The AC lounge at Pearson is getting worse and worse.. last visit it was so jammed I don't understand why there were letting more people in. People were lined up to even pay $20 to get in with a "day pass" but there was no food, no snacks and no where to seat. every time some food was brought out it was a mad scramble for everyone to get something.. little half wraps were gone in seconds.. it was pathetic to watch. you were able to get some food by ordering it on the app and it was dropped off at your table.. it was a 2 bite snack. If I was one of the folks that paid to get in I would be very upset. Nothing on the counters and 15 person line up for a drink. These lounges used to be a perk of being a frequent flyer but now is sad to see people raid any scrap of bad food that is brought out.

The place is huge wirh many options to seat or work, very convenient located. Great selection of drinks. While food is always very simple with a few options for salad and dips, fruit a one dessert, 2 soups and three hot dishes. Basic but do the job

Not a full experience during covid. All I have to say is that this right now is a simple few food options grab & go lounge with a comfy seating and fast wifi. Same as the USA maple leaf lounge. This is the one located at international terminal which suppose to be better. Certainly is The lounge was clean and employees not so helpful. It’s a shame that they open at 11:30am. 11:30am !!! Honestly as a frequent flyer this makes me sad. Air canada is not a cheap airline to fly but they provide a very cheap service. First of all as a business traveller I have right to their signature lounge which was closed so after downgrading to this one the least I can expect is a variety of choices but nope. Two wraps available, chips and pasta. A junior pizza and a couple more hot food options. It’s very sad to see how maple leaf lounges outside of CANADA are better than air CANADA Main hub

Spacious Lounge with a large variety comfortable seating, great menu selection and drinks and super friendly staff which are hard working to keep the longe clean. They also have an office station for sending and receiving faxes and they have showers available if you need to freshen up. Always a great visit!

Visited Maple Leaf lounge after a gap of two years. Little bit disappointed as it looks very downgraded. Owing to low traffic for last 2 years, they have reduced the services. The good part is the seating and space availability compared to domestic one. However I felt that there were more food option in domestic one than in international. Place was clean and ambiance is good. There was packed food items and buffet option was not there. The big disappointed is with washroom as it is not maintained properly. Again domestic lounge was kept more clean. Overall it is okay. Bon voyage!!

Over crowded. Waited over 20 minutes for an elevator to go down to the gates. Only way to access the gates is by elevator. They need to also have stairs for people to use. Also their food was lacking and coffee machine was out of order.

Much better food options, seating, and facilities than the Terminal 1 domestic lounge. Lunch starts at around 11:30, and there's enough buffet options available to satisfy most tastes. Self serve open bar as well, and relatively complete selection, so can't complain. Worth the upgrade if $25 on your ticket. If you have a lower class fare and it's a $50 upgrade, probably still worth it given the buffet and open bar.

Embarrassing lounge to represent Air Canada at the largest Canadian city! The food was subpar!!! Looked and tasted like dog food. Air Canada should be ashamed of themselves. Virtually no selection The food was horrific, chewy, tasteless like it was just defrosted. Zero effort shows throughout!. I’ve been to many lounges around the world, and this is definitely one of the worst. I would expect this in a Third World country, but not in the home court of the largest and really great company like Air Canada. Really shameful !

Pretty nice lounge. Was very busy when we were there but they limit access to the lounge once it gets quite busy. Seating was filled up for the most part but you can usually stake out who's leaving and grab a table and chairs quickly. The washrooms are very clean, as they should at a lounge. The food was good, not great. We are vegan, they have options, but they're mediocre. Desserts were good. I'd definitely return as it's a nice lounge when you're waiting for your flight. 4/5. My wife and I enjoy this lounge when we travel out of YYC. The lounge is spacious and modern with friendly staff. I much prefer this lounge to the contract lounge on the transborder side. The food offerings are not large but are fresh and well stocked.

👎🏻. I recently visited Air Canada maple lounge and unfortunately had a terrible experience. When I approached the receptionist to ask for the key to the shower, she refused to give it to me and even lied about the occupancy of the toilet. Despite confirmation from other staff members that the facilities were available, the receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. Overall, I found the customer service at Air Canada maple lounge to be extremely disappointing. While the lounge itself was comfortable and well-equipped, the staff's behavior left a lot to be desired. I hope that the management at Air Canada maple lounge will take steps to address these issues and improve the customer service for future travelers. "I was disappointed that the receptionist was uncooperative and refused to give me her name or the name of the manager to discuss the matter. This lack of transparency and accountability further added to my frustration with the situation." This happened on day 13 April 2023 @ 20:30

Utterly disgraceful, if this is what Air Canada calls a international lounge I feel bad for the people of Toronto. Worst lounge by far I have been in for Air Canada. Massive line, place was a mess, no food being replaced and and the food selection was not on par with places like YUL. Did I mention they only have one computer station for such a big lounge. I honestly just gave up and hit the airport to find something better. I had a better lounge experience at the United lounge in Chicago. Was it short staff of the fact so many people can now access the lounge system? I am honestly just going to book travel that connects in YUL.

