I’ve know Mario personally for about 20 years, we went to high school together. Mario helped us find our first home last year and he helped us through the whole process. It is quite rough to have to make no condition offers in this market, especially when you have never owned a home and have no clue what to even look out for. The fear of buying a lemon is very high in this market. Mario was pointing out all sorts of issues of houses we saw and offered renovation advice. Happy to say we have no issues whatsoever with our house 6-7 months after moving in. As for the rest, Mario is incredibly responsive. Literally within minutes most of the time. He is able to communicate with the selling realtors quite well which helped in understanding their expectations to make sure we weren't wasting time.
