogers Communications. It was so refreshing in this day and age of dealing over the phone or online that people good honest working people still give a human touch to this business. Bravo 5 Star service A satisfying experience

    I came in the store to look at the deals and promotions they have. Rami was the service representative. He walked me thru the deals for mobility, home internet and TV services. He took his time explaining the difference and what would be better for me in my situation. I ended up getting a great deal on my phone plan and I upgraded to 1 GBps on my home internet. He was so professional, yet he was very fast as well. All that was done within 20 minutes. Can't wait until I get my home internet running. I will be going back there to upgrade my phone shortly. Great experience, highly recommended.

    The place is nice, but they need more associates. Endless waiting time without clear direction. Such a big store only 4 people working, what a waste. Came in twice trying to pay bill unsuccessfully. Corporate should find a solution to help the store function efficiently, At lease train the associates smile and make eye contact with clients as lesson 101

    The store manager always on vacation, no one can help you without her and never get the accessories credit it’s a scam or phone credit you will be stuck with them for two years. they charged me more after couple of months for a credit I was supposed to have. really annoying customer service can’t help you neither the store they blame each other. GO TO ANOTHER TELECOM COMPANY

    I had one of the best customer experiences ever today with Jerome. Came in with a somewhat complicated request that could have easily been a nightmare and was greeted by Jerome at the door. He treated me like a friend and presented me with options to get to what I was looking for (consolidating my services in one place and upgrading my phone). He was really practical with his advice and within 10 minutes I felt like we had known each other for ages (rather than being strangers who had just met). I really trusted his advice, appreciated his sense of humour and could not have imagined to receive such good service. He also saved me a bunch of money compared to what I was spending before. 11/10 experience, this man is a gem.

    We had a very good experience today at this Rogers store. We activated two new cellular lines and an employee named Ardy helped us out. He was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions; he also was not pushy at all with the sale and it really was a huge difference than our experiences elsewhere.     It was overall a good experience, walked of the store out with a Brand New S22+. The wait times are a bit brutal, so it's recommended that you make an Appointment prior to arrival.

    At Yorkdale store They have one indian guys named Anoshjan( hopefully remember correctly) he didn’t want even to serve people. Was waiting almost 2 hours but customer service 0000 !!! Rogers you destroyed my imagination.
