This Pet Valu is superb. The staff are usually young students , but they know their inventory very well. My two cats love the dry and wet foods that have been recommended to me. On occasion, they have pets in the store that are up for adoption. I highly recommend this shop.

Love the owner of this location. Always willing to help, even watched my pup so I could grab a coffee next door. My pup actually pulls and won't listen to commands if we are close to the store, it's his favorite place. I also love that they have Stella & Chewy as well as Big Country Raw. Great selection!

This is a great pet store. Friendly staff and they carry everything you need for your dog/cat. I believe they do carry items for birds and other pets as well.

The worse pet store in town. No customer service at all. Rude and terrified with covid19 but without wearing gloves and mask. I understand the situation we are going through but no need to be rude. Either the owner close down the store until the situation goes back to normal or provide the employees with protective gears. I don't recommend this store at all, the prices sre also higher than the prices at Pet Smart.

This place is the best. Personally, i've never been here but i heard wonderful things from friends and family. The store pet is extremely nice and beautiful. It's an extremely smart cat name "Juliet", it even knows my name. I can argue that this cat is by far the best employee working there. 8/10 customer service.

Great selection and very helpful staff! They carry the food and litter we use for our cat and it’s very convenient to be located right in our neighbourhood. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside.

Great place to get pet supplies. They have an adorable shop cat at the front.

Local pet supplies store with friendly service from students or the owner. When the dog accompanies me to the store he tends to receive a treat from staff, definitely a place likes to visit. This store also takes part in a cat adoption program with animal services.

George and the staff are always helpful and my dog finds all his favourite treats.

Staff is always welcoming and courteous. There is a wide selection of items (we have a bird) at reasonable prices. The store is a bit small but easy to find everything.
