Loved our tour! Kieran was a wonderful guide and we so appreciated his humor and insights as we explored during our first time to Toronto. Would definitely recommend this tour to others looking to learn more and get a feel for the city.

I did the Old Town tour with Kieran. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout. What a great way to learn about Toronto's history! I would happily give 5 stars, but the only suggestion would be to have the tour guides have a big name tag or sign, so it would be easier to locate them. P.S. Here's a cool place---a labyrinth tucked between Holy Trinity church and Bay street. Hidden gem!

My group had Mike this morning and he was WONDERFUL! I *so* appreciated that he weaved in social historical information, acknowledged the land of the Indigenous people we were on, and brought in political information. His love of entertainment (TV, movies, etc.) added a fun angle to his narrative. The “real feel” of the weather & wind chill today was below zero, and he was very thoughtful – popping us in and out of locations to warm up. I would definitely look for tours done by this company in other places during my travels. Especially if there are more guides like Mike!

We just completed a grafitti tour with Aaron and our grade 8 class. It was an amazing, funny, informative, well paced and humourous tour. Aaron had the perfect demeanor for 25 teens, not an easy feat. Totally recommend to any school groups!

I did the graffiti tour with Aaron. I really enjoyed how in depth he went with explaining everything and helped the tour group and I appreciate the art in the graffiti. I would definitely recommend doing this tour to anyone who wanted to learn more about Toronto!

We Made the Graffiti-Walking-Tour in Toronto and as there were no other bookings it was like a private tour for the two of us! Our guide Max was great! He told us a lot about graffiti in general and also about the scene and artists in Toronto. Very interessting, would recommend to everyone!

Free walking tour of city center (banking district and city hall) Had a great experience. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave great insights into the history of the architecture of the city center and the relation to the logo on city panels etc... Definitely worth it for a chance to experience the city and PATH.

We had our tour in downtown Toronto on July 2nd and the guide was fantastic. His knowledge of the city and the enthusiasm about architecture made the tour more engaging and fun. Would highly recommend.

This was exactly what we were looking for! We did both the downtown/financial district tour as well as the old town/history tour. Thomas was our guide for both tours and he was incredible! He got to know each person who was on the tour and gave great information and it was great to learn about all the history and facts of Toronto. Would definitely recommend either of these tours to anybody looking for a walking tour in Toronto.

Our guide was very nice and personable but the tour did not match what was in the description when we signed up. We did not learn about the great fire of Toronto in Toronto nor hear the tale of John Croft. We didnt hear about the cholera epidemic. We went to Dundas Square which is very underwhelming as it is under construction for a basketball event. I am a Canadian: please don't refer to Toronto as anything approaching New York City. It isn't even close and i cringe when guides say this...especially to Americans. On a positive note, our guide was very friendly and personable.

I did the tour of downtown Toronto with Neil. We went mostly around the financial district. It was a very good tour, not too long. Maybe there were a few too many anecdotes, but overall it was nice. We learned a good amount about DT Toronto, and we just tipped the guide afterwards. I would make a suggestion that it might be less awkward for the guides to have to ask for tips if they just increased the price and made tips optional, but I didn't feel uncomfortable giving a tip at the end. I would recommend this, but at the same time I haven't used any other tour groups in Toronto so I can't speak to that!

I live in Toronto & wanted to do something as a tourist but not the “usual” while on staycation. I haven’t shut up about the old Toronto tour in over a week since we went! There were so many fascinating things I never knew about the city I grew up in, I went out and bought 3 books. We’ve already decided to do the other tours on days off in the fall.

Enjoyed a historical walking tour with our guide Jennifer. Jennifer was well prepared and was a mine of information, especially on the evolution of the city from the 1800s right through to this century. She also suggest a post tour visit to the Distillery district which was also fantastic. Highly recommended!

Friends recommended this tour for us. Have been to Toronto several times and enjoy walking the city. This Old Town Toronto History Tour with Kieran was excellent. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. The dark history information was incredible and moving forward in some areas pleasing. If you like walking cities this tour is a must.

Wonderful experience with the Tour Guys! They always arrive on time and the tour is very interesting for all ages even for young students. Strongly recommend if you'd like to learn some very interesting facts about Toronto!

Jason was a wonderful guide…really knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic about his city, its history and architecture. He really brings this tour to life with genuine stories and descriptions of key figures and events involved in this fascinating journey back in TO time. Would definitely do this tour again!

Jason gave us such an incredible experience. We were a group of 10 teammates, most of us haven't been to Toronto, and the tour was such a fun and active way to experience the city. Jason's energy was contagious :)

We had a walking foodie tour of Kensington Market and China Town with Jason. We had a great time with him and he took us through all the bylanes and small box eateries to try delicious food. I would recommend everyone to set up tours with The Tour Guys if you want to really know the insides of places around Toronto!

I took two tours, two seperate days and had two different tour guides. Both provided some very interesting info although some differing facts so I was left feeling a little confused. The history tour was interesting, although a little heavy on personal opinion over facts, the tour ran well over time and could’ve been easily halved. The Financial district tour was also very interesting and involved entering buildings I wouldn’t have thought to enter so that was excellent. Unfortunately I was keen to learn more about the PATH which was why I booked (had heard it was covered from someone on the tour the day before) but sadly our guide said he refuses to do that part of the tour as he tends to get lost and therefore embarrassed. Bummer.

Jason was particularly helpful during the entire process of booking, payment, and the tour itself. He kept my entire party entertained with facts, banter, and wealth of knowledge. We kept a good pace on the tour, and everyone was satisfied. Highly recommend!

I didn't realize I would learn so much on the Graffiti Tour! Michael did an outstanding teaching us the various types of graffiti, how to recognize various artists' work and truly taught us an appreciation for this art form. Michael paces the tour well and allows for time for review and reflection. Loved this tour.

We really enjoyed our tour of the older parts of Toronto. Aaron really knows his Toronto history and my tween son said what a great tour it was - high praise. I recommend

I went on a weekend afternoon graffiti tour led by Jason and it was excellent. It was a very small group, so it was often really conversational, which was nice. Jason is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. I feel like I learned a lot about the graffiti scene here and would recommend the tour to anyone looking for something fun to do outdoors in the city.

Michael was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. I thought the tour was a good length of time, 90 min, and allowed us to see the highlights of Old Toronto. I would recommend this to anyone hoping to really see what these old buildings are all about!

Aaron was fantastic! He was so nice to waited for us, as we arrived right on time (totally was texting him to keep him up to date on our ETA) We took the the Toronto old town - death, disease & destruction tour. His stories were interesting and he has a great way of presenting them. I highly recommend booking a tour with him!

I have tried contacting them multiple times about tours, and have barely received any responses. Either they are out of business or not reliable. The website is also not up to date with any information.

Joined the old town and downtown tours by Brie which was fun and fulfilling. Learnt a lot of interesting facts and stories about Toronto in a day. Joined the Graffiti tour the other day too. Peter was knowledgeable and fun. It was a good 101 to graffiti.

Every city and visit I try to go on some free (by donation) walking tours. Unfortunately the Toronto tour was my least favourite when I compare with similar ones to I did in Europe. But still, it was a good addition to my “ cheap and informative things to do”. I did both, the downtown and the historical tour . After going, if you only have time for one, I would pick the historical tour. Interestingly the downtown tour had more participants. The downtown tour didn’t have as much info and learning about the city as I would have hoped to, the historical tour had much more

Went on a tour with Jason, we choose the Downtown Toronto Tour. It was good fun, very informative, and we saw and learned some things that we would not have done otherwise. Nice mix between history of the city, architecture, and fun facts.
