Very unprofessional store associates and store managers. They do not even know their store return policy. I went to return items that were past 30 days, expecting to get the store credit, all unworn with tags and they refused to accept the return. It clearly says on their website that after 30 days, we can get the store/online credit. However, they completely refused and denied their own policy. Even though I showed them I could get a return label online, it gave 2 options to mail it to the warehouse or return it to the store, which I did. I do not recommend this store, which cannot even honor their company policy. On top of everything the girl at the counter told me I should go to the store at Queens or in Oakville. Which means she knew that I could return but they are denying it. Very unprofessional and untrained staff. I started to shop at Anthropologie when they had their first store(20 years ago) in Long Island New York and this is the attitude you get after being a loyal customer.

Extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. The associate did not help neither replied about the questions asked. No concept of greeting the customer. Rather profiling people around throughout the store as if i was gonna steal from your store. I am a frequent customer. Anthro should look into the people they hire. Such a shame that these so called customer service people do not even bother to pick up phone calls. I called twice and was hung up. The lady came rushing in to sort the clothes but did not even bother to reply with a straight face. If you cannot help customers, why’d you sign up for a job that requires interacting with others. Below reviews are true. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location especially if you are bipoc.

Liora! is absolutely phenomenal! She is a stylist at Anthropology Don Mills and she def knows what she's doing. She looks at your body type, your look, listens to what you want and BAM! comes up with amazing options to try on. She's patient, kind, professional and super sweet!

It's been a while since I have experienced exceptional customer service, so I thought that it was important to recall my recent visit to Anthropologie Don Mills was amazing. The staff provides exceptional customer service. Every time I am in Toronto, I visit this store, which is always meticulous and well thought out. Anthropologie sells a lifestyle to its customers by creating a unique store environment. Anthropologie stores are carefully planned to play on the senses - and they never disappoint.

I am so delighted with my purchases and SO grateful to Lashawn. I was looking for specific pillows that weren't on the floor and they searched high and low for me. They were so sweet and truly went above and beyond. We also found the items and I am pumped! Thank you to Lashawn (and Palak who searched for more items from the designer at cash for me and was wonderful) you made my day and my living room look so much better. :)
