I
visited
the
location
and
followed
the
instructions
to
register
at
the
touch
kiosk.
Despite
my
efforts
to
obtain
clear
information
and
guidance,
there
was
a
lack
of
posted
instructions
and
no
personnel
available
for
assistance.
After
waiting
for
15
minutes,
I
ran
the
desk
bell,
approached
a
staff
member
for
clarification
and
was
informed
that
walk-ins
were
not
being
accepted
at
that
time.
This
was
disappointing
and
disruptive,
as
I
had
already
paid
for
parking
and
followed
the
instructions
to
register
on
the
computer,
and
have
been
waiting
for
20mins
by
now.
The
staff's
suggestion
to
return
at
3:30
pm
for
a
potential
walk-in,
and
re-register,
but
I
am
already
here
and
have
registered,
I
said
I
was
told,
yeah
I
hear
you
but
you
still
have
to
do
that,
by
the
way
we
can't
guarantee
that
the
doctor
when
you
come
back
and
wait
at
3:30pm.
This
conversation
is
on
all
level
insane,
the
quality
of
healthcare
service
is
absolute
disappointing
and
some
doctor
practice
curle
daily
disregard
for
patients'
time.
I
wish
one
day
we
get
private
health
so
those
entitled
and
disregarding
doctors
to
our
time
will
be
out
of
business.