We came here for an hour before our flight to Europe. Food was decent. I don't expect it to be five star but I enjoyed it. I had chicken with a tomato sauce. I wasn't a fan of the burger sliders - texture was odd. The beer draft selection was good. I had Smithwicks and Guinness. The red wine was good. I forgot the name. The spirits were good too. They had Johnny Walker available so that was my go-to. I would go here again.

The worst Air Canada lounge I’ve been. There was no food outside a half empty salad bar and very sad looking cheese burger. The drinks are all fountains / draft and most of the glasses are dirty (or dishwasher stained). One of the two bar was closed. Also warning to vegans, there’s nothing outside salads. What a clash compare to the Air Canada Café

Disappointed by this lounge, the domestic and USA maple leaf lounges are better. Still had snacks and drinks and better and quieter seating than the main terminal of course. No water bottles or snacks to go (except apples/oranges) available either .

It all depends on the time of day you visit the lounge. Breakfast is the worst... Limited food selections and no alcoholic beverages. Lunch is ok and the bar is open. Dinner is the better option/value, but it all depends on your flight time

Absolutely horrible experience here. Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Zero accommodation was made for my 92 year old grandfather who was traveling business class and had the access of this lounge included in his absolutely RIDICULOUS price. He was unable to access the lounge as he was wheelchair bound and wanted one of us to accompany him and the front desk completely refused. Zero compassion, Zero customer service. They wanted us to pay 60$ if we wanted to help my grandpa. Absolutely shameful. It's not the matter of money but of principle. We ended up using another lounge at the airport which my brother had access to. He was able to take my grandpa as a guest with him to that other lounge with Zero problems. As a Canadian, I am ashamed that Air Canada represents us. Absolutely disgusting start to our vacation. Do better.

The tables are not being cleared and sanitized in a timely manner. The coffer machine was not working properly resulting in a long lineup for coffees since the could only make cappuccinos. During breakfast, the menu options were very limited and the fruit cup had tired looking fruits. The display unit showing the menu only had a menu in french.

Beautiful place to relax but food selection is the worst lounge pretty much in the entire world. 3rd world style, only thing editable that could be considered healthy was a high sugar yogurt. The rest was pretty much the worst type of food in terms of health that a human could possibly consume. Shame on you Air Canada. Not even a single piece of fruit!

Despite all the bad reviews, I enjoyed complementary lounge serevice came with my flight ticket. There were not huge varieties of food /dessert choice but it was enough for me to have simple lunch. Could have been better with some craft beers, there were some local eines available. Huge space with lots of comfotable sitting area.

Limited choices in breakfast. Dirty washrooms. Dirty sitting areas. Dirty tables. I would rate it a 0 but didn’t have an option. No cleaning protocols! Feels like a cheap motel lounge! So much for travelling in business class!

Spent few hours in the lounge, food was good, you serve your own alcohol. Had showers available and areas to conduct business.

Generic but clean. Reception is polite and then foods are ok for the cost. Big issue is that a lot of the usb charging ports In the room do not work leaving you stranded. Ok and better then the ret if the airport.

One of the most exclusive and largest lounges in YYZ. Great food, great service, and you can take showers here as well! Highly recommended!!!

The lounge was very nice. It was very clean. The staff were very kind. There was a good amount of variety when it came to the food and also had four different beers on tap and three different wine on ice and all the standard spirits you can think of. Overall, I was fairly satisfied with my service in the lounge.

It's a disappointing experience when you consider that this is the flagship lounge of a large international air carrier - Air Canada - located at their very own home hub! You'd expect more

All of the hot food was cold and not that enjoyable. The employees responsible for cleanup were dragging their knuckles, it was kind of painful to watch their pace and lack of care. In the Vancouver lounge, you couldn't set an empty or dirty item down for more than a few seconds without a cleaner taking it away. The security gates at the entrance are also a bit overkill. We had two guests who speak limited English. It wouldn't let one of them in and it was chiming like we robbed a bank, which was not the effect we were going for. Why not have the two people sitting there miserably handle this task instead? We were even charge $40 per guest even though we had guest passes. Not the best lounge, but still obviously better than sitting downstairs at the gate.

Great! If you have a business class ticket, just checkin and thats it! Services are really great with unlimited food and liquor. Visited twice and both occasion, the lounge was packed near to its full capacity.

This maple leaf lounge is one of the best ones I’ve been too in my travels. The lounge is very large with lots of space and places to sit. We were here early in the morning and had good food options and variety. The lounge is good but the airport is an absolute mess
