Lots of information about the city and parts of Ontario. The pamphlets are displayed on the racks. You can also ask staff for help when needed.

Wonderful service! A very kind woman even offered to fill up my waterbottle herself. That event alone made my entire day. This planet needs more people like her. :)

The staff has been really helpful, for example helping sorting out a situation with BikeShareToronto. Each time, we got all required information including maps. The staff was patient and attentive to all our queries.

Excellent courteous service. Apart from getting all kinds of info relating not just the City of Toronto but of the whole province, I inquired info not available nor could I locate them from the kiosk. Staff made the effort to satisfy my needs even though they weren't able to locate them. (came a few times years back but the latest was mid-Oct 2022).

The staff here are extremely helpful. I was looking for paper info on Doors Open and she phoned several places to find where I could pick something up. The selection of tourist brochures is somewhat limited.

It was a bit tricky for us to find (partially because of construction in the area), which is the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars. Mercedes was so friendly and helpful...she gave us TONS of recommendations, not only of touristy things to do (and coupons for discounts on those things), but also suggestions for what to do for a more "insider" Toronto experience. She also helped us figure out the public transit system, which made it SO much easier to get around. Thanks for an amazing Toronto visit...I'll be back for sure!

These guys are awesome! So knowledgeable and helpful, even helped us print baseball tickets we ordered online. An asset to tourism in Toronto.

When it used to be ontariotravel.net, everything was easy to find. Now it is such a fragmented mix of options, it's hard to get the big picture and nearly impossible to plan a road trip. The events calendar is gone as well. The website looks fancy, but it is not very informative. It gives you listings by region, but the map does not show the layout of the regions, there rest of the site is designed with the same lack of attention to the important information needed for planning, it just looks pretty, but that is all.

Nice place. We took a bout 13$ to the other side. There is restaurants , rent a bike. Can do a picnic. A lot of chair to sit. Change cabinet. Very clean.

They were very helpful at Union Station when we arrived to get us started on our tour around the city!

On our first day in Toronto we visited the Information Center Union Station. We had a very informativ and professional talk to the young councellor Adele. We got a lot of Information and practical advice. Thanks for the nice talk!
